Democrat Arizona AG Kris Mayes’ Alternate Trump Electors Case on Life Support After Judge Says Charges May Have Violated First Amendment

The Arizona alternate Trump electors case brought by Democrat Attorney General Kris Mayes started to crumble last year after a judge allowed the defendants to argue the charges are politically motivated.

During a hearing last year, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Bruce Cohen said he was open to listening to the defendants’ arguments to have the indictment thrown out under Arizona’s anti-SLAPP law, which was recently expanded by the legislature to cover vindictive politically motivated charges.

On Monday, Maricopa County Judge Sam Myers said the defendants successfully argued that the charges against them appear to have violated the state’s anti-SLAPP statute.

“Myers said that Arizona Democratic Attorney General Kris Mayes’ declaration when announcing the indictment that “this should never happen again” can be construed as assigning political motivation to the prosecution,” Courthouse News reported.

Arizona prosecutors have 45 days to respond to the judge’s finding and prove the charges were to enforce the law and not violate the First Amendment rights of the defendants.

Trump 2020 election lawyer John Eastman responded to the judge’s finding: Major ruling in the Arizona electors case this a.m. The new judge just ruled that I met the prima facie case required to dismiss under the anti-SLAPP statute — that is, 1st Amend. rights implicated, & substantial evid. that the prosecution was to retaliate or deter those rights.

Trump: No Security Clearances for the People Who Framed Him for Crimes

The left is screaming that all these are acts of vengeance. But that is not what is happening at all. Donald Trump is restoring some health and sanity to the American government, and every American owes him a debt of gratitude.

Though few noticed or realized the full implications of what was happening, the nation has passed through an extremely dangerous period. When Old Joe Biden and his henchmen decided to wage lawfare against Trump, they corrupted the justice system and endangered the very idea of a loyal opposition that the majority allowed to operate freely in an atmosphere of mutual respect.

Combine the Biden regime’s lawfare with its efforts to silence dissidents on social media, and Old Joe and the people who were running him were setting us on the path to a one-party state in which only one political perspective would be allowed to be heard.

Now Trump is striking back against all that. The New York Post reported Saturday that Trump “has ordered security clearances stripped from a new hit list of antagonists.” This makes it sound as if Trump’s acts are strictly personal, and there certainly is a personal aspect to them, as everyone whose security clearance Trump revoked was in on the effort to frame and destroy him. But this goes far, far beyond matters of personal pique.

First, there was the security clearance of Old Joe Biden himself, because, Trump quite rightly noted, “I don’t trust him.” Now Trump has also revoked the security clearance of one of Old Joe’s primary hatchet men, former Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, who, according to the Post, “orchestrated the ‘Dirty 51’ letter from former intelligence officials on the eve of the 2020 election.”

That letter assured the world that Hunter Biden’s laptop, which contained clear evidence of the Biden crime family’s influence peddling as well as of Hunter’s out-of-control debauchery, was Russian disinformation. The objective was to take the laptop away from Trump as a campaign issue, and it worked: during one of his debates with the president, Old Joe invoked the assessment of the “intelligence professionals” to defuse the story. “There are 50 former national intelligence folks who said that what he’s accusing me of is a Russian plant,” Biden said, lying through his teeth. “Five former heads of the CIA, both parties, say what he’s saying is a bunch of garbage. Nobody believes it except his good friend Rudy Giuliani.”

If Blinken engineered that hoax, he has the ethics of a junkyard dog, or makes a junkyard dog look upstanding, and so he should be as far away from classified information as possible. “Bad guy. Take away his passes,” Trump said, adding that “this is to take away every right they have [revoking security clearances] including they can’t go into [federal] buildings.” Bravo. And there was more.

President Trump Fires Head of National Archives – A Biden Holdover Who Oversees Agency That Targeted Trump For Storing ‘Classified Documents’ at Mar-a-Lago

President Donald Trump fired Colleen Joy Shogan, the head of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).

This is the same agency that targeted Trump over so-called “classified documents” lawfully stored at Mar-a-Lago.

“At the direction of President Trump the Archivist of the United States has been dismissed tonight. We thank Colleen Shogan for her service,” Sergio Gor, director of the Presidential Personnel Office said on Friday evening.

Joe Biden weaponized every agency.

NARA actually raided Mar-a-Lago months before Biden sent dozens of FBI agents to Trump’s Florida estate to seize presidential records.

In Early 2022, the National Archives, led by Debra Steidel at the time, asked the Justice Department to investigate Trump’s handling of White House records after it raided Mar-a-Lago.

