Dems Want Medicaid For Millions Of Biden-Era Migrants But Use Sneaky Wordplay To Pretend They Don’t

The federal government shut down on Wednesday after Democrats refused to vote on a clean continuing resolution to keep the government funded for the next seven weeks. When Republicans pointed out that Democrats were unwilling to vote to fund the government without restoring health care eligibility for illegal aliens, the media and other Democrats jumped into action, “fact-checking” Republicans and claiming that wasn’t true.

These “fact checks” rely on the ludicrous claim that foreign citizens who were dumped into the United States by the millions by the Biden administration via blanket parole grants are not really “illegal” aliens.

Democrats refused to fund the government without funding proposal that would, in part, rescind Subtitle B in Title VII of the One Big Beautiful Bill. That section had narrowed the eligibility requirements for government health care benefits (like Medicaid), restricting eligibility for certain foreign nationals, such as the 2.8 million otherwise inadmissible aliens who received blanket parole into the United States from the Biden administration.

But rather than acknowledge that Democrats’ proposal would extend federal health care to parolees, leftist mouthpieces insist that those millions of parolees don’t count as “illegal aliens” and therefore that no illegal aliens are getting Medicaid benefits.

That’s what Neera Tanden is doing when she insists the Affordable Care Act “bans care for illegal aliens.”

Or Minnesota Sen. Tina Smith, who claimed: “Undocumented immigrants aren’t even *allowed* to access Medicare, Medicaid or ACA credits.”

Rhode Island Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse said in an X post: “‘Health care for illegal aliens’ is the new ‘immigrants are eating cats and dogs in Springfield.’ The Republican playbook is simple: make up a baseless lie, repeat it every chance you get, hope and pray that everyone blames Democrats for the crises you created.”

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand said: “To be clear, undocumented immigrants aren’t even allowed to enroll in federally funded health coverage.”

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries told CNBC it is an “outright lie” and that “federal law prohibits the use of taxpayer dollars to provide medical coverage to undocumented individuals.”

New York Rep. Jerry Nadler said on X that “undocumented immigrants are not eligible for the ACA. Period.”

Strategic Treason: The Empire Fetes Man Who Killed US Troops

On Monday, Sept. 22, the current president of Syria, Ahmed al-Sharaa, joined the former director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), David Petraeus, on stage for a discussion at the Concordia Annual Summit in New York City. The summit is one of the most prestigious global affairs forums in the world and by its own account “convenes the world’s most prominent business, government, and nonprofit leaders to foster dialogue and enable effective partnerships for positive social impact.”

It was a surreal moment because 20 years ago, during Iraq War II, these men were enemies. Once upon a time, al-Sharaa was known as Abu Mohammed al-Jolani, a foot soldier in Al Qaeda in Iraq (AQI), and Petraeus was known as US Army General David Petraeus, commander of the 101st Airborne Division in Iraq. In fact, it was a moment that revealed the extent to which the US Empire has become an inherently treasonous project.

It was Al Qaeda that knocked down the World Trade Center towers and hit the Pentagon on Sept. 11, 2001. And it was Al Qaeda that formed the radical edge of the Sunni-based insurgency during Iraq War II that killed approximately 4,000 of the 4,500 US troops who died in that war. Al-Jolani fought in Iraq from 2003 until he was captured and imprisoned by US forces in 2006. He was released from prison in 2011 for reasons still classified. Then, in 2012, he went to Syria to form and lead al-Qaeda’s affiliate in the country, the al-Nusra Front.

Meanwhile, Petraeus was promoted to a Four-Star General, directed the 2007 “Surge” in Iraq, served as commander of US and NATO forces in Afghanistan from 2010–2011, and then became director of the CIA in 2011. The CIA runs the Counterterrorism Mission Center, which officially exists to prevent groups like Al Qaeda from knocking down our towers. Of course, the CIA also runs the Special Activities Division, which does special things like Operation “Timber Sycamore,” which funneled billions of dollars in weapons and support to the insurgency waged against the Syrian government under President Bashar al-Assad. The al-Nusra Front was on the front in that fight.

So, Americans watching al-Sharaa and Petraeus share the stage might feel like the downtrodden animals in the final moment of George Orwell’s Animal Farm:

“Twelve voices were shouting in anger, and they were all alike. No question, now, what had happened to the faces of the pigs. The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.”

In similar fashion, an American beholding the Concordia sit down might ponder, who’s the terrorist and who’s the counterterrorist?

