Authorities arrived at Stewart Rosenwasser’s home in Campbell Hall to arrest him as part of a corruption case, law enforcement sources told ABC News.

Rosenwasser had been under investigation for taking bribes.

Judge in South Carolina Shocks Leftists with Bombshell Ruling: Voter Rolls Are Public Record Under Federal Law

In a landmark ruling, a federal judge in South Carolina has declared that voter rolls are public records and must be made available for inspection by election integrity advocates, a decision that could set a precedent nationwide.

The ruling, issued by Judge Joseph F. Anderson Jr. of the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, came in response to a lawsuit filed by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), a nonprofit organization dedicated to election integrity.

PILF sought access to the South Carolina Statewide Voter Registration List under the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) of 1993, which mandates that states maintain accurate voter rolls and make records available for public inspection.

The SEC initially denied the request.

The SEC argued that South Carolina law only permitted access to these records by qualified electors of the state, not by out-of-state organizations like PILF.

Michigan judge loses docket after she’s recorded insulting gay people and Black people

A suburban Detroit judge is no longer handling cases after a court official turned over recordings of her making anti-gay insults and referring to Black people as lazy.

Oakland County Probate Judge Kathleen Ryan was removed from her docket on Aug. 27 for unspecified misconduct. Now the court’s administrator has stepped forward to say he blew the whistle on her, secretly recording their phone calls.

“I just want to make it right. … I want to keep my job and do it in peace,” Edward Hutton told WXYZ-TV. “And I want the people in Oakland County that come to court to get a fair shake, to have their day in court, to have an unbiased trier of fact.”

The judge didn’t talk to the TV station, but her attorneys, Gerald Gleeson and Thomas Cranmer, said: “We look forward to vindicating Judge Ryan in the appropriate forum.”

Probate judges in Michigan handle wills and estates, guardianships and cases that involve the state’s mental health laws.

In the phone recordings, Ryan uses a anti-gay slur against David Coulter, the county’s highest elected official, who is gay. She also referred to Blacks in the U.S. as lazy.

“I’m not systemically racist. I’m a new racist,” said Ryan, who was first elected in 2010.

Justice for Sale – Why the Criminals Running the U.S. Will Continue to Operate Until the Corrupt Judicial System is Replaced

As more and more people in the general public wake up to the fact that the U.S. Government is corrupt and run by criminals, it is time for me to republish some truths about why this is so, which I have learned for the past two decades plus, after I first learned that the U.S. Government was corrupt and run by criminals in the early 2000s.

And so even though what I am going to publish in this article is mostly material I have already published in the past, it will no doubt be new information for those who have just recently begun to wake up to the truth that the U.S. Government is corrupt and run by criminals, and are now guilty of being involved in a population reduction plan all in the name of “saving the planet.”

This is then the truth that everyone who is now looking for solutions to overcome this corrupt Government needs to understand before any change can happen: The U.S. judicial system is totally corrupt and for sale to the highest bidder, so that those with the most money and power have zero chance of facing justice, and they use the “justice” system to enslave the masses.

Are there still some honest and good people working inside the judicial system? Sure, there are, but they are completely powerless to change that system, and most of the honest and moral people in that corrupt system end up leaving, because of the fact that they are powerless to change it.

I am going to highlight some of the most brilliant minds in the U.S. who understand this corruption far better than I do, but first let me explain why I feel qualified to write on this topic.

I have almost 2 decades of experience now with the U.S. judicial system. I don’t have a law degree, nor do I have any experience as an attorney or legal professional.

But that actually gives me an advantage, because I have never earned my living from this corrupt system, and it has no leverage over me.

My experience is in fighting the system. It began by fighting the U.S. Government that tried to destroy my business, fighting back against the FDA and the IRS, two federal agencies that for the most part operate outside courts. I have also been sued in civil court, and have also had criminal charges filed against me in one of the largest criminal courts in the world.

But where I faced the most corruption, by far, was exposing the corrupt judges and others who work in the nation’s family courts, which go by different names in different states, and can include, family courts, juvenile courts, dependency courts, probate courts, etc.

When we began to publish stories in 2014 on our MedicalKidnap.com website of families’ experiences in having their children kidnapped from them by the State, we were threatened by many judges, prosecutors, and other attorneys who tried to get us to take down our articles where we named names.

In Alabama, I actually had one of my reporters and my assistant editor, who was sitting in the hallway of the courthouse outside of the courtroom where a family was attending a hearing and trying to get their child back, and the judge, who had already read some of the articles we had published on the case and was none too pleased about it, actually had the bailiff go outside the courtroom and order my reporter into his court, to ream her out and threaten her if she dared to continue writing stories on that particular case.

She was not a part of that case, and the judge had ZERO authority to bring her into his courtroom without representation, but he didn’t care, because he knew there was no one who was going to make him accountable for his actions.

Judge Lets Former Democrat City Councilwoman Andrea Cardenas Walk Free Despite Guilty Plea for Stealing Over $200K in COVID Relief and Unemployment Funds

A San Diego judge has allowed former Chula Vista City Councilwoman Andrea Cardenas to avoid jail time despite her guilty plea for defrauding the government of over $200,000 in COVID relief and unemployment funds.

Andrea Cardenas, who had been a rising star in the Democrat Party, and her brother, Jesus Cardenas, a former chief of staff to San Diego City Councilman Stephen Whitburn, are at the center of a corruption scandal.

