Another Body Found in Massachusetts Fuels Speculation and Fears About Possible New England Serial Killer

Last week, the Gateway Pundit reported that fears are growing that New England towns are being hunted by a serial killer.

Now another body has been found, this time in Springfield, Massachusetts, a small city in the western part of the state. This brings the victim count to eight. Most of the victims have been women.

Authorities are still trying to downplay speculation about the case but the subject is receiving an ever-increasing amount of attention on social media.

FOX News reported:

New England serial killer fears heighten after eighth idyllic town rocked by gruesome discovery

Massachusetts authorities are investigating the death of a woman found unresponsive off a bike path in Springfield on Tuesday.

Springfield Police Department spokesperson Ryan Walsh said officers responded to reports of an unresponsive person near a bike path at the 1500 block of Hall of Fame Avenue.

Upon arrival, officers discovered a woman who was pronounced dead shortly after.

“The SPD Homicide Unit under the direction Captain Trent Duda is conducting an unattended death investigation in conjunction with the @HampdenDA Murder Unit, pending an autopsy by the Medical Examiner,” Walsh said.

The woman’s death comes amid rumors circulating online about a possible New England serial killer following the deaths of seven and now eight people, mostly women, between March and April in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island. As of Wednesday, authorities have not announced any kind of connection between the eight victims’ deaths…

The rumors began circulating on a Facebook group called “New England Serial Killer,” which has since changed its name due to Facebook rules and regulations. Over the last two months, human remains have been located in New Haven, Norwalk, Groton and Killingly, Connecticut; Foster, Rhode Island; and Framingham, Plymouth and now Springfield, Massachusetts.

Southern California judge found guilty of murdering his wife in 2023

A California jury convicted a judge of fatally shooting his wife following a drunken argument at their Anaheim Hills home in 2023, prosecutors said.

Prosecutors accused Orange County Superior Court Judge Jeffrey Ferguson of intentionally killing his wife, Sheryl Ferguson, 65, in their Anaheim, California, home in August 2023. During the trial, Jeffrey Ferguson admitted to shooting his wife but maintained that it was an accident.

Jurors rejected Jeffrey Ferguson’s testimony that he accidentally shot his wife and convicted him of second-degree murder as well as a felony gun enhancement on April 22, according to the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. He faces a maximum sentence of 40 years to life in prison and is scheduled to be sentenced on June 13.

DOJ accuses IL officials of having kept noncitizen from ICE accused of murder after jail release

One of several examples the U.S. Department of Justice gave of how federal officials have been obstructed by Illinois’ migrant sanctuary policies involves an illegal alien released from jail later being accused of murder.

“In January 2025, federal officials issued a detainer request for an alien who was being held in Cook County jail on sexual assault of a minor charges,” the DOJ said. “Pursuant to Cook County’s restrictions, law enforcement officers did not respond to the detainer request … Following the alien’s release from local jail, he was arrested and charged with homicide just 17 days later.”

The filing in federal court comes as the state of Illinois, Cook County and the city of Chicago are asking the judge in the case to hold off on tackling migrant sanctuary policies that the DOJ says obstructs federal agents from doing their job.

In a statement of material facts for its motion for summary judgment against the state’s migrant sanctuary laws, the U.S. Department of Justice last week said the federal government has exclusive authority over immigration laws and enforcement and President Donald Trump issued an executive order declaring a national emergency at the border.

“Congress recently expanded the list of crimes that can trigger mandatory detention requirements to include burglary, theft, larceny, shoplifting, or assault of a law enforcement officer, or any crime that results in death or serious bodily injury to another person,” the DOJ said in its filing for summary judgment. “Defendants’ sanctuary policies cause significant harm to federal immigration enforcement and public safety by not honoring immigration detention orders, or helping facilitate access to detainees in local custody.”

Activist-minister aiding teen killer Karmelo Anthony has his own lengthy rap sheet: reports

An activist representing accused teen killer Karmelo Anthony has a lengthy criminal history that includes a conviction on child abuse charges and allegations of domestic violence from a former romantic partner, according to past reports.

Minister Dominique Alexander, the appointed spokesperson for the alleged teen murderer, has previously been charged with multiple felonies for which he served almost zero prison time, according to local reports.

Back in 2009, Alexander was arrested for shaking and hitting the 2-year-old child of his then-girlfriend with an object, according to Fox 4 Dallas.

He was convicted of the charges in 2011, receiving two years of probation from a Dallas court.

However, in 2016, the activist was sentenced to two years in prison for multiple violations of that probation — but only served eight days in prison for two listed infractions of traveling out of state, according to the Dallas Morning News.

WHAT? Austin Metcalf’s Father Denounces His Son’s Supporters

This is pretty crazy, but I’ll do my best to show you the full story and let you decide.

Because there are definitely two sides to this.

And perhaps you might come to the same conclusion that I am coming to which is: both sides might be wrong here.

But let me show you what I mean first….

I assume most of you by now know the story of Austin Metcalf who was (allegedly) stabbed in the heart by a black kid at a track meet for the crime of telling him he couldn’t sit where the track team is sitting.

He died on the scene in his twin brother’s arms.

Horrific story.

But what I want to talk about is the parents’ reaction to it.

