Francesca Albanese Names Over 60 States Complicit in Gaza Genocide

The UN special rapporteur for the occupied Palestinian territories, Francesca Albanese, told the General Assembly on 28 October that 63 countries, including key western and Arab states, have fueled or were complicit in “Israel’s genocidal machinery” in Gaza.

Speaking remotely from the Desmond and Leah Tutu Legacy Foundation in Cape Town, Albanese presented her 24-page report, ‘Gaza Genocide: A Collective Crime,’ which she said documents how states armed, financed, and politically protected Tel Aviv as Gaza’s population was “bombed, starved, and erased” for over two years.

Her findings place the US at the center of Israel’s war economy, accounting for two-thirds of its weapons imports and providing diplomatic cover through seven UN Security Council vetoes.

The report cited Germany, Britain, and a number of other European powers for continuing arms transfers “even as evidence of genocide mounted,” and condemned the EU for sanctioning Russia over the war in Ukraine while remaining Israel’s top trading partner.

Albanese accused global powers of having “harmed, founded, and shielded Israel’s militarized apartheid,” allowing its settler-colonial project “to metastasize into genocide – the ultimate crime against the indigenous people of Palestine.”

She said the genocide was enabled through “diplomatic protection in international fora meant to preserve peace,” military cooperation that “fed the genocidal machinery,” and the “unchallenged weaponization of aid.”

The report also identified complicity among Arab states, including the UAE, Egypt, Bahrain, and Morocco, which normalized ties with Tel Aviv.

Egypt, she noted, maintained “significant security and economic relations with Israel, including energy cooperation and the closing of the Rafah crossing,” tightening the siege on Gaza’s last humanitarian route.

Albanese warned that the international system now stands “on a knife-edge between the collapse of the rule of law and hope for renewal,” urging states to suspend all military and trade agreements with Tel Aviv and build “a living framework of rights and dignity, not for the few, but for the many.”

Her presentation provoked an outburst from Israel’s envoy Danny Danon, who called her a “wicked witch.”

US to build internment-style camps for Palestinians in Israeli-controlled Gaza

US President Donald Trump’s administration is advancing a controversial plan to build what US officials called “Alternate Safe Communities” for displaced Palestinians inside the Israeli-controlled areas in Gaza that make up half of the strip, The Atlantic reported on 10 November.

According to The Atlantic, the initiative envisions a string of US-backed settlements for Palestinians screened and approved by Israel’s domestic intelligence service. Anyone – or their relatives – found to be affiliated with or supportive of Hamas would be barred from entry, effectively separating them from the majority still living under Hamas administration on the western side of what Israeli troops now call the “yellow line.” Those who cross this barrier without authorization have been repeatedly shot at by Israeli soldiers.

Lieutenant General Patrick Frank, tasked with executing Trump’s post-war “peace plan,” told officials that each community would include temporary housing for up to 25,000 people, along with schools and clinics.

A US engineering firm, Tetra Tech, has reportedly received the first contract to clear rubble and ordnance at a pilot site near Rafah.

Germany to funnel more cash into Ukraine’s corruption-plagued energy sector

Germany has pledged to provide Ukraine with an additional €40 million in an effort to prop up its power generation during the winter, Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul has said. The announcement comes as Ukraine’s energy industry finds itself mired in a corruption scandal allegedly linked to an ally of leader Vladimir Zelensky.

Speaking on Tuesday, Wadephul said Berlin was “helping Ukrainians survive another winter of war with an additional €40 million ($46 million).” The diplomat noted that this year alone Germany has already spent €9 billion on military aid for Kiev.

A day earlier, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) announced that it was investigating a “high-level criminal organization” which allegedly profited from contracts involving state-owned nuclear energy company Energoatom.

According to the authorities, the ring forced Energoatom officials and contractors to pay kickbacks for state contracts. Formal charges have so far been brought against seven unnamed individuals. The Ukrainian media has claimed that one of the suspects is Timur Mindich, a close associate and former business partner of Zelensky. The businessman allegedly fled Ukraine just hours before his home was raided by NABU agents.

Mindich’s personal and business ties to the Ukrainian leader are understood to date back to when Zelensky was actively involved in the entertainment industry.

American B-2 Stealth Bomber Fleet and a CCP-Linked Trailer Park, What Could Possibly Go Wrong?

A trailer park, a billionaire linked to Chinese Communist Party intelligence services, and a U.S. nuclear bomber facility. It would be rejected by Hollywood as too far-fetched for a movie plot, but the story is frighteningly real.

A foreign-owned trailer park in rural Missouri sits directly beside Whiteman Air Force Base, the home of America’s nuclear-capable B-2 stealth bomber fleet. The Knob Noster Trailer Park lies less than a mile from the runway, separated from the base by only a fence. Business records show the property was acquired in 2017 through a maze of shell companies ultimately controlled by a Canadian couple, Esther Mei and Cheng Hu.

