BBC Vows to Fight Trump’s $10 BILLION Defamation Lawsuit After Splicing J6 Speech to Depict Trump Calling for Violence

The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) has vowed to fight Trump’s $10 million lawsuit against the broadcaster for defamation and violations of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act after they were caught deceptively editing Trump’s January 6 speech to make it appear he was calling for violence. 

As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump told reporters on Monday that he would imminently be filing a defamation lawsuit against the BBC after announcing his intention to do so last month.

“In a little while, you’ll be seeing, I’m suing the BBC for putting words in my mouth,” Trump said in the Oval Office.

“They actually have me speaking with words that I never said, and they got caught because I believe somebody at BBC said this is so bad it has to be reported. That’s called fake news.

FBI Agents Thought Clinton’s Uranium One Deal Might Be Criminal – But McCabe, Yates Stonewalled Investigation: Report

Remember Uranium One? The massive 2010 sale of US uranium deposits to Russia approved by Hillary Clinton and rubber-stamped by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) – after figures linked to the deal donated to the Clinton Foundation?

Turns out rank-and-file FBI investigators thought there was enough smoke to launch a criminal investigation, but internal delays and disagreements within the DOJ and FBI ultimately caused the inquiry to lapse, newly released records reveal. 

The materials, made public by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and first reported by Just the News, reveal that investigators argued internally over the delays – which allowed the statute-of-limitations to expire and ultimately halt the case.

The Uranium One transaction – involving the sale of a Canadian mining company with substantial U.S. uranium assets to Russia’s state-owned nuclear firm Rosatom – became a flashpoint during Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign. Critics argued that then-Secretary of State Clinton, a member of CFIUS, helped approve the deal while donors connected to Uranium One made large contributions to the Clinton Foundation.

The New York Times reported in 2015 that “as the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013 … a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation. Uranium One’s chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million. Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations as well.”

“And shortly after the Russians announced their intention to acquire a majority stake in Uranium One, Mr. [Bill] Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank with links to the Kremlin that was promoting Uranium One stock,” the Times reported. “At the time, both Rosatom and the United States government made promises intended to ease concerns about ceding control of the company’s assets to the Russians. Those promises have been repeatedly broken, records show.” -Just the News

Resistance from senior officials – including then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe – slowed the inquiry to the point where statute-of-limitations concerns were later cited to justify shutting it down.

Pennsylvania Officials Let Unsent Mail Pile Up For A Month, But Promise Mail Voting Is Super Secure

Pennsylvania’s mail scandal — that mail vendor Capitol Presort Services reportedly failed to deliver the state’s mail for a month — is another reason we should not trust the mail with our elections.

Philadelphia Inquirer reporter Gillian McGoldrick reported Saturday that 3.4 million official letters from Pennsylvania state agencies were stuck in limbo from Nov. 3 through Dec. 3. The communications did not get sent until last week, after the state fired the mail vendor and hired another one to send the letters.

It is not clear why state workers can’t handle mailing letters without the complication of a contracted vendor.

Some of the delayed letters contained time-sensitive communications about services with important deadlines, including notices for recipients to interact with agencies or lose benefits, according to McGoldrick’s report. Health coverage, SNAP food benefits, child abuse clearances, decisions about elder abuse and foster homes for kids, along with timely notices of hearings — all from the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services — reportedly piled up at the vendor instead of being given to the U.S. Postal Service for delivery.

Important communications from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation were also delayed. Halted mail included driver’s license and vehicle registration renewal reminders, vehicle registration cards, driver’s license camera cards, and address card updates.

Just weeks ago, Gov. Josh Shapiro was making the media rounds, attacking President Donald Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance about putting Pennsylvanians in peril because of the government shutdown, when at the same time his own administration was failing to deliver essential communications about these very services through the mail.

Savannah, Georgia Mayor Makes a Disgusting Remark When Asked About the White Woman in His City Who Suffered Horrifying Injuries After Being Doused with Acid by Lowlife

The mayor of Savannah, Georgia does not want to concern himself with a terrifying crime that happened on his watch and was sure to let a constituent know in no uncertain terms.

As The Gateway Pundit reported last week, a white Georgia woman named Ashley Wasielewski sustained horrifying burns to her face, neck, and scalp after a black man emerged from the bushes at a Forsyth park in Savannah and dumped acid on her.

The suspect, who is still at large, approached the victim from behind and poured the liquid chemical on her. According to police, the attacker was not known to the victim.

Wasielewski is suffering third-degree burns and is currently receiving treatment at Memorial Hospital in Augusta.

The suspect has yet to be caught.

A resident decided to ask Johnson on social media what he and the city government were doing to help Wasielewski.

“Have you actually been to the park?” the resident asked. “Have you contacted the victim and promised, on behalf of Savannah, to support her ongoing recovery?

“Great photoshoot and tender-hearted words, but what is Savannah actually doing?”

Johnson’s reply to these inquiries was snippy and callous.

“Maybe you should take a nap,” Johnson snarked.

