Seattle LGBT Commission Demands Taxpayer-Funded Housing and ‘State of Emergency’ for ‘Trans Refugees’ Fleeing Republican States, Socialist Mayor Promises Action Despite $175 Million Budget Deficit

Seattle’s official LGBT Commission is calling on socialist Mayor Katie Wilson to declare a formal “state of emergency” over what it calls a “trans relocation crisis,” and is demanding the city provide free housing and taxpayer-funded salaries for trans activist groups to support thousands of transgender-identifying individuals allegedly fleeing red states.

The commission claims “tens of thousands” of “trans refugees” have fled to Seattle in order to escape “genocidal and vile legislation” passed in Republican states that restrict sex change procedures for minors.

In an official statement, the advisory body demanded the city immediately step up with housing “run by trans orgs for trans people,” pay unemployed volunteers who are “fighting full-time against this crisis,” and offer protection from the federal government.

A coalition of trans activist groups, including the Antifa-affiliated “Moto Hooligans,” has announced a rally and march on Saturday, May 23, at Cal Anderson Park to pressure Mayor Wilson to meet their demands.

A coalition of trans activist groups, including the Antifa-affiliated “Moto Hooligans,” stated that they need more financial resources to assist the “tens of thousands” of transgender “refugees” who have allegedly moved to Seattle to escape what they call the Trump administration’s “genocide” of trans people, according to a Tuesday social media post. As a result, the coalition has demanded free housing for trans people, as well as the allocation of taxpayer funds to pay trans activists to assist with the so-called “crisis.”

The group announced a Saturday, May 23, rally and march at Seattle’s Cal Anderson Park, the former CHAZ/CHOP zone, to demand further resources from Mayor Wilson, a socialist who took office earlier this year.

Outrageous! Panda Express Employees Call the Police on Man for Wearing a MAGA Hat Inside and Flashing a Harmless Gesture at Cook

The disease known as Trump Derangement Syndrome is now infecting employees at one of the most famous Chinese restaurants in America.

As Fox News reported on Tuesday, a conservative influencer has revealed that a pair of employees at a Panda Express in Washington state called the cops on conservative influencer Chris Sims and his friend @DannyRebel333 over a MAGA hat and flashing an innocuous gesture to a cook inside the establishment.

Fox News confirmed the incident in Lakewood on May 10.

In the video below, Sims, wearing the hat, is livestreaming his visit to Panda Express. Shortly after entering the restaurant, he notices they don’t like the hat he’s wearing.

Sims then gives a thumbs-up to one of the cooks. Upon seeing this, the employees behind the counter then kicked Sims and his friend out of the restaurant.

After exchanging words with a pair of employees outside the restaurant, Sims learns that the police have been called.

Seattle’s new socialist Mayor Katie Wilson made headlines a few weeks ago as she laughed off the idea of millionaires fleeing the city over new and higher taxes.

Now some people in the city, including other Democrats, are starting to realize just who they put into this position of power.

One city council member who reportedly ‘welcomed’ the change the new mayor was bringing to the city is now ‘gravely concerned’ about the parade of wealth that is going to march out of the area.

A Democratic city council member who once welcomed the “change” from socialist Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson is now admitting he is “gravely concerned” about the business exodus affecting the major American city.

This comes as blue states like Washington and New York face a business exodus in favor of more market-friendly red states. Starbucks, a major player in Seattle’s business scene, recently announced a major expansion into Nashville while simultaneously cutting Seattle-based corporate jobs, a move that has intensified concerns about Seattle’s business climate and economic competitiveness.

Wilson, a self-proclaimed socialist, recently went viral for laughing off the exodus of billionaires and business leaders from her city, saying, “I think the claims that millionaires are going to leave our state are super overblown,” and adding, “the ones that leave? Like, bye.”

Now, less than five months into Wilson’s term, Seattle Democratic Councilmember Rob Saka admitted to the New York Times, “I am gravely concerned,” telling the outlet, “This is real.”

