Judge Orders Bureau of Prisons to Provide Sex Change Surgery to Transgender Pedophile Inmate

A federal judge has ruled that the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) must provide sex change procedures to a convicted pedophile who recently began identifying as transgender.

Brian Buckingham, 47, is serving more than 21 years in prison for sexually abusing his 10-year-old son and producing child sex abuse images. Shortly before sentencing, Buckingham began identifying as “Nani Love” and claimed to be female, Reduxx reported.

In court filings, Buckingham claimed that being unable to access previously provided “gender-affirming” treatments, like hormone therapy, had worsened his depression and suicidal thoughts, The Post Millennial reported. Attorneys for Buckingham argued the sex change procedures were “medically necessary” to treat gender dysphoria and that denying Buckingham access to them is a violation of his Eighth Amendment rights.

Magistrate Judge David Christel ruled in September that Buckingham is “likely to succeed” on his claim that the BOP’s denial of sex change procedures is cruel and unusual punishment. In his ruling, Christel cited evidence that the BOP first acknowledged Buckingham’s requests for sex change procedures but then “discontinued them without reason.”

Christel’s recommendation was ultimately adopted by U.S. District Judge Ricardo Martinez who ordered the BOP to provide consultations to Buckingham within 30 days for laser hair removal, facial feminization surgery, and voice therapy.

A Life Undone by War

Not long ago, I received a Facebook “friend” request from Jean, an individual I had known in grammar school. It was nice to hear from her, that she was in good health, and doing well. Over the subsequent weeks, we exchanged pleasantries, read each other’s posts, and caught up somewhat with how our lives had progressed over the past 50 or so years.

The pleasantries were rather short-lived, however, as Jean rather quickly became disenchanted, perhaps annoyed is more accurate, with my “preoccupation” with politics, social issues, and the “fact” that my Facebook commentaries and analyses – “rants” she called them – were, in her opinion, “unhealthy, self-destructive, and downright anti-American.” She expressed what I took to be a heartfelt concern for my well-being, that I was such a sad and angry man, unhappy with my life and my country, and obsessed with a war some 50 years gone. She knew I had been a Marine in Vietnam, had heard over the years that I had been affected by the experience, but only now realized the severity of my condition – a Facebook diagnosis.

“As a friend,” she counseled me that I should stop with the politics, protests, and dissent, put the war behind me and go on with my life. None of this, of course, was new to me, and, I would guess, to many others who had participated in war. So, I politely thanked her for her concern and advice, and continued with my protests, dissent, and “rants” about politics, issues of social justice, and war.

Not long afterward, however, having grown frustrated, I guess, with my unwillingness to follow her advice and make the necessary “positive” changes in my life, she wished me well. After a final expression of concern for my well-being (she was aware of the 17.6 veterans who committed suicide each day), Jean terminated our interaction, “unfriended me” in Facebook jargon.

She was right, of course, at least about how the war had seriously impacted my life, how I had become both sad and angry. Sad that upon returning home to the “world,” I no longer fit in. How I felt alone, alienated from friends and family members and how for the longest time, I was unable to maintain a relationship or keep a normal job. She was right as well about my being angry. Angry about how I felt used by my country, lied to about the necessity and justice of the cause for which so many lives were devastated. Angry that the hopes and dreams I had for my life were never realized, and, most tragic, angry that many of our leaders and fellow citizens learned nothing from the debacle… and we are doing it all again.

She was wrong, however, in her assumption that in a life amidst the chaos and unrest, I hadn’t tried to achieve a sense of normalcy and well-being. Damn, I had tried a whole lot. Perhaps Jean was right, however, and my inability to heal was the result of a choice that I made, to recognize and accept responsibility and culpability for the crimes perpetrated upon the Vietnamese people. That I had no right to “come home” when so many others were never afforded the opportunity; the 3.8 million Vietnamese, the 58,281 fellow Americans whose names are inscribed on the Wall of Remembrance in D.C., and the over 50,000 Vietnam Veterans who died by their own hand.

Eventually, I realized a truth that many of those who think themselves untouched by war are unable or unwilling to understand. War never goes away.

Russia May Send Hypersonic Missiles to Venezuela as Defense Against Regime Change: ‘America May Be in For Some Surprises’

Russia has opened the door to supplying hypersonic missiles to Venezuela as a deterrent against a possible U.S. invasion.

