Seattle Jail Scandal: King County Hires Illegal Aliens as Guards, Vows to Fight State Law and Keep Them Employed

Seattle’s King County Department of Adult and Juvenile Detention (DAJD) has admitted to illegally hiring over three dozen migrants as corrections officers to guard American citizens in jail after being exposed by a whistleblower.

Instead of firing the violators, the Democrat-run county is vowing to fight the state ban and even push for legal changes to approve the hires retroactively.

The controversy began when a whistleblower filed a complaint with the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission (WSCJTC), alleging that DAJD hired as many as 100 individuals with expired or invalid visas, in direct violation of Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 43.101.095.

This law explicitly requires corrections officers to be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or DACA recipients, with no exceptions for illegal aliens.

On Thursday, the DAJD confirmed hiring 38 illegal aliens who were “incorrectly certified,” calling it a mere “oversight.” Just four recent recruits were dismissed from training following the probe.

“All are fully trained as corrections officers and authorized to work in the United States. King County is committed to safety and the fair treatment of these officers and continues to work closely with the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission (WSCJTC). We are keeping all available avenues of relief open at this time,” the DADJ said in a statement provided to The Jason Rantz Show.

Despite not being legally allowed to work as corrections officers, the DAJD said it will not terminate the rest of the aliens’ employment.

“To ensure the integrity of jail operations and the safety of our staff and those in our custody, most of the officers continue to work their assigned shifts while we have ongoing conversations with the CJTC about next steps,” the department added. “All officers who continue to perform duties have completed full training through the CJTC.”

The department is collaborating with the Washington State Attorney General’s Office to try to amend the law.

Member of Satanic “764” Cult Charged After 13-Year-Old Girl Found Hanging in Parking Lot

An investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and German authorities led to charges Wednesday against a man accused of convincing a 13-year-old to hang herself in Washington State on behalf of a cult-like group, according to multiple reports.

German prosecutors charged an unnamed defendant dubbed “White Tiger” with hundreds of crimes, including the teen’s murder, for an alleged campaign of online abuse and sexual predation that victimized more than 30 children, CBS News reported. Authorities linked the man to “764,” a Satanic online movement that the FBI says is driven by a nihilistic hatred of society.

The teenage victim’s body was found in Gig Harbor, Washington, in January 2022 after she had hung herself with an extension cord on a black chain link fence in a grocery store parking lot, The Washington Post reported. After police sought the FBI’s help, investigators found that online predators associated with 764 allegedly groomed her into the suicide, which she livestreamed on Instagram via her phone. The individuals allegedly suggested in online messages that she take off her clothes because it would make the spectacle “hotter.”

The child victim told her parents she was a transgender boy at age ten and later became anorexic and depressed, FBI agents learned, according to The Washington Post. German prosecutors allege that “White Tiger” began building an online relationship with her while manipulating her and numerous other children into self-harm, starting when the suspect was 16, CBS News reported.

Threats against children from 764 have risen in recent years as the cultists lure vulnerable minors into private group chats and coax them into self-harm or degrading sexual acts, according to the FBI. Similar groups may go by different names but unite around 764’s methods, and adherents work together to evade bans from tech platforms, the Daily Caller News Foundation previously reported.

Investigators traced the digital footprint of “White Tiger” and allegedly found other victims on multiple social media platforms who he had convinced to cut themselves, as well as a photo of him cross-dressing in women’s clothes, according to The Washington Post. He allegedly shared the child abuse content with other followers of 764 to boost his reputation in the criminal network.

100+ unqualified immigrants were hired as corrections officers in Washington jails, whistleblower claims

An anonymous whistleblower claimed that a Washington corrections department illegally hired unqualified immigrants as corrections officers.

According to Fox News Digital, the individual wrote to the Criminal Justice Training Commission in August, stating that the King County Department of Adult and Juvenile Detention violated a state statute that requires all peace officers and corrections officers to be United States citizens, lawful permanent residents, or recipients of deferred action for childhood arrivals.