Child killer aristocrat Constance Marten and her lover are to get £1million legal aid… despite her £2.4million trust

Jailed aristocrat Constance Marten and her lover Mark Gordon are set to cost taxpayers more than £1million in legal aid bills, figures reveal.

The wealthy heiress, 38, who was jailed for 14 years for killing her baby, has been granted legal aid for her trial and family court battle for her older children – despite having a £2.4million trust fund.

In a case which raises questions about the legal aid system, Marten has boasted behind bars that she will soon be able to access her trust fund, spending cash on whatever she wants.

She will also benefit from another fund which will mature when she turns 40.

Yet taxpayers have had to foot the bill for the couple’s Old Bailey trial, retrial, family court proceedings and a forthcoming appeal.

Marten and Gordon, 51, went on the run with their newborn daughter Victoria in 2023 to prevent her from being taken into care, sparking a £1.2million manhunt across the country.

The couple’s four older children had already been removed by social services to protect them from harm before they fled with Victoria. They camped in freezing cold weather, causing their baby to die from hypothermia.

Earlier this month, a judge jailed the pair for 14 years as he blasted their arrogance and ‘lack of thought for anyone’.

Bill Gates Named in Epstein Files—Democrats Stay Silent

The latest release of Jeffrey Epstein’s files has renewed public scrutiny of high-profile figures who maintained relationships with the disgraced financier.

Among them is billionaire Bill Gates, whose name has appeared in the documents. For years, Democrats and their media allies downplayed or outright ignored Gates’ connections to Epstein.

Now, the facts reveal not only his ties to Epstein but also his deep involvement in Democrat Party politics.

While Gates has long cultivated the image of a neutral philanthropist, records reveal a different story. In the 2024 election cycle, Gates quietly funneled $50 million to groups supporting Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign.

This massive donation positioned him as one of the most prominent individual financial backers of the Democrat ticket.

Despite the significance, the mainstream press rarely reported on it, preferring to highlight donations from conservative donors while dismissing Gates as merely a “tech philanthropist.”

Gates has become an essential figure for Democrats, both as a financial resource and as a cultural influencer. He controls foundations that spend billions on progressive causes, from climate activism to education reforms that align with Democrat priorities.

His presence in the Epstein files, however, complicates this carefully managed narrative.

If Gates were a Republican donor, the connection would likely dominate headlines and become a political issue for months.

Instead, the media and Democrat strategists have chosen to obscure the details.

Democrats, Who Weaponized Justice Against Trump, Decry Comey Indictment As Retribution

Looks like deep state creep James Comey will have to “86” some of his plans in the coming months after being indicted on charges of lying to and obstructing the Senate Judiciary Committee in 2020.

An injustice! Democrats cried. Rep. Jamie Raskin, Ranking Member of the House Judiciary Committee, declared that Comey’s indictment is part of President Donald Trump’s “wrath and vengeance campaign.” The Maryland leftist, of course, was all-in on the Biden administration’s vengeance campaign against his presidential predecessor and his supporters.

But Raskin said something remarkably hypocritcal, even for him.

He’s confident that a jury of Comey’s peers will see past the Trump hater’s trouble with the truth and “vindicate” the disgraced former FBI head.

“But, until that happens, Mr. Comey will be forced to spend time, money, and energy defending himself against this blatantly fraudulent and vindictive indictment,” he said Thursday evening in a statement

Wow! That’s rich.

‘Unprecedented Legal Action’

Raskin and his Trump Derangement Syndrome-suffering colleagues rejoiced in the time, energy and money — lots of money — the president and his campaign spent in fighting “blatantly fraudulent and vindictive” indictments.

In just a two-year period, Trump, his campaign and other fundraising organizations, according to the Associated Press, were forced to pay out $76.7 million in legal fees to defend the then-former president and Republican Party presidential candidate from the most expensive and nation-rending lawfare campaign in the nation’s history.

As should be abundantly clear to even the most dim-witted liberal, the Democrat Party, the party for today’s political assassin, stopped at literally nothing to take out Trump. The Biden administration and its leftist prosecutorial pals in New York and Georgia and Arizona and Wisconsin and several other states turned the administration of justice into a political gun — used liberally against Trump and his defenders.

And Comey, the FBI’s leaker-in-chief, played a role in the weaponization of justice as Trump was opening his first term.

