Possible Crimes Committed by Biden Staffers Using Autopen Without Presidential Awareness Outlined

As questions swirl about Joe Biden’s cognitive state and absentee leadership, new scrutiny is falling on the use of the presidential autopen by Biden’s staffers, an automated signature device that has been used to sign executive orders and potentially even pardons.

These staffers, if these reports are accurate, could have engaged in multiple ongoing felonies.

House Oversight Chair Jim Comer (R-KY) has said legislative subpoenas are being sent out, but what crimes could they be pursuing? And something many are asking online: will anyone ever be charged with any crimes?

Nearly all of Biden’s official signatures were done with the autopen. The Biden White House even issued criminal pardons with the autopen. There were two autopens that were in use.

The OversightPR project identified times that Biden’s pardons were issued while Joe Biden was known to be out of the White House on vacation and unable to run the automatic signature machine.

Project Veritas released a video today showing David Hogg admitting that it was Jill Biden’s Chief of Staff who was exerting a tremendous amount of unseen power in the Biden White House.

Trump has said whoever was using the autopen was “usurping the power of the Presidency.”

Who was running the American government under Sleepy Joe Biden?

Mexican Illegal Alien Arrested For Threatening to Shoot President Trump in the Head at a Rally

ICE arrested a Mexican illegal alien in Wisconsin who threatened to assassinate President Trump.

According to Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, in a mailed handwritten letter to an ICE agent, 54-year-old Ramon Morales Reyes said he was angry about the deportations of his family members and said he would use his gun to shoot President Trump in the head at a rally.

“DHS says Reyes illegally re-entered the US at least 9 times between 1998-2005, and has criminal convictions for felony hit and run, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct with domestic abuse,” Bill Melugin reported.

This threat to shoot President Trump in the head at a rally comes less than a year after Thomas Crooks shout President Trump in the ear at a Butler rally in July 2024.

Smotrich Calls For ‘Rebuilding Temple’ During Jerusalem Day Celebrations

Far-right Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich has called for the rebuilding of a Jewish temple on the site of Al-Aqsa Mosque and for the expansion of Israel’s borders and Jewish settlements in Gaza.

In speech addressing crowds at a Jerusalem Day rally on Monday, which celebrates Israel’s occupation of the old city of Jerusalem, Smotrich also called for “complete redemption” and reconstruction of “the Temple here,” referring to Al-Aqsa Mosque, which settlers had raided earlier.

“We are conquering the Land of Israel, liberating Gaza, settling Gaza and defeating the enemy,” Smotrich said to crowds that had chanted “death to Arabs” as they marched through Jerusalem’s Old City and attacked Palestinians.

“With God’s help, we will expand Israel’s borders, bring about complete redemption, and rebuild the Temple here,” he said.

Smotrich also reiterated his calls for Jewish settlement in Gaza, declaring that “Israel is not afraid of the word occupation”.

“Some people are afraid of victory. We are not afraid of victory,” he said. “Lets give strength to our brave and heroic fighters”.

Several attacks and brawls were caught on film during Jerusalem Day marches…

FBI Probing Allegations Of ‘Targeted Violence’ Against Religious Groups in Seattle: Official

The FBI is investigating after officials said a religious event in Seattle was disrupted by violence, a top FBI official said on May 27.

“We have asked our team to fully investigate allegations of targeted violence against religious groups at the Seattle concert,” Dan Bongino, the FBI’s deputy director, said on social media platform X. “Freedom of religion isn’t a suggestion.”

The office of Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell did not respond to a request for comment by publication time.

Organizers said the May 24 event was held at Cal Anderson Park in support of “the sanctity of human life, the sacrality of biological gender, the importance of the nuclear family, and the right to freedom of speech and religion.”

They said the movement organizing the event stands against indoctrination of children “by a liberal, political, and sexual agenda that seeks to destroy their God-given identities.”

Counterprotesters, including the Freedom Socialist Party, said their demonstration was meant to “keep your bibles off our bodies.”

Clashes at the event resulted in 23 arrests, the Seattle Police Department said. One juvenile was released. The rest of those arrested were charged with assault and obstruction.

The White House Faith Office said in a statement on Tuesday that it condemned “the violent disruption of Seattle’s MayDay USA worship event.”

“We affirm the fundamental rights to free speech and religious freedom for all Americans, as protected by federal law. Public officials must protect the inalienable rights of all citizens, regardless of their faith or religious beliefs. We urge the City of Seattle to uphold these rights at all faith-based events, safeguarding the ability of people of faith to gather and express their beliefs without fear of harassment or violence,” the office said.

After the event, Harrell, a Democrat, called it a “far-right rally” that he said was meant “to provoke a reaction by promoting beliefs that are inherently opposed to our city’s values, in the heart of Seattle’s most prominent LGBTQ+ neighborhood.”

He said that anarchists infiltrated counterprotesters and “inspired violence,” which led to officers making arrests and asking organizers to end the event early. The request was accepted.

