Is Chuck Schumer Pulling a Jussie Smollett? It Sure Looks Like It.

Chuck Schumer took to the Senate floor Monday to announce that multiple bomb threats had been directed at three of his New York offices, claiming law enforcement informed him about emails with “MAGA” in the subject line and messages alleging the 2020 election was rigged. If this story sounds familiar, that’s because it plays like a bad rerun of the Jussie Smollett hate crime hoax, where the actor claimed two men in red caps attacked him while shouting, “This is MAGA country.” The parallels are almost too perfect to ignore.

“Mr. President, this morning, I was informed by New York law enforcement of multiple bomb threats made against my offices in Rochester, Binghamton, and Long Island. The bomb threats against my offices came with the email subject line ‘MAGA’ and from an email address alleging the 2020 election was rigged.”

Yes, because Trump supporters are still griping about 2020 when Trump is in office in 2025. Give me a break.

“Local and federal law enforcement responded immediately and are conducting full security sweeps, and investigations are ongoing,” Schumer continued. “Everyone, thank God, is safe, and I’m grateful for the quick and professional response of federal and local law enforcement to ensure that these offices remain safe and secure for all New Yorkers.”

Something tells me they never were unsafe.

Schumer concluded, “As I’ve said many times, these kinds of violent threats have absolutely no place, no place in our political system.”

Yeah, we’ve been saying that on the right for a long time now. Where were you, Chuck?

IT BEGINS: Senator Cory Booker Calls for Schumer’s Removal — Says It Is ‘Time For New Leadership’ in Senate

Senator Chuck Schumer is increasingly looking like a dead man walking.

Less than a week after Schumer brokered a deal to end the government shutdown, Democrats are still seething mad at this supposed betrayal.

Speaking in New Hampshire over the weekend, Booker was asked about Schumer’s continued position as Senate Minority leader.

Chuck Schumer’s generation, Nancy Pelosi’s generation, John Lewis’s generation, they have so much to be proud of,” he said.

“It is time, though, for new leadership. The other generations, X, Millennials, Z, it’s time for us to step up. The stage is waiting for us to lead.”

Booker joins a growing chorus of Democrats calling for Schumer to step aside, becoming the first senator to do so.

Several House Democrats have already expressed the same view, among them Reps. Ro Khanna of California, Ayanna Pressley and Seth Moulton of Massachusetts, Delia Ramirez of Illinois, and Rashida Tlaib of Michigan.

”Senator Schumer is no longer effective and should be replaced,” Khanna wrote last week.

“If you can’t lead the fight to stop healthcare premiums from skyrocketing for Americans, what will you fight for?|

Idiot Schumer Makes a Fool of Himself When Asked Why Biden Never Released the Epstein Files

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer made a fool of himself when asked why Joe Biden never released the Epstein files.

“Why wouldn’t [the Epstein files] have been released the past four years when President Biden was in office?” a reporter asked Schumer.

“Well, that’s the question every American is asking — not every American but so many Americans are asking…what the hell is he hiding?” Schumer said without specifying that he is referring to President Trump.

“Why doesn’t he want them released? When you don’t want something like this released when a whole lot of Republicans are calling for the release — his own party members… people ask the question, ‘What’s he hiding?!’” Schumer said.

The Democrats are always projecting.

President Trump on Sunday evening said the Republicans should vote to release all of the Epstein files.

Trump previously instructed the Justice Department to release transcripts related to the Epstein trafficking cases.

Sen. Markwayne Mullin Reveals Schumer Held Secret BACKROOM MEETING — Ordered Democrat Senators to Keep Government SHUT Until After Elections

Senator Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) accused Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer of orchestrating a secret “backroom deal” with fellow Democrats to deliberately keep the government shut down until after Tuesday’s elections.

During an interview, Mullin disclosed that Schumer privately instructed Senate Democrats to “wait it out” rather than negotiate with Republicans to reopen the government.

Mullin blasted the strategy as a cynical move to protect Democrat turnout in key states.