“It has come to my attention, that, over the past several years, the King County DAJD has knowingly hired individuals as corrections officers who do not meet these legal requirements,” the letter to the commission read.

The whistleblower claimed that in some instances, individuals with temporary work visas or expired work authorization were hired to guard detention centers.

“This practice not only undermines the integrity of Washington’s criminal justice system but also presents significant legal and security concerns,” the whistleblower remarked, urging the commission to investigate the claims promptly.

WA Teen Faces Civil Rights Complaint For Refusing To Play Basketball Against Male Athlete

A high school basketball player in Washington state has been accused of bullying, harassment after she allegedly “misgendered” a male opponent who pretends to be a female.

The controversy began when an 18 year old biological male was allowed to play on a junior varsity team in the Tumwater School District, alongside 14 and 15-year-old female athletes.

15-year-old Frances Staudt noticed the obviously male athlete on the opposing team during her warm up for the final game of the season and asked the school’s athletic director whether the player was a male, but  was told that, in accordance with Washington state law, the school will not discriminate based on sexual identity.

Staudt then notified her coach that she was unwilling to play against a biological male opponent.

According to Staudt’s mother Aimee, Frances was so frustrated that, following the game, her daughter walked by the male player and told him, “You’re a man” prompting the school district to investigate Frances for ‘misgendering’ her opponent.

Aimee Staudt told Fox News that the school district could have avoided the situation, saying, “They knew, admittedly, that there was going to be this situation, and they had a meeting, the principal, the superintendent, and the athletic director to discuss the fact that this was a potential situation that was coming up.”

Aimee maintains that little controversy would have resulted if families had been notified of the situation beforehand, and players had been given the option to sit out the game.

Staudt said, “But they didn’t do that. They put the kids on the spot, and my daughter was the one that actually stood up in this situation, and… she was exposed… It was awful the way they handled it.”

The New York Post reports that the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA) policy states that each athlete will participate in programs “consistent with their gender identity or the gender most consistently expressed,” and there are not even any medical or legal requirements.

Washington is one of a handful of Democrat-run states that have pushed back against President Trump’s executive order banning biological males from competing in women’s sports.

The school district released a statement last week stating, “As a district, we remain committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all students feel safe, supported, and valued.”

According to her mother, Frances received a letter late last week, stating that she had violated WIAA policy and that she could face further discipline if there are any further incidents.

‘Trojan Horse For Partisan Media’: Seattle Mayoral Frontrunner Wants To Force Taxpayers To Subsidize Biased News Outlets

With left-leaning news outlets in serious decline thanks to a decade of TDS-fueled propaganda, Seattle Mayoral frontrunner Katie Wilson wants to use taxpayer money to fund vouchers that can be used for “local news outlets” of choice. 

The plan to pass out the $100 vouchers would be funded through “a small property tax levy, a capital gains tax, or a digital ad tax,” journalist Jason Rantz reports.

In a recent interview on the Mostly Economics podcast, Wilson framed her proposal as a response to what she calls the “crisis in the journalism industry.” She lamented that “we do not have a sustainable financial model for supporting local news outlets” and suggested that taxpayers pick up the tab through “a small property tax levy, a capital gains tax, or a digital ad tax.” On The Jason Rantz Show on Seattle Red 770 AM, she admitted that it’s not necessarily a fully developed plan and that it’s intended to help smaller media outlets, like websites, and possibly radio.

Woke Seattle Dem’s husband attacked much younger woman after barging into private event screaming anti-Israel slogans, police say

The husband of a Seattle Democratic was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a 22-year-old woman after he and an angry mob barged into a private event chanting anti-Israel slogans, according to police. 

Calvin Priest, the husband of congressional candidate Kshama Sawant, was taken into custody and booked into jail on August 4.

