The nation’s youngest member of Congress revealed that absolute h*ell is in store for America should Democrats seize control of Congress while President Trump is in office.

As TGP readers may know, thousands of radical leftists have invaded major cities across America and the world today to protest against the Trump administration’s policies. Of course, these protests are far from spontaneous as far-left groups such as Third Act, Indivisible, MoveOn, and Fight Back Table have been involved in the planning for weeks.

28-year-old Rep. Maxwell Alejandro Frost (D-FL), the first Generation Z member of the United States Congress, was one of the speakers at the “Hand Off Rally” in DC. During his screed, Frost let the cat out of the bag and told the audience exactly what would happen if Democrats seized control of Congress following the 2026 midterm elections.

Also, note the nasty shot of Musk at the end, which could open Frost up to legal action.

“In less than two years, we will become the majority!” Frost boasted. “And I will tell you this: Elon Musk was on the news the other day saying, ‘If the Democrats win, it’s going to be subpoenas and investigations.’”

“It’s the one thing he’s right on,” Frost continued. “You’re d*mn right there’s going to subpoenas! You’re d*mn right there’s going to be investigations!”

“Because when you steal from the people, expect the people to rise up at the ballot box and on the street!”

“Complete Corruption”: Michigan’s Far-Left Atty General Dana Nessel Accused of Illegal Prosecution Against her 2022 GOP Opponent Matt DePerno, Criminal Violations of FOIA

The Democrat who ran for re-election as Michigan’s Attorney General in 2022, far-left Dana Nessel, has been prosecuting her Republican opponent, Matt DePerno, because he tried to investigate voter fraud by getting access to a Dominion Voting machine.

“This is what lawfare looks like: an unconstitutional appointment of a political ally to persecute a political opponent. Illegal funding. All to attack your former opponent,” said Matt DePerno

Michigan’s far-left Attorney General Dana Nessel is currently still prosecuting the 2020 Trump electors, as well as also engaged in, critics say, another outrageous abuse of power to punish her former GOP opponent, Matt DePerno, through what many believe is a blatantly unlawful prosecution.

DePerno, who challenged Nessel in the 2022 election, is currently facing charges stemming from his involvement in the investigation of election equipment in the aftermath of the 2020 election. His investigation was authorized pursuant to a court order in the case of Bailey v Antrim County and Jocelyn Benson. But in legal filings DePerno’s legal team is asking the court to dismiss the charges outright—arguing that Nessel and her office have violated multiple statutes, constitutional provisions, and budgetary laws in orchestrating a political vendetta.

DePerno is specifically charged with “unauthorized access to voting machines.” This stems from the Bailey case where DePerno successfully proved vulnerabilities and susceptibility to election results and equipment being administered remotely and anonymously through an open VPN.

At the core of DePerno’s motion is Nessel’s unprecedented maneuver to hand-pick Muskegon County Prosecutor Dale “DJ” Hilson—a political ally and rumored successor—as “Special Prosecutor” to go after DePerno.

Hilson is the Prosecutor who has repeatedly refused to bring charges against GBI Strategies and the notorious Muskegon Voter Registration Fraud run by the far-left company. Nessel ‘took over’ the investigation from the City of Muskegon, only to quietly terminate and cancel the investigation, lying to the public when she said it had been handed off to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. DJ Hilson, who was also on the 2020 ballot to serve as Muskegon County Prosecutor which he won apparently did not want results of the election reviewed and therefore put the GBI fraud investigation on ice.

Ohio newspaper edits black state lawmaker who sponsored anti-DEI bill out of photo of law signing

An Ohio newspaper has been accused of cropping out a black Republican state lawmaker from a group photo that had been taken during the signing of a bill to eliminate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at the state’s public colleges and universities. Rep. Josh Williams (R-Sylvania Township) sponsored the House version of SB1, the Enact Advance Ohio Higher Education Act, which was signed into law by Gov. Mike DeWine last month. Williams had posed for a photo alongside his colleagues, all of whom were white, during the bill’s signing.

The Cleveland Plain Dealer has been accused of deliberately cropping Rep. Williams out of the image in its report, sparking significant outrage. Williams, who made history as the first black Republican elected to the Ohio House, has said the publication pushed “propaganda” to fit a false narrative and demanded the outlet issue a correction and public apology.

