Biden’s New Federal Reserve Vice Chair is Married to his ‘Asia Tsar’ who Headlined a Conference For a Hunter Biden-Linked Chinese Foreign Influence Group.

Lael Brainard – recently nominated as Joe Biden’s Federal Reserve Vice Chairman – controversially refused to label the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) a currency manipulator during her stint in the Obama administration and is married to Kurt Campbell, who has deep ties to Beijing’s foreign influence operations and propaganda organs, The National Pulse can exclusively reveal.

When reporting on the nomination of Brainard earlier this week, corporate media outlets all neglected to mention the nepotistic appointment, as well as Brainard’s long-standing ties to CCP influence groups.

As Treasury’s top diplomat from 2010 to 2013, Brainard oversaw eight reports that all cleared China of its well-documented practice of currency manipulation and failed to ever criticize the decision.

Beyond her failure to hold the Chinese Communist Party to account for its financial abuses, Brainard is married to Kurt Campbell, a top National Security Council (NSC) official dubbed Biden’s “Asia Tzar.”

The National Pulse has previously exposed Campbell’s deep ties to Chinese Communist Party influence operations, including keynoting a major conference alongside a business partner of Hunter Biden, Patrick Ho. In audio unearthed exclusively by The National Pulse from Hunter Biden’s hard drive, the president’s son referred to Ho as the “the f**king spy chief of China.”

Hillary Clinton: “lack of gatekeepers” and “misinformation” online is clouding Biden’s accomplishments

Former Democratic Party presidential candidate Hillary Clinton said Americans are not appreciating Biden’s accomplishments due to the spread of misinformation online.

The former secretary of state joined the growing list of Democrats who have said Americans are not fully understanding the issues affecting their daily lives.

Clinton made the comments in an interview on MSNBC’s “The Rachel Maddow Show.”

Clinton added that the US lacks “gatekeepers” and “people with a historic perspective” who can help Americans understand what is currently happening in the country.

Build Back Better’s climate pork will benefit the rich — but not the environment

The irony of the Build Back Better bill passed in the House with Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s brute force last week is that it is called a “reconciliation” bill, since it attempts to straddle so many irreconcilable differences in the Democratic Party.

The whole mess now moves to the Senate, where two things are certain: The final bill, if it passes at all, will be drastically different from the House bill; and the final bill will contain hundreds of billions for “climate-change action” and “clean energy” because this (along with racism) is the central mania of the Democratic Party today.

Aside from the huge price tag, will the climate and energy features add up to a serious and coherent policy? If the House bill is any indication, the answer is a resounding “No.”

The headline is that Build Back Better includes more than $500 billion for climate and clean-energy measures, but keep in mind that the already-passed bipartisan infrastructure bill included $150 billion for clean-energy baubles such as electric-vehicle chargers ($7.5 billion) and electric school buses ($5 billion), so the grand total of both bills would be about $650 billion.

What are we actually getting for that eye-popping sum?

Some of the infrastructure bill targets worthy improvements, such as $65 billion for upgrading our creaky electricity grid and $50 billion for “climate resilience,” which includes common-sense steps such as building more robust defenses against flooding and better managing national forests to reduce wildfire risk.

The bulk of the Build Back Better bill, on the other hand, consists of large tax credits and subsidies for special interests with marginal benefits — and, incredibly, still more tax breaks for the affluent on top of the reinstatement of the state and local tax deduction that will deliver more than 90 percent of its benefits to the top 1 percent of income earners.

Supply Chain Be Damned: Biden Will Require Canadian Truck Drivers Get Vaccinated To Cross Border

Despite the fact that the supply chain across the United States continues to hurt American consumers, starting on January 22, the Biden administration will require nonresident truck drivers, as well as government and emergency response officials, to be fully vaccinated in order to cross the U.S. border.

“A senior administration official said the requirement, which the White House previewed in October, brings the rules for essential travelers in line with those that took effect earlier this month for leisure travelers, when the U.S. reopened its borders to fully vaccinated individuals,” the Star-Tribune reported.

The Biden administration had originally scheduled the vaccination requirement for November 8 but then pushed the deadline back.

Former New York Times journalist says the paper deliberately HELD her story condemning Kenosha rioters until after 2020 election: ‘The reality of what brought Kyle Rittenhouse into the streets was one we were meant to ignore’

A former New York Times journalist has claimed the paper deliberately held a story about how Kenosha rioters destroyed local businesses until after the 2020 election.  

