MSNBC Blasted For Article Sympathizing With Laken Riley’s Murderer: ‘These People Are Sick’

MSNBC is facing significant backlash yet again after publishing a sympathetic opinion piece on Jose Ibarra, the illegal immigrant who brutally murdered 22-year-old nursing student Laken Riley in February.

The title of the article originally was “Laken Riley’s killer never stood a chance,” before the outlet edited the headline to “The guilt of Laken Riley’s killer was never in doubt.”

In a few excerpts of the article, MSNBC columnist Danny Cevallos wrote many troubling lines that stood out, in addition to his original title.

“Saving the judge from a pointless jury trial might have been Ibarra’s best chance at life with the possibility of parole… in Ibarra’s case, the judge cut him no breaks — jury or no jury.”

Or maybe his line that reads: “Sometimes defense counsel just gets handed a truly awful, unwinnable case.”

Soon after, journalist Kyle Becker posted on X, highlighting the distasteful and morally bankrupt opinion piece.

“MSNBC got *CAUGHT* trying to defend Laken Riley’s illegal alien murderer. Now, it has backtracked and changed its headline. Too late. We see you, MSNBC. We know this is who you are,” posted Becker on X.

The MSNBC article was released after a judge sentenced Ibarra to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Why do we only support mob-rule when our mob wins?

The internet and the streets are awash with US Democrat voters moaning about the tyranny they fear will be imposed upon them by Republican voters. As recently highlighted by Larken Rose, their hypocrisy has reached the level of absurdity. If they don’t like mob-rule, why do they keep voting for it?

“Representative democracy” is not democracy. Demokratia is power exercised directly by the people, not a tiny gaggle of oligarch serving toadies who claim to represent the people. “Representative democracy” is just another term for oligarchy.

In a real democracy the legislature, the executive and the judiciary are exclusively formed from or controlled by a random, rotating sortition of the people. The people design legislation, the people enact legislation and, most importantly, the people judge the practical application of statute and precedent law in courts formed and led by randomly selected juries.

In a democracy, the jury is sovereign with the united and annexed power to annul any and all legislation or ruling wherever statute or precedent law is found wanting in a jury-led trials. The legislature, the executive and the judiciary are wholly subservient to the people through trial by jury.

The jury’s only concern is justice. It makes no difference to a democratic jury what the legislature seeks, what the executive deems necessary or what instructions the judiciary tries to assert. Wherever and whenever a human being breaks the written law, but the jury finds them not guilty of any injustice, then the failure lies with the law, as it is written, not with the innocent accused. In such circumstances, any democratic jury can overrule extant statute and precedent in the interest of justice—annulment.

Despite the existence of Common Law jurisdictions, which technically allow juries to annul, on neither side of the Atlantic does anyone live in a democracy. Democracy is not the model of government we allow to persist. Whether we call it a constitutional monarchy, a supranational political union or constitutional federal republic, democracy is exercised nowhere.

Democracy is governance by trial by jury and we don’t need any form of government to establish a democracy. Any other political system, no matter how vociferously its proponents demand we call it a democracy, is not democracy.

Instead of democracy, which demands that we each take full responsibility for every aspect of our society and serve justice, we prefer representative democracy—oligarchy. We take responsibility for nothing and are the willing slaves of oligarchs who we passively allow to rule us unjustly under the guise of government.

Every four of five years we participate in anointment ceremonies we call national elections. We reaffirm our slavery to the will of the oligarchs because we wrongly imagine, by choosing a different oligarch aligned mob, we are exercising some sort of sociopolitical choice. Assuming the election isn’t rigged—and they clearly are from time to time—the full scope of our so-called political choice is to determine which oligarch faction will rule us unjustly for the next few years.

While oligarch gangs vie for supremacy, they all agree on the policy trajectory they want to force us down. In our “representative democracies” we will all submit to Sustainable Development-based global governance—Technocracy; programmable digital currency, in one form or another, is inevitable; digital ID will be enforced somehow, whether we want it or not; the bio-security state and polycrisis state of exception are permanently fixed; construction of the digital gulag will be completed, either by deception or force; the new monetary system, that will be foisted upon us, will accelerate the transfer of wealth—of all kinds—from us to the oligarchs and terrorism, genocide, democide, war, propaganda and deception will remain the oligarch’s favoured tools to instill fear in us as they continue to rule us using the strategy of tension.

We can’t vote harder with any rational expectation of changing any of this. We have been comprehensively deceived and it is about time we recognised it.

