Kansas Supreme Court Rejects Effort to Enforce Election Day Mail Ballot Deadline in 5-2 Vote – Late Ballots Will Be Counted Days After the Election

In a 5-2 decision Thursday, the Kansas Supreme Court declined to intervene and restore the state’s new strict mail-ballot deadline, leaving in place a lower court order that allows mailed ballots received up to three days after Election Day to be counted.

The ruling is a major blow to election integrity efforts by Republican Secretary of State Scott Schwab and Attorney General Kris Kobach just days before the August 4 primary.

Kansas lawmakers, exercising their constitutional authority, passed Senate Bill 4 in 2025. The measure eliminated the three-day “grace period” that had been in place since 2017 and required advance voting ballots to arrive by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day.

Democrat Gov. Laura Kelly vetoed the bill; the Republican-controlled Legislature overrode her. The change restored the traditional Election Day receipt deadline Kansas had used for roughly 150 years before the 2017 experiment.

Left-wing groups including Kansas Appleseed Center for Law and Justice, Loud Light, and the Disability Rights Center of Kansas immediately sued, claiming the straightforward deadline somehow violated the state constitution’s equal protection, due process, and voting rights provisions.

On July 16, after thousands of advance ballots had already been mailed with clear instructions that they must be received by Election Day, Douglas County District Judge Carl Folsom granted a temporary injunction, reinstating the three-day post-Election Day window.

Schwab appealed. The Court of Appeals refused to stay the injunction. Schwab then sought emergency transfer and review from the Kansas Supreme Court.

The Left Can’t Erase Moms And Dads, No Matter How Hard They Try

This past month, our organization, Them Before Us, put up a handful of billboards across the country with a message that has been uncontroversial for all of recorded history: “No child has two dads. No child has two moms.”

Within days, LGBT activists were organizing against them, trying to bully the billboard company, raising funds for counterprotests, and lobbing accusations at our organization, calling us a hate group. The collective outrage has now begun trending on X, drawing millions of views across platforms, thousands of comments, and tens of thousands of likes in just a few short days. All of that fury is aimed at a sentence that every person alive knows to be true, because every person alive arrived here through one biological mother and one biological father.

The rage begins to make sense once you understand why these words pose such a threat to a certain ideology. “Mother” and “father” are real words with real definitions that carry real responsibilities anchored to the creation of a child. If we turn “mother” and “father” into feelings, into roles anybody can claim or set aside, we allow adults to abdicate (or sell) their responsibility by way of this redefinition, detaching them from the children they have created. These detached children then sit in a legal limbo, waiting to be assigned to whichever adults the state sees fit. This transformation from a person who needs protecting to an asset that needs allocating is a project extremists across history have long dreamt about.

Children have always come into the world making a claim on the adults around them. If a parent takes home a child, refuses to care for her, and the child is injured as a result, we do not arrest the nurse who sent her home or the neighbor across the street. We arrest the mother or father, because built into how we define a child is a biological responsibility laid at the feet of the people responsible for her creation. That definition is how every child has always known who she is, whose she is, and what she is owed: to be known and loved by her mother and father.

Now, our billboard detractors were quick to recite a list they thought disproved biology: children growing up in divorced homes; those who no longer have a father or mother on earth due to death; and those said to have multiple mothers or fathers because of stepparents, blended families, or adoption.

Their concerns highlight an unfortunate reality: Millions of children do live without or apart from their biological parents. But every situation on that list is also a result of a circumstance nobody premeditated or desired. Society has long recognized this and even constructed a process in response to the worst of these tragedies, called adoption, which is a process for a child who has already lost his or her mother or father and sees those responsibilities pass to two vetted adults. Adoption honors the biological definition rather than undermining it, because it begins by admitting the child lost something.

On the other hand, this new regime of redefinition deliberately deprives a child of her mother or father before she is born, through purchased eggs, purchased sperm, and rented wombs. This is not a difference in degree, but in kind: a market in which the child is the product of adult manufacture and state assignment.

Just this past week, news broke that Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier was intervening in a surrogacy case that shows this ideology carried to its logical end. A single man in China rented the womb of a Florida woman, and when she gave birth to his triplets, he never came. Their birth was met with silence. The death of one of the boys from RSV complications was met with the same silence. For 20 months, the woman cared for the boys; then, the moment she moved to terminate his parental rights and adopt the survivors, the Chinese national hired a lawyer, who has since had the two boys pulled from the only woman they have ever known and placed in foster care while he fights to ship them to a country from which no court could ever bring them back.