There’s No Evidence Australia’s Strict Gun Control Laws Are Effective

emocrats in the United States repeatedly praise Australia’s 1996 gun confiscation law as a successful model to emulate, while many Australians — especially after the Bondi Beach terror attack earlier this week — argue that the confiscation helped but failed to go far enough. Yet the supposed benefits of this policy rest on deeply flawed statistical analysis.

After the Minneapolis school shooting in September, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz claimed, “When they had a school shooting in Scotland or they had an incident in Australia, they simply made changes. … And since they did those things, they don’t have them. We’re an outlier amongst nations in terms of what happens to our children.” Prominent Democrats, including Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and Joe Biden, have echoed this praise for Australia’s 1996 gun confiscation law.

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese reinforced this narrative on Monday after the massacre, stating that a prior administration’s gun laws “have made an enormous difference in Australia and are a proud moment of reform, quite rightly, achieved across the parliament with bipartisan support.” Supporters typically point to declines in firearm homicides and firearm suicides as evidence of success.

Relying on that perceived success, Albanese has promised even stricter gun control, arguing that tighter laws would yield even greater benefits. Policymakers already advocate proposals such as limits on the number of firearms individuals may own and periodic license reviews.

For years, major media outlets — including USA Today, The New York Times, and The Washington Post — have published stories crediting Australia’s 1996–1997 gun confiscation with cutting firearm homicide and suicide rates in half and eliminating mass public shootings.

N.Y. Times Contributor Who Went on Bigoted Anti-White Tirade Smears Jillian Michaels as ‘White Nationalist’ 

Former Democrat and celebrity fitness trainer Jillian Michaels stunned New York Times contributor Wajahat Ali after he tried to smear her as a “white nationalist.”

During an episode of “Piers Morgan Uncensored,” Ali attacked Michaels for expressing valid concerns about Islamic extremism. Ali suggested her views are outdated, and then he doubled down, calling Michaels a white nationalist.

Ali stated, “Ahmad Al-Ahmad is a 43-year-old Muslim fruit vendor who, unarmed, decided to bumrush one of the terrorists, disarmed him, took the gun while he was being shot at. He was shot twice. I didn’t realize this at first when I saw that amazing video. But then I later saw that he was shot twice. He held off the other shooter, and he saved lives.”

“In Germany, in March, there was a deranged Saudi national who, by the way, became radicalized by AfD and this type of white nationalism, and ended up hating Islam. He rammed a truck in a terrorist attack through a crowd. You know who stopped him? A Pakistani Muslim cab driver in Germany stopped him.,” he continued.

“When there was an attack on Jews in was in France a couple of years ago, there was an African-Black immigrant who protected them.”

“This is the story of an individual who decided to lean into empathy and decency and compassion and squared off against two individuals who were radicalized, we don’t know how, and saw Jews as the target through their dehumanization. There are 1. 7 billion Muslim people on Earth. Gillian’s talking points are from 2001, which is why I yawned.”

“The DeLorean right now is in 2025.”

Michaels cut in, “They’re not at all, actually.”

Ali continued, “Listen, I’ve been in this for a long time, Gillian. I know you’re discovering this. Congratulations. Let me just finish. I let you say a lot of hateful, stupid, reckless things about Muslim and Islam.

“You want to say 1%? That’s 20 million people,” Michael pressed.

“Gillian, you are….”

“You still have 16 dead, Wajahat.”

“You, by your own admission, are a white nationalist. By your own admission, that’s what you are, a white nationalist. You admitted it,” Ali stated. “I saw the clip.”

“You know I’m Arab, right?” Michaels asked. ” I’m Syrian and Lebanese and Turkish.”

“You’re the one who said it. I didn’t say it. That’s why I was shocked,” Ali continued.

“When did I say I was a white nationalist?” Michaels asked. “When was that?”

“You’re not a white nationalist?” Ali pressed.  “Wasn’t there a clip saying you were a white nationalist? When was that? You’re not a white nationalist.”

“No,” Michaels stated emphatically.

“Okay, interesting. Interesting to know. All right,” he replied.

Michaels then pressed Ali, “Where’s the clip that I said it was a white nationalist?”

A stuttering Ali answered, “I’m under the mistaken impression. I thought you were a white nationalist. I’m glad you’re not. But let me just finish. Since 2001…..”

Michaels cut in, “I’m a not a white nationalist. How about a little homework, Wajahat.”

“How about just a little?”

“All right, let’s do homework. Let’s do homework. Since 2001, Piers, since 2001, you and me, we were against the war on terror. We said that the war on terror would be disastrous. We said that the war on terror, America’s response to 19 foreign hijackers bringing down the two towers would cause immense chaos, dissension. What happened? America went to war with Iraq and Afghanistan off of terrible evidence, off of the same type of bullshit that Gillian is saying right now. If even 1% of Muslims, yada, yada, yada. What happened?”

“It’s all fact-based. You want me to cite the resources?” Michaels pressed. “Where would you like me to start? Pew Research, Counter Terrorism Discourse estimates, the European Court of Human Rights…..Are you kidding me?”

