‘Teacher of the Year’ Brandyn Hargrove gets off with probation after admitting to abusing ex-student starting at age 15

A married former “Teacher of the Year” has pleaded guilty to having an “ongoing relationship” with one of her female students, starting when the girl was just 15.

Brandyn Martin Hargrove was convicted on Wednesday of 12 criminal counts connected to her sexual assault of the ex-student while she was a teacher at Brazoswood High School in Clute, Texas.

The formerly-decorated educator was sentenced to 10 years of probation and a 10-year probated sentence, meaning she won’t face any time in prison, despite grooming her student and having a sexual relationship with the minor, which continued until the girl turned 17, according to court records.

In September 2023, Hargrove’s victim, who is now in her 30s, walked into the police station to report she had been sexually assaulted by her teacher nearly two decades earlier, Clute Chief of Police James Fitch told ABC 13.

“From the get-go, we really felt there was a good chance this would go to trial, so we were a little surprised with the plea agreement. There was a lot of legwork by the detectives tracking down some of those people that went to school 17 years ago with our victim and people she made initial outcries to,” Fitch said.

Three years on, the ‘significant sum’ paid out by Prince Andrew has still not reached accuser Virginia Giuffre’s charity  

The money Prince Andrew gave his accuser’s charity still hasn’t been paid to the organisation three years after their settlement, The Mail on Sunday can reveal. 

The ‘significant’ sum – which is thought to be in the millions – has yet to be sent to Speak Out, Act, Reclaim (SOAR) which was founded by Virginia Giuffre.

The Duke of York agreed to pay the money following his £10 million agreement with Ms Giuffre in February 2022 to settle the sexual battery lawsuit she filed against him.

He always denied her claims and insists the settlement was not an admission of wrongdoing. 

But SOAR has yet to formally launch as a non-profit group, and its predecessor, Victims Refuse Silence, lost its charitable status in 2023. 

A source said the money would get to SOAR ‘eventually’.

Ms Giuffre, who took her life in April at 41, accused the duke of having sex with her three times when she was 17 after she was trafficked by paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

The money was a key to Ms Giuffre’s hopes to become a global campaigner for victims of sexual abuse.

 Instead, Victims Refuse Silence, which was active when she got the settlement, is defunct and had its charitable status revoked by America’s Internal Revenue Service in 2023 for failing to file tax returns.

SOAR’s website went online after the arrest and suicide of Epstein in 2019, but no US company records exist for it, nor is it registered with the IRS as a non-profit group. 

A source close to Ms Giuffre said the duke’s money had not been spent, but would not say where it was.

The state of Ms Giuffre’s finances were revealed during the probate of her estate in Perth, western Australia, where she lived.

She died without a will, meaning it could take years before her estate is distributed, potentially further delaying the payment.

Her family also want SOAR to get the proceeds from her memoir, due out in October. But that could be in doubt as it is not yet a non-profit.

Another source said: ‘The sad thing is that this money has not gone to help victims. The money is in legal limbo. With the mess Virginia’s death left, it’s likely to remain in limbo for a long time.’

Ms Giuffre’s family did not reply to requests to comment.

Earlier this month, the Justice Department announced a slew of charges against four Indian nationals for running a human trafficking ring out of several Nebraska hotels.

Court records reveal shocking details about the allegations against Ketankumar Chaudhari, Rashmi Ajit Samani, Amit Chaudhari, Amit Chaudhary, and Maheshkuma Chaudhari. Along with pimping out children, they also allegedly sold drugs, trafficked in stolen goods, harbored fugitives, and committed widespread visa fraud over the last five years out of those hotels, which were wired with hidden cameras.
However, law enforcement’s initial investigation of this crime syndicate had nothing to do with violent crime.

Rather, it began as a probe into an Indian call center. According to charging papers, Indian scammers posing as Federal Trade Commission employees would call victims and bilk them for cash under the pretense of a federal investigation. As it turned out, many of those scammers lived in hotels owned by the leader of the conspiracy, Ketankumar, who first entered the country in 2008 as a visitor on a B1/B2 visa.

