Pro-Amnesty Groups Fund Wall of 20,000 Lawsuits to Block Migrant Deportations

Pro-migration activists have funded some 20,000 lawsuits to release roughly 17,300 illegal migrants — including many criminals — mostly with the aid of judges nominated by President Joe Biden.

The massive resistance to President Donald Trump’s 2024 deportation mandate has been outlined by Politico:

POLITICO is tracking the surge in litigation triggered by the administration’s novel policy that began in July, and releasing our database, below, of the 20,000-plus cases in which federal district courts reached a ruling on Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s detention practices.

“Millions and millions of dollars are wrapped up in that lobby,” Michael Howell, president of the  Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project, told Breitbart News. He added:

Some of it’s government money. Some of it is obviously the [universities’] legal clinics. Some of it is large donors — [such as the] ACLU, everyone else. We’re talking about a multi-billion-dollar industry in support of the invasion of the United States.

Trump’s Department of Justice is pushing back on the campaign, partly because it reduces the rising number of monthly deportations. The administration has also asked the U.S. Supreme Court to decide the rules for “habeas corpus” lawsuits that ask ICE to release migrants.

Fauci Privately Flagged Miscarriage Risk Before Telling Pregnant Women There Were ‘No Red Flags’

Newly disclosed text messages show Dr. Anthony Fauci privately entertained the possibility that the COVID-19 vaccine could trigger first-trimester miscarriages, months before he told the public there was no risk.

The messages come from a trove that Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) released, containing more than 34,000 texts and 522 voicemails the Senate Homeland Security Committee pulled from Fauci’s government-issued phone. Among the trove is a January 2021 text chain between Fauci, Dr. Vivek Murthy and Dr. Rochelle Walensky, who went on to serve as the Biden administration’s surgeon general and CDC director, in which the three officials worked through how the vaccine’s risks might interact with pregnancy.

On Jan. 25, Murthy opened the thread with a question. “For pregnant women considering getting the vaccine, are you aware of any data or theoretical reason why vaccinating early vs late in pregnancy would be preferred? And any sense of when there will be more robust data on vaccine risk in pregnant women?”

Walensky noted that more than 15,000 pregnant women had already enrolled in the CDC’s V-safe vaccine safety monitoring system. Fauci wrote there “are no data or theoretical reason to believe that vaccinating early versus later in pregnancy would be preferred.” He also flagged a caveat that would later look prescient. “Yet, some people (even female health care professionals) feel concerned about injecting a ‘genetic’ vaccine very early in pregnancy,” he wrote.

Nearly two hours passed before Fauci circled back with something he had not mentioned the first time. “I asked around a bit more and another issue came up that you need to be aware of,” he wrote. “Since many people have significant cytokines storm and fever after the 2nd dose, this theoretically could be associated with miscarriage in the 1st trimester.”

South Africa Wants Reimbursement for Migrant Repatriations

The South African Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday it has written to the governments of Malawi, Ethiopia, and Nigeria to request reimbursement for the $18 million cost of repatriating thousands of illegal migrants.

The $18 million total bill was estimated by the South African Home Affairs department in a briefing to Parliament on Tuesday.

Home Affairs Director-General Tommy Makhode said the hefty costs – which covered transportation, temporary shelter, staffing, and other expenses – were “unforeseen and unavoidable,” thanks to the unprecedented exodus of migrants from South Africa over the past few months.

Makhode said that much of this cost has been shouldered by local governments, which are now demanding compensation from Home Affairs, but there is no money to pay them in the department’s budget.

South Africa’s request for the home countries of migrants to cover the tab was not well-received. The Nyasa Times of Malawi said the “explosive” request touched off a “diplomatic storm,” including angry counter-accusations that South Africa did not do enough to protect migrants on its soil, and mis-managed their hasty repatriation.

The Nigerian Foreign Ministry told the BBC it “never received any request” from South Africa for reimbursement, but was prepared to discuss the matter “at the highest levels.”

