Colorado Prosecutors Let Registered Sex Offender Who Snatched 11‑Year‑Old Boy at Recess Walk Free — Charges Dropped After Competency Ruling

Colorado’s 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office has decided to drop charges against Solomon Galligan, a 33‑year‑old registered sex offender who brazenly attempted to abduct an 11‑year‑old boy from Black Forest Hills Elementary School during recess in April 2024.

The Gateway Pundit reported last year that parents received an urgent message from the school administration detailing how an unidentified adult male trespassed onto the school’s field, approached a group of fifth graders, and briefly engaged with them before leaving the premises.

According to the Aurora Police Department (APD), the suspect appeared to attempt to grab one of the students but exited the school grounds before law enforcement arrived.

A search in the vicinity soon led to the apprehension of 33-year-old Solomon Galligan, identified as a sex offender with a history of similar charges dating back to 2012, KDVR reported.

Galligan’s arrest came after officers matched him to the suspect description and further investigated his background, revealing a recent arrest in January 2024 for failing to register as a sex offender.

The Cherry Creek School District 5, under which Black Forest Hills Elementary operates, promptly informed parents of the arrest and the charge of attempted kidnapping against Galligan.

The district conducted an investigation, which led to the dismissal of then‑principal Amanda Replogle, who acknowledged that the school should have been placed on secure status immediately after the incident.

However, on Friday, the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office—which serves Arapahoe County, including Aurora and Littleton—announced to FOX31 its intention to dismiss charges against Galligan.

MAID for mental illness? Conservatives urge support for bill to ban euthanasia for psychiatric reasons

Conservative MP Tamara Jansen, who represents Cloverdale–Langley City, continues to sound the alarm on what many consider to be a dangerous and immoral shift in Canadian law: The euthanization of people suffering from mental illness through the country’s Medical Assistance in Dying program (MAID).

Under the Liberal government, offering and carrying out assisted suicide for those deemed to have a “grievous and irremediable” mental health condition is expected to be practiced in the Spring of 2027, but not if Jansen’s new Right to Recover bill stops it.

“MAID for mental illness doesn’t protect the vulnerable, it targets them,” said Jansen during a press conference she held outside of Acadamy Farms held June 9th to raise awareness about the bill. “That’s why I was compelled to table the Bill C-218.”

If passed, the criminal code would be amended to make it unlawful to offer or provide MAID to any individual solely for mental illness.

“Imagine someone suffering from trauma, PTSD, depression, or just feeling completely hopeless? They could walk into a hospital, ask for help and instead be offered MAID,” Jansen posed from the podium.

Alongside Jansen was Elgin—St. Thomas—London South, Ontario, MP Andrew Lawton, who seconded the bill. Lawton shared his personal experience of surviving a suicide attempt years before becoming a husband and elected MP.

“One of the grievous issues with the laws that are set to go into effect in 2027 is the lack of differentiation between someone with suicidal ideation who needs to be stopped and supported, versus someone who walks into a medical office and seeks MAID as a service because of their mental illness,” stated Lawton.

Pennsylvania Man Convicted of Gruesome Beheading of Federal Employee Father, Posting Video of Decapitated Head on YouTube

In a shocking case that captured national attention, Justin D. Mohn, a 33-year-old resident of Levittown, Pennsylvania, was found guilty of murdering his father and posting a video of himself holding the severed head on YouTube.

Mohn was found guilty of murder on Friday and sentenced to two life sentences without the possibility of parole.

Mohn shot his 68-year-old father, Michael F. Mohn, with a pistol at his home in January 2024. He then decapitated the body and uploaded a 14-minute video to YouTube displaying his father’s severed head.

In the video, Mohn ranted about various issues, including the government, immigration, border control, fiscal policy, urban crime, and the war in Ukraine. He called his father a “traitor” and urged others to join him in overthrowing the U.S. government.

“This is the head of Mike Mohn, a federal employee of over 20 years and my father. He is now in hell for eternity as a traitor to his country,” the killer said in the video.

Mohn continued, “It is said those who commit treason and betray others occupy the lowest pits of hell for all time. The federal government of America has declared war on America’s citizens and the American states. America is rotting from the inside out as far-left woke mobs rampage our once-prosperous cities, turning them into lawless zones.”

He went on to call for a “revolution” against the “Biden regime.”

Oregon hospital gives sex toys to criminal psych patients at taxpayer expense

It has been revealed that Oregon State Hospital, the state’s highest security psychiatric facility, distributes taxpayer-funded sex toys to its patients, according to a local news investigation.

The report from KGW found that the state-run hospital dispersed 65 sex toys to patients in 2024 at the cost of $2,900, while 42 sex toys were provided to patients the year prior.

Oregon State Hospital predominantly houses criminal mentally ill patients who were deemed unfit to stand trial or found guilty except for insanity on charges ranging from misdemeanors to serious violent crimes such as murder and sex offenses.