Israeli official Alexandrovich skips US court hearing on child sex charges

A senior Israeli official accused of child sex crimes in the United States has failed to appear for a scheduled court hearing in his case, weeks after he returned to Israel, prompting concerns that he may have fled to avoid facing trial.

Tom Artiom Alexandrovich’s lawyer, David Chesnoff, told the court in Nevada on Wednesday that he told his client not to attend the hearing.

“He was instructed by me that he didn’t have to be here,” Chesnoff said.

However, Judge Barbara Schifalacqua was quick to shut down the suggestion, stressing that suspects released on bond like Alexandrovich have “to make every court appearance”.

“I’m looking at his bond documents that indicate the court appearance that he was ordered to appear at was today,” Schifalacqua told Chesnoff. “And so your oral – I guess – request without anything before the court to waive his appearance here today is hereby denied.”

Alexandrovich’s case has been stirring controversy and making international headlines since his arrest was announced earlier this month.

The Israeli official was arrested on August 6, but the incident was not made public until more than a week later, when the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department announced an undercover operation “targeting child sex predators”.

Alexandrovich was released and allowed to return to Israel after being charged with luring or attempting to lure a child online to engage in sexual conduct.

His release without travel restrictions has led to speculations that he may have received preferential treatment due to the close ties between the US and Israel.

Scottish Girl Arrested For Using Knife And Axe To Ward Off Migrant Stalker

The systematic and engineered destruction of Europe through “multicultural” invasion is heartbreaking to watch.  It is clear, beyond any doubt, that this program spearheaded by progressive politicians (and fake conservative politicians) is designed to crush the spirits of predominantly white, native born citizens still retaining a sense of national pride and cultural heritage.  That is to say, they have become the targets of a government funded terror campaign to subjugate the west.

Starting around 2014, millions of third world migrants have been allowed to flood into Europe’s borders, often encouraged by globalist NGOs, the UN and leftist political leaders within the host countries.  The effects of this decade long campaign have been devastating. 

Violent crime has skyrocketed and migrant “grooming gangs” have spread, targeting underage girls for sexual exploitation.  Rape has become a common problem, which local governments have chosen to ignore.

Just this week an American man visiting Dresden, Germany was stabbed in the face while bravely preventing two migrants from assaulting a pair of women on a tram.  One of the man’s attackers, a Syrian refugee, was arrested by police and then immediately released by prosecutors back onto the streets.

And so the story is repeated, over and over again.  European elites invite third world migrants, largely military age men, into their borders in the name of progressive multiculturalism.  The migrants then attack the native population because their culture tells them Europeans are cattle to be farmed.  Whenever a European dares to speak up or defend themselves, they are slapped down by officials or arrested.  The population slowly becomes apathetic, passive and easier to control because they have no recourse but silence.

At bottom, the migrants are merely an ugly symptom of a bigger disease; the source of the problem is the political oligarchy that is facilitating the multicultural agenda.

Yet another example occurred in Scotland this week with the arrest of a 14-year-old girl who went viral on social media after defending another girl from a migrant man stalking them on video.  The teen can be seen pulling out a kitchen knife and a hatchet and screaming at the man to leave them alone. 

She warns the migrant man “Don’t touch my sister, she’s fucking 12…”

After video of a man being detained by ICE Wednesday quickly circulated, one reporter suggested that it would never be revealed who he is or where he had been taken, only for all those details to emerge just minutes later, and completely humiliate the ‘journalist’.

The footage shows the guy trying to get away from ICE in DC, but being detained and then crying and whining like a baby.

Miami Herald ‘investigative journalist’ Julie Brown published a post whinging that “his crying…hits me in the gut.”

“We will probably never be told who he is, why he was stopped or if he was here illegally,” she added.

She soon got an answer as an NBC reporter revealed that ICE confirmed the guy’s name, that he was illegally here from Mexico and had been previously arrested and charged with sexual battery against a 13 year-old-child.

Ms Brown instantly deleted her previous post.

