Canadian pastor arrested for refusing to write apology to librarian who hosted ‘drag queen story hour’

A Canadian pastor has been arrested for refusing to apologize to a librarian who hosted a “drag queen story hour” for children.

In the afternoon of December 3, Calgary police arrested Christian pastor Derek Reimer for refusing to comply with a court order mandating that he pen a formal apology to a Calgary Public Library manager who he criticized for promoting a children’s “drag queen story hour” in 2023.

“Do you know why you’re arresting him? He won’t say sorry for his beliefs,” an independent Canadian journalist under the handle Dacey Media asked police during the arrest.

Present at the arrest was pro-freedom pastor Artur Pawlowski and Reimer’s son. Videos of the arrest quickly circulated on social media, with many Canadian activists condemning it as targeting Christian and pro-family values.

“Canadian pastor arrested for refusing COURT ORDERED LGBTQ APOLOGY,” former Ontario teacher turned pro-family advocate Matt Alexander wrote on X.

“Derek Reimer is taken away,” he continued. “He protested a drag queen story hour and has faced legal repercussions for years. Religious freedom is gone.”

“Welcome to Canada, where freedom of religion and expression are no more,” another Canadian wrote. “A pastor who would not apologize for opposing drag queen story hour has been arrested and could receive up to 2 years in prison. Pray for pastor Derek Reimer.”

At the time of his arrest, Reimer was serving a one-year house arrest, which he had previously appealed, as reported by LifeSiteNews. Last Wednesday, he was in court to go over his sentence conditions.

AG Bondi: Evidence Leading to J6 Pipe Bomber Arrest ‘Collecting Dust’ at Biden’s FBI for 4 Years

Evidence leading to the arrest of a suspect for planting pipe bombs at the DNC and RNC was “sitting there collecting dust” at the FBI during the four years of the Biden administration, Attorney General Pam Bondi revealed Thursday.

In a press conference Thursday afternoon, Bondi, FBI Director Kash Patel, FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino, U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro and others praised the herculean months-long work to arrest a suspect after years of inactivity during Joe Biden’s administration.

Brian Cole Jr. was  arrested and charged with placing the pipe bombs at the RNC and the DNC on January 5, 2021. He was also charged with transporting an explosive device in interstate commerce and the attempted malicious destruction by means of explosive materials, with more charges likely to result from the ongoing investigation.

The arrest raises questions about the lack of progress made by the Biden administration under FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland.

Bondi said the Trump administration prioritized the investigation after a “total lack of movement on this case in our nation’s capital,” which “undermined the public trust of our enforcement agencies.”

“This cold case languished for four years until Director Patel and Deputy Director Bongino came to the FBI,” Bondi explained. “The FBI along with U.S. Attorney Piero and all of our prosecutors have worked tirelessly for months sifting through evidence that had been sitting at the FBI with the Biden administration for four long years.”

The damning evidence was in the FBI’s position before Trump took office, Bondi emphasized. “There was no new tip, there was no new witness, just good, diligent police work and prosecutorial work,” she explained.

Patel reiterated that the FBI “did not discover any new information,” adding that the FBI brought in a new team that “reexamined every piece of evidence, sifted through all the data, something that the prior administration refused and failed to do.”

Bongino suggested the prior regime deliberately deprioritized the pipe bomber investigation, even as Biden and Democrats across the county campaigned on their narrative of the pipe bomber.

“This is what it’s like when you work for a President who tells you to go get the bad guys and stop focusing on other extraneous things not related to law enforcement,” Bongino said of President Donald Trump, also praising Bondi and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche.

Patel would not elaborate on the potential motivations of the suspect, although reports Thursday revealed Cole had begun planning his attack months before the November 2020 election – a stark contrast to Democrats’ framing that the bomber was a Trump supporter motivated by Biden’s win and Trump’s questioning of the results.

Although the Biden FBI possessed the necessary evidence, the rejuvenated investigation under Trump remained daunting.