Patients are able to access a wide variety of sex toys with brand names such as Throttle Stroker, Her Pocket Bullet, The Vortex, Vibrating Helping Hand Pro, Vibrating Shower Stroker, Double Dancer, and Waterproof Prostate Massager, according to a 10-page catalog obtained through a public records request. A hospital spokesperson, Amber Shoebridge, told the network that these sex toys are paid for with public tax dollars, which range in price from $14.78 to $84.99.

“The need for sexual expression doesn’t disappear in institutional settings,” Shoebridge told KGW in a statement. “Oregon State Hospital provides access to sexual aids as a way to offer patients an ethical, therapeutic, and private form alternative for a lack of sexual expression.”

According to the report, Oregon State Hospital’s sex toy policy appears to be rare, as psychiatric hospital officials in other parts of the country said they were unaware of similar programs when reached for comment.

“I’m at a loss for words,” said Tiffany Edens, a crime victims advocate and rape survivor. “It’s like you are going into the sex toy store. They’re not appropriate for people who are in a state hospital,” she said, commenting on the catalog.

“You are feeding into people’s fantasies – people that have no business to have these types of toys,” Edens added.

Echoed Chambers Of The Mind: AI, Psychosis, And The War On Discernment

In a time when reality splinters across digital fault lines, a strange new phenomenon is quietly reshaping human thought: the algorithmic mirror. Artificial intelligence, once hailed as a neutral assistant, has become a powerful reflector of belief—amplifying, reinforcing, and in some cases, intoxicating the user with their own worldview.

While this might seem like a technological quirk, the implications are deeply spiritual, psychological, and societal.

What happens when a mind, already vulnerable, begins to believe its own reflected image? And what happens when an entire generation, raised without the tools of discernment, steps into a world of AI companions and curated realities?

Are we still capable of free thinking—or has discernment died in the digital age?

People Are Being Involuntarily Committed, Jailed After Spiraling Into “ChatGPT Psychosis”

As we reported earlier this month, many ChatGPT users are developing all-consuming obsessions with the chatbot, spiraling into severe mental health crises characterized by paranoia, delusions, and breaks with reality.

The consequences can be dire. As we heard from spouses, friends, children, and parents looking on in alarm, instances of what’s being called “ChatGPT psychosis” have led to the breakup of marriages and families, the loss of jobs, and slides into homelessness.

And that’s not all. As we’ve continued reporting, we’ve heard numerous troubling stories about people’s loved ones being involuntarily committed to psychiatric care facilities — or even ending up in jail — after becoming fixated on the bot.

“I was just like, I don’t f*cking know what to do,” one woman told us. “Nobody knows who knows what to do.”

Her husband, she said, had no prior history of mania, delusion, or psychosis. He’d turned to ChatGPT about 12 weeks ago for assistance with a permaculture and construction project; soon, after engaging the bot in probing philosophical chats, he became engulfed in messianic delusions, proclaiming that he had somehow brought forth a sentient AI, and that with it he had “broken” math and physics, embarking on a grandiose mission to save the world. His gentle personality faded as his obsession deepened, and his behavior became so erratic that he was let go from his job. He stopped sleeping and rapidly lost weight.

“He was like, ‘just talk to [ChatGPT]. You’ll see what I’m talking about,'” his wife recalled. “And every time I’m looking at what’s going on the screen, it just sounds like a bunch of affirming, sycophantic bullsh*t.”

Eventually, the husband slid into a full-tilt break with reality. Realizing how bad things had become, his wife and a friend went out to buy enough gas to make it to the hospital. When they returned, the husband had a length of rope wrapped around his neck.

The friend called emergency medical services, who arrived and transported him to the emergency room. From there, he was involuntarily committed to a psychiatric care facility.

Numerous family members and friends recounted similarly painful experiences to Futurism, relaying feelings of fear and helplessness as their loved ones became hooked on ChatGPT and suffered terrifying mental crises with real-world impacts.

Central to their experiences was confusion: they were encountering an entirely new phenomenon, and they had no idea what to do.

The situation is so novel, in fact, that even ChatGPT’s maker OpenAI seems to be flummoxed: when we asked the Sam Altman-led company if it had any recommendations for what to do if a loved one suffers a mental health breakdown after using its software, the company had no response.

‘WE ARE ALL F*GS’: FBI releases 112 pages of writing from Nashville trans school shooter showing maps, faculty lists, anti-Christian diatribes

The Federal Bureau of Investigation on Thursday released over 100 pages of writings from Nashville Covenant School shooter Audrey Hale, who killed three children and three staff members in the 2023 shooting at the school.

Per Fox 17, the 112 pages that the FBI released were found by law enforcement in Hale’s car. The release comes after a long legal battle by The Tennessee Star and the Tennessee Firearms Association to make the documents available to the public.

Among the pages released by the FBI were redacted pages that had maps of the Covenant School, including the first floor and second floor, as well as lists of faculty members at the school and dates that the school was on break for the 2022/23 school calendar year.

Hale wrote about feeling “born wrong,” scribbling on one page, “why does my brain not work right? Cause I was born wrong. Nothing on earth can save me. Never-ending pain. Religion won’t save.”