Saka previously welcomed Wilson after she defeated incumbent Bruce Harrell, saying in a statement, “The voters have spoken, calling for change and a renewed focus on affordability, community, and fighting back against a resurgent Trump agenda.”

Who is going to fund the new socialist utopia when all of the wealthy people leave Seattle?

Washington Gov. Bob Ferguson fined for improper use of state aircraft for personal travel

Washington Gov. Bob Ferguson violated state ethics law by allowing a former aide to fly on a state aircraft for personal travel, according to a ruling by the Washington State Executive Ethics Board.

The board concluded Ferguson improperly used state resources and granted a special privilege when he invited former Chief Strategy Officer Mike Webb to join him on a Washington State Patrol plane in June 2025.

The incident stemmed from a complaint filed on July 30, 2025, alleging Ferguson permitted a private citizen to travel on a taxpayer-funded aircraft assigned for official gubernatorial use. The complaint said Webb, who had left state employment months earlier, was traveling for non-government purposes.

According to stipulated facts accepted by the board, Webb resigned from the governor’s office in March 2025 but was allowed to accompany Ferguson on a June 26 flight to the Tri-Cities, where both had separate engagements. Ferguson said he offered Webb an empty seat on the plane because the flight was not at capacity.

Ferguson acknowledged the decision was a mistake, stating in a written response that the invitation “may have given the wrong impression” that Webb still had a role in the administration.

Insanity: Ex-BLMer and Special Ed Teacher on Leave Over Abuse Allegations Just Elected President of Teachers Union

Homeschooling only looks more appealing as the education system continues to leave children with some of the worst excuses for teachers.

One of those is Ibijoke Idowu, who teaches special education at Rising Star Elementary in South Beacon Hill for Seattle Public Schools in Washington state.

In December 2025, Idowu was placed on leave following allegations that she abused an autistic child in her classroom. A complaint was filed with the district after the third-grader’s parents saw bruises the size of an adult’s fingertips in October and December.

The child’s parents also alleged his therapist witnessed Idowu throw a marker at him, hitting him in the face.

Since those incidents, The Seattle Times reported that according to his father, the child has been emotionally distressed, not sleeping well, and has been avoiding school.

The Teacher Accountability System summarized the allegations as follows:

“Alleged physical abuse of a third-grade student with autism, including leaving fingertip-sized bruises and throwing a marker at the student’s head, causing injury to face and glasses. Additional allegations include grabbing students by the arm, causing pain.”

The organization puts the case severity as high, and the Seattle Police have been notified with the investigation ongoing.

If those claims weren’t bad enough, Idowu is also a leftist, having previously worked as an organizer for Black Lives Matter.

Apparently, none of this has kept her from holding office, as she’s been elected president of the Seattle Teachers Union ,with the New York Post reporting that the election results were certified Friday.

The criteria to run for office includes paying union dues and being employed by the school system.

Given that Idowu is on leave but still employed, she was an eligible candidate, but who in their right mind would vote for this woman?

From a practical perspective, she is relatively inexperienced.

Her teaching career began in 2021, but she is also a special education teacher. Why would her fellow teachers — she now represents 6,000 SPS employees — put her in this job?

Per the New York Post, as the race last week was winding down, Idowu commented on how she’d like to be seen as a candidate.

“I am not afraid to be a line stepper when it’s necessary and when it protects others,” she said.

“You can’t be afraid, and the thing is, sometimes you even have to be the bad guy. You have to ruffle feathers. But that is a part of, like, leadership, and sometimes you have to advocate for this group, and it bothers this group. But you know what? That’s for this group to deal with. And you figure out why the advocacy for this group is bothering you, because that’s something you have to deal with. That’s not for me to deal with.”

Her dystopian collectivism in handling individuals on a group basis is a topic of discussion in itself, but the comments about being “a line stepper” or “the bad guy” lack self-awareness. She should have given pause in consideration of the accusations, but her rebuttal now would likely be that those statements won her the race.

Idowu’s story is another advertisement for homeschooling.