“This is just another example of fake news mainstream media changing the facts to fit their narrative in an attempt to lie to Ohioans,” Williams told Ohio News. “I was at that event, and for the Cleveland Plan Dealer to deliberately crop me out of the while while using it to discuss the elimination of DEI in higher education is dishonest and manipulative. I call on them to issue a public apology and correction of the public record. Ohioans deserve the truth, not carefully edited propaganda.”

The Cleveland Plain Dealer had featured the edited image along with unfavorable reporting on the state’s decision to eliminate DEI programs, a decision defined by lawmakers as racial discrimination and “deliberate media bias.” Williams’ Republican colleagues also expressed outrage over the matter.

Rep. Gary Click (R-Vickery) demanded an apology, saying, “The utter audacity to publicly discriminate against a black lawmaker when discussing DEI is atrocious! Rep. Williams deserves a very public apology from the Cleveland Plain Dealer without delay and without excuse.”

Rep. Ron Ferguson (R-Wintersville) added that the paper deliberately decided to push a false narrative. “Legacy media is dying because they can’t resist the opportunity to spin reality,” he said. “Cutting out Rep. Williams, who was an instrumental part of passing SB1, is a prime example of the never-ending spin.”

“It’s Un-American” – 19 Democratic State AGs Sue To Stop Trump Blocking Non-Citizen Voting

A group of 19 Democratic state attorneys general filed a lawsuit on April 3 disputing President Donald Trump’s executive order that requires voters to verify they are U.S. citizens and prevents states from counting mail-in ballots they receive after Election Day.

“The president’s attempt to control our elections, intimidate voters, and limit Americans’ right to vote is unconstitutional, undemocratic, and frankly, un-American,” said New York Attorney General Letitia James, a Democrat.

On March 25, Trump signed an executive order, titled “Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections,” mandating voters to provide documentary proof of U.S. citizenship when registering to vote in federal elections. The order also aims to stop states from counting mail-in ballots that arrive after Election Day for presidential and congressional elections.

Last year, the states joining in the lawsuit had allowed late ballots that were postmarked ahead of Election Day to be counted if they arrived within a specific window established by state law.

In his order, Trump cited Denmark and Sweden’s policies of not accepting late-arriving mail-in ballots regardless of when they are postmarked and said the United States should follow the same policy.

California and Nevada led the group of 19 states in arguing that Trump lacks the sole power to amend states’ election procedures. Congress, they said, has the power under the Constitution to preempt state laws for federal elections.

“Neither the Constitution nor Congress authorize the president’s attempted voting restrictions,” California Attorney General Rob Bonta, a Democrat, said in a statement.

The Democratic National Committee and Democratic congressional leaders, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.), are already challenging Trump’s order in court.

In their lawsuit, the 19 states argued that the rule violates the Constitution and the National Voting Rights Act, which allows voting as long as a person attests to their citizenship under the threat of perjury.

We now know the names of the people leading the “resistance” against President Donald Trump and the attacks on Elon Musk. They occupy the highest levels of Congress and the pinnacle of the Ivy League. They’ve called for more attacks against Tesla and are leading “resistance” training to get more of it on the streets. Just like they did in 2017, leading to the Summer of Love.

Rep. Pramila Jayapal (☭-Wash.), who just left her perch as chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, and Harvard professor Erica Chenoweth are holding “resistance” training sessions to get leftists “street ready” for mass protests against President Donald Trump. The goal is to cause so much unrest that Trump would be forced to resign. 

During a one-and-a-half-hour “resistance lab” training, Jayapal, a Seattle Marxist, and Chenoweth, who heads the Nonviolent Action Lab at Harvard’s Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation at the Harvard Kennedy School, taught students on a Zoom call how fight for “democracy” by taking to the streets in organized protests. 

Though they paid lip service to nonviolence, activists on the call were told to decide what their “risk tolerance” is for these actions. That’s another way of saying “Are you willing to get violent, go to jail, or hurt someone else?” They said the attacks on Tesla were effective at moving people to the streets. Oddly, (or is it?) they didn’t disavow the attacks on Teslas or the people driving them.

Democrats, Former Disinfo Board Chief, Defend Government-Big Tech Ties, Dismiss Censorship-Industrial Complex at House Hearing on First Amendment Safeguards

Nina Jankowicz – former head of the disbanded Disinformation Governance Board and CEO of the American Sunlight Project – and Democrats who this week spoke during a House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing, continued to deny and defend the Big Tech-government censorship collusion.

The hearing – “Censorship-Industrial Complex: The Need for First Amendment Safeguards at the State Department” – also saw Jankowicz, who appeared as a witness, and Representative Sydney Kamlager-Dove, a Democrat, attempt to paint the actions taken by the new Trump White House as worse that what was happening during the previous US administration.