Obama’s billion-dollar middle finger to America

Nothing says “hope and change” quite like bulldozing a beloved public park for a 235-foot phallic tower dedicated to oneself. Welcome to the Obama Presidential Center (OPC), an $830 million (and rising) vanity project in Chicago’s historic Jackson Park. The man who once preached community organizing couldn’t find a single non-park site in his hometown for his monument. I get angry every time I see a story about this thing. It feels as if Obama is giving America a gigantic, double-barreled middle finger. No honest observer can look at this monstrosity and feel inspired. Like the modern Democrat Party, the OPC has zero redeeming features.

Let’s start with the trees: over 800 mature oaks, many a century old, were felled for parking and “campus” space. Environmentalists who paralyzed industries to save a single spotted owl suddenly decided trees are renewable when a favored Democrat is involved. A Frederick Law Olmsted-designed urban oasis was sacrificed without a shrug. The community hated it from the start. Bronzeville residents, preservationists, and even Obama voters begged the foundation to build somewhere, anywhere else — abandoned lots and shuttered factories were plentiful. Instead, the Obamas demanded federally protected parkland for a private foundation that will one day charge admission. Lawsuits were filed, federal reviews manipulated, and courts eventually capitulated.

The building itself defies description. Critics call it Stalinist, Brutalist, or a rejected Bond-villain lair; supporters claim that it’s “bold.” It offends traditionalists and competent modernists alike. It resembles either a North Korean guard tower or a Star Wars Jawa sandcrawler — take your pick.

Cost was originally pitched at $500 million; it’s now past $830 million with no end in sight. A promised $470 million endowment meant to offset neighborhood damage and future maintenance has only $1 million in it and no realistic funding plan. The Chicago machine, as usual, simply looked the other way.

Staff salaries are equally shameless. Valerie Jarrett, an old Obama confidante, was installed as director at nearly $750,000 a year despite the museum remaining unbuilt. By opening day (if it ever comes), she’ll have collected almost $2 million — much of it apparently from early donor funds — while taxpayers will cover ongoing upkeep.

Construction, handled by the hand-picked Lakeside Alliance, promised diversity and local hiring. It delivered federal indictments instead. The safety record was catastrophic — workers fell, fingers were severed, racial slurs scrawled on site. Minority subcontractors say they were stiffed while prime contractors cashed in.

Inside, visitors won’t find presidential papers (those are digitized elsewhere, safely away from scholars). They’ll get immersive exhibits about Barack’s greatness, Michelle’s garden, and probably a hologram slow-jamming the news. Run by a private foundation, the “library” can charge whatever it wants for access. Transparency you can believe in. Jackson Park, once a free public space for picnics and pickup games, is now a gated, security-patrolled compound where ordinary Chicagoans will pay to admire murals of the Great Leader. Frederick Law Olmsted spins in his grave.

The OPC perfectly embodies elite Democrat hypocrisy: lecture the country about sacrifice and community, then raze a public park, burn through a billion dollars, and erect a concrete eyesore — all while keeping actual records under private lock and key.

Strip away the renderings and PBS specials, and the Obama Center is a 235-foot park-gobbling “up yours” to the country he once pretended to serve. A private fortress in a working-class public park (used heavily by black Chicagoans), ringed by bollards and ticket booths. A “presidential library” with no papers. A tower that announces the rules — preservation, open records, environmental review, basic aesthetics — are for little people only.

Colorado Medical School Will Pay $10.3 Million After Denying Religious Exemptions for COVID Vaccine

The University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine will pay more than $10.3 million to 18 faculty and students whose religious exemptions to the school’s mandatory COVID-19 vaccine policy were denied, a group representing the plaintiffs announced Monday.

The lawsuit challenged the university’s refusal to accommodate sincerely held religious objections to the COVID-19 vaccine. The plaintiffs, who sued anonymously, included physicians, medical students, nurses and administrative staff.

The Thomas More Society, which filed the lawsuit and represents clients in religious liberty cases nationwide, stated that the settlement is a rare instance in which plaintiffs recovered monetary damages under the First Amendment for a government COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

Michael McHale, senior counsel at the Thomas More Society, said the resolution cannot undo the harm inflicted on the plaintiffs.