A stretch of pages included notes on “beggining [sic] shooters” and “Defensive Pistol” I, II, and III, in which Hale wrote about “universal safety rules” of shooting, shooting drills, and situational awareness levels. In the following pages, Hale wrote about upcoming gun shows and gun legislation being considered at the time. Hale wrote on one page regarding Biden, “President Biden plans to ban assault weapons… Corrupt f*cker!!!”

Additional pages included sketches of a body and the words “on death day” above. Most of these pages were redacted, but included the words “Front side,” “Inside vest,” “Vest back,” “Lside,” and “Rside.”

Hale ranted on one page, “WE ARE ALL F*GS. Lesbians can be cute as long as they are feminine. Kill all the d*kes and all those firly boy f*ggots. WE ARE ALL F*GGOTS. WE ARE ALL QUEERS. Let all the black police hang us.”

In another page, Hale considered pushing out the date of the shooting to April because “April reminds me of Columbina. It be nice to set in history of a date 3 days before” the date in which the Columbine High School shooting happened in 1999.”

Hale also wrote out multiple lists of things to get done before “death day,”  included one of books to read and movies to watch, one outlining plans for the day before the shooting, and preparation lists for guns and ammunition.

The pages released also included those that were previoiusly reported on, including a section titled “my imaginary penis,” a page in which Hale ranted “kill those kids, those crackers,” and passages about “brown love.”

HHS Urges Medical Providers, States to Immediately Revise Gender Dysphoria Care Practices

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is telling health care providers, risk managers, and state medical boards to immediately update their treatment protocols for minors with gender dysphoria.

In a letter on May 28, the agency said that it expects federally funded health care groups to follow its review that outlines the most up-to-date science to guide policies for pediatric gender dysphoria treatment. Its comprehensive review was published earlier this month and found sufficient international evidence that puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries pose significant risks, including irreversible sterilization.

After releasing its review, HHS said the recommended treatment plan is psychotherapy, citing it as a noninvasive alternative to “endocrine and surgical interventions for the treatment of pediatric gender dysphoria.” Some of the other cited risks include lower bone density and heart disease.

The agency is now telling health care providers to no longer rely on previous “discredited guidelines” for pediatric gender dysphoria, arguing there is “weak evidence and growing international retreat” from using puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries as the recommended approach for minors with the condition.

Instead, providers should adhere to the HHS review for updates to prior guidelines.

“Given your ‘obligation to avoid serious harm’ … and the findings of the Review, HHS expects you promptly to make the necessary updates to your treatment protocols and training for care for children and adolescents with gender dysphoria to protect them from these harmful interventions,” the agency wrote in its Wednesday letter.

Woman accuses Walmart of ‘racism’ after she’s restrained for throwing food at cop, telling him to ‘drag me the f–k out’

A woman accused Walmart of racism after lobbing food at a state trooper who then restrained her in a New York suburban outlet while she bellowed, “Drag me the f–k out.”

In a startling video, the woman — who police said was suffering from a possible “mental health issue” — is seen screaming at the officer while sitting on a motorized scooter inside a Westchester County store around 6:30 p.m. Monday.

It’s unclear why police were called, but the altercation broke out in a checkout line — and the woman appeared to have an array of fresh produce on the belt, a video posted to Reddit showed.

As the officer turns to talk to someone off-camera, the woman stands up from her seat and begins picking up her items — including what appears to be a bottle of soda and a bag of chips — and launching them at the cop.

She’s then is seen focusing the tirade at an array of candy and small items at the checkout lane, destroying the display as she backtracks down the aisle.

The officer follows her and eventually moves to grab her, with the woman hitting him in the face. The pair grapple as the cop tries to get a tight enough grip on her to restrain her. In the process, the woman tears down a Skittles and magazine display as both combatants fall to the floor.

During the commotion, the woman loses a shoe and begins to kick at the officer while repeatedly yelling, “F–kin’ white trash.”

“Take me to jail,” she screams at one point.

Missing Heirs and Mental Illness: The Bizarre Case of Letitia James’s Father’s Estate

New York Attorney General Letitia James has long portrayed herself as a crusader for justice, particularly when it comes to holding powerful figures accountable for financial misconduct.

But a closer examination of the estate of her late father, Robert James, reveals a disturbing and ironic tale of legal manipulation, family dysfunction, and possible fraud – with Letitia James herself at the center.

In 1983, three years before Robert James’s death in 1986, Letitia James was just 24 years old and living at her family’s two-bedroom apartment in Brooklyn with seven siblings. She had not yet entered law school.

That’s when she and her father, Robert James, applied for a mortgage loan to purchase a small home at 114-04 Inwood Street in Queens as “husband and wife.”

According to federal law, misrepresenting one’s relationship on a loan application is a form of “false representation,” or mortgage fraud, a serious offense punishable by fines or imprisonment.

Though Robert James died in 1986, it wasn’t until 1999 that Letitia James filed for letters of administration over his estate. The Inwood Street house she purchased with her father was listed as the only asset.