None of us have the right to force anyone else to do anything. The only exception is our duty to ensure justice prevails when one among us causes harm or loss to others. While others live in peace and practice justice, our right to control others simply does not exist.

The oligarchs have convinced us we can elect their representative puppets to exercise authority, not just over ourselves, but over everyone else. The resultant governments claim they rule by consent, but it isn’t informed consent and therefore no consent at all. If it were, we would all realise that we cannot devolve to government authoritarian rule that none of us can exert in the first place. We cannot bestow upon government that which we do not possess.

The consent of the governed and the social contract are propagandist’s myths. We have never given our informed consent to be ruled and no one has even seen, let alone signed, any contract whereby they agreed to be ruled. The oligarchs deem that we have consented to their mythical authority and have agreed to their invisible social contract simply by virtue of the fact we were born or live in the jurisdictions they illegitimately claim for themselves.

The oligarch owned legacy media hammers home the illusion of the requisite choice in the run up to every anointment ceremony. They promote the fiction that it is our duty to impose the rule of our preferred mob on the people we don’t agree with.

Our only duty is to live in peace by safeguarding justice. The notion that we can do this by absolving ourselves of all responsibility and handing over all decision making power to a handful of corrupt, self-serving robber-baron sycophants is ludicrous. That, in any event, none of us has any right to do so only emphasises the insanity.

Having realised they have just lost the representative democracy game, what is most remarkable about the Democrat’s angst is their envisaged solution. They are determined to regain representative political power, despite recognising that losing power means they have to accept the diktats of what they consider a tyranny.

Beer Lobby Wants Restrictions and Higher Taxes on Intoxicating Hemp Products

A trade group representing the American brewing industry released proposals on how Congress should regulate its competitors. Unsurprisingly, they recommend a heavy hand.

The Beer Institute is a trade organization that “represents the beer industry before Congress, state legislatures and public forums across the country…as the recognized and authoritative source of information on aspects of the industry.” Last week, it released a list of “guiding principles” calling for restrictions on intoxicating CBD products.

“The Beer Institute supports efforts underway by lawmakers to close an unintended federal loophole that is enabling the proliferation of unregulated intoxicating hemp products across the country, including those containing synthetically derived THC,” the statement said. “Intoxicating hemp and cannabis products are fundamentally different than beer and the taxation of them by government entities should reflect these stark differences just as governments at all levels in the United States have consistently reaffirmed the different tax treatment between beer, wine and hard liquor.”

While marijuana remains illegal at the federal level, Congress inserted a provision into the 2018 farm bill legalizing hemp by defining it as part of the cannabis plant containing “not more than 0.3 percent” delta-9 THC, the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana. Soon thereafter, chemists began to manufacture intoxicating products with CBD derived from hemp that contained delta-8, a milder form of THC not mentioned in the farm bill.

The industry for intoxicating hemp-derived products exploded, and state laws have struggled to catch up. “State regulations governing hemp products vary widely and are unevenly enforced, creating a patchwork of rules that can change dramatically from one state to the next,” according to a policy brief by Geoffrey Lawrence and Michelle Minton of the Reason Foundation, the nonprofit that publishes this magazine. There are currently no federal laws that specifically address these products, including their legality—they are simply assumed to be legal based on the phrasing of the farm bill, and Congress has struggled to pass an updated version for more than a year.

In its guidelines, the Beer Institute takes no position on marijuana’s legality, merely allowing that “the legalization of consumable cannabis products is for American voters, state legislatures and Congress to decide.” But if and when Congress does get around to addressing intoxicating hemp products, the group recommends it pull no punches.

“If legalized, the Beer Institute supports the establishment of a federal excise tax rate on intoxicating hemp and cannabis, with the tax rate set higher than the highest rate for any beverage alcohol product,” the guidelines stipulate. “Regulators at the federal, state, and local levels should prohibit co-location of the sale of alcohol beverages in the same retail venues as intoxicating hemp and cannabis products, if legalized, and further, to avoid consumer confusion, intoxicating hemp and cannabis products, if legalized, should only be sold in dispensaries.”

Harris’ campaign blew $2.6M on private jets in final weeks of campaign

Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign shelled out $2.6 million on private jet travel in the final, dying gasps of her presidential run — bringing her failed campaign’s total tally on the environmentally unfriendly mode of transportation to a staggering $12 million, records show.

As Harris’ team desperately shuttled across the nation to host rallies and coax voter turnout between Oct. 1 and Oct. 17, her campaign ponied up nearly $2.2 million to the south Florida-based company Private Jet Services Group, along with $430,000 to Arlington, Va.-based charter flight broker Advanced Aviation Team, according to Federal Election Commission data.