Organizers said in a statement to news outlets that “under Mayor Harrell’s leadership, the city of Seattle has continued its spiral into lawlessness and dysfunction while the First Amendment rights of citizens to peacefully assemble has been disregarded.”

David Hogg Spills the Beans on Who Really Pulled the Strings During Joe Biden’s Illegitimate Presidency

Jill Biden’s Chief of Staff, Anthony Bernal, “wielded an enormous amount of power” in the White House, a new undercover video reveals as Joe Biden’s “autopen” presidency comes under scrutiny.

The revelation came from none other than DNC vice chair David Hogg, who made the admission to an undercover Project Veritas reporter amid a discussion about DNC “corruption” as the organization attempts to oust him from its ranks.

“I think the fact of the matter is the DNC is always going to be a campaign arm of the president, ultimately,” Hogg told the undercover Veritas journalist, adding, “The bigger issue was like the inner circle that was around Biden. That’s it.”

“Like Jill Biden’s chief of staff had an enormous amount of power,” Hogg added.

Former Biden digital strategist Deterrian Jones picked up where Hogg left off, saying Bernal’s powerful role was “an open secret,” describing him as a “shadowy, Wizard of Oz-type figure.”

“I would avoid him, he was scary,” Jones said.

“I’ve never seen him,” the Veritas reporter told Hogg and Jones, who replied, “Exactly.”

“I knew how he looked, but the general public wouldn’t know how this man looked, but he wielded an enormous amount of power,” Jones said. “And I can’t stress to you how much power he had at the White House.”

DC shooter Elias Rodriguez called for ‘genocide of white people’ in leaked text messages: report

Elias Rodriguez, the man recently accused of killing two Israeli embassy staffers in Washington, DC, called for the “genocide of white people,” according to leaked text messages obtained by journalist Ken Klippenstein, which revealed the shooter’s disturbing obsession with this particular demographic.

Additionally, witness testimony and additional messages demonstrated that Rodriguez held an animosity toward Israel and supported Hamas, the Palestinian terrorist organization. The communications provide a more comprehensive understanding of the alleged cold-blooded killer’s political ideologies and long-standing convictions.

“Lol you probably would have to actually genocide white people to make this a normal country,” Rodriguez wrote to his friends, according to the report.

“Like even a very targeted and selective rehabilitation program would probably have to lead to the lifetime imprisonments of tens of millions of white people,” Rodriguez added.

Further allegations made by his friends suggest that while Rodriguez had allegedly never expressed disdain towards Jewish people, he had a severe hatred of Israel. “He never, ever said anything remotely racist about Jews or anyone,” a friend told Klippenstein.

A friend added that Rodriguez was “a big proponent of the ’emerging resistance axis’ of Russia, Iran, Hezbollah, Assad’s Syria.” The accused also referred to Israel as “The Little Satan,” and “seemed pretty vocally in favor of Hamas for years – way before 2023,” according to his friends.

Following the deaths of two Hamas leaders, Hassan Nasrallah and Yahya Sinwar, who were killed by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) during Israel’s war against Hamas, Rodriguez wrote in a message: “Honestly i’m still just feeling sad about the murder of hassan nasrallah. It hurts when people are killed specifically for doing what’s right, when so many are afraid to.”

Additionally, Rodriguez said he was saddened by the killing of Sinwar, the former chairman of the Hamas Political Bureau, who helped construct the October 2023 terror attack on Israel, according to the report.

Is your favorite influencer’s opinion bought and sold?

Your addictive doomscrolling on X, TikTok or Instagram may also be the latest nexus for millions of dollars in secret political corruption.

Over the last month, the problem has come into sharp relief. Newly surfaced documents show that more than 500 social media creators were part of a covert electioneering effort by Democratic donors to shape the presidential election in favor of Kamala Harris. Payments went to party members with online followings but also to non-political influencers — people known for comedy posts, travel vlogs or cooking YouTubes — in exchange for “positive, specific pro-Kamala content” meant to create the appearance of a groundswell of support for the former vice president.

Meanwhile, a similar pay-to-post effort among conservative influencers publicly unraveled. The goal was to publish messages in opposition to Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s push to remove sugary soda beverages from eligible SNAP food stamp benefits. Influencers were allegedly offered money to denounce soda restrictions as “an overreach that unfairly targets consumer choice” and encouraged to post pictures of President Trump enjoying Coca-Cola products. After right-leaning reporter Nick Sortor pointed out the near-identical messages on several prominent accounts, posts came down and at least one of the influencers apologized: “That was dumb of me. Massive egg on my face. In all seriousness, it won’t happen again.”

In both schemes, on the left and the right, those creating the content made little to no effort to disclose that payments could be involved. For ordinary users stumbling on the posts and videos, what they saw would have seemed entirely organic.

In the influencers’ defense, they didn’t break any rules — because none exist.

