Olympic Gold Medalist Alysa Liu’s Transgender Brother is Quietly Dominating California Girls’ High School Sports

The brother of Olympic figure skating gold medalist Alysa Liu has been competing as a female athlete and steadily collecting victories in California high school girls’ sports, according to a new report.

Jaylin Liu, who previously went by the name Joshua and only recently began identifying as female, has taken first place in every 200-meter and 400-meter girls’ race he entered for Albany High School this season, including the Tri-County Athletic League Finals, according to reporting from Reduxx.

He is ranked the top “female” runner on his team in those events and the best in the league in the quarter-mile.

In 2025 alone, Jaylin Liu secured eight first-place finishes at seasonal meets, a silver medal at the NCS Bayshore Championship in the 400-meter, and a gold medal in the Tri-County Athletic League Frosh-Soph Championship 200-meter race.

Beyond track, he has also competed in girls’ varsity basketball, earning a silver medal at a championship, and played ultimate frisbee for El Cerrito High School at the Ultimate High School National Invite, where his performance was described as extremely dominant.

When it comes to public indecency, why do the rules differ based on sexual orientation?

Lacey Tompkins had a memorable day at the beach the other day – for all the wrong reasons.

Here’s the skinny: Lacey and her boyfriend visited the beach at Dominion Park in Saint John, N.B. And the couple did what most people do at a beach – go for a dip, soak up the sun, and so on.

The trouble began when Lacey decided to do a little sun tanning. And hey, what better way to avoid those pesky tan lines than to go topless? So it was that Lacey removed her bikini top and started soaking up the rays.

Alas, not everyone was amused.

According to a Postmedia story, along came a female lifeguard. She lectured Lacey to cover up because being topless was indecent and there were children present at the beach.

Lacey responded by saying she was doing nothing wrong. She ignored the warning and continued to tan in topless mode.

About 20 minutes later, a uniformed police officer approached Lacey. He also warned her to cover up – or face public indecency charges. Thus, she reluctantly covered up.

Talk about a tempest in a B-cup!

But here’s the thing: women going topless in public is perfectly legal. And it is based on a court ruling that dates back some 30 years ago.

We speak of the Gwen Jacob decision. In July 1991, Gwen was a 19-year-old University of Guelph student who was criminally charged when she was spotted walking down a Guelph street topless on a hot summer day. Her rationale: if men are allowed to go topless, why not women?

Gwen fought the charge and the case went all the way to the Ontario Court of Appeal. In 1996, the court decided that she was not guilty of indecency. This ruling meant Gwen Jacob and other women had earned the right to appear topless in public.

The crux of the matter is that maybe you agree with the Gwen Jacob decision or perhaps you do not. But it’s a moot point given that women going topless in public these days is no longer a criminal act. Period, full stop.

Now you’d think that a competent cop would know the law of the land. But apparently not.

And so it is that Lacey Tompkins, much like Gwen Jacob way back in 1991, is not going quietly into the night. Lacey has filed an official complaint. And we’ll be shocked if that complaint isn’t upheld. Stay tuned.

But there is another angle to this story. And it is an angle that the mainstream media dares not report on. And it has everything to do with the blatant hypocrisy vis-à-vis public nudity.

Which is to say, why did Lacey Tompkins get harassed for NOT breaking the law? Yet so many members of the Rainbow Mafia at pride parades go BOTTOMLESS – which is indeed against the law. Yes, you can go topless – but you cannot display your genitalia and buttocks.

Speaking of which, we don’t care what your sexual orientation or gender identity is, please note: NOBODY wants to see your junk or your fat, ricotta cheese candy ass.

As a side note, can anyone kindly explain to us how it is that demonstrating one’s pride means getting totally bare-naked in public? Sorry, does not compute…

Regardless, these gross exhibitionists are never told to cover up nor are they charged with public indecency – despite the police presence at these parades.

Bottom line: if you are a heterosexual woman NOT breaking the law, you will be harassed by police. But if you are a member of the LGGBDTTTIQQAAPP community, well, law enforcement will turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to illegal public indecency. This is equal parts outrageous and egregious and a dereliction of duty by members of law enforcement who are supposed to uphold the law regardless of identity politics.

In the meantime, our advice for Lacey Tompkins is simply this: next time you’re sunbathing in a topless state at the beach and you are approached by a member of law enforcement, simply say that you’re trans. Trust us: you won’t be harassed nor criminally charged. Rather you will receive a heartfelt apology and then congratulated on celebrating your gender identity.

Federal Appeals Court Upholds Florida’s Ban on Exposing Children to ‘Lewd’ Drag Shows

A federal appeals court has upheld Florida’s child protection law that seeks to prevent kids from attending or being exposed to “adult live performances” like suggestive drag shows or lewd “drag queen” story hours.

The case has been in litigation for three years after a federal judge blocked the law after Orlando’s Hamburger Mary’s Restaurant and Bar sued to preserve it’s ability to host “family friendly drag shows,” according to Courthouse News Service and other outlets.