As if the previous four years had magically never happened, Politico described Comey’s indictment an “unprecedented legal action.”

New York Attorney General Letitia James, who campaigned on getting Trump, used a kangaroo court to prosecute her party’s top political enemy in a bogus civil fraud case. The politically conflicted judge presiding over the trial levied a half-billion fine against the Trump Organization. A New York appellate court ruled the fine was excessive and unconstitutional and tossed the penalty altogether.

“The immense penalty in this case is troubling,” Justice Peter Moulton said during last year’s oral arguments. “How do you tether the amount that was assessed by the Supreme Court to the harm that was caused here where parties left these transactions happy … ?”

‘Punishing and Silencing’

Russia collusion hoaxer, California Sen. Adam Schiff, who has his own leaking problems, audaciously declared that the DOJ “is now little more than an arm of the president’s retribution campaign.”

Sen. Mark R. Warner, a Virginia Democrat and Vice Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, said in a statement that Trump “has made clear that he intends to turn our justice system into a weapon for punishing and silencing his critics.”

Democrats, of course, actually did try to silence their political opponent by unconstitutionally kicking Trump off the Republican primary ballot.

CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin, who has also had his own leaking problems, insists that the merits of the ridiculously political federal indictments against Trump “are very different from this extremely thin indictment that’s presented against Jim Comey, the facts of which, at least as far as I’m aware, are going to be very hard to prove beyond a reasonable doubt.”

We’ll see.

And before liberals begin to cry about how much it will cost the American taxpayer to prosecute the former FBI director (because Democrats are sticklers for saving taxpayer dollars), they should remember that we’ve seen this move before. According to a Newsweek review, taxpayers were on the hook for at least $50 million that special counsel Jack Smith’s office spent in his failed prosecution of Donald Trump via the Biden administration’s weaponized Department of Justice

FBI Director Kash Patel said, as Comey and plenty of Democrats have said of Trump, “No one is above the law.”

“Today, your FBI took another step in its promise of full accountability,”  Patel wrote on X.  “For far too long, corrupt leadership weaponized federal law enforcement, damaging once proud institutions and eroding public trust. Under my leadership, this FBI will confront the problem head-on. No one is above the law.”

HYPOCRITE ALERT: Sen. Blumenthal Defends James Comey After Trump DOJ Finally Indicts the Corrupt Ex-FBI Boss — Admits Democrats Are Now Writing Legislation to Block Prosecutions of Their Allies

Democrat Senator Richard Blumenthal, who infamously lied about serving in Vietnam, is going all-in as a radical activist on behalf of disgraced former FBI Director James Comey, who was just indicted by President Trump’s Department of Justice.

The very same Blumenthal who gleefully celebrated when Joe Biden’s weaponized DOJ tried to throw President Trump behind bars for the rest of his natural life is suddenly clutching his pearls over “malicious prosecution.”

During his CNN appearance with Erin Burnett, Blumenthal openly bragged about his plans to interfere with the DOJ’s case against Comey.

Blumenthal admitted that Senate Democrats are drafting legislation to give “remedies and rights” to political operatives like Comey who face prosecution, claiming America is on the “way to tyranny” because Trump’s DOJ dared to indict a Democrat’s ally.

Erin Burnett:
I want to ask you, in this context, what can you do right now as a Democratic senator about this?

Blumenthal:
“I can ask questions of the Department of Justice, which we will do. We can support colleagues and others on the Republican side who may be inclined—I hope they will be—to draw a line here and protest. Obviously, I have no role in court. I was a prosecutor for four and a half years as U.S. attorney in Connecticut. I also was attorney general for 20 years.

The most consequential decisions I made were whether to charge someone, because nobody ever fully recovers from those charges. A lot of people believe that an acquittal just means there was some technical issue.

I think it’s important to encourage the private bar to step up. Donald Trump made deals with a number of the major law firms in the country. They’ve got to rip them apart and say, enough is enough.

I would encourage attorneys in the Department of Justice to stand up for their conviction and conscience, as Eric Siebert did. He’s the U.S. attorney who resigned rather than bring those charges.

As a member of the United States Senate, I’m going to go to the floor of the Senate, I’m going to go to committee meetings, I’m going to speak privately, I’m going to protest, and I am going to seek legislation—we’re formulating it right now—that may well prevent some of this perversion of justice.