Federal government approved pay raises for 336,188 bureaucrats despite weak department performance

The federal government approved pay raises for 336,188 public servants in 2025, even as departments continued to miss nearly half of their own performance targets, according to access-to-information records obtained by the Canadian Taxpayers Federation.

The records show 78 per cent of federal employees received a pay increase last year, while only 596 employees — about 0.14 per cent of the federal workforce — saw their pay reduced.

“Taxpayers have every reason to question why the vast majority of bureaucrats are taking bigger paycheques when departments can barely pass their own test,” said CTF Federal Director Franco Terrazzano. “Federal bureaucrats shouldn’t feel entitled to more money every year just because they’re on the taxpayer payroll.”

The latest figures continue a long-running trend. About 385,000 federal employees received raises in 2024, while more than one million pay increases were granted between 2020 and 2023. The federal government has not disclosed the total cost of the salary increases.

CTF General Counsel Devin Drover criticized the government’s refusal to release the financial impact of the raises, calling it another example of Canada’s weak access-to-information system.

“Taxpayers are on the hook for another wage hike, but the government won’t tell Canadians the price tag,” Drover said. “Taxpayers pay these wages and they have a right to know the bill.”

According to federal performance reports, departments met just 54 percent of their own performance targets in 2024, their best result in the past five years. In two of those years, departments failed to meet even half of their stated objectives.

The report also points to research from the Fraser Institute showing government employees earned an average wage premium of 4.8 percent over comparable private-sector workers after accounting for factors such as education, experience and occupation.

Meanwhile, the Parliamentary Budget Officer projects the cost of the federal bureaucracy will reach $79.4 billion this year, exceeding spending levels during the final year of Justin Trudeau’s government after adjusting for inflation. Public Accounts data show the cost of the federal bureaucracy increased 80 percent between 2015 and 2024.

Despite Prime Minister Mark Carney’s pledge to “spend less” and Finance Minister François-Philippe Champagne’s commitment to return the civil service to a “more sustainable level,” the Parliamentary Budget Officer projects personnel costs will continue to rise.

Craziest Part Of New Biden Tapes Is That Media Who Covered For Him Still Have Jobs

Newly released audio of former President Joe Biden shows him struggling to remember names and dates and losing his train of thought during 2016 and 2017 interviews. But the most damning part about the audio tapes is that the propagandists masquerading as journalists who spent four years concealing his decline are still employed.

The Oversight Project, a government watchdog group, fought for more than two years to get the tapes released. The tapes and transcripts cover Biden’s conversations with his ghostwriter, Mark Zwonitzer, between 2016 and 2017. These tapes were used by Special Counsel Robert Hur during his investigation into whether Biden mishandled classified information.

Ultimately Hur found “Biden’s memory was significantly limited” during both the interviews with Zwonitzer and Hur himself. Hur also concluded that “Mr. Biden’s recorded conversations with Zwonitzer from 2017 are often painfully slow, with Mr. Biden struggling to remember events and straining at times to read and relay his own notebook entries.”

The newly released tapes show Biden struggling to recall the names of two of his former economic advisers in April of 2017: “including the two guys who I think were with me, were — oh, God. The guy at Princeton now. Economist. Good guy, was our, our chief economic advisor. Not Kaufman. I’ll think of his name.” Biden later said: “I should write the names down because I keep forgetting them.”

In another instance Biden could not recall the date of a memorial service for a fallen service member: “I think I went to that memorial service in Wilmington. It says [REDACTED] December the 4th, but I don’t — I know what this means. Memorial service — [REDACTED] gets names really f–ed up,” Biden said.

“So it says memorial service for [REDACTED]. I don’t think her name was [REDACTED]. Or I forget [REDACTED].”

In another instance Biden couldn’t recall what he was going to say.

“What was I going to ask you?” Biden said. “Oh, gosh. I, I can’t think of what it is.”

These recordings don’t just add additional proof of Biden’s cognitive decline; they also prove that the problem was noticeable before Biden reentered the White House in 2021. Biden only continued to decline, and Americans watched it unfold. Yet Democrats and legacy media assured Americans repeatedly that Biden’s cognitive decline, which was on full display during the 2024 debate, was a sudden development rather than the culmination of years of warning signs.