The 2023 Protection of Children Act law defines an “adult” performance as any show that depicts or simulates “nudity, sexual conduct, sexual excitement or specific sexual activities, lewd conduct or the lewd exposure of prosthetic or imitation genitals or breasts,” the legal news service reported.

Drag shows are known to feature performers dressed in over-the-top sexualized costumes who perform suggestive dances and sometimes simulate lewd acts.

On Tuesday, the full 11th Circuit bench decided on the appeal, ruling 8-5 in favor of overturning the lower court ruling made by Clinton-appointed Senior District Judge Gregory Presnell 2023, as well as overturning an earlier three-judge panel in the circuit last year that agreed with the lower court’s ruling.

“We will not second-guess the Florida Legislature’s decision to regulate obscenity,” wrote U.S. Circuit Judge Andrew Brasher on behalf of the majority. “Preventing children from attending adult live performances obscene for them is rationally related to Florida’s interest in safeguarding the well-being of minors.”

Brasher was appointed to the appellate bench by President Donald Trump.

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier praised the decision.

“Huge victory for our team at the 11th Circuit! After 3 years of litigation, the full court affirmed the constitutionality of Florida’s ban on children attending sexualized drag show,” he said in a statement. “Great work by Solicitor General Dave Dewhirst, who argued the case on the state’s behalf!”

Children’s Hospitals To Begin Offering Restorative Care For Detransitioners

When Texas Children’s Hospital’s “detransition clinic” opens in Houston, it will become the first facility of its kind, giving patients who regret life-altering procedures a chance at restorative care.

The facility, which has yet to announce an opening date, is part of an agreement with state and federal authorities to halt “gender-affirming care” at children’s hospitals while offering help to those who transitioned medically.

A 10-page settlement term sheet, recently obtained by The Epoch Times through an open records request to the Texas attorney general’s office, showed that services at the clinic will focus on multidisciplinary care.

Services are to include endocrinology, surgery, fertility counseling, psychiatry, psychotherapy, and speech pathology, among others.

In May and June, the Department of Justice (DOJ), along with the attorneys general of Texas and Ohio, secured settlements with large hospitals over allegations of fraudulent insurance billing practices related to “gender-affirming care” for children.

The hospitals denied wrongdoing in their billing practices or standards of care.

These agreements require the hospitals not only to cease transitioning procedures, but also to offer discounted or free restorative medical care to detransitioners.

Attorneys representing detransitioners and their clients praised the efforts of the DOJ and the states to assist those suffering from the consequences of life-altering medical changes.

Detransitioners are those who stopped or reversed a medical gender transition they started earlier in life.

Author JK Rowling Drops the Mask on Trans Orthodoxy

Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling has faced constant attacks for standing up for women.  Some of those attacks have come from woke actors who launched their careers, raking in millions of dollars, starring in the Harry Potter franchise.

J.K. Rowling has long been a target of extreme hate and frequent death threats from trans activists and the woke mob for her unwavering belief that men cannot become women.

The Gateway Pundit has reported on the transgender community and their allies directing their rage against Rowling for the sin of expressing her personal opinions on transgender issues.

She took a public stand supporting researcher Maya Forstater after Forstater was let go from her job for making comments labeled as “transphobic.”  Social Justice Warriors branded Rowling a “TERF,” which stands for “trans-exclusionary radical feminist,” for doing so.

She triggered the SJWs again for daring to “misgender” the person behind a Twitter account allegedly tied to Luis Morales, also known as Synthia China Blast, convicted of murdering a 13-year-old child.

Trantifa’s attacks against Rowling have included threats of violence, including calling for her death by hanging.

On Saturday, Rowling pointed out the absurdity of what the trans community is expecting women and girls to confront in what should be safe spaces.

Deranged Golden State Valkyries Coach Says “I’m All About Little Girls Deserving to Play” But Men Should be Allowed in the Women’s Basketball League

Golden State Valkyries coach Natalie Nakase broke her silence on biological male transgenders competing in women’s sports, and she suggested that transgender athletes are “deserving” of playing in women’s leagues. 

This comes amid the controversy surrounding Sophie Cunningham recently saying she wants to “protect young girls in a locker room, or young girls in sport who shouldn’t have to go against biological men.”

Since Cunningham’s remarks, three coaches, including Cunningham’s own coach, the Indiana Fever’s Stephanie White, have broken their silence, refusing to stand up to the transgender insanity threatening women’s sports.

Minnesota Lynx coach Cheryl Reeve even protested Cunningham during a game against the Fever on Sunday, where she wore a “Trans Kids Belong” t-shirt in a petty attempt to own critics of men in women’s sports.

When asked about the controversy and the apparent feud between Cunningham and Reeve on Monday, Nakase said she supports “inclusivity,” alleging in her own experiences of exclusion as a 5’2″ Japanese woman. How would she like to play against seven-foot-tall men?

“I think just in terms of how I’m seeing it is, if I could answer, with like for me, sports, sports is about belonging. It’s about inclusivity. It’s about allowing everyone to be their authentic self,” Nakase told reporters.

