Thomas Massie’s New Bill Would Let People Sue Pharma for COVID Vaccine Injuries

Several years after the COVID-19 vaccine’s rollout, the only federal program that provides compensation for COVID vaccine injuries continues to process claims at a snail’s pace while rejecting most of those claims that it does decide.

As of June 1, only 39 people have received compensation from the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) for a COVID-19 vaccine injury. It has rejected another 4,338 claims. Some 9,423 people are still waiting for the federal government to even review their case.

The long wait times and high rejection rates have prompted some lawmakers to propose repealing the liability protections created by the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act, which prevents people from suing COVID vaccine makers in state courts and leaves them dependent on the CICP as the only possible source of compensation.

That includes Rep. Thomas Massie (R–Ky.), who introduced a bill last week to repeal the liability shields in the PREP Act.

“The PREP Act is medical malpractice martial law,” said Massie in a press release. “Americans deserve the right to seek justice when injured by government-mandated products.”

Passed as part of a defense spending bill in 2005, the PREP Act was intended to shore up companies’ willingness to produce novel “countermeasures” in the wake of a public health emergency like a pandemic or bioterror attack by shielding them from civil suits.

The law allows the Health and Human Services Secretary (HHS) to issue blanket liability waivers to countermeasures produced in response to a public health emergency. People injured from a covered countermeasure can pursue compensation through the CICP, but they can’t sue in state court.

In February 2020, then-HHS Secretary Alex Azar invoked the PREP Act’s liability shield for COVID-19 countermeasures, which covered then-yet-to-be-invented vaccines, masks, tests, and more.

Massie’s PREP Repeal Act would end those liability protections, thus opening up vaccine makers to personal injury lawsuits in state courts.

Advocates for the vaccine injured say any attention to their plight is welcome.

FBI gets an ‘F’ in trust due to recent scandals, but shows absolutely no remorse

It’s been a horrendous week for the FBI.

With its credibility already at rock bottom, each day brought a fresh scandal, and yet from the bureau’s unctuous public statements, there is no remorse.

Here are the top scandals of the week:

1) The Durham report. Here is the official record, for the history books, that the FBI’s “Russia collusion” investigation was cooked up by Hillary Clinton to denigrate Donald Trump by tying him to Russia “as a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server” — and that, despite knowing it was bogus, the FBI went ahead and launched the ill-fated Crossfire Hurricane investigation, while dropping four probes into the Clinton Foundation. 

In fact, there was more evidence that the Clinton campaign had colluded with Russia to produce the farcical “Steele dossier,” on which Crossfire Hurricane relied, than ever there was of Trump collusion.

Smoking Gun: Biden White House Colluded with Merrick Garland on Memo Labeling Parents ‘Domestic Terrorists’

America First Legal obtained new documents proving what we knew to be true all along: Merrick Garland’s infamous memo labeling concerned parents at school board meetings “domestic terrorists” was politically orchestrated and driven by the Biden White House.

In October 2021, Mark Levin broadcast a letter with insider information on the teachers union, Attorney General Merrick Garland, and the FBI who met and organized how to combat America’s parents who were speaking out at local school board meetings across the country.

The parents were outraged at the COVID masking and vaccination rules, critical race theory indoctrination and open porn disguised as literature promoted in American schools.

Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland even sent federal agents and a helicopter circling overhead to threaten parents attending the Fairfax County School Board meeting in Virginia.

This was after Garland testified and said he was not sending the feds to threaten American parents who speak out at their local school board meetings.

Merrick Garland labeled the concerned parents “domestic terrorists” in a memo addressing the “disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence” toward school officials.

Parents showed up to school board meetings to reject the porn and LGBTQ propaganda being forced on their children and Merrick Garland called them terrorists.

America First Legal previously sued to obtain documents related to Merrick Garland’s memo and on Friday it was revealed the Biden White House coordinated with Garland to terrorize concerned parents.

“We’re aware; the challenge here is finding a federal hook. But WH has been in touch about whether we can assist in some form or fashion,” Biden’s Deputy Attorney General aide Kevin Chambers wrote in an October 2021 email.

The SBA “proactively reached out to states, especially battleground states like Arizona and Georgia, to seek recognition as voter-registration organizations, despite federal law stipulating that states must initiate this process under the National Voter Registration Act.”

When SBA Associate Administrator Jennifer Kim was pressed during a 2024 hearing about whether the agency conducted events in non-Democrat-leaning regions, she couldn’t provide a straight answer. The evidence speaks for itself: “documented evidence of partisan bias in these efforts” reveals an administration that viewed federal resources as tools for electoral manipulation.

But voter manipulation was just the beginning. The Biden administration’s data dragnet extended into financial surveillance that targeted Americans based on their political beliefs. Christian nonprofits, gun manufacturers, conservative protesters—even members of the Trump family—found their accounts terminated without justification. As Chaffetz notes, “This initiative ultimately targeted Christian nonprofits, gun manufacturers, conservative demonstrators — even Melania and Barron Trump — shutting down their accounts without justification.”

Governmental Self-Preservation: Why We’ll Never See The Real Epstein List

If there’s one characteristic that defines Donald Trump it’s his habit of switching his positions on a dime – Leaving many a critic looking rather foolish when they establish an argument against him today, only to discover he mostly agrees with them tomorrow. I’ve learned it’s best to wait a little while before commenting on the man’s policy decisions and allow time for the debate to ferment. After months of deflection and now retraction, the Jeffery Epstein controversy has turned especially ripe.

