CONFIRMED: Former DNC Donor/Fundraiser Says Joe Biden’s Presidency ‘Was for Sure Obama’s Third Term’

Former DNC donor and fundraiser Lindi Li has been in the news repeatedly since the 2024 election. She is one of the loudest voices calling out the Democrat party and the Kamala Harris campaign for blowing through more than a billion dollars and losing, with no accountability on how the money was spent.

She recently appeared on the Shawn Ryan podcast and when Ryan asked her who was running the government for the last four years, she said it was Obama’s third term, confirming what many other people have suggested.

She then went on to name people in Biden’s inner circle, such as Anita Dunn, Ron Klain and others.

BizPacReview has details:

Commentator and former campaign advisor Lindy Li spoke on the “Shawn Ryan Show” about who was really in charge during President Joe Biden’s run at the White House and dished on Kamala Harris’s campaign for president.

“A lot of people say it was Obama’s third term. There’s rumors of… And these aren’t even… These are friends of mine that are moderate Democrats, say that they thought it was Elizabeth Warren running it. They thought it was Bernie Sanders running it,” host Shawn Ryan said. “But I think the general consensus, I think if you asked the majority of the population, they think it was Obama’s third term.”

“It was for sure Obama’s third term. I don’t think that’s even a question,” Li replied.

“That’s why you saw Obama fighting for his dear life. Why was he fighting so hard in the fall? Because he was fighting for his fourth term. He was fighting for his own legacy,” she continued, comparing the relationship between Obama and Biden to that between Lyndon B. Johnson and John F. Kennedy.

MORE LEGAL INSANITY: Obama Judge Blocks Trump Administration from Sending Venezuelan Migrants to Guantanamo Bay

Yet another judge has decided to legislate from the bench to stop President Trump from carrying out his agenda.

As Fox News reported, a federal court in New Mexico issued a temporary restraining order barring the Trump administration from shipping three Venezuelan immigrants held in the state to Guantánamo Bay as part of Trump’s efforts to rid America of illegal aliens.

The migrants’ lawyers accused the administration of racial profiling, stating in a legal filing that the men “fit the profile of those the administration has prioritized for detention in Guantánamo, i.e., Venezuelan men detained in the El Paso area with (false) charges of connections with the Tren de Aragua gang.”

The attorneys also went on to whine about “the mere uncertainty the government has created surrounding the availability of legal process and counsel access is sufficient to authorize the modest injunction.”

Attorney Jessica Vosburgh, who represents the three individuals, revealed District Court Judge Kenneth J. Gonzales granted the temporary restraining order.

Readers will not be surprised to find out that Gonzales was nominated to the bench by Barack Obama.

Firm Says Obama Admin Helped China Steal Their Tech. New Legal Action Seeks To Shut Them Up.

A new video series from small tech firm ParkerVision claims that big tech giant Qualcomm stole their patented groundbreaking technology before offshoring it to China — all while allegedly colluding with the Obama administration to get away with it.

Part one of the four-part series, called “Against the Giants,” outlines how ParkerVision took Qualcomm to court in 2011, once they believed Qualcomm stole their patented chip. A unanimous jury verdict found Qualcomm guilty, but seven weeks later, the Obama-appointed judge decided to dismiss the entire case, citing “an insufficient evidentiary basis” over the alleged patent infringement. The shocking swing sparked ParkerVision to look further into the matter, allegedly finding collusion with the Obama administration.

Outlined as one piece of evidence in the series, ParkerVision says the Obama DOJ and the executive office of the president visited the company’s website and viewed ParkerVision’s litigation against Qualcomm before Obama flew to California to raise money for the DNC at the Qualcomm CEO’s home.

ParkerVision and Qualcomm are still enthralled in a legal battle to this day.

“Big tech’s betrayal of America — unveiled,” the X account for “Against the Giants” reads. “Inside the untold story of how big tech giant Qualcomm ripped-off one of the most important patented innovations in American history and shipped it off to China with the help from the US government. Did the Obama Admin provide cover?”

More Victims of Obama/Biden Persecutions Remain Hopeful to Receive Trump Pardons and Clemency

President Donald Trump campaigned on pardoning the January 6th political prisoners on day one, and the President kept his promise, pardoning a historic number of people in his first week. Trump has also issued a variety of pardons to other individuals, such as the 20 pro-lifers convicted by the Biden Department of Justice, who were prosecuted for praying at abortion clinics.

Trump pardoned or granted clemency to 237 people in his first term, many of them at the very end of his term in 2020. So far, just two weeks into Trump’s new term, he has pardoned over 1,500 individuals.

Several however, are still quietly lobbying the new Trump administration and its key staffers looking for pardons, hoping that their cases are not lost in the fast-paced Trump administration.