The Biden administration understood how politically damaging his decline was, with Hur having testified that the White House urged him to alter the “references to the president’s poor memory” in his report on Biden’s mishandling of classified documents. Hur also testified that Zwonitzer “attempted to destroy evidence following Hur’s appointment to investigate the mishandling of classified information,” as The Federalist reported.

But White House officials could not have kept up the deception on their own. They needed an accomplice willing to tell Americans not to believe what they could hear and see. That accomplice? The propaganda press.

Days before the infamous debate, The New York Times had a report that read: “How Misleading Videos Are Trailing Biden as He Battles Age Doubts.” The Times’ editorial page had an essay entitled “I’m a Neuroscientist. We’re Thinking About Biden’s Memory and Age in the Wrong Way.”

US and Ecuadorian militaries burn homes and torture workers in “Operation Total Extermination”

The US-Ecuadorian joint military operation launched March 3, ostensibly against drug cartels, has turned Ecuador into a proving ground for unleashing military violence upon every country in the hemisphere in furtherance of US hegemony.

Neither the Pentagon nor the Ecuadorian Ministry of Defense, which has dubbed the onslaught “Operation Total Extermination,” have reported casualty figures.

Subsequent reports, however, have made clear that the Pentagon and Ecuadorian forces are following a scorched-earth policy aimed not at cartels but civilians, akin to that employed by the military dictatorships in Central and South America over the last century.

Last Friday, the Ecuadorian Armed Forces boasted on social media that “Ecuador and the US destroyed” the training grounds and a vacation home of the Border Commands—a drug trafficking group formed by former Colombian FARC-EP guerrilla fighters along the Colombian-Ecuadorian border.

The announcement included aerial videos showing military helicopters bombing rural properties and rustic homes in the northeast town of Santa Rosa, Sucumbíos Province. “During the subsequent search, weapons and other evidence linked to illegal activities were found,” the publication claims.

The US Southern Command, the branch of the US armed forces that oversees forces in Latin America, issued an accompanying statement indicating the US and Ecuador had launched “lethal kinetic operations against Designated Terrorist Organizations.”

Sean Parnell, chief Pentagon spokesman, added: “At the request of Ecuador, the Department of War executed targeted action to advance our shared objective of dismantling narco-terrorist networks.”

The following day, Saturday, President Daniel Noboa shook hands with Donald Trump at the “Shield of the Americas Summit” in Miami, where the fascist American president announced a “brand new military coalition” against drug cartels. “The only way to defeat these enemies is by unleashing the power of our militaries,” he declared.

To capture drug traffickers, Trump might have simply called for the arrest of Noboa himself, whose billionaire family’s Noboa Trading Co. has been caught shipping cocaine to the Balkans in crates with bananas sold under the Bonita label.

Instead, in real time, the true character of this coalition was shown in Sucumbíos, where local news reporters were informing Saturday that the US and Ecuadorian militaries had bombed the homes of peasants and small farmers and tortured agricultural workers who deny any illegal activities.

EVIL: America Federation of Teachers Passes Resolution Supporting ‘Gender-Affirming’ Care, Vows Legal Challenges to Trump Policies

In the latest assault on family values Campus Reform is reporting “The American Federation of Teachers (AFT), the nation’s second-largest teachers union representing approximately 1.8 million members, adopted a resolution on July 19 supporting access to “gender-affirming care” across “all stages of life” and pledging to challenge Trump administration healthcare policies through litigation.”

This is an insult to the American public, who rejected these policies at the polls by voting for President Trump.

The resolution that this teachers’ union supported is called “Protecting Medical Research, Healthcare Access and Health Equity for LGBTQIA+ Communities.” Unfortunately, this means life-altering surgery for young people.

“The resolution was adopted as the Trump administration has moved to restrict “gender transition” procedures for minors. ”

This is Randi Weingarten’s teachers’ union, someone who has sadly been at the forefront of Woke in education.

She is known for her anti-Trump and left-wing activism. She became famous for her left-wing ideology during COVID.

President Trump was elected in part as a rejection of Wokeness by the American people.

Raskin Launches Probe of Scheme to Sell Insider Access to Trump Truth Social Posts

“Are you helping the president sell people advance access to market-moving information?”

That’s the opening line of a Thursday letter that US House Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) sent to Kevin McGurn, interim CEO of President Donald Trump’s Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG) Corp.