“You know, I’m big on that just because I have been criticized for my height, for my ethnicity. I’ve been in those ‘you shouldn’t belong here’ many times. And for me, I don’t want that space, especially Golden State, to ever feel like that.”

She then ironically said, “I’m all about women, little girls deserving to play,” before throwing in, “and that includes trans women.”

“So I’m all about inclusivity,” she added.

Disturbing Video From Radical Non-Profit Group Shares Efforts to Introctrinate Children and “Catch Kids When They’re Starting Puberty” Along with Efforts to Intentionally Go ‘Into Younger and Younger Grades’

A disturbing video from the radical non-profit organization HiTOPS reveals their goal to indoctrinate young children by focusing on students in grades 5-8, to “catch kids when they’re starting puberty.”

According to its website, HITOPS seeks to foster “strong and healthy young people of all identities by providing inclusive and youth-informed sex education and LGBTQ+ support for young people.”

Moreover, they seek to create a world “where young people are able to flourish because they are at home in their bodies, supported in the development of their sexual and gender identity, and equipped with an understanding of how to have safe, consensual, and healthy relationships.”

In a video shared on X by Gays Against Groomers, the Director of Education for the organization, Stacy Robustelli, shared, “The most critical time to be there is grades 5 through 8 because you want to catch kids when they’re starting puberty because that’s the time in which identity formation is central to their lives.”

“However, early intervention is key. So we actually are designing a kindergarten through grade 2 curriculum this summer.”

“And I will tell you, one of the most rewarding experiences, Nikki, uh, we were in a local school system in an elementary school and, uh, we were in grades 3, 4, and 5. And after we were there, um, 5 students went to the principal’s office and came out.”

“So we are really intentionally going into younger and younger grades.”

Transgender TV star arrested on child molestation and sodomy charges, mom ‘blindsided’

Reality TV star Sidney Starr, a transgender whose real name is Sidney Favors, was arrested Sunday in Georgia on felony charges of sodomy, sexual battery against a child under 16 and aggravated child molestation.

Favors is a man pretending to be a woman, and IMDB calls him an “actress” who has appeared “Star” and “Empire.” TMZ says Sidney is best known for “Love & Hip Hop: New York” and “Wild ‘n Out.”

Fox 5 Atlanta reports Favors “was taken into custody following an incident at the Embassy Suites in the 3400 block of International Boulevard” in Hapeville, Georgia.

“Booking records accuse her of performing oral sex on a minor at a hotel in Hapeville and confessing to the act,” according to TMZ.

“Because this case involves a juvenile, no additional information will be released from our agency,” the Hapeville Police Department told the station.

The probe has been turned over to the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office for prosecution.

Libs of TikTok noted: “The thing they say never happens, happened again.”

Meanwhile, TMZ reports Stephanie Favors, the mother of Sidney Favors, says she was blindsided by the child sex allegations against her child, and fully stands behind Sidney.

“Stephanie Favors tells us the allegations are completely out of character for Sidney,” she told TMZ, “and she does not believe her [biological son] would engage in sexual activity with a minor.”

Sidney Favors posted a video on TikTok dancing with mother Stephanie.

WNBA PR Shuts Down Press Conference the Instant Sophie Cunningham’s Defense of Women’s Sports Comes Up

An Indiana Fever postgame press conference came to an abrupt end when a reporter attempted to ask about teammate Sophie Cunningham’s recent comments defending women’s sports.

The team’s PR director immediately cut off the session, sending players and the coach fleeing the podium.

Following the Fever’s win over the Portland Fire on Friday night, an Outkick reporter began a question with the words “Speaking of outside noise, Sophie came out with—”

PR director Jackie Maynard immediately interjected and declared, “We’re going to wrap up there.”

Players Aliyah Boston and Makayla Timpson quickly jumped out of their seats and left the room.

Boston offered a brief “Thank you. Have a good day,” while coach Stephanie White briefly stared at papers before following them out.

Fans Outraged After Multiple WNBA Coaches Refuse to Protect Women’s Sports from Trans Athletes

Three Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) coaches have announced their support for allowing men who claim to be women to play in women’s sports over the last few days.

The debate over allowing men to invade women’s sports was kicked back into high gear after Indiana Fever star Sophie Cunningham delivered the common sense position that women’s sports should not allow transgender players to join their league. She said she feels it is the right thing to do to protect women’s sports against the unsafe and unfair physical advantage that men have over women.

Since Cunningham’s interview with ESPN, left-wing sports media reporters have begun pestering WNBA players and coaches about how they “feel” over Cunningham’s position on the issue. And to date, three coaches have sided with the inclusion of men in women’s sports.

On Friday, for instance, Cunningham’s own coach, Stephanie White, tried to have it both ways by saying she isn’t informed enough to have a set opinion on the “science” of the issue, but added that excluding men from women’s sports isn’t the way to address the problem.

“I don’t know that I would say I’m educated enough from a scientific standpoint. I don’t ever believe that exclusion is the answer. I just don’t. I do think that when we think about various levels of sport, various governing bodies of sport, and things that go into that, like I said, I’m not educated enough at the different levels. I know growing up I played with the boys all the time,” White said, according to Fox News.