“No amount of compensation or course-correction” can make up for the damage caused by the university’s vaccine mandate, McHale said. “At great, and sometimes career-ending, costs, our heroic clients fought for the First Amendment freedoms of all Americans who were put to the unconscionable choice of their livelihoods or their faith.”

Details of the settlement, which followed more than a year of negotiations, were not released. According to the Thomas More Society, the school agreed to cover damages, tuition and attorneys’ fees.

The settlement ends nearly five years of related litigation in state and federal courts.

Here Are The New Creepy Weird Videos, Photos Released By Democrats From Epstein Island

Democrats on the U.S. House Oversight Committee on Capital Hill released new photos and videos of Epstein Island in an attempt to further pressure the Trump administration to release more information on the possible pedophilia and blackmail operation using young girls.

The newly released images — drawn from law-enforcement materials gathered in 2020 — depict multiple interiors of the property once owned by Epstein, known as Little St. James. Among the scenes: opulently furnished bedrooms and bathrooms; a room featuring a dentist-style chair surrounded by masks resembling male faces; a library/office with a chalkboard — its surface scrawled with words like “deception,” “power,” “truth,” and “plots.”

One unsettling detail: a landline phone with speed-dial buttons carrying names — reportedly linked to individuals in Epstein’s network, writes Clash Report.

The release coincides with a federal deadline under legislation signed by President Trump, requiring the Justice Department to declassify and make available relevant files by mid-December — including potentially incriminating documents naming high-profile individuals connected to Epstein.

Committee officials say they also obtained extensive records from major banks such as J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank and plan to make them public “after review.”

AGENT ORANGE: The “Safe & Effective” Herbicide That’s Giving Veterans Prostate Cancer, Lymphoma, Diabetes, And Much More

My father is a Vietnam Veteran—a real combat veteran unlike the stolen valor Senator from Connecticut, “Da Nang Dick” Blumenthal, who lied about his service on multiple occasions.

My father got drafted into the U.S. Army on April 9th, 1966; he didn’t have a choice.

He completed basic training at Fort Benning in Georgia, before getting sent to Vietnam, where he served in the 2nd Armored Division “Hell on Wheels” for a year. After returning stateside to Fort Hood in Texas, he got sent straight to Detroit as part of the Army’s Civil Disturbance Plan known as Operation Garden Plot. There’s no rest for the wicked, as the saying goes.

When my father landed in Vietnam, he was assigned to man the “open burn pits” in which the military burned absolutely everything: old equipment, chemicals, unexploded ordnance, medical waste, human waste soaked in diesel, plastics, rubber, paint, solvents, and massive amounts of Agent Orange–contaminated material.

Nearly all (90 percent) of Veterans on burn pit duty cited concerns about their exposure.

Yet as of May 2025, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) has still not specifically researched whether there is any association between Veterans’ health effects and exposure to open-air burning in Vietnam.

Australia: Meta begins deactivating accounts ahead of 16-year-old minimum social media age limit

Meta has begun removing social media accounts belonging to Australian children under 16 years old from its platforms, Instagram, Facebook and Threads.

The tech giant has started notifying users aged 13 to 15 years old that their accounts would cease to exist on December 4th. Starting December 10th, social media companies will face fines up to A$49.5 million ($33million USD) should they fail to take steps to halt children under 16 years old from owning accounts.

Australian eSafety Commissioners will send major platforms notices on December 11th demanding statistics about exactly how many accounts were removed from their sites. Additionally, monthly notices are planned for 2026.

It is estimated that 150,000 Facebook accounts and 325,000 Instagram users will be terminated.

“The government recognizes that age assurance may require several days or weeks to complete fairly and accurately,” Communications Minister Anika Wells reported.

“However, if eSafety identifies systemic breaches of the law, the platforms will face fines,” she added.