Sen. Mullin:
“Senate Democrat said, “We feel like now, after the No Kings rally, our neck is simply in a guillotine, and now they’ve got to wait until after the election.”

Last week, Liz, I know Dick Durbin wanted to break with the Democrats and reopen the government. Chuck Schumer, in a private meeting with other Democrat senators, said that if they’d just wait until after the election, he’d release the handcuffs. I added the “handcuffs” part, but basically, I’m paraphrasing what he said.

The reason why is because they’re afraid their base wouldn’t show up today in Virginia, New Jersey, and New York. It’s been about politics—it’s never been about policy. It’s been about holding the American people as leverage points, regardless of the damage they caused to the livelihood of these individuals.

But elections are more important to the Dems because their polling numbers are at the very bottom—lower than they’ve ever been for the Democrat Party.”

The ongoing Schumer Shutdown is now entering its fifth week, with Democrats repeatedly voting against efforts to reopen the government.

They continue to demand taxpayer-funded healthcare for illegal immigrants, federal funding for far-left PBS “propaganda,” and a staggering $1.5 trillion in new spending.

Trump: ‘I Do NOT Want Americans to Go Hungry’ — Seeks Way to Pay SNAP, Gives Out Schumer’s Number

President Donald Trump said Friday he has instructed government lawyers to seek immediate court guidance on how to legally continue payments for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) amid the ongoing government shutdown, as the program faces imminent funding delays while Democrats refuse to pass a clean spending bill.

“Our Government lawyers do not think we have the legal authority to pay SNAP with certain monies we have available, and now two Courts have issued conflicting opinions on what we can and cannot do,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “I do NOT want Americans to go hungry just because the Radical Democrats refuse to do the right thing and REOPEN THE GOVERNMENT.”

The president explained he has instructed lawyers “to ask the Court to clarify how we can legally fund SNAP as soon as possible,” warning that even with an immediate resolution, benefits may be delayed as states process payments. “If we are given the appropriate legal direction by the Court,” Trump declared, “it will BE MY HONOR to provide the funding, just like I did with Military and Law Enforcement Pay.”

Several days ago, Vice President JD Vance confirmed that U.S. troops would continue receiving paychecks during the shutdown, following a $130 million private donation accepted by the Department of War to cover military salaries.

The message follows warnings that the Democrat-led shutdown could halt November SNAP payments. Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) noted Thursday was the Democrats’ “15th chance” to reopen the government, warning that their continued opposition to a clean continuing resolution would cause benefits to “run dry.”

The U.S. Department of Agriculture previously cautioned that it lacks sufficient funds to issue November benefits, with a contingency reserve of $5 billion falling short of the $8 billion needed to sustain the program. Several governors, including Virginia’s Glenn Youngkin (R), have declared emergencies over the looming lapse.

The Washington Post editorial board this week faulted Democrats for prolonging the shutdown, writing that it is “wrong that Democrats have held the government hostage” over demands to extend Obamacare subsidies. The paper warned that if the standoff persists, “families could start to go hungry.”

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ), and fellow Democrats, including Sens. Alex Padilla (D-CA), Mark Kelly (D-AZ), and Mazie Hirono (D-HI) have argued that Trump could use emergency funds to continue SNAP, claiming he has “billions” at his disposal but is “choosing not to use them.” Rep. Andy Kim (D-NJ), meanwhile, accused Republicans of refusing to negotiate, stating that “Republicans control the House, the Senate, and the White House” and should “bring the House back into session to work and negotiate for the people they claim to serve.”

Trump rejected that characterization in his Truth Social message Friday: “The Democrats should quit this charade where they hurt people for their own political reasons, and immediately REOPEN THE GOVERNMENT.”

He ended his post by urging Americans who rely on SNAP to pressure Democrats directly: “Call the Senate Democrats, and tell them to reopen the Government, NOW! Here is Cryin’ Chuck Schumer’s Office Number: (202) 224-6542.”