The couple has documented ties to Chinese tycoon Miles Guo, also known as Guo Wengui or Ho Wan Kwok, who has described himself as a former intelligence “affiliate” of the Chinese Communist Party. Guo was convicted in July 2024 on nine federal counts, including racketeering conspiracy, wire fraud, securities fraud, and money laundering in a billion-dollar fraud scheme.

Guo Wengui rose from a poor village in Shandong to become a flamboyant Beijing real estate tycoon operating in the gray zone between business and the Chinese security state. He functioned as a “white glove,” facilitating deals and protection for powerful officials while amassing wealth through politically connected construction projects. A key relationship was with Ma Jian, the powerful head of Chinese counterintelligence in the Ministry of State Security, with whom Guo later admitted having a long-running partnership as an “affiliate” of the security services.

Ma Jian allegedly used his position to shield Guo’s businesses and crush rivals, including an episode where a vice mayor who blocked one of Guo’s projects was brought down using compromising surveillance footage, clearing the way for Guo’s development. Guo cultivated access to senior Chinese and foreign elites, hosted lavish dinners, maintained a garage full of supercars, and even acted as a cutout to meet the Dalai Lama on behalf of Chinese intelligence.

In 2015, after a high-stakes business dispute and the arrest of Ma Jian, Guo fled China, reportedly leaving just ahead of his own likely detention. He settled first in the UK and then in New York, where he purchased a $67.5 million penthouse in the Sherry-Netherland and quickly became a person of interest to U.S. authorities.

He met repeatedly with the FBI, providing detailed information on the finances and personal lives of Chinese leaders, including Xi Jinping’s family, effectively trading intelligence for protection. At the same time, he began reinventing himself as an anti-CCP dissident and built a media and political ecosystem in the United States.

In 2017, Steve Bannon needed new financial backers and found in Guo a wealthy partner who shared an aggressive stance against the Chinese Communist Party. Together they launched ventures such as GTV Media Group and promoted the “New Federal State of China,” a self-styled anti-CCP “government in exile” announced in a choreographed event on a boat in New York Harbor.

Guo’s media outlets promoted conservative content, targeting mainly Chinese expatriates and right-wing circles. He simultaneously pushed branded products, cryptocurrencies, and investment schemes that raised hundreds of millions of dollars until the SEC ruled several offerings illegal and forced large restitution, leading to GTV’s shutdown.

Despite presenting himself as a champion of Chinese freedom, Guo waged aggressive campaigns against long-established Chinese dissidents in the West, mobilizing followers to harass them at their homes and accusing them of being CCP spies using classic Communist rhetoric. At one point he publicly offered to “atone” to Beijing, asking the Chinese leadership to assign him a “clear, targeted task” to prove his patriotism and support for Xi Jinping.

51 Million-Person Study Finds COVID-19 “Vaccines” Increase Risk Of Respiratory Infections By Up To 559%

An enormous landmark study published in the International Journal of Infectious Diseases, covering every single resident in South Korea — all 51.6 million people — has delivered a striking population-level signal suggestive of vaccine-acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (VAIDS).

This massive dataset shows a consistent dose-dependent pattern: the more COVID-19 “vaccines” a person received, the higher their risk of developing the common cold and upper-respiratory infections. Increases in pneumonia and tuberculosis were identified in stratified analyses by age and infection status. Children ages 0-19 suffered the most.

Study Overview

  • Population: Entire national cohort of South Korea (N = 51,645,564).
  • Analytic cohort: 39,447,030 individuals with complete vaccination + infection records.
  • Observation period: June 1 2023 – September 30 2024.
  • Exposure: Total number of COVID-19 doses.
  • Outcomes: Seven major respiratory diseases — upper-respiratory infection (URI), pneumonia, influenza-like illness (ILI), common cold, scarlet fever, pertussis, and tuberculosis.
  • Covariate adjustments: age, sex, income level, Charlson comorbidity index, prior COVID-19 infection and severity, epidemic phase, and time since last vaccination.

Critical note: the “unvaccinated” reference group included individuals who had received one dose, inflating its infection rate and making the true vaccine-associated risk likely far higher than reported.

Epstein, Wolff Colluded to Blackmail Trump, New E-Mails Show.

Democrats from the House Oversight Committee have made public a series of 2015 emails between deceased pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein, his associate Ghislaine Maxwell, and author Michael Wolff, concerning President Donald J. Trump. However, while the Democrats are promoting the redacted emails in an attempt to damage Trump, what they actually appear to show is Epstein confirming to Wolff that Trump “asked [G]hislaine to stop,” and Wolff advising Epstein on how he could blackmail the America First leader by “generating a debt.”

