New York City judge prevents Long Island father from visiting his three-year-old daughter in Manhattan during custody dispute unless he gets COVID vaccine or has weekly tests

A Long Island father is being refused the right to see his three-year-old daughter by a judge’s ruling unless he gets the COVID-19 vaccine.

The father, who has yet to be identified, is in a custody dispute with the child’s mother, and until recently saw his daughter every other weekend.

But Judge Matthew Cooper ruled he will be banned from seeing her unless he either gets the jab, or submits to weekly COVID testing.

‘Here, in-person parental access by defendant is not in the child’s best interests, and there are exceptional circumstances that support its suspension,’ wrote Cooper, who is presiding over the pair’s divorce and custody dispute.

‘The dangers of voluntarily remaining unvaccinated during access with a child while the COVID-19 virus remains a threat to children’s health and safety cannot be understated,’ Cooper added.

OSHA Might Rely On Tattletales To Force Biden’s Vaccine Coercion On Private Sector Workers

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) might rely on tattletales within companies to speed up their enforcement of President Joe Biden’s currently unenforceable directive forcing private sector businesses to mandate the COVID-19 shot for employees, Bloomberg Law reported on Wednesday.

Biden first directed OSHA to create a rule in early September, but it was this week that the regulatory agency sent its proposal to the White House for review. While the details of the rule are still under private review, OSHA told Bloomberg that “when necessary, OSHA has several methods to hold employers accountable for the safety and health of their workers.”

OSHA also told Bloomberg that a “vast majority” of businesses are already in compliance with the agency’s imminent shot standards. This aligns with accounts from companies such as Southwest Airlines, which tried to blame its COVID-19 jab requirement on Biden’s nonexistent directive. Those businesses that fail to comply with OSHA’s pending order, however, will be subject to punishment from the agency largely through reporting from workers at non-compliant companies.

Newsom, Who Wants Kids Vaccinated, Fights Vaccine Mandates For Prison Guards, Whose Union Gave $1.75 Million To Fight Recall

California Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom, who believes in vaccine mandates so much that he issued the first vaccine mandate in the United States targeting children in public and private schools, has a different view when it comes to the state’s prison guards, whose union donated a whopping $1.75 million to Newsom for September’s recall election. Newsom is appealing the ruling issued by U.S. District Court Judge Jon S. Tigar that stated prison guards must be vaccinated in order to protect incarcerated prisoners.

Tigar wrote in the ruling issued September 27, “… access by workers to CDCR institutions be limited to those workers who establish proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or have established a religious or medical exemption to vaccination and (2) incarcerated persons who desire to work outside of the institution or to have in-person visitation must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or establish a religious or medical exemption.”

“For months, the politically powerful union and the Newsom administration have resisted a COVID vaccine mandate for prison workers, despite the spread of the deadly virus behind prison walls,” Cal Matters reported.

On Tuesday, Newsom and the state appealed the decision to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

SFGATE noted, “Newsom’s hostility towards the mandate for prison guards does not align with his previous statements on COVID mitigation efforts, including vaccine mandates.” Newsom had told CBS News less than 24 hours after the attempt to recall him had failed in September, “We need to stiffen our spines and lean into keeping people safe and healthy. We shouldn’t be timid in trying to protect people’s lives and mitigate the spread and transmission of the disease.”

Washington Governor Announces Vaccine, Testing Mandate for Large Events, Including Outdoor Events With More Than 10,000 Attendees

Washington Gov. Jay Inslee announced Thursday that large events will soon be required to confirm that attendees have either been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or that they have tested negative for the illness within the prior 72 hours.

The requirement, which will go into effect Nov. 15, is applicable to attendees ages 12 and older, Inslee said.

Not only does it pertain to indoor events involving 1,000 or more people, it also pertains to outdoor events involving more than 10,000 individuals in attendance.

“For now this applies to ticketed or registered events that have defined entrances, like conventions, concerts, sporting events, fairs that have defined entrances, theme parks and more. This does not cover large venues like shopping malls, museums, or grocery stores that are open to the public as part of their operations,” Inslee said.

He noted that K-12 school-related events that take place on school grounds are exempt from the mandate, and that religious services are also exempt.

Inslee said that “we know that outdoor venues are safest, but they still have some transmission risk, and that’s why we’ve taken the steps that we have.”