Schumer Takes Public Stab At Sanders As Democrats Descend Into Chaotic Political Scuffle

Democrats are already eating their own in Maine — and the Senate race hasn’t even started.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer threw gasoline on an already fiery primary Tuesday by endorsing Gov. Janet Mills for Senate — a move that instantly put him at odds with Bernie Sanders and the party’s progressive base.

“We think that Janet Mills is the best candidate to retire Susan Collins,” Schumer said at a press conference. “She’s a tested two-term governor and the people of Maine have an enormous amount of affection and respect for her.”

But Schumer’s safe, establishment pick enraged the left. Sanders — who’s been boosting populist underdog Graham Platner, a Marine veteran turned oyster farmer — has already blasted party leaders for “wasting millions on an unnecessary & divisive primary.”

Platner, who’s drawn heavy progressive support and hauled in over $3.2 million by the end of September, didn’t mince words either. His campaign torched Schumer’s move as “the establishment backing the establishment,” vowing their guy would win “because he has Mainers behind him.”

The Democratic civil war couldn’t be clearer: Schumer wants the polished, 77-year-old governor who’s led Maine for two terms. Sanders wants the scrappy outsider who calls out the Washington elite — even if his past social media posts have become a political minefield.

Platner has been scrambling to explain a string of crude Reddit comments unearthed by CNN and The Washington Post — including one where he used a slur for the disabled, called himself a “communist,” said “all” cops are “bastards,” and downplayed sexual assault in the military.

Platner’s scandals worsened this week when he revealed he has a tattoo resembling an alleged Nazi symbol.

In a video posted to X, Platner blamed the remarks on his battle with PTSD and insisted the people of Maine know “this is not at all the person that they have come to know, and come to interact with in reality.”

The controversy didn’t stop Sanders from sticking by him, calling Platner “a great working-class candidate.” But Schumer clearly wants none of it — betting that Mills is the Democrats’ best shot at unseating Republican Sen. Susan Collins, who’s gunning for a sixth term.

Delusional Chuck Schumer Implies the Trump Administration is Being ‘Shielded’ by the Press

How out of touch with reality is Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer? So out of touch that he recently suggested that the Trump administration is being shielded by the press.

Schumer was talking about the fact that some media companies are being acquired by conservatives who might be more positive in their coverage of Trump and the administration. You know, the way that 99 percent of the media has treated Democrats for decades now.

In the course of his remarks, he used this to say that we aren’t going to have a free press anymore. Naturally, he tried to tie in the whole stupid ‘No Kings’ thing as well.

Transcript via Schumer’s Senate Page:

Schumer: I had a few questions this morning of my great colleague — and once again, his strength, his indomitability, and his caring about this democracy, which we all know is at risk, is just amazing and so my question relates to something he touched on before, in his discussions with our great senator from New Hampshire. There are so many ways this administration is trying to rip apart democracy and one of them, you mentioned a minute ago, is the threatening of media to just do what Trump wants and the man who’s head of the FCC seems to be an instrumentality of that.

Trump has said, things they say I don’t like should not be put on the air, and they’ve held over the heads the broadcast licenses of some of our great media companies. In other ways, they’re getting some of their friends to take over some of our media companies. And isn’t one of the greatest blows to democracy — I would ask my colleague — one of the greatest blows to democracy when we don’t have a fully free press?

And has it been a hallmark of so many of the countries that he has mentioned that are autocracies or absolute dictatorships to have no free press, so no information can come out? And doesn’t that dramatically hurt the American people, when government is shielded and can do whatever it wants — and hurt as many people as it wants — because you don’t have a free press? Shouldn’t it really frighten every American that this is a large step on the road away from democracy towards tyranny and towards authoritarian government?

Sen. Chuck Schumer Says Jimmy Kimmel Must Stay on Air to Save Democracy — Then Urges Him to Sue Disney

Senator Chuck Schumer has warned that Jimmy Kimmel must remain on air to protect American democracy.