The National Archives raided Mar-a-Lago in January 2022 and retrieved 15 Trump White House record boxes, according to the Washington Post.

NARA claimed classified records were found in Trump’s boxes at Mar-a-Lago.

“NARA has identified items marked as classified national security information within the boxes,” Ferriero wrote, responding to a question from the House, according to CNN. “Because NARA identified classified information in the boxes, NARA staff has been in communication with the Department of Justice.”

Trump routinely brought classified material to Mar-a-Lago, a place he dubbed his ‘Winter White House.’

Trans ‘sanctuary states’ Minnesota, California to defy Trump order barring biological males from women’s sports

In the wake of Trump signing an executive order banning biological males from women’s sports in schools that receive federal funding, multiple states are vowing to defy this order and continue allowing such athletes to compete against women.

The Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL), which oversees interscholastic sports in the state, said in a statement to schools, “In Minnesota, participation and eligibility of transgender student-athletes is determined by state law, through the Minnesota Human Rights Act and the Minnesota Constitution. The Minnesota State High School League, similar to other youth sports organizations, is subject to state anti-discrimination laws, which prohibit discrimination based on gender identity,” per Fox 9.

“Therefore, students in Minnesota are allowed to participate consistent with their gender identity. League Member Schools have done excellent work in respecting students and their individual situations as they determine their participation and eligibility within interscholastic sports,” the organization added. “The League will continue to review the existing state laws alongside the new Presidential Executive Order and its timeline, processes for states, and requirements that are included.”

Over in California, the California Interscholastic Federation said that the organization “provides students with the opportunity to belong, connect, and compete in education-based experiences in compliance with California law,” with the state’s education code saying that students can participate in sports based on their self-proclaimed gender identity, per the San Francisco Chronicle.

The group said that it would continue to follow state law despite an executive order from Trump that opposes the state’s education code. Washington State is also, and stated, “We are working closely with the Attorney General’s Office to understand the next steps for our state and for our school districts in response to this unlawful order.”

The Constitution Vindicates Trump’s Firing Of 17 Inspectors General

When President Donald Trump fired 17 inspectors general at the end of his first week in office, he exercised executive power that the Constitution vests in him alone. His opponents squawked predictably, and legal challenges to the firings are inevitable, but the Trump administration no doubt welcomes those challenges. It should, because they are challenges the president is likely to win, and for the sake of our republic, it is essential that he does.

Inspectors general, like so many other well-intentioned but bad ideas, originated in the Carter administration. The idea sounded good enough: stop government mismanagement and waste by creating an inspector general in each of 12 major agencies, charged with ferreting out government fraud and abuse. The inspectors general would be appointed by the president, with the advice and consent of the Senate, and they would have the authority to operate independently from their agency heads while reporting legal violations directly to the attorney general.

The first problem, however, is that the inspectors general did not turn out to be very good at accomplishing their intended purpose. The so-called “watchdogs” of the federal government missed everything from the National Security Agency’s unlawful bulk domestic phone records collection program to Operation Fast and Furious’ illegal arms sales to Mexican cartels. Yet despite having too little to show for their efforts, the sounds-good idea of an inspector general proved irresistible, and over time, inspectors general proliferated throughout the federal government. In 2008, Congress even created a new agency just to coordinate the IGs (who numbered more than 70 by that time).

The second problem is that in 2022 Congress tried to enforce the “independence” of the inspectors general by making them independent from the president himself — and there, the Constitution draws the line. Congress purported to require the president to provide notice to Congress 30 days before firing an inspector general and to provide “the substantive rationale, including detailed and case-specific reasons” for the firing in the notice. President Trump did not do this, but that is because he did not have to.

Requiring notice and a rationale — which is essentially a requirement that the firing be for some cause — goes beyond Congress’s power under the Constitution, and so President Trump could not actually be required to do it.

Michigan state rep reveals she voluntarily sterilized herself to avoid pregnancy under Trump

A liberal Michigan state representative revealed Wednesday that she underwent a sterilization surgery that would prevent her from getting pregnant now that President Trump is back in the White House.

The shocking admission by Rep. Laurie Pohutsky, 36, was made during a rally at the Michigan Capitol where protesters voiced their opposition to Trump’s return to power last month.

“Just under two weeks ago, I underwent surgery to ensure that I would never have to navigate a pregnancy in Donald Trump’s America,” Pohutsky said, according to the Michigan Advance.

“I refuse to let my body be treated as currency by an administration that only sees value in my ability to procreate.”

“If you know people who are questioning how serious this is, I’m going to repeat myself: A sitting government official opted for voluntary sterilization because she was uncertain she would be able to access contraception in the future,” she told the outlet.