“Expert” Calls For Denying Life-Saving Hospital Treatment to the Unvaccinated

An “expert” whose work on cybersecurity has been cited by the NY Times and the Washington Post announced on Twitter that the unvaccinated should be denied life-saving hospital treatment because they are “not fit for life on earth.”

Chris Vickery, who describes himself as a “data breach hunter” also brags about how his “findings have contributed to investigations conducted by the FTC, FBI, SEC, Secret Service, HHS, SSCI, and more.”

During an unhinged Twitter rant, Vickery asserted that a time limit of December 1st should be put on people refusing to take the COVID-19 vaccine.

“Set a date now. After that date, no hospital services for the willingly unvaccinated,” he screeched.

Pandemic Wiped Out Entire Savings Of 20% Of US Households

Over the weekend, we showed a staggering wealth distribution statistic cementing the US status as a banana republic: according to Fed data which breaks down the distribution of wealth according to income quintile (or 20% bucket) the middle 60% of US households by income saw their combined assets drop from 26.7% to 26.6% of national wealth as of June, the lowest in Federal Reserve data, while for the first time the super rich had a bigger share, at 27%.

While especially true for the top 1%, it is all the rich that have benefited from the Fed’s generous liquidity pump at the expense of the extinction of the US middle class – as the next chart shows, over the past 30 years, 10 percentage points of American wealth has shifted to the top 20% of earners, who now hold 70% of the total. The bottom 80% are left with less than 30%.

Working-Class Americans Are Standing Up for Themselves—and the Left Is Denouncing Them

Southwest Airlines canceled over 1,000 flights this weekend. Thousands of passengers were left stranded in airports across the country on Sunday, after a quarter of all flights never took off. Southwest blamed air traffic control issues for the cancelations, but to many, they seemed connected to Southwest’s new COVID-19 vaccine mandate, which its pilots asked a court to block. Were the canceled flights the result of a “sick out” on the part of pilots refusing to get vaccinated? The pilots’ union denied it, but when Amtrak started canceling trains Sunday afternoon due to “unforeseen crew issues,” the idea that a general strike is brewing started to circulate, a response to the mass firings of other working-class and middle class Americans—nurses and police officers—who have refused the vaccine.

You might have expected that the Left would be championing what looks like it might be a powerful form of collective action on the part of working-class Americans. There was a time some can still recall when the Left stood for labor and collective power. Instead, you saw prominent Left-wing voices denouncing Southwest employees as terrorists and demanding they be put on no-fly lists; many others defended the mass firing of nurses and cops. And it was Republicans and conservatives, infamous for their laissez-faire free market policies that favor the rich, who were cheering the striking workers and tweeting the hashtag #GeneralStrike.

This inversion of the politics that ruled the U.S. for much of the 20th century didn’t happen overnight. Most recently, it’s an extension of the COVID lockdown class divide that separated those who could work from the safety of their homes—accountants and bankers and lawyers and project managers and, yes, journalists—from those whose jobs required they brave the pandemic to support their families—grocery store workers, deliverymen and women, drivers, pilots, small business owners, and of course, healthcare workers. This was a class divide as much as an economic divide—the college educated vs. the working class. And you can see where each side of the political aisle sees its base by which position it took on this divide: Democrats favored lockdowns while Republicans took the side of those whose work was either outside the home or eliminated.

Suspicions of a Lab-Made Virus

Most scientists think that SARS-CoV-2 underwent a natural process and evolved into a virus that could infect humans. The widely accepted theory is that, against all the odds, a bat coronavirus managed to get inside a pangolin and then get inside the exact same blood cell as a pangolin coronavirus, and then these two viruses gave rise to a brand new kind of virus that could infect humans. This is classed as zoonotic infection – this is where a virus is supposed to jump species and start being able to infect humans by acquiring specific mutations.

Over the last 20 years, there have been loads of outbreaks where a virus has jumped species and become a threat to humans – apparently, it just keeps on happening! Flu from pigs and birds…. SARS, MERS, and Ebola from bats.i But some scientists have dismissed the zoonotic theory for the origin of SARS-CoV-2; they think the bat/pangolin theory is very unlikely, for a whole bunch of reasons. These scientists are molecular biologists and geneticists who have studied the design of the virus and come to the conclusion that SARS-CoV-2 was carefully crafted in a laboratory, and that it either escaped from a lab accidentally or was released on purpose.