A petulant Ali continued….”Gillian, let me finish. Over 1 million Iraqis were killed. Afghans were killed and tortured. And it led to the radicalization of ISIS. It brought nothing but pain and misery in division.  Muslims, Jews, aren’t going anywhere, folks. We’re in this together. And what we have to realize that there are hate mongers who seek to divide us right now, like Gillian, who want to bring up Islamophobia and anti-seminism.”

“Actually, I’m not trying to divide us at all, Wajahat ” Michaels affirmed. “You’re the one actually has tried to divide us.”

Ministers in the UK are steeling themselves for a storm of criticism as Communities Secretary Steve Reed prepares to unveil a new official definition of “anti-Muslim hate” this week.

Yet, according to leaked drafts, it could label prejudicial stereotyping or “racialisation designed to incite hate” as hateful acts, potentially encompassing discussions that highlight patterns in crimes predominantly involving Muslim perpetrators.

Trump Administration Responds to Ilhan Omar’s Claim that ICE Agents Targeted Her Son and Pulled Him Over

The Trump Administration has fired back at Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) after she made a disturbing claim about her son being targeted by immigration enforcement recently.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Omar alleged on Sunday during an interview with a local news outlet that ICE agents pulled her son over and demanded that he produce documentation to prove that he was a U.S. citizen.

Once he produced his passport identification, they let him go.

“Yesterday, after he made a stop at Target, he did get pulled over by ICE agents, and once he was able to produce his passport ID, they did let him go,” Omar claimed in an interview with Esme Murphy on WCCO.

Omar also claimed during the interview that immigration agents previously entered a mosque attended by her son. The agents supposedly left without incident.

On Tuesday, the Department of Homeland Security responded on X to Omar’s assertion about her son being pulled over and did not mince words.

“ICE has absolutely ZERO record of its officers or agents pulling over Congresswoman Omar’s son,” the post reads. “With no evidence, it is shameful that Congresswoman Omar would level accusations to demonize ICE as part of a PR stunt.”

“Allegations that ICE engages in ‘racial profiling’ are disgusting, reckless, and categorically FALSE. What makes someone a target for immigration enforcement is if they are illegally in the U.S.—NOT their skin color, race, or ethnicity,” the post adds.

“Under the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, DHS law enforcement uses ‘reasonable suspicion’ to make arrests.”

The Oligarch Part 1: How one powerful man made Zelensky president, Ukraine his pocket state, and sent it to war

Igor Kolomoysky built up Ukraine’s largest bank, then plundered it for billions in a scheme so elaborate it looks like a state intelligence operation. During the 2014 Maidan revolution, he ended up caught in a whirlwind of far-right militants, rising Western scrutiny, and a dramatic denouement with his bank – and fled abroad. Not one to give up, though, Kolomoysky had a plan for revenge and its name was Vladimir Zelensky.

Zelensky, however, soon ran amok. He “tricked Putin” in Paris, ruining hopes for peace in the Donbass, and setting the stage for the fateful events of 2022. Caught between Western pressure and his benefactor’s menacing presence, Zelensky tried to play both sides until events forced his hand. Yet Kolomoysky’s downfall merely left an open niche for a new shadowy figure to stride in.

Below is the first part of RT’s investigation, based on hundreds of pages of court documents, dealing with Kolomoysky’s rise, his turning PrivatBank into an empire of fraud, the events of Maidan, and his involvement in the post-Maidan world.

“He did play as Napoleon, right, Zelensky?… This Napoleon will soon be no more,” said a man with curly grey hair and a scraggly grey beard from the defendant’s cage in a Kiev courtroom. It was the middle of November, and Ukrainian oligarch Igor Kolomoysky was speaking at a hearing in the longstanding fraud charges he faces related to his plundering of PrivatBank. Looking relaxed in a track suit and speaking in Russian, Kolomoysky predicted that Vladimir Zelensky would come crashing down with him due to his own intimate involvement in the corruption scandal currently roiling Ukraine.

Events in Ukraine have taken on the feel of a Shakespearean tragedy as one after another in Zelensky’s inner circle has fallen or fled under the taint of corruption. Perhaps it would be fitting if Kolomoysky ends up with the last word in this sordid affair, for it was his efforts that gained Zelensky the presidency in the first place. When the oligarch himself finally met his comeuppance, into the breech stepped another Kolomoysky-made man, Timur Mindich, who would reconstruct much of his former benefactor’s patronage network for equally corrupt aims.

It is perhaps an exaggeration to say that all crooked roads in Ukraine lead to Kolomoysky – if only because corruption there is too pervasive to trace to one man. Yet, Kolomoysky seems to stand upstream from the entire intertwined morass of militant nationalism, cronyism, and corrupt patronage networks that have defined modern Ukraine.

So who is Igor Kolomoysky and why does his name still echo in the halls of power in Kiev? This is the man who orchestrated one of the largest and most elaborate embezzlement schemes in modern history that cost the Ukrainian state 6% of GDP to remedy. This is the man who built up massive private security forces and financed far-right militias at an estimated cost of $10 million per month in the fraught post-Maidan period. And it is a man whose machinations Zelensky was loath to confront until Western pressure forced his hand.