Alexei Zhuravlyov, deputy chairman of Russia’s parliamentary defense committee, warned that “America may be in for some surprises” if it attempts to remove the Maduro dictatorship from power.

“I see no obstacles to supplying a friendly country with new developments such as the Oreshnik or, let’s say, the well-proven Kalibr missiles,” Zhuravlyov told the Russian news site Gazeta.Ru.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has claimed that the Oreshnik missiles possess such overwhelming power that launching several of them with conventional warheads would unleash destruction comparable to a nuclear strike.

The Oreshnik was first deployed in the eastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro in November 2024, in retaliation for Ukraine’s use of Western-supplied long-range weapons, including British and American Storm Shadow missiles, against targets inside Russia.

The warning comes after Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro pleaded for military assistance from both Moscow and Beijing amid reports that President Trump is planning an operation to remove him from power.

In his letter to the Kremlin, Maduro requested additional Sukhoi Su-30MK2 fighter jets, describing them as “the most important deterrent the Venezuelan national government had when facing the threat of war.”

Over the weekend, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said the Kremlin condemns “the use of excessive military force in carrying out anti-drug tasks.”

Carney gov’t refuses to reveal how much foreign aid funds ‘gender identity’ and ‘decolonization’ projects

The Carney government has refused to say how much of Canada’s ballooning foreign-aid budget is being spent on controversial “gender identity,” “anti-racism,” and “decolonization” projects overseas — claiming that releasing the numbers could endanger the people and organizations receiving the cash.

In a written response to order paper question Q-327, tabled by a Conservative MP and published on November 3, 2025, Global Affairs Canada said it could not release a full list of projects or dollar amounts because of “confidentiality requirements” and alleged “security concerns.”

“The Department is unable to provide a full list of contributions related to this request due to confidentiality requirements,” the reply stated. It continued:

These are the most common reasons projects are considered sensitive: the organization or individuals might be in danger if it becomes known that they are receiving funds from a foreign government; [or] implementing a project related to sensitive topics such as two-spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex and additional sexually and gender-diverse people rights, human trafficking, early/forced marriage, [and] human rights defenders.

The department added that “danger” could mean a partner organization might be “forced to close,” employees could be “arrested,” or participants might face “harassment from the local population or government.”

This is a convenient excuse for shielding ideological spending from public scrutiny, particularly as the Carney government continues to expand its “values-based” foreign aid agenda, pouring millions into identity politics abroad while Canadians face record food-bank use and housing insecurity at home.

Prop 50 Passes: California Voters Approve Newsom’s Power Grab to Eliminate 5 Congressional Seats

As expected, California voters approved Prop 50 which could help the Democrats flip 5 congressional seats in 2026.

Thanks to ballot drop boxes, mail-in ballots, ballot harvesting, and illegal aliens, voters approved Newsom’s power grab to eliminate five GOP congressional seats through 2030.

“The five California Republicans targeted by the redistricting plan include Representatives Doug LaMalfa in District 1, Kevin Kiley in District 3, David Valadao in District 22, Ken Calvert in District 41, and Darrell Issa in District 48,” KCRA reported.

Earlier Tuesday, President Trump called the redistricting vote in California a “giant scam” and said it is under criminal review.

“The Unconstitutional Redistricting Vote in California is a GIANT SCAM in that the entire process, in particular the Voting itself, is RIGGED. All “Mail-In” Ballots, where the Republicans in that State are “Shut Out,” is under very serious legal and criminal review. STAY TUNED!” President Trump wrote on Truth Social.

Democrats Flip Two Georgia Seats Seen as Key Predictors for 2026 Midterms

Democrats flipped two Georgia seats that election analysts deemed key predictors for the 2026 midterms.

“Democratic candidates Alicia Johnson and Peter Hubbard, who ran for Georgia Public Service commissioner in Districts 2 and 3, respectively, have defeated GOP incumbents Tim Echols and Fitz Johnson,” the Hill reported on Tuesday.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that the flip marks the first time since 2000 that Democrats won a Public Service Commission race.

Democratic National Committee Chair Ken Martin hailed the victories as a “direct response to Trump’s cost-raising agenda that is squeezing pocketbooks in Georgia and across the country.”

