Attorney General Pam Bondi Slams Radical Judge’s Order to Halt Trump Admin’s Deportation Flights for Venezuelan Gang Members

A radical leftist judge has thrown a wrench into President Donald Trump’s bold mission to secure America’s borders and protect its law-abiding citizens from foreign threats.

On Saturday, Chief Judge Judge James E. Boasberg—an Obama appointee—issued a temporary restraining order to block the Trump administration from deporting thousands of Venezuelan nationals, including dangerous gang members, under the Alien Enemies Act.

This wartime measure, a cornerstone of executive authority, has been wielded for centuries to expel hostile foreign nationals.

This outrageous ruling comes after far-left activist groups, including the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and Democracy Forward, rushed to court in a desperate attempt to shield violent illegal immigrants from deportation.

Their lawsuit, J.G.G. v. Trump, claims that using the Alien Enemies Act to remove illegal immigrants—many of whom are tied to the brutal Tren de Aragua gang— is “unlawful” and “unprecedented” during “peacetime.”

Never mind that the Constitution grants the president sweeping powers to defend the nation from foreign threats, or that these deportations target criminals who have no business roaming American streets. For now, Boasberg’s order halts deportations for the lawsuit’s named plaintiffs for a mere 14 days.

Judge Boasberg’s radical ruling reached a new level of insanity later on Saturday when he ordered the Trump administration to immediately return planes that were already deporting members of the notorious Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua—one of the most dangerous criminal organizations in the Western Hemisphere.

WHOA! Homan Says Tren De Aragua Gang Members Tipped Off to ICE Raid – ICE Agents Show Up to Empty Colorado Apartments After Leak

Trump’s Border Czar Tom Homan revealed someone leaked to Tren de Aragua gang members that ICE was raiding Colorado apartments.

When ICE agents showed up, the apartments were empty.

Homan told Fox News correspondent Harris Faulkner that someone leaked the ICE raid plans to the Venezuelan gang members.

“We’re addressing that immediately today – Operation Security – how these leaks are happening,” Tom Homan said. “We’ve already identified how this operation got leaked. I’ll deal with that today!”

Activists shouted into bullhorns as ICE agents raided a Cedar Run apartment complex on Wednesday morning.

Of course, this put ICE agents in danger.

Tom Homan said he’s working with the DOJ to see if he can have these activists arrested for impeding.

U.K. ‘Grooming Gangs’ Scandal Could Happen In The U.S. Thanks To Leftist Justice System

The United Kingdom’s “grooming gangs” scandal has reentered the public spotlight, largely thanks to X posts by Elon Musk showcasing court transcripts.

They detail how groups of men, mainly Pakistani Muslims, groomed and raped thousands of English girls across the country over a decades-long period. The simultaneously infuriating and blood-curdling descriptions of the violations those girls suffered are only compounded by the British authorities’ complicity in and cover-up of the abuse.

The first reports on these crimes came out in the early 2000s, and the grooming gangs may go back as far as the 1970s. And though this scandal has reappeared multiple times since then, only growing the list of victims, those in power have done outrageously little to stop it.

Despite years of reports about these crimes, local officials turned a blind eye to what was happening in dozens of cities. Police refused to investigate. In multiple cases, the police arrested fathers who had tracked down the locations used by the rape gangs to abuse young girls. In others, the victims found themselves arrested for “breach of the peace” while the perpetrators got off scot-free. The British Home Office, the office within the British government responsible for law and order, advised in 2008 against the prosecution of “grooming gang” members, claiming that their victims had “made an informed choice about their sexual behavior.”

British leftists hurled accusations of racism and Islamophobia at those who tried to speak up. And, of course, the British media joined in lockstep with politicians to downplay and bury the stories. Even so-called “conservatives” helped cover it up. Former Prime Minister Boris Johnson said in 2019 that further investigation into the crimes would be a waste of time, and his government claimed that releasing the government’s official review of the scandal to the public was not in the “public interest.”