The reliance on private jets, which can be up to 14 times more polluting than commercial flights, flies in the face of her 2019 doom-saying that global warming is an “existential threat” to humanity, as well as calls on the campaign trail for Americans to reduce their carbon emissions to stop global warming.

NATO states denounce “anti-Semitism” after Israeli football hooligans riot in Amsterdam

On the night of Wednesday to Thursday, Israeli football hooligans ran riot in Amsterdam, tearing down Palestinian flags, assaulting Arabs, and chanting anti-Gaza slogans. Some clashed with residents of Amsterdam, where a protest was planned against holding a game between the Maccabi Tel Aviv and Ajax Amsterdam football clubs during the Gaza genocide. Five people were taken to hospital, and yesterday the Israeli Foreign Ministry said all Maccabi fans were accounted for.

But Washington and European governments reacted with a deafening propaganda campaign, denouncing those who clashed with the hooligans as “anti-Semitic.” While no one was killed, far-right Dutch government strongman Geert Wilders is demanding a police crackdown, supposedly to stop a deadly “pogrom” against Jews. As of yesterday, at least 62 people had been detained in a wave of arrests across the city.

This propaganda campaign is a pack of lies, spun by governments complicit in genocide by their support for Israel’s genocide in Gaza. While they are outraged that five Israeli football hooligans were taken to hospital with light injuries, they support the mass murder of Palestinian civilians in Gaza.

US President Joe Biden tweeted: “The Antisemitic attacks on Israeli soccer fans in Amsterdam are despicable and echo dark moments in history when Jews were persecuted. We’ve been in touch with Israeli and Dutch officials and appreciate Dutch authorities’ commitment to holding the perpetrators accountable. We must relentlessly fight anti-Semitism, wherever it emerges.”

European governments made similar comments. German Chancellor Olaf Scholz denounced the clashes as “intolerable” because they “attack us all,” and Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof called them a “terrible anti-Semitic attack.” Equating the clashes with the Holocaust, French President Emmanuel Macron “firmly condemned” violence that he claimed recalls “the most horrific hours of history.” Within the Netherlands, the press campaign is largely directed by Wilders himself.

“A pogrom in the streets of Amsterdam,” Wilders claimed in one tweet, adding: “Muslims with Palestinian flags hunting down Jews. I will NOT accept that. NEVER. The authorities will be held accountable for their failure to protect the Israeli citizens. Never again.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, wanted on charges of crimes against humanity by the International Criminal Court, said he views the “incident with the utmost gravity.” He demanded “vigorous and swift action” by Dutch authorities.

These hysterical, unsubstantiated claims that the football clashes were anti-Semitic acts, or even deadly pogroms, aim to justify a mass police crackdown. No one was killed, nor have Dutch authorities provided evidence that the hooligans who were punched, or in one case thrown into a river, were targeted because they were Jewish. Rather, there is massive video evidence, backed up by statements of Amsterdam police, that Maccabi hooligans’ assaults on people and property in Amsterdam, together with their pro-genocide chants, provoked an eruption of anger.

There is reason to believe, moreover, that this was a deliberate provocation arranged between Israeli authorities and the far-right Dutch government. In the days before the Maccabi-Ajax game, Dutch newspapers De Telegraaf and Voetbalzone reported that agents of Israel’s Mossad foreign intelligence agency would be traveling among the Maccabi fans, supposedly to protect them from Dutch protesters.

Democrats say Trump planning to throw them in concentration camps – this after calling for Republicans to be “reeducated” in gulags

During a recent conversation with CNN‘s Jake Tapper, Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-Mich.) expressed concerns about how Donald Trump might throw her in a government prison camp if he gets reelected.

Dingell, 70, worried openly that Trump might end up lumping her in with “Muslims and Arabs” when he decides that the time is right for her and the others to “be tossed in an internment camp.”

Taken aback by the seriousness of her speculation, Tapper questioned Dingell about these “internment camps” she thinks are coming for her once Trump gets reinstalled into the White House.

“He has talked about internment camps,” Dingell responded to Tapper about Trump. “You may have to visit me in one.”

“I get worried enough when he talks about what he’s going to do to his political enemies, but he has talked about them in this with different groups of people.”

It must be another case of projection by a Democrat in the media since it is primarily leftists who have brought up throwing their political opposition into the gulags.