Nellie Bowles is the partner of Bari Weiss, a fellow disillusioned former New York Times columnist who says she was bullied out of the newspaper because she didn’t align entirely with its views. 

Writing for Weiss’s Substack channel Common Sense, Bowles revealed on Friday that after the August 2020 riots, she went to Kenosha to speak to the owners of small local businesses that had been razed between August 23 and August 28, after Jacob Blake‘s shooting. 

She found in her reporting that the rioters were indiscriminate in who they targeted, often going after businesses and properties in the poorer parts of town. She focused on the fact that those smaller business owners had a harder time claiming back portions of their money from insurance, and that the riots left them down and out. 

She submitted the story but was told ‘The Times wouldn’t be able to run my Kenosha insurance debacle piece until after the 2020 election.’

‘There were a variety of reasons given—space, timing, tweaks here or there. Eventually the election passed. Biden was in the White House. And my Kenosha story ran,’ she wrote.

It ended up not running until November 9, almost a week after the election and nearly four months after the Kenosha riots.

Biden’s Education Department Wants to Roll Back Effort to Catalog Teacher Sex Crimes

The Department of Education wants to roll back a Trump-era effort to collect data on teacher-on-student sex crimes.

The department’s Office for Civil Rights will not ask school districts questions regarding teacher-on-student sexual assault allegations as part of its 2021-2022 Civil Rights Data Collection, proposed Thursday. The change is designed to “reduce burden and duplication of data,” an Education Department spokesman told the Washington Free Beacon. But critics say eliminating the question is the Biden administration’s attempt to appease teachers’ unions.

“This is the ultimate act of bowing to the teachers’ unions,” Kimberly Richey, who served as acting assistant secretary in the Office for Civil Rights in the Trump administration, told the Free Beacon. “Through this proposal, the Biden administration is actively helping schools cover up these incidents, which we were intentionally shining a light on.”

The Education Department will still ask districts to report documented cases of rape and sexual assault. But it will not ask school officials to report allegations that resulted in the resignation or retirement of the accused. Former secretary of education Betsy DeVos added those optional questions to the 2020-2021 data collection, which was delayed one year due to the coronavirus pandemic. The department also won’t ask districts to report pending cases or cases in which a school staffer was reassigned to another district school prior to the conclusion of an investigation.

Reporting alleged sex crimes in addition to documented cases provides a fuller picture of sexual violence in schools, as the accused may retire, resign, or seek employment elsewhere before a district can reach a conclusion in the case.

“The war in Yemen must end,” declared President Joe Biden in his first major foreign policy speech; “and to underscore our commitment, we are ending all American support for offensive [Saudi] operations in the war in Yemen, including relevant arms sales.”

Yet studying sales records from the Department of Defense (DoD), MintPress can reveal that less than one year into his presidency, the Biden administration has already approved 20 separate weapons contracts, worth just shy of $1.2 billion, to Saudi Arabia alone. This includes a $100 million shipment of Black Hawk helicopters, support for Apache gunships, and a $78 million deal to buy 36 cruise missiles. A new and controversial $650 million deal announced earlier this month has yet to be finalized but will likely soon follow, boosting sales up to levels equal with the earlier years of the Trump presidency.

The Saudi-led Coalition is once again pummelling Yemen’s capital, Sana’a. Images appear to show U.S.-made aircraft attacking ground targets. This is hardly surprising: American arms sales to Saudi Arabia have long been a point of contention. President Joe Biden, in partnership with non-governmental organizations (NGOs), is flying border crossers and illegal aliens into the United States on domestic commercial flights, for free, with waivers for them to bypass airport security requirements that American citizens must abide by.

For months, Breitbart News has reported that Biden’s immigration policies are facilitating flights of border crossers and illegal aliens into the U.S. interior. In the first few months of the year, about 7,200 border crossers and illegal aliens were boarded.

The border crossers and illegal aliens, unlike American citizens, can bypass TSA requirements — providing no proof of identification.

A report from Just the News details the waivers that are given by the Biden administration and its powerful Rolodex of NGOs, corporations, and open borders groups that help get border crossers and illegal aliens into the U.S. interior with only the promise that they will check in with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency.

Documents obtained by Rep. Lance Gooden (R-TX) show NGOs like the San Diego Rapid Response Network and Jewish Family Services — both partially funded by American taxpayers — are helping the Biden administration fly illegal aliens in for free and without having to face airport security requirements.