We are writing legislation that will give remedies and rights to people who are victims of malicious prosecution. We have to provide safeguards, because we’ve clearly seen how the ordinary norms are defined by this autocratic president. We’re on the way to tyranny if we’re permitted to go forward.”

Weird: Kamala Accuses Trump of Being Communist Dictator – Forgets to Mention Her Father Was a Marxist Economist

The crazy lady who can’t string two sentences together is making the rounds this week to promote her new book.

During her MSNBC interview with Rachel Maddow, Kamala compared President Donald Trump, the most important free-market capitalist in the world today, to a communist dictator.

Kamala Harris:  A tyrant. We used to compare the strength of our democracy to communist dictators. That’s what we’re dealing with right now with Donald Trump.  And these titans of industry are not speaking up.

Kamala comes out of hiding to promote her book and says that Donald Trump is a “communist dictator.” pic.twitter.com/UMdSjOEWxg

This is rich coming from the daughter of a communist.

Donald J. Harris is a Marxist economist who authored a book in 1978 titled, “Capital Accumulation and Income Distribution.”

REALLY? apparently she forgot that her father is a Marxist and so is she.. pic.twitter.com/Z0JTt3Suto

— Merry (@merrylynn06) September 23, 2025

The apple did not fall far from the tree with Kamala.

But it is stunning that she accused Trump of being the communist – coming from today’s openly Marxist Democrat Party with leaders like AOC and New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani who is a member of the Democrat Socialists of America party.

Democrats are ALWAYS projecting.

Kamala Harris’s Attack on Trump Adminstration’s Response to Jimmy Kimmel Blows Up in Her Face When X Users Discover a Tyrannical Old Post of Hers

Kamala Harris decided to inject herself into the political fight regarding Jimmy Kimmel’s comments about Charlie Kirk’s assassination, and it backfired spectacularly.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the left-wing Kimmel told his late-night audience on Monday that a MAGA REPUBLICAN murdered Kirk and accused the right of trying to score political points off of it.

“We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it,” Kimmel claimed.

FCC Chairman Brendan Carr appeared on The Benny Show on Wednesday and told host Benny Johnson that he may take action against ABC and Kimmel.

“This is a very, very serious issue right now for Disney. We can do this the easy way or the hard way. These companies can find ways to take action on Kimmel, or there is going to be additional work for the FCC ahead,” Carr said.

“They have a license granted by us at the FCC, and that comes with it an obligation to operate in the public interest,” he added. “There are calls for Kimmel to be fired. I think you could certainly see a path forward for suspension over this.”

Following Carr’s comments, Nexstar announced that all 32 of its ABC broadcast affiliates would preempt “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” indefinitely, blasting Kimmel’s sick comments about Kirk’s murder as “offensive and insensitive.”

Harris slammed the Trump Administration on Thursday for its response to Kimmel’s firing and its supposed bullying of media organizations in general.

How rich, coming from someone who was part of a regime that regularly intimidated media organizations for expressing politically incorrect viewpoints.

“What we are witnessing is an outright abuse of power,” Harris wrote. “This administration is attacking critics and using fear as a weapon to silence anyone who would speak out.”

“Media corporations — from television networks to newspapers — are capitulating to these threats,” she added. “We cannot dare to be silent or complacent in the face of this frontal assault on free speech.”

Hillary Clinton on Kimmel, Kirk: ‘Very Clear Example of Using the Power of the State to Suppress Speech’

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Friday weighed in on the fallout surrounding Jimmy Kimmel’s suspension, addressing both the late-night host’s removal and the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk during an interview with CNN’s Fareed Zakaria.

When asked if Kimmel’s suspension amounted to state censorship, Clinton replied: “Well, I think this is a very clear example of using the power of the state to suppress speech. It is a direct government action to try to intimidate employers, organizations, corporations, much of which we’ve already seen, to remove an opponent, even though it’s a comic.”

Clinton continued:

Look, I had no idea when I was in public life and listening to the jokes that were made about me and the attacks that were, you know, coming from people like Jimmy Kimmel and others that I could have called up the head of the FCC and said, take them off the air. I don’t like what they’re saying. I mean, of course, this was a particularly sensitive time because of the terrible crime that was committed, the murder of Mr. Kirk.

But you know, you defend free speech in terrible times, and you defend free speech that is used against holding people in power accountable through satire, humor, barbed attacks, you defend it even when it is offensive, and they have unfortunately taken the view that we believe in free speech, as long as we’re making the speech and your speech agrees with us, otherwise, we’re against free speech.