First I want to go to this clip of Austin’s father speaking after Austin was stabbed in the heart and killed.

I will say this is a short clip and perhaps sounds different in longer context, I don’t know, but what I am hearing here is a father that is far more worried about not offending black people than he is over the fact that his son was just brutally stabbed in the heart and killed.

How No-Consequence Schooling Turns Kids Like Karmelo Anthony Into Killers

Earlier this month, 17-year-old high school student Austin Metcalf was stabbed to death at a track meet in Frisco, Texas. Metcalf died in his twin brother’s arms.

As an educator who lives just down the road, I know too well how our system failed to keep Metcalf out of harm’s way.

Karmelo Anthony, also 17, has been charged with first-degree murder in the fatal stabbing. They had never met before the track meet, according a witness. Anthony brought a knife to the track meet and sat under another team’s tent. When asked to move, he reportedly refused and became aggressive. Metcalf stepped in to ask him to move again, to which Anthony responded, “Make me move,” according to Metcalf’s twin, who watched the events. Then Austin Metcalf grabbed Anthony’s backpack and Anthony stabbed him in the chest, his brother said.

Some have tried to make this about race — Metcalf was white, Anthony was black. But let’s not make this about race. This is about human decency and the culture that has eroded it.

A dangerous mindset has won over many young men today. It tells them that nothing really matters — burn it all down and take what you can. It demands respect while offering none in return. It scoffs at authority, mocks standards, and justifies any action that serves one’s immediate desires. I have seen this mindset spread in my years working at a relatively well-off suburban high school down the road from Metcalf’s school. Countless examples come to mind.

Man Whose Death Sentence Was Commuted by Biden in 2024 Indicted for First-Degree Murder of 12-Year-Old Girl

Thomas Steven Sanders, a convicted child murderer whose federal death sentence was commuted by Joe Biden in December 2024 through his autopen, has been indicted for first-degree murder by a Louisiana grand jury.

Sanders was originally sentenced to death in 2014 for the 2010 kidnapping and murder of 12-year-old Lexis Roberts of Las Vegas.

He had taken Lexis and her mother, Suellen Roberts, on a trip to the Grand Canyon, during which he murdered Suellen in Arizona and then brought Lexis to Louisiana, where he killed her in Catahoula Parish.

Despite his federal conviction and death sentence, Biden commuted Sanders’ sentence to life imprisonment without parole as part of a broader move affecting 37 of the 40 inmates on federal death row.

Now, the state of Louisiana is seeking to impose its own justice.

A Catahoula Parish Grand Jury indicted Sanders for the state-level murder of Lexis Roberts.

District Attorney Bradley Burget announced that his office will seek the death penalty, emphasizing that Biden’s federal commutation does not affect state prosecution, KALB reported.

“Biden’s action to commute the federal death penalty will have no effect on the state prosecution of Sanders,” Burget stated per The Democrat.

Thomas Steven Sanders is the third individual granted clemency to end up back behind bars.

Teenager Accused of Murdering Parents and Planning to Assassinate President Trump Discussed His Plans for a Drone Attack in Online Conversations With Ukrainian: FBI DOCS

Back in February, the US was shocked by the news that Nikita Casap, a 17-year-old from Waukesha, Wisconsin, was arrested, accused of killing his mother, Tatiana Casap, and stepfather, Donald Mayer.

The reason why? To gain ‘financial means and autonomy’ to implement a deranged terrorist attack against President Donald J. Trump.

According to Federal authorities, Casap planned to assassinate Trump to ‘spark a political revolution’ and ‘save the white race’, objectives that he outlined in a three-page manifesto.

The teen was connected with neo-Nazi groups like the Order of Nine Angles – and with disturbing foreign ties to Ukrainian militants.

‘Free Melo’: Karmelo Anthony’s friends, family sell merch in support of Austin Metcalf’s admitted killer

Friends and relatives of 17-year-old Karmelo Anthony, the Texas high school student accused of fatally stabbing another teen, are promoting t-shirts with his face on them with slogans like “FreeMelo” and “#Justice4KarmeloAnthony.” When he was taken into custody after the fatal stabbing of Austin Metcalf at a Frisco High School track meet, Anthony admitted that he was the killer.

A website selling the shirts describes Anthony as “just a small town kid, raised in a loving two parent household,” and goes on to paint a portrait of him as a model youth.

“Karmelo, A 4.0 student. A football team captain. A leader, a protector, a role model. Karmelo Anthony is the kind of young man every parent hopes to raise. He speaks with respect. He takes care of his younger siblings and little cousins. He works hard, stays out of trouble, and carries himself with dignity,” the website states.

Anthony was arrested earlier this month after authorities said he stabbed fellow student Austin Metcalf during a confrontation at a high school track meet. According to police, the dispute began when Metcalf told Anthony he was sitting under the wrong team’s tent and asked him to leave. A witness claimed Anthony replied, “Touch me and see what happens,” before the altercation turned physical. Metcalf was fatally stabbed and died in the arms of his twin brother.

Anthony has been under house arrest in a $900,000 rental home located in a gated community, having been released on a $250,000 bond that was reduced from $1 million. The Daily Mail reported that the family also recently acquired a new vehicle. In court, Anthony’s father said they intended to use the crowdsourced legal funds to move house amid “racist threats.”