To understand the chaos surrounding the Epstein issue we have to first recognize that it’s the product of an inherent division within the MAGA movement that needs to be addressed. The campaign to support Trump is built on two groups that intersect but don’t always agree:

1) Average Republicans (and some moderates) who are most concerned with defeating the agenda of leftists and keeping woke activists out of government power.

2) Hardcore conservatives and libertarians from the “conspiracy” end of the movement who are most concerned with defeating the globalist cabal.

I find myself in rooted in both camps and I see both as essential, though it’s clear to me that the goals of the second group are ultimately more important.

To be clear, leftist saboteurs are a legitimate enemy that has been employed as a weapon against the rest of the populace. I’m growing especially tired of the laziness of libertarians who cry “False left/right paradigm!” while forgetting the living hell we all experienced under the reign of Joe Biden and Democrats. The differences between conservatives and leftists cannot be denied.

The country has at least been tolerable under Trump – No more “transing” or grooming of children in schools. No more pride month. No more pandering to DEI. No more open borders. No more federal accusations of conservatives being “terrorists” and a “danger to democracy”. If you can’t at least give some credit for these changes then you’re not a serious person and I have no time for you.

That said, in the end the threat of the political left pales in comparison to the threat presented by the globalists. These are people with a luciferian ideology of self worship and moral relativism and they are in positions of immense power (at least in financial terms). Though their political reputation in the US is faltering, they still have near total control of the narratives in Europe, Australia and Canada, not to mention invasive financial influence throughout most of the world.

Look at it this way: Have you ever heard of a globalist being punished or arrested for their attempts to manipulate and corrupt the social and governmental institutions of any given nation? How many globalist NGOs have been shut down in recent memory? Isn’t the US still pouring tax dollars into globalist institutions like the IMF, BIS (through the Federal Reserve), World Bank, etc.?

Political factions may battle for the minds of the masses and many times these fights are very real, but the globalists always remain in the background watching and waiting for another chance to push civilization further towards their dystopian vision. They don’t care what happens politically as long as their money and influence remain intact. No one ever aims their cannons at the whispering men lurking behind the curtain.

For conservative patriots, dealing with the evils of the political left serves the immediate purpose of treating symptoms, but not the disease. Globalists are a parasitic organism that feeds on humanity, spawning more and more decline and despair as they grow. They must be eliminated from the equation if our future is to ever improve.

Trump has openly admonished the globalists on many occasions and he ran his 2016 and 2024 campaigns on reversing the economic damage they have done. Defeating globalism was a big part of his election platform, it’s undeniable. The problem is, he has consistently backed away from any direct prosecution or punishment of said devils.

Senator Mitchell found guilty in burglary trial

Jurors have reached a verdict in the trial of a Minnesota State Senator accused of breaking into her stepmother’s home last spring. 

The jury found Senator Nicole Mitchell (D-Woodbury) guilty of both charges. 

Mitchell was charged with burglary and possession of burglary tools for the April 2024 break-in. Mitchell took the stand in her own defense, saying she was not planning to take anything, but drove to her stepmother’s home dressed in black in the middle of the night to check on her because her stepmother has Alzheimer’s. Prosecutors say she was there to steal, plain and simple. 

Mitchell’s lawyer Dane Dekrey told media after the trial concluded that he is proud of the case even if he disagrees with the guilty verdict. He also said he believes they lost the case due to the original statements made on body camera. 

In those statements made the night she was arrested, Mitchell told police she was at the house to retrieve items of sentimental value, including the ashes of her late father.

Jamie Raskin Flails After Host Corners Him on Why Dems Didn’t Care About the Epstein Files Until Now

MSNBC “Morning Joe” host Joe Scarborough, in a moment of honest journalism, pressed Democratic Rep. Jamie Raskin of Maryland on his party’s sudden push to release the Jeffrey Epstein files, when his coalition had the power to do so as recently as January.

Raskin, who sits on the House Judiciary Committee, and his Democrat colleagues want members of President Donald Trump’s Justice Department to testify about the matter, Politico reported Tuesday.

Further, Democratic Rep. Ro Khanna of California offered an amendment to GOP-backed legislation that received a vote on Monday night which would have required the Justice Department to release the files within 30 days. The amendment was voted down.

Scarborough asked Raskin on Thursday morning, “But, congressman, you could’ve gotten that from [2021] to [2025] when Democrats controlled the DOJ. It was a crisis then. It’s a crisis now. Why didn’t Democrats call for it from ’21 to ’25?”

Chairman Comer had demanded testimony from: Biden White House physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor, Director of Domestic Policy Council Neera Tanden, Former Assistant to the President and Senior Advisor to First Lady Jill Biden Anthony Bernal, Former Assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff Annie Tomasini, Former Special Assistant to the President and Deputy Director of Oval Office Operations Ashley Williams.

Annie Tomasini didn’t say a word to reporters as she walked into her deposition.

ELECTION CORRUPTION 101: WHAT IS OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT?

Today, more revelations of “Election Fraud” and “Official Misconduct” have surfaced in Palm Beach County, Florida further implicating Wendy Link and her direct reports playing active roles in concealing, delaying and denying public records requests/official election records and altering official election records to prevent the communication of felonies being committed by persons within her very office.

We had previously caught the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections in 2023 altering election records. It was first reported in the Miami-Independent.

These fraudulently altered reports were linked to the widespread disenfranchisement of voters via an election fraud scheme tied to the voting machines.

The scheme involves deleting the votes and ballots that people cast, truly disenfranchising both voters and candidates at such scale that it is mathematically impossible to be anything other than fraudulent activity.

In order to conceal the fraud within the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Office, an insider altered the “Official Election Records” backdating the system date to September 13, 1984. This is also known as a “Time Stamped Date”.