According to Yuri Deigin (Lab-Made? SARS-CoV-2 Genealogy Through the Lens of Gain-of-Function Research):

“If you hear anyone claim ‘we know the virus didn’t come from a lab’, don’t buy it — it may well have. Labs around the globe have been creating synthetic viruses like CoV2 for years. And no, its genome would not necessarily contain hallmarks of human manipulation: modern genetic engineering tools permit cutting and pasting genomic fragments without leaving a trace. It can be done quickly, too: it took a Swiss team less than a month to create a synthetic clone of CoV2.”

Deigin originally assumed it was bound to be a natural virus, and set out to prove the ‘conspiracy theorists’ wrong, but the more he looked, the more he started thinking they might be right, and that SARS-CoV-2 really could be a man-made virus. He says it’s “an obvious chimera” that’s based on a bat-CoV in which part of the spike (the RBM) has been replaced with the RBM from a pangolin-CoV. He also notes the unusual addition of a furin cleavage site which “significantly expands the ‘repertoire’ of the virus in terms of whose cells it can penetrate.”

This furin cleavage site is said to make the virus even more dangerous because of the way it gets processed by the body, but nobody can explain how it got there. It’s not found in similar coronaviruses so scientists can’t explain how SARS-CoV-2 came to have one. Lots of other viruses have got one, though, and the NIH came up with a solution called the pre-fusion technique, then spent several years perfecting the technique in secret tests with Moderna. In fact, all but one of the alleged outbreaks that have taken place over the last 40 years have involved a virus with a furin cleavage site. This includes HIV, influenza, MERS, Zika and Ebola; it was just SARS-CoV that didn’t have one. Moderna was secretly working with the NIH to develop vaccines for some of these viruses and this involved using viruses AND furin for testing.ii Reseachers have previously experimented with inserting a furin cleavage site into SARS-1 (e.g. in 2006 and 2008).

One of the most important reasons to study the design of the rona is that most of the changes that have aroused suspicion involve the spike protein, and it’s the spike protein that’s in the vaccines. A key feature of the spike is the RBD (receptor binding domain) because this is the bit that determines how a virus is able to infect a particular species, and the RBD of the rona is very suspicious indeed. It just doesn’t seem natural.iii It’s supposed to have evolved from a bat virus, and a pangolin virus, so it should be able to infect bats and pangolins better than it can infect humans, but in fact the SARS-CoV-2 virus is far better at infecting humans than any other species!

More COVID Hypocrisy: NJ Governor Appears Maskless at Indoor Ball After Mandating Masks for Students

New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy (D) was seen without a mask at an indoor ball, just weeks after he implemented a mask mandate for school children.

The Equality Ball, an annual fundraiser for Garden State Equality, a nonprofit LGBTQ+ advocacy group, took place Thursday, when Murphy, leaders of New Jersey Education Association and other officials were caught without masks.

State Senator Holly Schepisi said that the maskless event is the type of hypocrisy “that is driving people in New Jersey insane.”

“At the very same time that this Governor issued another EO mandating two year olds wear masks for upwards of 7 hours a day because of purported ‘safety,’ the New Jersey political democratic elite gathered maskless by the thousands at multiple indoor events throughout the State, including in “high-risk” Asbury Park, Bergen and Hudson Counties,” Schepisi said in a statement to Fox News.

“The people of New Jersey are being told by this administration that they must comply, don’t ask questions or get labeled a knucklehead or worse while those demanding compliance flout the very policies they push,” she continued. “It is wrong.”

Trudeau Bans Unvaccinated From Travel, Leaving the Country, And Earning A Living

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced this week that starting Oct. 30th any citizen wishing to board a plane, train, or cruise in or out of Canada will be required to show a ‘vaccination passport’ proving they received the COIVID-19 shot in order to move freely, USSA News reported.

While the draconian mandate has a temporary clause allowing the alternative of showing proof of a negative COVID-19 test, it is set to expire a month later.

Trudeau announced the measure, suggesting that those who took the shot have ‘deserve their freedom back.’

“This is about keeping people safe on the job and in our communities,” Trudeau declared. “If you’ve done the right thing and gotten vaccinated, you deserve the freedom to be safe from COVID-19, to have your kids safe from COVID, to get back to the things you love.”

The Canadian Prime Minister’s recent announcement is one of his strictest rules implemented thus far, essentially forcing any citizen who does not comply to become an absolute societal outcast. Many have pushed back on the stated mandates and suggest that they are an attack on human dignity.