Why? Officials wanted to maintain good “community relations,” which is code for maintaining racial harmony with Britain’s large immigrant Muslim population. The police knew that the culprits were predominantly men from countries like Pakistan and Bangladesh, but they “were told to try and get other ethnicities.” British politicians feared that reports of the rapes would turn Britain’s white native population (and anyone with a soul) against Muslims.

UK Government Investigating Elon Musk’s TWEETS About Muslim Pedophile Gangs

Elon Musk’s tweets about Muslim pedophile gangs are being assessed by the UK Government’s counter-extremism unit, as a potential threat to the security of the country, it has emerged.

The Daily Mirror reports that The Home Office unit has stepped up social media monitoring of accounts with large followings, including Musk’s, as pertains to the grooming gangs issue.

Musk has posted hundreds of tweets in the past week related to the scandal, including openly calling Prime Minister Kier Starmer “evil,” accusing him of facilitating a cover up, and labelling Starmer and safeguarding minister Jess Philips as complicit in the “rape” of Britain.

The Mirror report states that the UK government’s counterterrorism unit has “been involved in content analysis and wider risk assessment.”

A government source told the Mirror “We keep a close eye on how disinformation and hate can proliferate, including online.”

Yakuza leader pleads guilty in U.S. court to conspiring to sell nuclear material

A member of the Japanese yakuza criminal underworld pleaded guilty to handling nuclear material sourced from Myanmar and seeking to sell it to fund an illicit arms deal, US authorities said Wednesday.

Yakuza leader Takeshi Ebisawa and co-defendant Somphop Singhasiri had previously been charged in April 2022 with drug trafficking and firearms offenses, and both were remanded.

He was then additionally charged in February 2024 with conspiring to sell weapons-grade nuclear material and lethal narcotics from Myanmar, and to purchase military weaponry on behalf of an armed insurgent group, prosecutors said.

The military weaponry to be part of the arms deal included surface-to-air missiles, the indictment alleged.

“As he admitted in federal court today, Takeshi Ebisawa brazenly trafficked nuclear material, including weapons-grade plutonium, out of Burma,” said Acting US attorney Edward Kim, using another name for Myanmar.

“At the same time, he worked to send massive quantities of heroin and methamphetamine to the United States in exchange for heavy-duty weaponry such as surface-to-air missiles to be used on battlefields in Burma.”

Prosecutors alleged that Ebisawa, 60, “brazenly” moved material containing uranium and weapons-grade plutonium, alongside drugs, from Myanmar.

From 2020, Ebisawa boasted to an undercover officer he had access to large quantities of nuclear materials that he sought to sell, providing photographs of materials alongside Geiger counters registering radiation.

During a sting operation including undercover agents, Thai authorities assisted US investigators in seizing two powdery yellow substances that the defendant described as “yellowcake.”

“The (US) laboratory determined that the isotope composition of the plutonium found in the Nuclear Samples is weapons-grade, meaning that the plutonium, if produced in sufficient quantities, would be suitable for use in a nuclear weapon,” the Justice Department said in its statement at the time.

One of Ebisawa’s co-conspirators claimed they “had available more than 2,000 kilograms (4,400 pounds) of Thorium-232 and more than 100 kilograms of uranium in the compound U3O8 — referring to a compound of uranium commonly found in the uranium concentrate powder known as ‘yellowcake’.”

The indictment claimed Ebisawa had suggested using the proceeds of the sale of nuclear material to fund weapons purchases on behalf of an unnamed ethnic insurgent group in Myanmar.

Ignoring Rape-Gangs: The Road To Hell Is Paved With Ass-Covering Cowardice

“The road to hell is paved with good intentions,” goes the saying.

It can be true.

Many are the kind words that have been spoken at the worst possible time. Many are the charitable causes that have had the opposite effect to that which was intended.