Google sent out a notice on Wednesday stating that anyone in Australia under 16 would be signed out of YouTube on December 10th and will lose features accessible available only to account holders, such as playlists.

Google states it determines YouTube users’ ages “based on personal data contained in associated Google accounts and other signals.”

“We have consistently said this rushed legislation misunderstands our platform, the way young Australians use it and, most importantly, it does not fulfill its promise to make kids safer online,” a Google statement reported.

Users over 16 years old who were wrongfully revoked account access have the option to verify their age through government-issued ID or a Video selfie, per Meta.

Platforms such as X and Reddit contacted underage users, suggesting that they download their posted pictures and freeze their accounts until they become of age.

The Australian government claims the ban will protect children from the harms of social media. However, critics say this decision may isolate certain groups who depend on the platforms for connection and push children to other, potentially more harmful corners of the internet.

Hep B Shot: Not Proven Safe or Effective for Kids

I. Junk Science Clinical Trials as the Basis for FDA Licensure of Hepatitis B Vaccines in the U.S.

The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) will discuss hepatitis B vaccines at their meeting on December 4 and 5. In this article I will lay out the case for removing hepatitis B vaccines from the CDC childhood schedule altogether.

As the Informed Consent Action Network has demonstrated, the hepatitis B vaccines Recombivax and Engerix — injected into the vast majority of American children at birth, one month, and six months of age — never should have been licensed by the FDA in the first place.

The clinical trials for Recombivax and Engerix:

  • did not include a proper saline placebo control group;
  • were too small to detect uncommon adverse events; and
  • were too short to detect the majority of harms (the Recombivax trials monitored safety for just five days, the Engerix trials monitored solicited adverse events for just four days).

II. Hepatitis B Vaccines Are Associated with Autism

The real world data that are available on the safety of hepatitis B vaccines are horrifying. When autism rates in the US exploded in the 1990s, the CDC looked into the possible role of vaccines. They assigned one of their senior scientists, Thomas Verstraeten, at the Epidemic Intelligence Service, to do the analysis. At the time, hepatitis B vaccines had mercury (thimerosal) in them. Dr. Verstraeten found that children in the highest exposure group had an 11.35x increased relative risk of autism.

Twin Brothers Charged with Plotting to Delete Government Databases and Steal Private Info

Two Virginia twin brothers were arrested for their alleged roles in destroying government databases hosted by a federal government contractor, the Justice Department said on Wednesday.

Muneeb and Sohaib Akhter, both 34 years old, were indicted in November for allegedly plotting to destroy databases used to store government information.

Muneeb was charged with conspiracy to commit computer fraud and to destroy records, two counts of computer fraud, theft of government records, and two counts of aggravated identity theft, while Sohaib was charged with conspiracy to commit computer fraud, destroying records, and computer fraud.

Bloomberg News reported in May how the two former federal contractors had compromised data across many government agencies, which includes the Internet Revenue Service (IRS) and the General Services Administration (GSA).

The Akhter brothers also pled guilty in 2016 to federal charges of conspiracy regarding data breaches at the State Department and a cosmetics company. The two worked at Opexus, a federal contractor that helped process government records.

Pipe Bomber Unmasked: Affidavit Reveals How FBI Identified Brian Cole

After nearly five years, the January 6 pipe bomber was arrested by the FBI on Thursday.

Brian Cole, 30, of Woodbridge, Virginia, was taken into custody and charged with use of an explosive device and attempted malicious destruction by means of explosive materials.

Cole planted pipe bombs at the RNC and DNC headquarters on January 5, the night before the Capitol riot.

FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino said during a press conference on Thursday that the FBI solved the case without any new tips or witnesses.

The FBI identified Cole based on his phone pings and transaction history on his credit cards, according to an affidavit:

The FBI has identified one bank checking account and six credit cards (the “Accounts”) used by COLE. The FBI obtained records for the checking account and three credit cards for the time period January 2018 to January 2021. Three additional credit cards were obtained for the time period of January 2018 to November 2025. The FBI reviewed the transaction history for all of these Accounts.