Both Jankowicz and Kamlager-Dove referred to the system known as the Censorship-Industrial Complex, and its elements, as “fiction,” “lies,” “tall tales,” and, “a conspiracy theory,” with Jankowicz trying to frame the new government’s moves as “an assault on the First Amendment” and “suppressing speech.”

Despite the fact these are some of the key accusations against the Biden administration – and at this point, fairly well backed up by batches of internal documents, but also testimonies from Big Tech execs – Jankowicz chose to call it “the imagined actions of the Biden administration.”

As for her own role in this “imagined” system – namely, the brief stint at the helm of the short-lived Disinformation Governance Board (that was part of the Department of Homeland Security) – Jankowicz maintained that it was not meant to be a censorship body.

Instead, Jankowicz would have the Committee and the public believe the Board was true to its mission statement, which was “to protect civil rights, civil liberties, privacy, and the First Amendment.”

Pollster Frank Luntz has said some dumb things over the years, but his take on Senator Cory Booker’s recent, and completely pointless filibuster, really takes the cake. This was over the top, even for him.

During an appearance on News Nation, Luntz suggested that Booker’s filibuster ‘may have changed the course of political history.’

Longtime GOP pollster Frank Luntz said Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.) “may have changed the course of political history” with his marathon speech breaking the Senate’s record for the longest floor speech in its history.

“I want to emphasize what Cory Booker did over the last 24 hours may have changed the course of political history. I watched a lot of it. I listened to words.  I listened to phrases,” Luntz said during a Tuesday evening appearance on NewsNation’s “On Balance.”

He confirmed that Booker’s unprecedented feat “struck a tone” with Americans in the midst of the Trump administration’s controversial policies.

“He struck the kind of tone that grassroots Democrats are looking for. He gave them a reason to fight. He gave them a reason to stand up and say, this is my country too,” Luntz told anchor Leland Vittert.

“Of course, every Republican watching will say, ‘This is nonsense.’  But he is not speaking just to Republicans, he’s speaking to Americans, and what I saw over the last 25 hours absolutely blew me away,” he added.

DNC along with Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries Sue Trump Over His Effort to Prevent Illegals from Voting – Three Days After Elon Musk Reveals Millions Illegals are Registering to Vote and Were Voting

Billionaire entrepreneur and Trump advisor Elon Musk dropped a bombshell this past weekend during a fiery 100-minute town hall in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where he campaigned for conservative judge Brad Schimel in the state’s upcoming Supreme Court election on Tuesday.

Joined by Antonio Gracias, a private equity titan and a key member of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) team tasked with rooting out waste in the federal government, Musk unveiled a shocking chart: a dramatic spike in Social Security Numbers issued to non-citizens, soaring from 270,000 in 2021 to a mind-blowing 2.1 million in 2024.

That’s almost 5 million non-citizens now embedded in the system—collecting benefits, draining taxpayer dollars, and, most alarmingly, infiltrating the voter rolls.

“This is a mind-blowing chart,” Musk declared, pointing to the data. “This wasn’t an accident. This was a massive, large-scale program under the Biden administration to import as many illegals as possible—ultimately to change the voting map of the United States, disenfranchise the American people, and lock in a permanent deep-blue, one-party state from which there’d be no escape.”

Gracias, founder of Valor Equity Partners and a self-described son of legal immigrants, echoed Musk’s outrage.

“We went to Social Security to find fraud, and we stumbled on this by accident,” he said.

“And this isn’t political, by the way. My parents are immigrants… My brother and sister all born in Spain. I’m pro-legal immigration. This is not political. This is about America and the future of America. And there are a lot of good people in the system that pointed this in this direction. I want to honor them right now. They’re working with the government today and took the risks to show us these numbers and tell us what’s going on.”

Gracias continued, “We found 1.3 million of them already on Medicaid as an example. On every benefit program we went through, we found groups from this particular group of people, 5.5 million people in those benefit programs. And then what was really, really disturbing us was why. We’re asking ourselves why. And so we actually just took a sample and looked at voter registration records, and we found people here registered to vote in this population.”

The evidence, according to Musk and Gracias, is undeniable. By sampling voter registration records, they uncovered non-citizens who not only registered but voted in American elections.

“We’ve referred them to prosecution at Homeland Security Investigations,” Gracias revealed. “That’s happening right now.”