Dingell is worried that Trump is coming after her, but what about all the people she and her fellow Democrats have tried to go after for political persecution, including the former president himself?

“Internment camps? No. Mental hospital? Yes,” someone wrote in a comment on YouTube about Dingell’s fears.

“She’s probably better served spending time in a psychiatrist’s office instead of spewing nonsense on national television,” wrote another about the embarrassment of watching Dingell humiliate herself on cable news.

The other possibility is that Kamala Harris gets installed and starts throwing Republicans into gulags, which means Dingell has nothing to worry about since she is a Democrat.

“Hopefully the useless leftist mobs will be deprogrammed in those FEMA camps set up for We the People,” someone else wrote. “Those who keep their left-minded ways can be deported.”

It seems clear, speculated another, that Dingell must have some really nasty skeletons in the closet if she is so visibly shaken by the possibility of another Trump term in the White House.

“The level of unhinged, insufferable takes on Trump are insane,” wrote another. “He’s already been president so you’d think he would have already built internment camps if that was his plan.”

“If you didn’t break the law, what worries should you have?” asked another of Dingell directly.

“You don’t need to break the law to be put in an internment camp,” responded someone else. “Internment camps are places where people are imprisoned, usually in large groups, without charges or intent to file charges.”

“I think she is guilty of something – that’s why she acts this way,” said another. “Maybe she had a hand in bringing red flag countries’ illegal migrants here, because if not, she’d have nothing to fear.”

Karoline Leavitt Absolutely Destroys ABC Propagandist for Defending Democrats’ Hypocrisy on Political Violence

The Trump campaign’s National Press Secretary, Karoline Leavitt, made waves in a blistering takedown of mainstream media’s double standards.

Leavitt appeared on ABC to address former President Donald Trump’s comments about Liz Cheney, which the media falsely spun as advocating her execution.

Leavitt quickly dispelled the narrative, calling out Democrats’ hypocrisy and the media’s blatant attempts to twist Trump’s words.

ABC’s Elizabeth Schulze began the segment by suggesting Trump’s comments were “inciting violence” against Cheney.

Leavitt expertly dismantled Schulze, pointing out that Trump’s comments were a valid critique of Cheney’s hawkish foreign policy stances and her willingness to send American soldiers to war while she herself has never served.

Elizabeth Schulze:
Joining us now for more on the campaign is National Press Secretary for the Trump campaign, Caroline Leavitt. Caroline, thanks so much for your time tonight. As you heard in our last report, the former President today doubled down on that comment against Congresswoman Liz Cheney, calling her a coward and a “dumb warhawk.” What’s the strategy here with this message and continuing to repeat that rhetoric?

Karoline Leavitt:
First of all, President Trump is saying the truth, and he is 100% right about Liz Cheney and so many others who have made up the Washington DC establishment class for so many years. They are so quick to take action that starts foreign conflict and wars, sending America’s sons and daughters into overseas conflicts where many American soldiers have lost their lives when they themselves have never served in combat.

This is an issue that both Democrats and Republicans, by the way, have taken with the Washington DC establishment class for so many years. That’s all President Trump was expressing on that stage last night. It’s shameful that we woke up today to so many misleading headlines from the mainstream media, saying that President Trump was suggesting Liz Cheney should be executed. That is utterly absurd. What he was suggesting is that Liz Cheney should maybe understand the severe consequences of war before she tries to send more Americans overseas to fight in them.

When Schulze pushed the narrative that Trump’s words could lead to violence, Leavitt flipped the script, exposing the left’s hypocrisy.

Kamala Harris Caught Red-Handed Running Contradictory Ads to Try and Win Both Jewish and Arab Voters – Pro Israel Ads in Pennsylvania – Pro Gaza Ads in Michigan

Kamala Harris got caught running contradictory ads to win over both Jewish and Arab voters.

Arab voters in Dearborn, Michigan are voting for President Trump. Arabs are supporting Trump because they believe he will bring peace to the Middle East.

Muslim protestors have been heckling Kamala Harris at her rallies over the Biden Regime’s support for Israel.

Harris may lose Michigan due to opposition from Muslim voters.

Pennsylvania’s Jewish voters could also decide the crucial battleground state.

Kamala Harris is so desperate to win the Arab and Jewish vote amid the ongoing Israel-Gaza war that she is running contradictory ads.

According to CNN: The Pennsylvania ads highlight Kamala’s ‘support’ for Israel’s “ability to defend itself,” and Michigan ads say “she will not be silent” about Gaza.