Just yesterday, Trump was lukewarm to a reporter’s question about a pardon for NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden. Last May, Trump said he would give “very serious consideration” to pardoning Wikileaks’ Julian Assange.

But lesser-known individuals also still seeking pardons range from former Congressmen to pastors to State Senators and Bitcoin billionaires.

Harris Campaign Paid $100K to Obama for ‘Travel’ and $58K to Rapper Cardi B, Who Claimed She ‘Didn’t Get a Dollar’ From Campaign

Kamala Harris’s campaign paid nearly $100,000 to a shell company for former president Barack Obama to travel to events and roughly $60,000 to rapper Cardi B, who said she “didn’t get a dollar” to appear alongside the failed presidential candidate.

Harris for President paid $95,576 to Renegade44, LLC. for “travel” expenses and $58,867 to Washpoppin, Inc. for “campaign event production,” according to campaign records reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon. Public records show the firms are owned by Obama and Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Cephus, respectively.

It’s the latest example of the Harris campaign’s elaborate spending on celebrities and influencers—a spending spree that has stoked intense scrutiny after Harris’s decisive loss to President Donald Trump. The campaign spent $1.5 billion in just three months, with tens of millions of dollars going to celebrities and activists, most of whom did not disclose their payments from the Harris campaign. The campaign records also undercut Cardi B’s public comments about her appearance at a Harris event in Milwaukee on Nov. 1.

“I didn’t get paid a dollar and that’s on my three!!” Cardi B, referring to her three children, said in a social media exchange with pundit Candace Owens on Nov. 14. “I actually came out of pocket for glam and travel because it’s somewhere I wanted to be.”

The Harris campaign paid Cardi B’s company on Dec. 12, records show. The terms and timeline of the campaign’s agreement with Cardi B’s firm were not immediately clear. Representatives for the rapper and Harris did not respond to requests for comment.

Cardi B didn’t perform any songs at the Harris campaign event. She spoke for 10 minutes, saying she “wasn’t going to vote” in the election until Harris entered the race against “bully” Trump. “Vice President Kamala Harris, thank you for having me. I do not take lightly the call to show up,” she said.

Obama and former first lady Michelle Obama appeared at events in Atlanta, Detroit, and Pittsburgh on behalf of the Harris campaign. Obama sparked controversy after his Oct. 10 appearance in Pittsburgh, during which he suggested many black men harbored misogynistic beliefs about Harris.

A lack of enthusiasm for Harris, Obama said, “seems to be more pronounced with the brothers.”

Fact Check: Yes, Obama and Biden Had FAA Hire People with Intellectual, Psychiatric, Severe Physical Disabilities

As someone whose father was in the aeronautics business — and who got passed on plenty of his wisdom from a young age — there are two things that I know, even as an unskilled observer, about airplane crashes.

The first is that there’s never one single thing to blame for disasters, especially when it involves airliners; so much redundancy is built into the system that numerous things have to go wrong, either simultaneously or over a period of time, for a crash to happen. The second is that nobody — nobody — knows what caused the disaster in the first 24 hours. (Anyone old enough to remember how wrong we were about TWA Flight 800 being bombed or hit by a missile?)

The collision between American Airlines Flight 5342 and a U.S. Army helicopter, which claimed 67 lives, may have reached a new low in this department. As Dan McLaughlin pointed out at National Review, people are already blaming Trump administration Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy for the disaster just outside of Reagan National Airport near Washington, D.C.

Evidence in new case suggests Obama admin colluded with Big Tech to steal invention that led to Chinese dominance

Jeff Parker, the CEO of the small Florida-based technology company ParkerVision, explained to Blaze Media co-founder Glenn Beck Thursday how tech giant Qualcomm allegedly stole one of the most revolutionary patented innovations in American history with the help of elements of the Obama administration — technology that was ultimately offshored to China, possibly giving America’s pre-eminent adversary a competitive edge.

“We are at the beginning of seeing corruption exposed like never before in America,” said Beck.

Long war

ParkerVision has spent around 11 years fighting Qualcomm over the tech giant’s alleged infringement of its patented technology concerning “down-converting” electromagnetic signals — a process now used in virtually every phone, wireless device, and Bluetooth device.

Representatives of the two companies apparently met in the early 2000s, with Qualcomm expressing an interest in acquiring rights to ParkerVision’s invention, which would have helped it connect phones to the internet. Qualcomm, a multinational company headquartered in San Diego, reportedly signed multiple special nondisclosure agreements in order to learn about how ParkerVision’s down-converting system worked, particularly its energy sampling technique, which differed from the voltage sampling technique previously used in conventional down-converting systems.

According to Parker, the two companies were unable to reach a licensing agreement and went their separate ways. A few years later, Qualcomm started using a revolutionary new chip for smartphones that created major waves, apparently taking the company from around 30% to roughly 90% market share. The phones that drove this growth allegedly relied on ParkerVision’s patented technology.