Officers with the Renton Police Department were called to the town hall following reports the 54-year-old shoved a young woman who is employed by his wife’s rival Congressman Adam Smith. 

Smith was hosting an event at Renton Technical College that day when a group of people, including Priest, forced themselves inside the building, the video showed. 

The clip, obtained by KOMO News, appeared to capture Priest, dressed in a blue baseball hat and shirt, leading people into the private event before wrestling the door while Smith’s unidentified staffer tried to keep him out. 

Priest appeared to continue to put up a fight, eventually shoving his way inside, shouting: ‘Adam Smith, you can’t hide, you are funding genocide.’ 

The unhinged moment left the Democrat‘s staffer with several bruises on her arm and she told police she was upset over being physically harmed by the older man, according to the police report reviewed by the outlet. 

‘She was physically pushed. It shook her up emotionally. Someone in your face, screaming at you and then physically shoving you to the side. I mean, public servants shouldn’t have to put up with that,’ Smith said.

The town hall meeting was canceled following the alleged violent assault. 

Priest and two others were arrested for trespassing, per the police report. He was also hit with an assault charge after police interviewed the injured woman.

Trans-Identified Male Pedophile Brutally Assaults Female Inmate At Washington Women’s Prison

A female inmate at the Women’s Correctional Center in Washington has come forward to tell Reduxx that she was brutally beaten by a trans-identified male inmate being held there due to the state’s gender identity policies. Faye Jones, whose name has been altered to protect her safety, says she was struck repeatedly in the head by convicted pedophile Christopher Williams, who has remained in the women’s prison despite having been accused of sexually assaulting a female inmate just last year.

According to testimony provided to Reduxx by Jones, the two were in a common area on August 7 when Williams, who stands 6’3″, began punching her in the face in an apparent retaliation against her for calling him a “rapist.” Jones, in contrast, is 5’4″.

Leading up to the incident, Jones says she had made an active effort to avoid him. Noticing that she was going out of her way to keep her distance, Williams began to sit near her in the cafeteria during meals. “I think he noticed a pattern, so he sits where I sit on purpose,” Jones said.

But on the day of the assault, Jones first attempted to assert herself. She asked Williams to sit elsewhere, as she didn’t want to leave her friend in the day room while the predator was present. Williams responded by calling her a “fucking weirdo.” Offended, Jones remarked that he was a “fucking rapist.”

In Police Youth Program, Abuse Often Starts When Officers Are Alone With Teens in Cars

In May, prosecutors in Seattle charged a sheriff’s deputy with raping a 17-year-old girl. The deputy met the teenager while he was an adviser in his department’s youth mentorship program known as Explorers.

The victim, now 24, came forward in May to report the abuse, which she alleges took place in 2017 and 2018. The assaults allegedly began after King County Sheriff’s Deputy Ricardo Arturo Cueva told her she was cute and that he liked her while they were alone on a ride-along in his police SUV. Cueva — who is 15 years her senior — later kissed the teenager while they were on a separate ride-along at night. Prosecutors contend that Cueva’s abuse escalated, according to court records, to include sexual assaults in his sheriff’s vehicle and his home. The age of consent in Washington state is typically 16, but rises to 18 if the other person is in a position of authority.

Law enforcement departments across the country have Explorer programs — overseen by Scouting America, formerly known as Boy Scouts of America — and they have a history of sexual abuse and misconduct, as The Marshall Project reported last year. Ride-alongs, in which young people accompany officers on their patrol shifts, are a key perk of the Explorers program.

They are also a gateway to abuse.

The Marshall Project examined hundreds of abuse allegations in law enforcement Explorer programs and found that about a quarter of them involved officers on ride-alongs with teens — some as young as 14 years old.

“Mr. Cueva staunchly maintains his innocence, and we intend to thoroughly investigate his case and defend him vigorously,” Cueva’s attorneys, Amy Muth and Jennifer Atwood, wrote in a statement. Cueva pleaded not guilty to the charges.