“Johnson and Hubbard won tonight’s Georgia Public Service Commissioner race by focusing on the issue that matters most to Georgians: lowering costs,” declared Martin.

Republicans still hold a 3-2 majority on the commissioner and went into Tuesday holding onto all five seats. Analysts say the results could be a harbinger of things to come in 2026.

“Republicans were able to stave off a challenge earlier this year in a special election for a Georgia Senate seat after Democrat Debra Shigley forced Republicans into a runoff during the general election for District 21. Republican Jason Dickerson ultimately won the seat in the runoff,” noted the Hill.

Someone Hijacked the Screen at Mamdani HQ’s Victory Party…the Image Posted Was Hilarious

We knew Zohran Mamdani was going to win, and it was to all our horror. At the same time, we deserve to lose that race. If the best we could muster to fight Mamdani’s leftist clown show is Eric Adams, Curtis Sliwa, and former Gov. Andrew Cuomo, we deserve to get creamed. Mamdani, like most of the races last night, was declared the winner quickly. He wasn’t at the victory party initially, opting to stay home and watch the returns with his family, but someone did hijack the screen with a hilarious post that read, “Trump is your president,” which drew boos from the crowd.

Socialist Mayor-Elect Zohran Mamdani Declares War on President Trump, Capitalism, and Traditional America in Radical New York City Victory Speech

The radical left’s takeover of America’s largest city is complete, and it comes with open attacks on President Donald Trump, capitalism, and even the very foundations of Western civilization.

Zohran Mamdani, a self-described “democratic socialist” and the first Muslim mayor-elect of New York City, delivered a fiery, Marxist-tinged victory speech that sounded less like an American mayor and more like a disciple of Bernie Sanders, Ilhan Omar, and Eugene Debs rolled into one.

Mamdani not only quoted socialist Eugene Debs but also invoked Jawaharlal Nehru, the Marxist “founding father” of socialist India, who “crushed Hindus and empowered Jihadis.”

Mamdani also declared his intention to “freeze rents,” make “buses fast and free,” and bring “universal childcare” to New York — an agenda right out of a socialist manifesto.

Calling himself a “Muslim democratic socialist,” Mamdani celebrated toppling what he called “a political dynasty” and said his victory marked the “dawn of a better day for humanity.”

He vowed to make New York a city where “the Donald Trumps of our city have grown far too comfortable taking advantage of their tenants.”

Translation: higher taxes, more regulation, and open hostility toward landlords, small businesses, and anyone daring to succeed under the free market.

Mamdani couldn’t finish his remarks without unleashing a tirade against President Trump, the city’s most famous native son.
“If anyone can show a nation betrayed by Donald Trump how to defeat him,” he boasted, “It is the city that gave rise to him.”

He went on to mock Trump and his supporters as “billionaires and bosses who seek to extort workers,” calling his administration “a despot” and promising that “to get to any of us, you’ll have to get through all of us.”

Christian youth pastor who shared anti-LGBTQ+ post arrested on child sexual abuse charges

Josh Kemper has been arrested on charges of child sexual abuse. (MCSO)

A Christian youth pastor, who shared posts that claimed children weren’t safe around LGBTQ+ people, has been arrested on charges of child sexual abuse.

California pastor Joshua David Kemper was arrested earlier this week on charges involving a 15-year-old girl.

The Madera County sheriff’s office confirmed the 47-year-old pastor was taken into custody following a months-long investigation.

Detectives allege that Kemper, from Coarsegold, a town about 35 miles north of Fresno, engaged in a sexual relationship with the teenager between March and July this year. Incidents are said to have taken place at her home, in his vehicle and at the local church.

Digital evidence allegedly uncovered by investigating officers showed explicit messages, photos and videos exchanged between Kemper and the girl.

During the time he was alleged to have abused his victim, Kemper shared a post on his Facebook account that suggested LGBTQ+ people were a danger to youngsters. An AI-generated image depicted a group of young women, apparently from the kingdom of Rohan in The Lord of the Rings, holding a Pride flag and a sign that read “orcs welcome”.

A second image showed the same women standing in front their now burned home, holding a sign that said: “We don’t feel safe.”

Sharing the post, Kemper wrote: “Do you get it?”