After spotting what appeared to be its technology discussed in a Qualcomm conference paper, ParkerVision launched an investigation and determined, partly on the basis of reverse engineering, that its patented technology had been stolen. ParkerVision filed a lawsuit against Qualcomm in 2011.

Parker told Beck that emails exposed during discovery showed frustrated Qualcomm engineers who were facing pressure to make a third-generation chip discussing a return to the ParkerVision technology.

Court documents reveal that the jury that saw that and other internal communications returned a unanimous verdict in 2013 “finding that Qualcomm directly and indirectly infringed” upon multiple claims across four asserted patents and awarded ParkerVision $173 million in damages.

Former senior policy advisor to Barack Obama’s White House who flew from New York to Britain to ‘rape a nine-year-old girl’ is jailed for 11 years

A former advisor to the US government who flew to the UK to rape a girl whom he believed to be a nine-year-old child has been jailed for 11-and-a-half years.

International investment banker Rahamim Shy, 47, travelled to Bedfordshire from New York in February 2024 to have sex with the girl following more than a month of planning.

This followed correspondence with an individual describing herself as ‘Debbie’, the girl’s grandmother.

However, unbeknown to Shy, the girl did not exist and ‘Debbie’ was in fact an undercover officer with Bedfordshire Police.

Using an online forum and later messaging apps, Shy described in acute detail the disturbing acts he wanted to do to the girl and that he was fully prepared to travel to England to do so.

He described the girl’s age of nine as a ‘tad late’ to start sexual activity, and that it was an ‘honour’ to be considered ‘her first’.

Shy ultimately did travel to England on February 23 2024 via Gatwick Airport before driving to Bedford where he met the undercover officer and was promptly arrested.

Before his trial, the defence argued that Shy was in the USA at the time of the messaging, therefore was jurisdictionally exempt from prosecution.

Obama Just Accused Republicans of What Democrats Are Doing, and It’s Nothing Less Than Ominous

No one seems sure who first said it, maybe Joseph Goebbels, but in any case, it’s a tried-and-tested Alinskyite tactic: accuse your enemy of what you’re doing. Barack Obama is a practiced expert at this, and he gave a master class in it on Thursday at his Obama Foundation’s Orwellian-named Democracy Forum.

With some notable and revealing difficulty in getting the words out, Obama accused the Republicans of doing everything that the Democrats have been doing for the past few years: rigging elections, weaponizing the justice system, and trying to ensure that they would remain in power on an indefinite basis. Whatever can be said of Barack Obama, the man certainly has a lot of chutzpah.

Using the fake and faintly southern-tinged accent that he often adopts when speaking about issues involving domestic politics, Obama said: “There are going to be times” — tahms — potentially when one side tries to stack the deck and lock in —” And here, Obama looked at his right-hand teleprompter and then, as if seeking relief, at his left-hand teleprompter, but finding no help there, looked down and, after an interminable, eons-long pause, began to stutter.

The sainted hero of the left managed finally to say: “A…” And another pause. Obama finally sputtered back, saying: “A, a, a…permanent…” Another pause. “…grip on power, either by actively suppressing votes or politicizing the armed forces or using the judiciary, the criminal justice system, to go after opponents.”

PROJECTION: Obama Suddenly Concerned About Rigged Elections and Weaponizing Government Against Opponents

Obama is suddenly very concerned about what the party in power can do to rig elections and weaponize the government against perceived political enemies. What curious timing.

While speaking at the ‘Democracy Forum’ the former president talked about the dangers of extremism and polarization. Isn’t it strange how this is all just becoming a concern for him now?

Obama knows his party just got wiped out but he still doesn’t seem to understand why.

The Washington Examiner reports:

Obama scorns ‘doom loop’ of political extremism after Democrats’ election defeat

Former President Barack Obama criticized the political “doom loop” created by politicians who portray their opponents as “enemies to be vanquished” just weeks after he warned voters about now President-elect Donald Trump while campaigning for Vice President Kamala Harris.

During his keynote address Thursday about the importance of pluralism at the Obama Foundation’s third Democracy Forum in Chicago, the former president reiterated his criticism of media companies for “playing to the extremes” and politicians who adopt “a maximalist position on almost every issue.”…

“Since total victory is impossible in a country politically split down the middle, the result is a doom loop of government gridlock, even greater polarization, wilder rhetoric, and a deepening conviction among partisans that the other side is breaking the rules and has rigged the game to tip it in their favor,” Obama told the crowd Thursday…

To that end, Obama underscored that pluralism is “not about holding hands and singing Kumbaya” but “about recognizing that any democratic power comes from forging alliances and building coalitions and making room in those coalitions, not only for the woke but also for the waking.”