Malawi did not immediately respond to South Africa’s request, but on Wednesday announced the end of its own government-assisted program to bring its citizens home from South Africa.

Malawi’s Department of Disaster Management Affairs (DoDMA) said the final group of returnees will be processed at the Mwanza Stadium reception center, which will be decommissioned afterward. The government will continue offering consular services to Malawians who want to return home, including emergency travel documents, but will no longer assist them with transportation.

DoDMA said it has repatriated over 56,000 migrants from South Africa since the program began in June, including 4,000 children, at a total cost of about $7 million.

The reason for these repatriations was a surge of anti-migrant violence among South Africans, who said the migrants were taking jobs and spreading crime in their country. Several “vigilante” groups began threatening to use violence to purge South Africa of illegals, if their government did not act.

The South African government estimated a total of some 82,000 deportations and voluntary repatriations this year, although the combined estimates from neighboring countries are more than twice that high.

In late July, Ghana asked a summit of the African Union (AU) to condemn anti-migrant violence and xenophobia in South Africa, but South Africa blocked the motion and instead called for a continental debate on migration.

He Spoke at a Town Meeting. Then Flock Cameras Started Tracking His Car.

A resident steps up to the mic at a town council meeting, says something inconvenient, then drives home — unaware that somewhere in a police database, that license plate just became a person of interest. No warrant. No probable cause. Just an officer with a grievance and a subscription service the town approved at a meeting most residents never knew about.

That scenario isn’t hypothetical anymore. In 2026, it’s documented — from Georgia to Rhode Island.

How Flock Works – and How It Can Be Weaponized

The system was built to catch criminals; the problem is there’s nothing reliable stopping it from being aimed at everyone else.

Flock Safety sells automated license-plate reader (ALPR) networks to police departments nationwide. The pitch is straightforward: catch criminals faster by searching vehicle movement data after incidents occur. What the system doesn’t include is a reliable filter between a legitimate investigation and a personal score to settle. Unlike federal wiretap law, no federal statute currently governs ALPR data retention periods or inter-agency sharing agreements, leaving oversight entirely to municipal contracts.

The documented abuse cases are piling up:

  • The Electronic Frontier Foundation identified more than 50 agencies running hundreds of Flock searches tied to protest activity
  • CNN report from July 2026, citing an Institute for Justice tally, found at least two dozen cases where officers resigned or were arrested for allegedly using Flock to stalk romantic partners
  • A police chief in Braselton, Georgia, was arrested for allegedly using ALPR cameras to stalk and harass private citizens
  • Court documents show searches conducted far outside officers’ jurisdictions, according to a 2026 investigation republished by Yahoo
  • Flock told 404 Media it was “aware of 15 incidents of abuse” — a figure critics argue the platform’s design makes structurally impossible to trust

Iran Demands China’s Anti-American BRICS Coalition Provide More Support During War

Iran’s representative at a meeting of the anti-American BRICS coalition on Wednesday used the opportunity to demand that member countries invest more of their time, money, and energy into “practical initiatives” to help Iran, a call that follows months of minimal support from the bloc during the ongoing war with America.

BRICS — named after core countries Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa — is an economic, security, and diplomatic coalition largely led by communist China that seeks to overthrow the current, Western-led global order. It presents itself as a vehicle to aid the development and prosperity of the “global south” despite the presence of Russia and China, promoting interdependency among its members at the expense of ties with America. In addition to its core members, the group consists of Egypt, Ethiopia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Iran, and Indonesia. Another 13 countries, mostly rogue states such as Cuba and Belarus, received BRICS “partner” status in 2024, a second tier of cooperation inferior to full membership.