But it can also be too kind. In 2015, the historian Tom Holland, reflecting on the Rotherham grooming gangs, posted:

The true nightmare of #Rotherham is that the motives of those who turned a blind eye, however monstrous the consequences, were indeed noble.

“It wasn’t the indifference that was noble,” he clarified, “But the concern not to demonise a minority. Caring for the weak. The Christian thing.”

Amid renewed interest in the subject of grooming gangs, this week, Mr Holland has received a lot of criticism. He replied:

My position remains:

  • The authorities have a responsibility to preserve good race relations.
  • This is a noble goal.
  • In the context of the grooming gangs, this goal resulted in fatefully wrong decisions being taken.
  • 10 years on, the tragedy of this is even more evident

To be clear, I am a fan of Holland’s, and am quite aware — unlike some of his fiercer critics — that he is not claiming that the failure to stop the rape and abuse was noble but that it sprang from a misplaced noble impulse.

But the fact remains that this is outright wrong.

The officials in Rotherham, Rochdale, Telford and elsewhere did not have a high-minded concern for social cohesion — they had a selfish and small-minded desire not to rock the boat.

In defence of Holland, the author and lecturer Adrian Hilton wrote:

He isn’t speaking about individual motives, but social virtue, and he is absolutely right: the King’s peace—pax regis—is a noble pursuit. You can cavil with his hierarchy of nobleness, but public order is indeed a noble pursuit. And so is child safeguarding.

Obviously, when a concern for “public order” is enabling mass child rape, “public order” is not the virtue that it might have been. If my concern with litter in the park is causing me to hurl abandoned puppies into the bin, that “social virtue” has warped into something perverse. Still, Hilton is hinting towards that with his reference to a “hierarchy of nobleness”, so I’ll ask again — to what extent was that a motivation?

“She Deserves To Be In Prison”: Outrage Ensues In UK After Labour Refuses To Investigate ‘Rape Gangs’

The UK’s Labour party is under fire for its refusal to back a public inquiry into historic sexual abuse by grooming gangs in Oldham, with critics accusing the party of prioritizing political optics over justice for victims.

The decision has sparked outrage, with Elon Musk branding it “disgraceful” and Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch calling for a long-overdue national inquiry into rape gangs. “2025 must be the year the victims start to get justice,” Badenoch declared.

At the center of the controversy is Labour’s safeguarding minister Jess Phillips, who insisted that the decision to launch an investigation was “for Oldham Council alone.”

This comes despite a 2022 report revealing that children in Oldham were failed by agencies meant to protect them amid allegations of grooming by “predominantly Pakistani offenders” in council homes, shisha bars, and taxis.

Oldham Council’s Labour group previously agreed to support an independent inquiry, even writing to Phillips twice to urge the Home Office to back the move. In her response, Phillips acknowledged the council’s resolution but maintained that the government should not intervene, leaving the decision solely to local authorities.

Musk, a vocal critic of Sir Keir Starmer’s Labour government, took to X  to accuse Phillips of shielding Starmer from scrutiny. Musk pointed to Starmer’s tenure as head of the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) from 2008 to 2013, during which he argued “rape gangs were allowed to exploit young girls without facing justice.” He claimed Phillips’ refusal to investigate Oldham’s abuse cases was an attempt to protect Starmer, suggesting the trail of accountability would lead back to his time at the CPS.

Illegal Immigrant Gang Member from Honduras Kidnaps Texas Woman: Police Reveal Chilling Plot to Sell Her Organs or Force Her Into Prostitution

A 35-year-old Honduran national, identified as Eduardo Javier Ordonez Godoy, has been arrested following the abduction of a 22-year-old woman in Haltom City, Texas.

The incident occurred on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, when the victim was walking to her vehicle at the Acacia Apartments around 4:45 a.m., WFAA reported.

According to police reports, Godoy, who was previously deported back to Honduras for a similar crime, was armed and masked when he forced the woman into her car at gunpoint.