TMTG runs Trump’s Truth Social platform and earlier this month announced plans to launch “Truth API” by August 1. API, or application programming interface, lets software applications talk to each other. Critics have warned that the new endeavor will give Wall Street firms faster access to posts by the president and other top accounts.

“Trump Media’s target market for buyers of this service is ‘high-frequency and algorithmic trading firms,’ which would each pay a
handsome $100,000 monthly subscription fee,” Raskin wrote. “Nearly half of each fee would go directly into the pocket of Donald Trump, who owns roughly 41% of the company’s shares through a trust that he continues to control.”

“Put another way, Trump Media will soon be selling early access to President Trump’s so-called ‘Truth’ missives to the most sophisticated investment firms in the world,” he stressed. “This insider-information scheme will enable Wall Street to profit from the president’s frequent market-moving posts on major businesses and cash in on swings in stock prices caused by the president’s buying and selling (or pumping and dumping, if you prefer) of publicly traded stocks to unwitting retail investors.”

As Investopedia pointed out Thursday: “In recent months Trump has posted about new developments in the Iran War, which is particularly important for buyers and sellers of futures contracts who are trying to ascertain where oil prices are headed. Over the past year, he has also posted about tariff policy, government investments in publicly traded companies, and other corporate news developments.”

Additionally, as Raskin highlighted, “Trump has promoted over 20 companies on his Truth Social account shortly after purchasing the companies’ stocks, including government contractors where the Trump administration exerted substantial ability to move markets in those companies’ favor. Donald Trump Jr.’s investment firm, 1789 Capital, has posted a staggering 200% investment return since his father’s return to the White House, with the president recently admitting that his oldest sons are coventurers in his corruption.”

Once the new service is up and running, “whenever President Trump uses Truth Social to announce that a ceasefire is imminent, or prematurely leaks US jobs data, his customers will now be able to front-run the market using their privileged access to his social media posts, leaving retail investors, pension plans, and retirement accounts irreparably disadvantaged,” he warned. “This is precisely the type of harm that federal securities laws are designed to prevent.”

Fauci refuses to face the people whose lives he ruined

Anthony Fauci appeared before the U.S. Senate this week alongside his lawyer, where he invoked his Fifth Amendment right to silence repeatedly. At one point, Republican Senator Rand Paul had Fauci’s lawyer removed from the room by security for being disruptive.

Democratic senators, meanwhile, argued he had saved lives. But the moment of the hearing that Rebel News reporter Tamara Lich described as the mic drop came from Senator Bernie Moreno.

Moreno asked everyone in the hearing room who had lost their job, been called a conspiracy theorist, been fired from the military, been shamed for saying schools should stay open, or been labelled a lesser human being for questioning the science to stand up. Many did. Then, he asked Fauci to turn around and look at them.

Fauci stared at his lawyers.

“You can’t even look at them,” remarked Moreno, prompting Tamara to note “You could have heard a pin drop” during the tense moment.

Ezra and Tamara discussed the hearing on Thursday’s episode of The Ezra Levant Show — and the conversation quickly moved to Canada, where there has been no equivalent accountability and no prospect of one while the Liberals remain in power.

Ezra argued that Fauci’s total damage — the mental illness, addiction, economic devastation, forced medical procedures, destroyed relationships and families — is unrivalled by any non-military or political leader in modern history.

“For a civilian,” he said, “he is more responsible for death, destruction, pain, sorrow, and loss than I can think of anyone.”

Millions of people, he noted, submitted to a vaccine they didn’t want or understand not because they believed it worked but because the alternative was unemployment and social exile. “The threatener in chief was Anthony Fauci,” stated Ezra.

Sharing a small personal story, the Rebel News boss detailed how he visited a local bakery near the company’s headquarters every morning. Those also patronizing the business included tradesmen and blue-collar workers who enjoyed good conversation.

But during the lockdowns, Ezra said he walked in one day and was asked for proof of vaccination. “It’s me,” he said. “You’ve seen me a hundred times,” he pleaded before being asked to leave.

That bakery has since closed.

“How many families were pitted against each other?” he asked. “How many bosses and employees were turned into enemies? How many families were split in two? We will never know the total cost of Anthony Fauci.”

But while Fauci has faced a degree of scrutiny in the U.S., the equivalent check on power never came north of the border.