Clinton later amplified the remarks on X, posting: “In America, we defend free speech in terrible times. We defend free speech even when it’s offensive. We defend free speech.” She restricted comments on that post as well as one she made one week after Kirk’s assassination congratulating American Federation of Teachers president Randi Weingarten on her book Why Fascists Fear Teachers.

Weingarten’s excerpts, published in Rolling Stone days after Kirk’s assassination, accused conservatives of being “fascists” and “Nazis,” likened book bans to Nazi Germany in 1933, and warned that Trump and Elon Musk were acting as “shadow governing partners.” The release drew attention because Robinson, the 22-year-old suspect charged with Kirk’s murder, inscribed “Hey fascist! Catch!” on bullet casings, according to authorities.

Teachers across several states were investigated or fired after posting celebratory or hostile messages about Kirk’s assassination, with examples including posts such as “America became greater” and “1 Nazi down.” A new website, charliesmurderers.com, reported receiving thousands of submissions documenting celebrations of Kirk’s death.

Rep. Wesley Hunt (R-TX) said such rhetoric reflects a dangerous climate created by years of partisan demonization. “And now, Charlie Kirk has been murdered,” Hunt told Breitbart News. “This is not rhetoric. These are lived realities.” He asserted that Democrats and their allies “have vilified, censored, and targeted conservatives at every turn for over a decade,” adding that political violence against conservatives is now “normalized by silence, excuse-making, or even tacit encouragement from the left.”

Clinton herself previously described Republicans as her “enemies” during a 2015 Democrat debate. Asked which adversary she was most proud of making in her political career, Clinton responded, “Well, in addition to the NRA, the health insurance companies, the drug companies, the Iranians; probably the Republicans.”

The dispute surrounding Kimmel began after he mocked Trump’s mourning of Kirk’s assassination, joking it was “like how a four-year-old mourns a goldfish,” and suggested Robinson may have been part of the “MAGA gang.” Authorities later identified Robinson as the suspect, describing him as left-leaning and in a relationship with a male who identifies as female and who “hates conservatives and Christians.” Utah Governor Spencer Cox confirmed those details, and investigators stated Robinson admitted responsibility in a message to the partner.

Federal Communications Commission chair Brendan Carr cautioned ABC and Disney that broadcasters risk their licenses if they mislead the public, saying Nexstar Media Group did “the right thing” by suspending Kimmel. Sinclair Broadcasting also halted broadcasts of Jimmy Kimmel Live and announced a special tribute to Kirk would air in its place. ABC affiliates cited the need to uphold community values and maintain constructive dialogue. Carr noted that networks could “do this the easy way or the hard way,” signaling further review of their obligations under federal law.

Democratic Congresswoman Calls Out GOP Colleague’s Marijuana Arrest As He Works To Upend D.C. Sentencing Reform Law

A Democratic congresswoman is accusing a Republican lawmaker of hypocrisy for sponsoring legislation to upend a Washington, D.C. sentencing reform law when his own charge for marijuana possession in his youth was dismissed under a court’s discretion.

The House of Representatives on Tuesday took up bills targeting D.C. policies that recently advanced through the Oversight and Government Accountability. That included a measure titled the DC Crimes Act from Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL), which would restrict the District’s ability to enact sentencing reform.

Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) said the GOP congressman’s push for the legislation represents a double standard given his own personal history with cannabis criminalization as a young adult and whose case was dismissed, enabling him to reach Capitol Hill.

“As a young man, he went through pretrial diversion for misdemeanor marijuana possession,” Crockett said. “As an adult yet younger than 24, he was placed on felony robbery charges, which ultimately, too, were expunged.”

“As I sat and listened to the beginning of this debate, my heart simply broke. And many people know me for being able to do alliterations, and all I could think about was ‘amnesia allows adolescent accountability avoidance, agility from across the aisle,’” she said.

“Work with me for a second: Imagine being a young man born to Jamaican and Panamanian parents who messed up not once but twice. Imagine standing in front of a judge with your life hanging in balance, and instead of prison you’re given a promise of mercy. Your record is wiped clean, and you’ve got a second chance at life. Imagine turning that into a promotion and you go to college and get a job and even become a member of Congress. That’s what redemption looks like.”

“That’s what America is supposed to be about. And that is exactly the story of the next wannabe governor from Florida, as a young man, he went through,” the congresswoman said, referring to Donalds.