Democrat Who’s Already Trying to Impeach Trump Gets Called Out on Live Television by C-SPAN Caller

Rep. Al Green is the Texas Democrat who is already trying to impeach Trump again.

There is a distinct possibility that Green is not even serious about this. He may just be trying to increase support from the far left for fundraising purposes. Either way, it’s completely stupid and the public is sick of this.

Green appeared on C-Span this morning and a caller made a total fool out of him on live television. The caller also got into the Democrat hypocrisy over Elon Musk, DOGE, and USAID.

Green deserved this.

Here’s what the caller said, via RedState:

“Thank you. I watched you yesterday with the Democrat Party, Al, protesting everything that Elon Musk is trying to do for the American people. The USAID is 100 percent a money laundering scheme around the world, kickbacks back to the Democrat Party, whether it’s to the Clinton Foundation in Haiti – $4.4 billion and $84 million went to her daughter, Chelsea Clinton.

All y’all have is impeachment, and race, and gender, etc. And you actually do nothing for the people of America today. I think the Democrats should sit back and let America see what it‘s like to reduce the people in government, the wasteful spending. All y‘all can do is just complain and be negative. We are sick of it.”

BOMBSHELL: Michael Shellenberger Exposes Shocking USAID and CIA Connections to Trump’s Impeachment

In a stunning exposé released on his Substack, investigative journalist Michael Shellenberger sheds light on the covert operations by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) that have influenced the impeachment proceedings against President Donald Trump in 2019.

According to Shellenberger, a nexus between USAID-funded research and a whistleblower from the CIA sparked the impeachment.

The foundation of the impeachment, as per the House of Representatives on December 18, 2019, was a whistleblower’s accusation stating President Trump misused his presidential powers.

The whistleblower, who was a CIA analyst appointed during the Obama era and claimed that President Donald Trump coerced Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky into probing Joe Biden and his son Hunter by leveraging military aid, is Eric Ciaramella.

Ciaramella was NOT on Trump’s July 25 phone call with Zelensky, yet he filed a whistleblower complaint based on hearsay from a ‘source’—The Gateway Pundit reported that his primary ‘source’ was Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman.

Further digging by Shellenberger and associated investigative reporters suggests that Ciaramella relied heavily on reports by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP).

This organization, though marketed as independent, has been found to operate under the financial and operational oversight of USAID—a fact confirmed by a USAID official in a recently unearthed documentary produced by German broadcaster NDR.

Further complicating the scenario is the discovery of OCCRP’s initial funding sources which include the State Department’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs.

Both USAID And The CIA Were Behind The Impeachment Of Trump in 2019

The House of Representatives impeached President Donald Trump on December 18, 2019, after a White House whistleblower went public with evidence that Trump abused his powers by withholding military aid to Ukraine in order to dig up dirt on his rival, Joe Biden. In the complaint, the whistleblower claimed to have heard from White House staff that Trump had, on a phone call, directed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to work with his personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, to investigate Joe Biden and Hunter Biden. The whistleblower who triggered the impeachment was a CIA analyst who was first brought into the White House by the Obama administration.

Reporting by Drop Site News last year revealed that the CIA analyst relied on reporting by a supposedly independent investigative news organization called the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), which appears to have effectively operated as an arm of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), which President Trump has just shut down. The CIA whistleblower complaint cited a long report by OCCRP four times.

The OCCRP report alleged that two Soviet-born Florida businessmen were “key hidden actors behind a plan” by Trump to investigate the Bidens. According to the story, those two businessmen connected Giuliani to two former Ukrainian prosecutors. The OCCRP story was crucial to the House Democrats’ impeachment claim, which is that Trump dispatched Giuliani as part of a coordinated effort to pressure a foreign country to interfere in the 2020 presidential election, which is why the whistleblower cited it four times.

Screeching Unhinged Dems Declare They Are “At War” With “Nazi” Elon Musk

Democrats assembled in front of the Treasury Department on Tuesday evening to profanely screech their lungs out at the prospect of Elon Musk’s DOGE making the government more efficient.

They labelled Musk a Nazi, declaring that they are “at war,” with some even implying violence should be undertaken.

Fox News anchor Jesse Watters played a meltdown montage that about sums up the vibe, noting “It’s just women screaming and Chuck singing”.

Democrat Rep. Ayanna Pressley declared Musk to be a a “Nazi nepo baby,” proclaiming “I want to say to our Republican colleagues — pay attention. We’re here today in the hopes that you will see the light. But if you do not see the light, we will bring the fire. Resist!”