Grading for Equity coming to San Francisco high schools this fall

Without seeking approval of the San Francisco Board of Education, Superintendent of Schools Maria Su plans to unveil a new Grading for Equity plan on Tuesday that will go into effect this fall at 14 high schools and cover over 10,000 students. The school district is already negotiating with an outside consultant to train teachers in August in a system that awards a passing C grade to as low as a score of 41 on a 100-point exam.

Were it not for an intrepid school board member, the drastic change in grading with implications for college admissions and career readiness would have gone unnoticed and unexplained. It is buried in a three-word phrase on the last page of a PowerPoint presentation embedded in the school board meeting’s 25-page agenda. The plan comes during the last week of the spring semester while parents are assessing the impact of over $100 million in budget reductions and deciding whether to remain in the public schools this fall. While the school district acknowledges that parent aversion to this grading approach is typically high and understands the need for “vigilant communication,” outreach to parents has been minimal and may be nonexistent. The school district’s Office of Equity homepage does not mention it and a page containing the SFUSD definition of equity has not been updated in almost three years.

Grading for Equity eliminates homework or weekly tests from being counted in a student’s final semester grade. All that matters is how the student scores on a final examination, which can be taken multiple times. Students can be late turning in an assignment or showing up to class or not showing up at all without it affecting their academic grade. Currently, a student needs a 90 for an A and at least 61 for a D. Under the San Leandro Unified School District’s grading for equity system touted by the San Francisco Unified School District and its consultant, a student with a score as low as 80 can attain an A and as low as 21 can pass with a D.

Joe Feldman, the consultant the school district plans to contract with to implement Grading for Equity, wrote in 2019 that in Placer County, another jurisdiction with the grading system, “students who did not qualify for free or reduced-price lunch had a sharper decrease in A’s, reflecting how traditional grading practices disproportionately benefit students with resources because of the inequitable inclusion of extra credit and other resource-dependent grading criteria.”

Grading for Equity may reduce A and D/F grades and, according to Feldman, enable a school district to cut costs for remedial classes but what about student academic outcomes? The most recent data from both middle schools in San Leandro where grading reform started in 2016 document significant continued disparities among student populations when it comes to performance on statewide assessment tests. In both English and mathematics, the gaps ranged from twice to triple to even four times as many students meeting or exceeding the statewide standard in some subgroups compared to others. The children needing the most help and improvement are not getting it.

Nebraska Lawmakers Move Forward With Plan To Outlaw Most Consumable Hemp And THC Products

A legislative proposal that would ban most consumable hemp and other THC products in Nebraska advanced Tuesday without amendments as opponents blocked changes.

Throughout a four-hour debate on Legislative Bill 316, from state Sen. Kathleen Kauth (R) of the Millard area, only a handful of senators spoke. That’s because of pointed opposition from state Sen. John Cavanaugh (D) of Omaha, who filed nearly 30 motions or amendments throughout the bill’s life, largely to push senators toward considering regulations instead of a ban.

LB 316 advanced 32–15 with 32 of the 33 Republicans voting for it and all 15 Democrats voting against. The Legislature’s one nonpartisan progressive was not in attendance.

State Sen. Dan McKeon (R) of Amherst, who was “present, not voting” on advancing the bill, said he did so to wait for possible future changes. He said he recently toured a consumable hemp shop in his district and has concerns about whether the bill could freeze those operations.

LB 316 would prohibit raw hemp above 0.3 percent tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) of any concentration and for processed hemp the lesser of 0.3 percent THC on a total weight basis or 10 milligrams per package, effective January 1. The mature stalks of Cannabis sativa and its fiber, oil, cake and any other naturally derived products would not be considered hemp, leaving a narrow legal path for some products such as fibers and textiles.

If the bill passed, it would include a “consumer safe harbor period” through the end of 2025 to give consumers time to discard any “illegal hemp” as newly defined under LB 316. Legal products would face an additional 10 percent wholesale tax at the time of purchase.

London Mayor Backs Marijuana Decriminalization After A Commission He Created Recommends Reform

The mayor of London is voicing support for the decriminalization of marijuana following the release of a comprehensive report the government commissioned that ultimately determined that criminalizing people over simple possession of cannabis does more harm than good and disproportionately impacts minority communities.

On Wednesday, London Mayor Sadiq Khan said the report from the independent London Drugs Commission (LDC), which he established, “makes a compelling, evidenced-based case for the decriminalization of possession of small quantities of natural cannabis.”

While the policy recommendation to move marijuana from the Misuse of Drugs Act to the Psychoactive Substances Act has been described as decriminalization, the proposal to remove any criminal penalties associated with low-level possession and stop police from conducting searches people over the smell of cannabis would effectively be non-commercial legalization.

What the report expressly does not recommend, however, is legalizing and regulating cannabis sales—at least for now. That comes as a disappointment to advocates, who feel the debate over reform and evidence from jurisdictions that have taken that step sufficiently shows that enacting commercial legalization would promote public safety with minimal risk.

“We need fresh thinking on how to reduce the substantial harms associated with drug-related crime in our communities,” the mayor said in a statement. “Better education, improved healthcare and more effective, equitable policing of cannabis use are long overdue.”