He forced her to withdraw money from a nearby bank and made disturbing threats, including selling her organs or forcing her into prostitution, according to charging documents obtained by Fox 4 News.

After driving her approximately 22 miles to an apartment complex in Grapevine, he restrained her by tying her hands to a tree with her shoelaces before fleeing in her vehicle. The victim managed to free herself and seek help.

Law enforcement agencies tracked the stolen vehicle, locating it in Oklahoma City on December 25.

Fears grow over spread of sadistic super gang Tren de Aragua across America… as expert issues chilling new warning

Fears are growing over the spread of a violent Venezuelan gang across the US, with experts warning the mobsters could have a foothold in more than half the country by February next year.

It emerged earlier this month that Tren de Aragua, which has been dubbed the ‘epitome of evil’ and ‘MS-13 on steroids’, is already operating in 18 states.

This includes some of the most remote corners of the America in Colorado, North DakotaMontanaNevada and Wyoming. The bloodthirsty criminals also maintain strongholds in major cities across Texas as well as New York and Chicago

Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, former immigration and customs enforcement director for Colorado and Wyoming, John Fabbricatore, said: ‘We’re going to start hearing stories about them getting arrested everywhere.

‘They’re in 17 states now. I wouldn’t be surprised if by February, that’s higher than 25.’

Known as TdA to law enforcement, the gang originated in a Venezuelan prison.

Members of the South American mafia have since crept into the US via the southern border, hidden among the one million Venezuelan migrants who have entered the country under the Biden administration.

They can often be identified by telltale tattoos, including a train (‘tren’ is Spanish for train), a crown, a clock and an AK-47.

Earlier this year, Daily Mail revealed how the gang set up its new headquarters in the Mexican city of Juarez on the US border, just across from El Paso, Texas.

And startling police investigations have showed how the mob is behind a spiraling crime wave across America, with gangsters accused of murders, violent attacks on cops and sex trafficking.

Trump-Era Official Blasts Canada Over Fentanyl Super Labs & Transnational Crime Gangs

President-elect Donald Trump’s threat to impose a sweeping 25% tariff on all goods and services from Canada, aimed at pressuring the neighbors to the north to curb cross-border fentanyl and human smuggling, has thrown Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s government into a state of turmoil

Trade between Canada and the US is the largest of any two nations, with cross-border trade totaling $926 billion in 2023—roughly $2.5 billion daily. This dark tariff reality for Trudeau of not responding adequately to Trump’s border security demand risks pushing Canada into an economic crisis.

In response, the Canadian government unveiled a new border security plan on Wednseday, costing about a billion dollars to strengthen border security with the US.

“President Trump is securing the border and he hasn’t even taken office yet,” Trump’s transition team wrote in a news release, adding, “Facing an uproar among his own citizens … embattled Prime Minister Justin Trudeau just announced a billion-dollar plan for major border security improvements and increased border patrols.”

The new border proposal outlines the deployment of drones, helicopters, and other advanced technologies along the 5,525-mile northern border.

Despite Wednesday’s announcement, calls for Trudeau’s resignation continue to mount, while his approval ratings implode. The longer far-left Trudeau remains in power, the more his popularity will erode, with citizens frustrated by his years of incompetence.

David Asher, who previously led a Trump-era task force on fentanyl, commented on the border proposal. He appeared on CBC News Network earlier this week to share his insights.

Asher told the CBC News host that the new border proposal “looks rather unimpressive” and is a “drop in the bucket compared to what we actually need.”

Asher then segued the conversation, stating that his “concerns go well beyond the border,” highlighting the expansion of fentanyl superlab production across Canada—much of which is destined for the US.

US law enforcement has a lot of sources telling us – that not only the Mexican cartels are setting up operations in Canada – but also Chinese organized crime – and even Iranian organized crime…”

He stated that all three organizations were tied into a massive bust in Vancouver of drugs and chemicals equal to more than 95 million pills