The BRICS coalition has persistently been challenged by the fact that the member countries do not fundamentally share national interests. Since the founding of the bloc, India and China have engaged in territorial warfare, South Africa has had to protect its economy from China’s malignant goods dumping schemes, and the UAE has supported Ukraine against Russia’s ongoing invasion. Iran has been the most overtly problematic member of the group, however, actively bombing the UAE then diverting the agenda of BRICS meetings to demand other countries support its terrorist activity.

Wednesday’s BRICS finance minister and central bank governor meeting continued the trend of Iran hijacking the coalition to prioritize its own interests. Iranian Central Bank Governor Abdolnaser Hemmati lamented in his remarks, according to Iranian state media, that BRICS was not doing all it could to offer concrete support to Tehran.

“BRICS will have the greatest impact when it can turn policy dialogues into practical initiatives and operational mechanisms,” Hemmati stated, according to Iran’s Tasnim News Agency.

“Referring to the difficult and complex regional and international circumstances, as well as the U.S.-Israeli military aggression against Iran’s sovereignty and territorial integrity,” Tasnim added, “Hemmati said economic and financial stability cannot be achieved without peace, respect for international law, and adherence to the principles of the U.N. Charter.”

DOJ FIRES BACK After D.C. Council Demands Governors from 10 States to Pull National Guard From Nation’s Capital: “Your Politically Motivated Letter Is Impotent”

The radical, crime-loving leftists on the D.C. City Council just tried to pull a fast one, but the Department of Justice wasn’t having any of it.

In an OUTRAGEOUS and frankly SICK move, the D.C. City Council sent letters to 10 state governors demanding they pull their brave National Guard members out of our nation’s capital. After President Trump stepped in to save their failing, crime-ridden city, these local Democrats now want to kick out the very heroes keeping their streets safe!

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, the streets of Washington D.C. had devolved into an absolute third-world war zone under local Democrat leadership before President Trump declared a national crime emergency in August 2025 and brought back LAW AND ORDER!

In a scorching letter, Assistant Attorney General Colin M. McDonald of the Office of the Deputy Attorney General unloaded on the Council, accusing them of feigning “ignorance of the historic public safety strides made in our Nation’s capital” while showing “callousness—instead of compassion and care—toward your constituents, who now live in a city with far less violence and fear thanks to the National Guard and the D.C. Safe and Beautiful Task Force.”

“Let me be clear, your council has no power to demand that governors remove their brave men and women from serving in uniform in our Nation’s capital. Your politically-motivated letter is impotent theatrics not worth the paper it’s written on, and D.C. is a much safer place no matter what you say. Because you refuse to speak the truth about the life-preserving work of the Task Force, the truth will speak for itself,” McDonald wrote in the letter.

McDonald didn’t stop there. He threw their own hypocrisy right in their faces, reminding them that just a couple of years ago, D.C. Councilmember Trayon White was literally begging for the National Guard to step in because the city was a “war zone.”

President Trump ordered the mobilization of the D.C. National Guard on August 11, 2025, directing the Defense Department to coordinate with governors on additional personnel considered necessary to restore law and order. The presidential memorandum stated that the deployment would continue until the president determined that order had been restored.

‘Excrement’ on the Beaches: Ceuta Health System on Brink of ‘Collapse’ Following Migrant Invasion

A budding health crisis appears to be fomenting in the Spanish autonomous territory of Ceuta amid reports of groups of illegal migrants creating unsanitary conditions on the city’s beaches and even schools, which are claimed to be littered with garbage and “excrement”.

In the wake of upwards of 72,000 illegals flooding across the border from Morocco last month, health officials are warning that the Spanish exclave with a population of just 87,000 is not equipped to handle the needs of the thousands of migrants who have remained in the area.

Speaking on the Espejo Público news programme on Spanish broadcaster Antena 3, University Hospital of Ceuta doctor Guadalupe Sánchez warned that the city is facing a “humanitarian catastrophe” with the mass influx of migrants overwhelming the healthcare system and the local government’s ability to house them.