Journalist defends an illegal immigrant accused of child sexual assault

David Pérez-Teofani, an undocumented Mexican immigrant, was arrested on August 20, 2025, near the National Mall in Washington, D.C., after attempting to flee from federal agents. The arrest was captured in a viral video and took place shortly after President Trump declared a public emergency due to rising crime in the capital, which resulted in a massive deployment of federal agents and the National Guard throughout the city.

Pérez-Teofani had previously been charged in January 2024 in Fairfax County, Virginia, with aggravated sexual abuse of a 13-year-old girl, among other related charges. However, the charges were dismissed when the victim and her mother stopped cooperating with authorities. According to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Pérez-Teofani had entered the United States illegally on three occasions and defied a final deportation order, despite having voluntarily returned to Mexico twice before.

The case has drawn criticism toward local prosecutors for their handling of serious accusations involving illegal immigrants. The Fairfax County prosecutor’s office emphasized the difficulty of prosecuting such cases without the cooperation of the victim, noting that the charges could be reinstated if the victim decides to proceed in the future.

L.A. Mayor Karen Bass Demands End to ICE Raids that Captured Illegal Alien Child Molester Working at Car Wash

Los Angeles, California, Mayor Karen Bass (D) is demanding that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) end all worksite raids “at fruit stands and car washes” in the sanctuary city, just as agents arrested an illegal alien convicted child molester at an Orange County, California, car wash.

This week, Bass posted on X that ICE raids “at fruit stands and car washes must end,” calling such raids “un-American” and declaring that she “will never accept these tactics as a new normal.”

United States Border Patrol agents arrested illegal alien Claudio Reyes-Vasquez during a targeted operation at Chapman Car Wash in Orange County, just an hour outside of Los Angeles.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials called Reyes-Vasquez “one of the worst of the worst,” noting that he had been arrested for lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 years old and had an active federal warrant for his arrest after violating his probation.

Most significantly, perhaps, Reyes-Vasquez has a criminal record going back to 1990 — having been convicted of molesting a child, beating his spouse, two DUIs, battery, petty theft, and illegal reentry.

Liberal media rages at arrest of ‘family man’ in DC—turns out he’s an illegal immigrant wanted for child sex assault

A brief scene on the National Mall in the nation’s capital on Wednesday drew attention after a local reporter captured the arrest of a man by federal agents. The Department of Homeland Security later confirmed the suspect was an illegal immigrant with a serious criminal record.

NBC Washington reporter Aimee Cho posted on X: “BREAKING: Just saw DC Police + federal agents detain a man on the National Mall. He appeared to try to escape, then was quickly tackled to the ground by several agents + was screaming in Spanish ‘please, I’m not a criminal, I work here, I want to be with my family’” — @AimeeCho4

The Department of Homeland Security directly replied to Cho’s post, saying: “This illegal alien from Mexico was previously arrested in January 2024 in Fairfax County for aggravated sexual assault of a child under 13.”

“He entered and had a final order of removal and chose to voluntary return- twice. Illegally entered 3 times. Thank you to law enforcement for getting him off of Washington DC’s streets.” — said the DHS.

Serial pedophile to be surgically castrated in American first law after raping seven-year-old girl

A serial pedophile has agreed to be castrated as part of a plea deal after he was caught trying to sexually assault a seven-year-old girl. 

Thomas Allen McCartney, 37, is classified a ‘Tier Three’ offender and is considered one of Louisiana‘s worst child predators.

McCartney has agreed to be both physically and chemically castrated as part of plea deal Tuesday in order to reduce his prison sentence – although he’ll still spend 40 years in prison, according to local station Fox 12. 

Louisiana is the first and only state to allow surgical castration to be used as a punishment for sex crimes.

The law only came into force at the beginning of the August – and his case is likely to one of the first times it’s been applied by a court.

The southern state has allowed chemical castration as a punishment for certain sex crimes since 2008. 

Louisiana judges can offer the procedure in certain extreme cases of sex abuse, with offenders who refused given an additional three to five years in jail.  

The option was presented to the Leesville resident after a mother caught him sexually abusing her daughter in February 2023, reported KPLC-TV.