The charges revolve around their alleged fraudulent acquisition of a $176,227 Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan for their venture, Grassroots Resources, a local government and political consulting firm.

According to court documents, Jesus Cardenas misrepresented the nature and scale of their political consulting firm, falsely claiming it employed 34 people.

This lie allowed the Cardenas siblings to siphon off critical funds meant to keep struggling businesses afloat during the pandemic. Instead, these funds were used to line their pockets.

Andrea Cardenas played a crucial role in this deceit. She reportedly altered information provided to lenders, substituting Grassroots Resources’ details with those of a marijuana dispensary, Harbor Collective.

Her involvement didn’t stop there. La Prensa reported that she declared a significant income from Grassroots Resources while simultaneously denying the existence of any employees when the firm pursued a consulting contract with a local public water agency.

Activist Seattle judge releases 3 minors charged with bringing automatic weapons to parade

An activist judge has released three teens to home monitoring after they were arrested for bringing loaded guns, modified to be fully automatic, to a crowded Seattle parade. Parade-goers heard gunshots and began running.

Seattle Police arrested three armed male juveniles on July 21 at a parade in the Chinatown-International District after they were seen brandishing firearms near 7th Ave South and South Weller Street during the parade. A handgun was recovered from each of the teens and two of the guns were reported stolen.

Court records obtained by The Ari Hoffman Show on Talk Radio 570 KVI revealed that the family of a murdered 16-year-old killed in Auburn last month was marching in the parade in honor of their son when they saw the three suspects, who they believe are connected to the murder, feared for their safety and alerted police.

Arizona rancher George Alan Kelly, 75, will not face a retrial for the alleged killing of Gabriel Cuen-Buitimea, a Mexican national found dead on the elder’s property in January 2023.

The New York Post reported that Santa Cruz County Superior Court Judge Thomas Fink made the decisive ruling on Tuesday, denying the prosecution’s request to keep the case open.

Kelly’s case sparked an intense debate over border security and property rights.

It initially ended in a mistrial in April when jurors failed to reach a verdict, Resist the Mainstream previously reported.

Judge Presiding Over Donald Trump Fulton County RICO Ignored Evidence That Georgia Secretary of State Lied About an ‘Audit’ Following 2020 Election

President Donald Trump is currently facing 13 charges in the State of Georgia in a racketeering (RICO) case that also initially involved 18 other ‘co-conspirators,’ including attorneys Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, Jeff Clark, John Eastman, Sidney Powell and Jenna Ellis.

The case has not been going as planned for the Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, however, as she has been embroiled in an alleged corruption scheme to pay her then-lover just under a million dollars to prosecute the case and took lavish vacations with him.  Willis claims she paid him back for those trips “in cash.”

Nathan Wade, the prosecutor and Willis’s then-lover, had never tried a RICO case previously.  He reportedly had never even tried a felony case before.  But he was tasked with, for the first time in history, prosecuting a former US President and front-runner for the Republican nomination in the 2024 election.

This case has already revealed several major discrepancies with the 2020 election, including an admission from Fulton County attorneys that the BlueCrest sorter machines the county had purchased to automate signature verification were not utilized at all.  Further, former Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections member Mark Wingate testified under oath during Jeff Clark’s disbarment hearing that he was told by Fulton County they did no signature verification at all.  He also testified that he was denied any chain of custody documentation to validate the election before certifying.  He voted “no” on certification.

Biden’s RADICAL judicial nominee just busted lying under oath—Sen. Kennedy brought damning receipts…

Sometimes, you witness a takedown so epic that it leaves everyone watching in utter amazement. That’s exactly what happened to Joe Biden’s radical left-wing judicial nominee, Karla Campbell. She’s a harebrained left-wing attorney from Nashville and Biden’s Marxist pick for the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and her judicial dreams might have just imploded. After being caught lying under oath, her hopes of becoming the left’s next activist judge may be over.

The controversy swirls around a radical left-wing extremist hate group known as “Workers’ Dignity,” which is known for advocating the abolition of all military and police forces. It turns out that Ms. Campbell had been a legal advisor for this unhinged group. When Senator Chuck Grassley questioned her, she flat-out lied, denying any involvement. Not the wisest move, because up next was Senator John Kennedy, armed with irrefutable evidence proving her very close and cozy ties to the group. The look on her face was absolutely priceless.

Georgia Judge Accused of Assaulting Cop at Club Claims She Was ‘Set Up’

A Georgia judge is claiming that her arrest at an Atlanta-area nightclub was a “setup” after she was caught on police body camera striking an officer in an altercation where she says she was only trying to help a woman who was being attacked.

Douglas County Probate Judge Christina Peterson was arrested at the Red Martini Restaurant and Lounge in Buckhead shortly after 3:00 a.m. Thursday when police responded to a fight “between two separate parties,” the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

While Peterson was “not involved in the initial altercation,” according to the arresting officer, he said he was “approached and struck with a closed fist by the accused, Christina Peterson.”

“Ms. Peterson then forcibly pushed the officer in the chest and kept swiping his hands away as he attempted to assist the female being escorted out,” the Atlanta Police Department said in a press release.

“Ms. Peterson pushed the officer in the chest again and that is when she was subsequently placed into custody.”

The 38-year-old judge has since been charged with battery and felony obstruction, with body cam footage released by Atlanta Police Department (APD) showing her striking the cop and screaming “let her fucking go” as he attempts to break up the dispute.