With many of the remaining migrants being forced to live in makeshift accommodations on Ceuta’s beaches, Sánchez said that people are afraid to go down to the beaches, saying: “They are occupied, they are full of huts, people are eating there, throwing food, it’s full of clothes, of excrement, of cigarettes.”

“With all the diseases I’m seeing, because my WhatsApp is full of photos of people from Ceuta who say ‘look at what came out on my child’, impetigo, mange, contagious diseases, this is a sanitary catastrophe.”

“The beach is contaminated; it is contaminated because, this has to be said, they are peeing, they are doing their necessities, they are bathing,” the doctor added.

Axelrod Can’t Believe His Ears as He Learns Obama Got on 2008 Ballot With Election Fraud, Resulting in Criminal Convictions of Multiple Dems

Election meddling does not happen. At least, that’s what top Democratic Party officials believe, but it’s possible they just have a short memory or were not paying attention.

Former Chief Strategist and Senior Advisor to the Obama Administration David Axelrod either forgot, did not remember, or played dumb on CNN Tuesday evening when faced with the reality of such a case in Indiana.

Axelrod found himself hearing it from former White House spokesman and political commentator Pete Seat on “Anderson Cooper 360” and looked completely dumbfounded when Seat reminded him that Democrat officials in Indiana — Seat’s home state — were convicted of petition fraud relating to the 2008 primary.

“The gentleman you previously worked for, David Axelrod, Barack Obama got on the ballot because Democrats in that county submitted fraudulent ballot petition signatures.”

“People, including the Democrat county chair, went to jail over that.”

HORRIFIC: Illegal Alien With Lengthy Rap Sheet Brutally Murders California Man ONE DAY After This Woke Judge Releases Him

An innocent American citizen is dead at the hands of an illegal alien with a long criminal record, thanks in no small part to a far-left California judge.

As CBS News San Francisco reported, a man was found fatally stabbed outside his home in Martinez on August 6th. Firefighters and medical personnel promptly responded, but it was too late.

The victim was identified as 68-year-old Todd Stewart.

Authorities later identified 36-year-old Marcos Iriarte-Valdez as the person responsible for the crime and arrested him at his home on August 7th.

Surveillance video released by the police and shared with local news outlets shows the moment Iriarte-Valdez stabs Stewart to death on his own lawn.

It’s truly a horrifying scene.

Mamdani’s Socialist Utopia Collides With Reality As Manhattan Rents Hit Record

Socialist NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani built his political campaign by relentlessly attacking America and, most importantly, portraying capitalism as the root cause of nearly every social problem, from affordability pressures to soaring rents.

Voters were sold the idea that his administration could deliver an instant utopian transformation built on free bus rides, government-run grocery stores, and cheap housing.

However, like every Marxist before him, Mamdani’s vision of utopia is not grounded in economic reality. The dream pitched to millions across the metropolitan area is now colliding with market reality: a continuing nightmare for renters. Even with Mamdani’s rent freeze and threat of a pied-à-terre tax, rents are still rising.

Delving into the granular data, a report from the New York Post, citing data from Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, shows that Manhattan’s average monthly rent jumped to a record $6,655 in July, up 10% from a year earlier.

The median rent reached $5,295, a 6% increase from the same month one year ago, according to the data. Average rents rose across every apartment category, including 8% for studios to $4,088, 7% for one-bedroom apartments to $5,486 and 13% for two-bedroom apartments to $8,054. Three-bedroom apartments averaged $12,228, up 12%.

NYC’s rental vacancy rate has fallen to 1.49%, the lowest since 1968 and well below the 5% threshold typically associated with a landlord’s market. Separately, state data show that roughly 57,000 rent-stabilized apartments sat vacant in 2025

A severe housing shortage, elevated mortgage rates, and new rental regulations have intensified competition for available apartments. Let’s not forget that a recent Center for Migration Studies report showed that more than 500,000 illegal aliens live in NYC.