“Facebook advertisements aimed at voters in Pennsylvania play a video of her speech at the Democratic National Committee on defending Israel — but sliced together two sections by omitting the part where she talks about the suffering in Gaza,” CNN reported.

GOP Congressman Who Was Arrested For Marijuana Says He’ll Vote Against Florida Legalization Ballot Initiative

A GOP congressman who was previously arrested over marijuana says he will be voting against a Florida ballot initiative to legalize cannabis for adults in the state.

In an interview with Florida’s Voice on Friday, Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) weighed in on several ballot measures on ballot for next month’s election. And while he said last month that he was undecided on marijuana legalization, the congressman has now affirmed he will be a “no” vote on the initiative.

“I’m opposed to it. I think if you’re going to do something like this, this is something that the legislature should weigh in on, similar to what happened with medical marijuana about a decade ago,” he said. “It should not go into the Constitution.”

In fact, Florida voters did overwhelmingly approve medical marijuana legalization as a constitutional amendment at the ballot in 2016. The legislature helped to facilitate its implementation after the fact and has continued to build upon the reform, but it was added to the Constitution via voters after years of inaction by lawmakers, as advocates hope will be the case with adult-use legalization this year, too.

“I think when you get into these types of policy issues—and no matter how you feel about marijuana or abortion—those are policy issues,” Donalds said, also referring to a reproductive rights measure that’s on the ballot in his state. “They’re not constitutional issues, and I think that’s left to the hands of the legislature and the governor. That’s what should happen.”

Straight Pride

As it is, I am not allowed to be proud of my heterosexuality. In truth, it is not something to be proud of. But for the same reason, there is nothing to be proud of in being homosexual, or bi or trans, or any variety of sexual preference or orientation or identity. Nothing.

Well, a person can be proud of the advancements an identified group has accomplished (particularly if you are a member of that group). Considering the trials and tribulations gay people have faced over the centuries, the fortitude, effort, and sacrifice they have made to socially be where they are today is certainly something a person could be proud of. But that isn’t being proud of being gay. That is being proud of character, resilience, resolve and fortitude. Being gay may have been the impetus for those admirable attributes, but gayness itself is not.

Pride is actually one of the Seven Cardinal Sins. And there is good reason for it to be. “Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall” (Proverbs 16:18) and all that. Of course, common sense would say that is not what gay pride is about. However, if we see that massive movement toward gay pride (or trans pride) as a product of the agenda, we can clearly see that it is intended to cause disruption. How so?

Well, we do see a lot of resistance to this movement. We see straight people feeling “slighted” and ignored and feeling like victims in the expectation they should be following, and complying, to all that is going on in this movement—particularly in schools that their children attend. The Gay Pride flag is seen now nearly everywhere you turn, flying alongside the US or Canadian flag (and probably elsewhere in other countries as well)—very often on the same staff.

I recently got into one of those pointless Facebook exchanges with someone who was arguing for the presence of these flags in the classroom (elementary, middle and high school). She claimed to be a teacher and felt that these kids (the one the flag represents) need to feel a part of something that they can be proud of. I responded to her the same way I am responding here. That sort of pride should not be encouraged as it creates the very problem that this teacher was claiming it was resolving.

I mentioned that flags themselves were developed to exclude. The pride one feels for a nation’s flag is an exclusionary response—the flag represents “us” and excludes “them.” That is the whole point. You either belong to the group this flag represents, or you are the enemy. The flag was used in the battlefield to differentiate the good guys from the bad guys (you were good or bad depending on which flag you were allied with).

If you live within the borders of a particular country that is not at war with another country, your pride in the flag is rather innocuous. There should be no one around that opposes it—who doesn’t belong to the same group the flag represents if you are living on the same soil. But the LGBTQIA+ flag represents a certain demographic and excludes another that is also in its presence. Maybe gay and trans kids feel proud belonging to that group the flag represents, at the expense of all the kids who do not belong to the group—the straight kids.

If young enough (which probably would include anyone under 40), the “group pride of the kids the flag represents” may cause the kids it does not represent to want to be part of the group it does represent. “Oh sure, why not?” the flag group says, and apparently the “officials” who allow the presence of the flag to begin with agree. The presence of the “proud flag wavers” creates pressure to those not belonging to the group. That pressure can become the social contagion that creates false identities and a myriad of other psychological problems.

This sort of division can also cause rebellion and a resistance to “joining the flag group.” Kids who dislike the flag wavers, and therefore creates discrimination and “homophobia” or “transphobia”—it isn’t good, folks.