Disney confirmed on Wednesday night that Kimmel’s show will be suspended indefinitely after comments he made about last week’s assassination of Charlie Kirk at the hands of a disturbed left-wing student.

“We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them — and doing everything they can to score political points from it,” Kimmel remarked during Monday night’s show.

“Mr. Kimmel’s comments about the death of Mr. Kirk are offensive and insensitive at a critical time in our national political discourse, and we do not believe they reflect the spectrum of opinions, views, or values of the local communities in which we are located,” said Andrew Alford, President of Nexstar’s broadcasting division, in a statement on Wednesday.

Schumer, who is currently America’s most powerful elected Democrat, is urging Kimmel to take the matter to court.

“America is meant to be a bastion of free speech,” Schumer wrote on the X platform. “Everybody across the political spectrum should be speaking out to stop what’s happening to Jimmy Kimmel.”

“This is about protecting democracy,” he continued. “This must go to court.”

Schumer indicates Democrats are not slowing on amendments to ‘Big Beautiful Bill’ amid vote-a-rama

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer on Monday night indicated that Democrats do not intend to stop introducing amendments to President Donald Trump’s “One Big Beautiful Bill,” even as it slows the process down.

The Senate is currently conducting its vote-a-rama on the legislation, which allows senators to offer an unlimited number of amendments to the policy bill that they must proceed to vote on. Once the amendments are added or rejected, the chamber will vote on the entire legislative package as a whole, which is expected to take place early Tuesday morning.

Schumer did not indicate how many more amendments will be introduced before the final vote, but said Democrats want to introduce “as many amendments as we can.”

“We need to show the American people in every way how bad this bill is for them,” Schumer told reporters. “They don’t like these amendments. The public is on our side in almost every amendment we do. Why would we want to stop offering amendments when they show the contrast between the parties? We want to do as many amendments as we can.”

If the Senate is able to pass their version of the bill, it will go back to the House, where it is expected to meet some resistance and likely be further changed. At that point, it would have to go back again to the Senate for approval before going to the Oval Office for final approval.

Democrats Got Caught in a Huge Lie About Trump’s Iran Strike

The Democrat-media complex got caught red-handed peddling yet another false narrative, only to have it blow up in its face when the facts came crashing down.

The latest chapter in the Democrats’ never-ending war against the Trump administration centers on the successful strike against Iran’s nuclear sites. As you’ve likely seen, Democrats and their media allies wasted no time launching a coordinated campaign of phony outrage.

Their claim? The White House recklessly bypassed congressional leadership — specifically Democrats — before the operation, supposedly violating the Constitution. It’s a laughable accusation, especially considering that they had no such concerns when Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, or Joe Biden launched military strikes without congressional approval or proper notification.

CNN tried to stir controversy by reporting that while House Speaker Mike Johnson and Senate Majority Leader John Thune were briefed ahead of time, Democrat leaders Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries were only informed shortly before the public announcement, after the operation had already taken place. But as White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt explained on Fox News, this was nothing more than a misleading narrative designed to distract from a major American victory. Leavitt didn’t just push back; she dismantled the lie piece by piece.

“We did make bipartisan calls,” Leavitt stated, setting the record straight from the outset. “Thomas Massie and the Democrats — he should be a Democrat ’cause he’s more aligned with them than with the Republican Party — were given notice. The White House made calls to congressional leadership. They were bipartisan calls.”

The White House, contrary to the manufactured narrative, conducted its due diligence and reached out to leaders on both sides of the aisle. The administration’s outreach efforts were comprehensive, but in a detail that speaks volumes, the top Democrat in the House was apparently unavailable to take a call of such national security importance.

Leavitt revealed the specifics of the outreach, exposing the disingenuous nature of the complaints.

“In fact, Hakeem Jeffries couldn’t be reached,” she explained. “We tried him before the strike and he didn’t pick up the phone, but he was briefed after, as well as Chuck Schumer was briefed prior to the strike.”