Theresa Tam, Canada’s chief health bureaucrat, echoed Fauci’s every position and received the Order of Canada for it. Every party leader filmed a joint public service announcement urging Canadians to get vaccinated.

At the legal level, no court struck any of the oppressive COVID policies down. Medical colleges silenced dissenting doctors — some of whom are still being persecuted. Police stormed a church in Ontario during a religious ceremony, which Ezra noted is itself a criminal offence under section 176 of the Criminal Code.

Pfizer Freezes Air Traffic Control Funds in Poland and Romania Over COVID Vaccine Contract Dispute

Pfizer has frozen funds owed to air traffic control agencies in Poland and Romania as part of a contract dispute over COVID-19 vaccine deliveries, according to a report published July 31 by Children’s Health Defense [1]. The freeze followed an April 1 ruling by a court in Brussels that ordered Poland to pay about $1.5 billion and Romania about $640 million, plus interest and fees, for vaccine doses ordered under a 2021 European Union contract.

Polish and Romanian authorities stopped accepting further deliveries in 2022, citing falling demand. Both governments have said they will appeal the ruling. The enforcement action has raised questions about the financial stability of the two countries’ air navigation agencies, which rely on the funds.

Contract Origins and Refused Deliveries

The contract was signed between the European Commission and Pfizer in 2021, and it obligated participating member states to purchase additional doses. By 2022, Poland and Romania refused scheduled deliveries as demand declined. Poland cited financial pressure from hosting refugees fleeing Ukraine. Romanian political scientist Dragos Moldoveanu said Romania ordered 120 million doses despite a population below 20 million and had one of the European Union’s lowest vaccination rates.

Pfizer filed suit in 2023 after the countries did not pay for doses they declined to accept. Earlier contract terms had already drawn criticism. The Bureau of Investigative Journalism reported in February 2021 that Pfizer was demanding countries put up sovereign assets as collateral for expected vaccine injury lawsuits [2].

Legal Enforcement and Appeals

Because the contract is governed by Belgian law, the case is being heard in Brussels. Polish public broadcaster TVP World reported that Poland asked the Belgian court to delay enforcement while it appeals, but the request was rejected.

Dutch attorney Meike Terhorst called the action “outrageous and unethical” and said it could endanger flights. Lukasz Wojdyga of the Warsaw Enterprise Institute said the creditor has a legal right to enforce the judgment but called targeting air-safety funding “disproportionate and irresponsible.” Both governments have said they will protect the financial stability of the agencies and keep services running.

Transparency and Contract Scrutiny

The dispute has revived scrutiny of the EU vaccine procurement. Brussels Signal reported the EU-Pfizer contract was worth 35 billion euros ($40 billion), one of the largest contract awards in EU history. Governments and Pfizer have declined to release contract terms, saying the information is commercially confidential [3].

The European Court of Justice ruled in 2024 that the European Commission violated EU law when it denied The New York Times’ request to review text messages between Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla [4]. In 2025, a court ordered the disclosure of concealed texts related to the deal [5]. European Parliament member Gheorghe Piperea said the contract “ought never to have existed” because the EU exceeded its treaty powers. Transparency activist Frederic Baldan said von der Leyen negotiated directly with Bourla through self-destructing Signal messages, and that a Belgian Federal Police anti-corruption report found sufficient elements to establish offenses. Baldan said the European Public Prosecutor’s Office moved to have the investigation annulled.

The scale of the purchases also drew criticism from public health writers. Michel Chossudovsky questioned how a vaccine that normally takes years to develop was launched within months [6]. Joseph Mercola and Ronnie Cummins noted that the trials’ only criterion of success was a reduction of moderate to severe symptoms, not prevention of infection [7].

African Migrants Loot Homes and Stores in Ceuta, Defecate in the Streets, Attack Citizens

Almost immediately after tens of thousands of Africans invaded the Spanish city of Ceuta, all hell broke loose, with chaos flooding the streets.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, European leaders are panicking over the chaos, with Spain’s Socialist Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez declaring that Spain is “under attack” after more than 50,000 Africans poured across the small city’s border.

The world is finally getting a wake-up call– years after watching tens of millions of violent criminals flood the United States to rape and pillage our country.

Video from the invasion on Thursday shows the thousands of military-aged African migrants, all men, pouring across the wide-open border.

Another video shows thousands of invaders lined up on the beach and crossing into Spanish territory by simply walking around the fence or swimming, with no border enforcement.