Detransitioner Chloe Cole cancels UW speech after alleged Antifa threats

Detransitioner Chloe Cole announced Tuesday she is canceling a scheduled University of Washington speech after citing alleged threats from Antifa.

“Antifa has assembled a local militia, in their own words, to shut down this event,” Cole said in a Tuesday video announcement. 

“Their actions, their explicit threats on my life, have raised this event to national attention, a level of attention our security team and our PD are frankly unprepared for,” she added. 

Cole, a detransitioner who went through the process of transitioning from female to male between the ages of 12 and 16, was set to speak Wednesday at the University of Washington in Kane 210 as part of TPUSA’s “Pick Up the Mic” initiative.

At the age of 15, Cole underwent hormones and a double mastectomy.

In a post on Instagram, UW Divest News, a pro-Palestinian group, urged students to protest the Turning Point USA chapter event with Cole, calling her a “transphobic right-wing grifter.”

The post instructed protesters to “bring flags, drums, or anything to make some noise! Email UW admin to cancel the event and ban Turning Point USA from campus! WE WILL NOT TOLERATE HATE GROUPS ON CAMPUS! WE LOVE OUR TRANS SIBLINGS! 🏳️‍⚧️ FREE PALESTINE! 🇵🇸”

Councilwoman Slammed for Calling Pride Flag ‘More Relatable’ Than American Flag

A left-wing local official in Washington has found herself in hot water after dismissing the American flag as “not relatable” and suggesting that a pride flag would better represent her city, as reported by Fox News.

Lynnwood City Councilwoman Isabel Mata sparked outrage after arguing that 27 American flags displayed in a local park should be swapped out for “commemorative” or “inclusive” ones—because certain versions of Old Glory represent “parts of American history that, frankly, are not great.”

Mata’s comments came during a recent city council meeting, where she lamented the presence of multiple iterations of the U.S. flag flown in Wilcox Park, affectionately known as “Flag Park.”

Her remarks, suggesting the American flag was less meaningful than the LGBTQ pride flag, quickly spread across social media and drew fierce criticism from locals, veterans, and conservatives who saw her statements as yet another symptom of the Left’s ongoing crusade against patriotism.

HUGE! WA State Abandoned Box of Election Materials – More Data Analysis Shows Amazing Find is Bigger than Expected

REVIEW: On April 16, 2026, WAGOP State Chairman and State Rep. Jim Walsh reported that a concerned citizen made a troubling discovery in February 2026: hundreds of undelivered WA State ballots sitting in a large box on the ground, next to a dumpster behind a strip mall in Renton, WA. According to Chair Walsh, the Good Samaritan knew they were important, put the box in his truck, called King County Elections, then called the WA Secretary of State’s office (SoS), but was given the runaround. He even tried calling his congressional representative with no luck. So, he contacted Chair Walsh and gave the box to WAGOP.

WHAT WE NOW KNOW:

  • USPS delivered election mail from several county elections offices and the WA Sec of State (SoS) over the 2020-25 election cycles, addressed to people who rented private mailboxes at a Commercial Mailbox Business at 330 SW 43rd St., Suite K, Renton, WA. The business was responsible for holding the mail in customers’ private mailboxes for them to pick up.
  • Much election mail went unclaimed between 2020–2025. Instead of being properly handled as undeliverable and sent back to USPS, a large box of election materials was abandoned next to a dumpster behind the strip mall where the business is located.
  • The new owner of the business told reporters they took over in Jan 2026 and were unaware of any leftover ballots, calling the situation “news to them.”

The WAGOP scanned and photocopied the contents of the box. They contacted law enforcement and the USPS and ensured the contents of the box were secure. It took USPS two days to come and pick up the box. The box and all its contents were then given to USPS inspectors who are conducting an investigation with Renton Police, King County officials, and possibly the FBI.