“Trump said he asked me to resign [from the Mar-a-Lago club], never a member ever,” Epstein claims in one of the released emails to Wolff, adding, “Of course he knew about the girls as he asked [G]hislaine to stop.”

In another exchange, Wolff writes to Epstein, “I hear CNN planning to ask Trump tonight about his relationship with you–either on air or in scrum afterwards.” Epstein responds, “[I]f we were able to craft an answer for him, what do you think it should be?”

At this point, Wolff advises Epstein at length on how to manipulate the situation, writing, “I think you should let him hang himself. If he says he hasn’t been on the plane or to the house, then that gives you a valuable PR and political currency. You can hang him in a way that potentially generates a positive benefit for you, or, if it really looks like he could win, you could save him, generating a debt. Of course, it is possible that, when asked, he’ll say Jeffrey is a great guy and has gotten a raw deal and is a victim of political correctness, which is to be outlawed in a Trump regime.”

The emails reference an Epstein victim whose name has been redacted being at Mar-a-Lago. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt identified her as the late Virginia Giuffre, stressing that Giuffre had “repeatedly said President Trump was not involved in any wrongdoing whatsoever and ‘couldn’t have been friendlier’ to her in their limited interactions.”

Notably, Giuffre did report seeing former Democrat President Bill Clinton and former Democrat Vice President Al Gore on Epstein’s private island, Little St. James, dubbed ‘Pedo Island’ by the media.

The Department of Defense Cannot Claim Ignorance Regarding Their Legal Violations During the COVID Era

Laws were clearly broken through the oppressive enforcement and administration of the military’s COVID-19 shot, yet to this day, no one is willing to acknowledge which specific laws were transgressed.

Last month, The Gateway Pundit brought attention to the fact that the Department of War continues to ignore multiple inquiries and FOIA requests.

They refuse to acknowledge that 10 U.S. Code § 1107a acts as a legal basis showing that the implementation of the COVID-19 shot mandate was illegal, even in light of the War Secretary’s public declaration deeming it “unlawful.” If something is considered unlawful, then a law or laws must have been violated? So, why do they refuse to name the law(s) that were broken?

10 U.S. Code § 1107a “[codifies] that individuals are informed of an option to accept or refuse administration of a product.” Regarding the administration of a product authorized for emergency use, such as the previously required COVID-19 shot, only the President has the authority to waive this federal code. Former President Joe Biden did not to waive it.

So, who violated the law? And, perhaps more crucially, who in this world is allowed to break the law and escape without consequences? Where is the accountability? That’s the question on the minds of service members and veterans.

The author conducted a survey involving more than five dozen members of the military who are currently serving, representing all branches of the military. They were asked about their references to 10 U.S. Code § 1107a in their objections to receiving the 2021 COVID-19 shot.

Both their original requests for accommodation or exemption, as well as their subsequent appeals, were blanketly denied. For many, their careers were ultimately preserved only due to a federal injunction or the later rescission of the mandate on January 10, 2023.

Pelosi’s Likely Successor Dwarfs Her Radicalism

With the Wicked Witch of the West Coast — a.k.a. Nancy Pelosi — finally retiring from Congress, the race is on for her broom ride to Washington, DC. Unfortunately, if you can believe it, those seeking to fill this congressional power vacuum are even more ideologically and morally duplicitous.

One such front-runner candidate for Pelosi’s seat is California State Senator Scott Wiener.

Wiener, a San Francisco politician, has generated immense human suffering in the Golden State. He’s responsible for SB 132, the 2020 law that allows males misidentifying as females to be housed in women’s prisons. This heinous legislation has turned into a form of cruel and unusual punishment for incarcerated females, many of whom have been raped, harassed, and intimidated by mentally ill males.

Wiener would rather see these women experience brutalization than admit that his stance is terribly wrong. In fact, whenever he’s confronted with the issue, he shuts down, doesn’t actually address the problem, and in some cases calls those who protest it “disgusting.”

Wiener is also behind SB 357, a law that decriminalized loitering with the intent to solicit prostitution. Guess what that hellish decision led to? The sexual slavery of young women and men — some of whom are minors — who are being flaunted with impunity down the streets of Los Angeles. This is not justice. It’s a tragedy.

SB 357 is even unpopular with some Democrat lawmakers because when legislators tried to introduce a bill to protect these vulnerable children by prosecuting their customers, Wiener and his ilk changed the legislation beyond all recognition.

Wiener was behind SB 107, which made California a sanctuary kidnapping state for gender-confused kids to run to if their families disagree with their adoption of gender pathology. As California Policy Center President Will Swaim put it, “Team Wiener says the law, which Newsom signed in 2022, protects vulnerable kids from bad parents and regressive red-state policies. You might say it violates parental rights, encourages runaways, and makes those kids vulnerable to abuse, including sex trafficking.”