As Chair of the WAGOP Election Integrity Committee, I was notified of the findings immediately after Chair Walsh’s April 16 video. I then reached out to several election integrity specialists to assist in data analysis to further clarify, verify, document, and record the findings. Here are the most recent updates:

THE ELECTION-RELATED MATERIALS IN THE BOX INCLUDED:

  • 550 undelivered “Eligible But Unregistered” (EBU) voter registration postcards, addressed from the SoS to people not yet listed on the state’s voter roll. These are people who are NOT registered voters but appear to be eligible to register to vote (U.S. citizens, age 16+, state residents, etc.).
  • 360 undelivered ballot envelopes, sent from elections offices in King (334), Pierce (11), Snohomish (11), Thurston (2), Kitsap (1), and one from Imperial County, California.

DATA ANALYSIS FOR THE 360 UNDELIVERED BALLOT ENVELOPES:

  • 63 unique voters (2020 – 2025 election cycles). 58 are currently registered.
  • 6 people voted in different election cycles (using ballots not found in the box).
    • 4 voted in the 2024 general election.
    • 1 voted in the 2020 general election.
    • 1 voted in the 2022 general election.
    • No one voted in the 2023 or 2025 elections.

Of Note: Of the 63 voters, about 47 (75%) have traditional American/Northern European names, and about 16 (25%) have other foreign names (6 Hispanic, 6 Chinese/Central Asian, 4 Russian/Slavic).

Seattle’s socialist Mayor Katie Wilson slammed for cutting short interview over basic public safety question

Seattle socialist Mayor Katie Wilson is facing renewed backlash after abruptly cutting short an interview when pressed on a basic public safety question.

The two-minute video has amassed nearly 1 million views on X and sparked fierce criticism of the newly installed mayor.

Wilson awkwardly exited the interview with Seattle’s TV station KOMO after being asked about the role of surveillance cameras amid rising gun violence in the city.

“That’s obviously been an issue that you weighed in on. Does that change it? Does that change your perspective at all?” a reporter asked.

As the question was posed, the mayor began to break eye contact and glance at what appeared to be her press staffers off camera, who could be heard telling the reporter to “keep it on topic.”

The great bait-and-switch of state assisted suicide laws

Last March, 31-year-old Eileen Mihich was found dead in a room at the Hotel Deluxe in Portland, Ore. Near her body was an empty bottle of the poison pills prescribed specifically for physician-assisted suicide.

Mihich had obtained this concoction from a pharmacy in Mill Creek, Wash., despite not meeting any of the legal criteria to obtain it. She was not terminally ill. She had not seen even one practitioner. She also had serious mental illness that rendered her capacity questionable, and she was not a resident of Washington state.

One year after lodging a formal complaint with the Washington Department of Health, her family has still received no word on how their loved one could have received these deadly drugs.

The incident helps illustrate the classic bait-and-switch nature of the modern assisted suicide movement and the effort to make suicide-affirmation a form of medical care.

The first U.S. state to legalize the practice, Oregon, promised that cases like that of Mihich wouldn’t happen. In the subsequent decades, the assisted suicide lobby has continuously protested too much that no documented case of abuse exists. This nonsense has long been discredited. In fact, the very first woman to die from Oregon’s original suicide law was pushed through the doctor-shopping process despite her likely ineligibility. A litany of other cases of abuse has followed.

Outside the U.S., it is almost satirical how ravenous the system has become for new victims of abusive practices. Recently, multiple outlets have documented how an 81-year-old woman in Canada was offered to be put to death by the state on account of her back pain.

Mihich’s tragic case ought to bring renewed scrutiny to how this flimsy, dangerous system operates in the U.S. Bills to legalize the practice are active in 13 states, and two other states are looking at removing their existing safeguards.

Eileen’s workaround was disturbingly simple and works in all 13 states where suicide-affirming care is legal. She knew she did not meet her native Oregon’s eligibility requirements. So she found a random doctor’s publicly available National Provider Identifier, which she used to forge a prescription. She spoofed that doctor’s email address and submitted the fraudulent application by email to a pharmacy, which signed the prescription.

Eileen picked up the fatal dose shortly thereafter.