These are but a taste of Wiener’s legislative bugaboos. If any bill has anything to do with the promotion of promiscuous sex and/or annihilating the freedoms of parents and the safety of children from predatory behavior, his name is generally associated with it. Even recently, after black lesbian rap artist Tish Hyman got kicked out of her gym for confronting a gender-confused man for being in a women-only space, guess who Wiener defended? Hint: It wasn’t the black lesbian; it was the wife-beating, gender-confused sociopath.

Trump pleas with Israeli president to pardon ‘formidable’ Netanyahu

Israeli President Isaac Herzog confirmed on 12 November that he received a letter from US President Donald Trump urging him to pardon Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who is facing trial on multiple corruption charges.

Herzog’s office said on Wednesday that Trump’s letter, shared publicly, called the case against Netanyahu “a political, unjustified prosecution.”

Trump wrote that while he respected Israel’s judiciary, he believed the charges targeted a leader who had “fought alongside me for a long time, including against the very tough adversary of Israel, Iran.”

In the same letter, Trump praised Netanyahu as “a formidable and decisive War Time Prime Minister,” claiming he was now guiding Israel “into a time of peace” through ongoing efforts to expand the so-called Abraham Accords.

Trump credited Netanyahu’s cooperation in confronting “the very tough adversary” of Iran and framed the trial as punishment for his political alignment with US and Israeli right-wing interests.

The president’s office clarified that pardons can only be granted through formal petitions submitted by the accused or their relatives in accordance with Israeli law.

All 19 ministers and deputy ministers from the ruling Likud party have since signed a joint appeal urging Herzog to pardon Netanyahu, claiming the trial was “harming the unity of the people.” The signatories argued that the allegations – centered on gifts of cigars and champagne from businessmen – were politically motivated and “trivial.”

According to Haaretz, Herzog discussed the matter with Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara and with relatives of former Gaza captives, one of whom suggested that a pardon might give Netanyahu “freedom to take political risks.”

Herzog’s office later denied initiating those talks. Reports also indicate that Netanyahu’s wife, Sara, may submit a formal request for clemency.

The prime minister faces charges of bribery, fraud, and breach of trust in three cases dating back to his 2019 indictment. His trial, which began in 2020, remains ongoing, making him the first sitting Israeli premier to stand trial as a criminal defendant.

Netanyahu maintains his innocence and has dismissed the proceedings as a left-wing campaign to remove him from power.

In late October, a Jerusalem court rejected Netanyahu’s request to reduce his weekly court appearances, ruling that hearings would continue “as planned.”

That decision came days after the Israeli Ministerial Committee for Legislation advanced a bill that could indefinitely delay his trials, legislation opposed by the attorney general for introducing “political considerations” into the legal process.

What to Know About Food Stamps as Congress Poised to End Shutdown

Americans who are in the federal food stamp program and have not received full benefits are poised to see the money soon, under a package the House of Representatives is due to vote on later Nov. 12.

Many of the 42 million Americans enrolled in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) have received partial or no benefits for November as the federal government has only paid about half of the approximately $8.5 billion needed to fund the program for the month.

Courts ordered the government to pay in full for November, but the Supreme Court blocked those rulings on Tuesday.

Here’s what to know about SNAP and the upcoming vote.

Some States Have Paid Full Benefits

Usually, the money SNAP beneficiaries receive on electronic EBT cards comes in full from the federal government, which conveys them through states.

Because the government has only paid $4.6 billion so far, a number of states have only been distributing partial benefits, with some SNAP participants not having received any money yet.

The plan in place now “would delay November benefits by weeks or months for recipients in multiple states and would create substantial risks of error,” states said in a Nov. 11 filing to the Supreme Court.

Others have paid full benefits to some people. Hawaii, for example, recently paid full benefits to about half of the 161,400 residents who receive food stamps, officials said in a court filing.

The state took this step following a U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) memorandum sent on Nov. 7 that said the federal government would make funds available for full SNAP benefits for November to comply with a court order, according to the filing.

Still others, including Minnesota and Oregon, paid all beneficiaries the full amount they were due to receive after reading the memo.

“The money is now on the EBT cards of SNAP recipients, and the recipients have begun to spend it,” Jessica Amaya Hoffman, deputy director of the Oregon Department of Human Services’ Self-Sufficiency Programs, said in a declaration.

Later on Nov. 7, the Supreme Court ruled that the federal government did not immediately have to pay full benefits for November, prompting the USDA to direct states to “undo any steps taken to issue full SNAP benefits for November.” U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani, who is overseeing one of the cases brought over food stamp funding, said on Monday that she was blocking the USDA from implementing the new memo. She has not yet issued a written order detailing her decision.
