CNN ruthlessly mocked for blurring picket signs of arrested illegal migrants on White House lawn

CNN faced a torrent of ridicule Monday after blurring out signs showing criminal migrants who have been arrested during a White House media event.

The move was slammed by critics as an outrageous attempt to shield the public from the grim reality of illegal immigration.

The signs, featuring the photos and offenses of 100 deported illegal immigrants, were planted along the White House driveway and placed deliberately in the line of TV news cameras to highlight President Donald Trump’s progress on border enforcement during his second term’s first 100 days.

Both CNN along with MSNBC blurred the images of placards.

‘They really don’t want you to miss it,’ CNN anchor Jake Tapper said before launching into a commentary dripping with sarcasm over the signs.

‘They subtly and tastefully decked the White House north lawn with dozens of yard signs featuring photos of people that the Trump administration claims are in the country illegally.

‘Each poster staying “Arrested” and listing the alleged offense with which they have been charged.

The list of names included illegals arrested for heinous crimes such as rape, murder, the sexual assault of children, and dealing drugs.

Trump Goes SCORCHED EARTH on NYT, ABC/WaPo, Fox News Over Fake Polls — Demands Investigations Into Corrupt Media Outlets

President Donald Trump came out swinging Monday on Truth Social, torching the “fake polls” released by The New York Times, ABC/Washington Post, and Fox News and exposing the establishment media’s relentless campaign to demoralize him and his America First agenda, and suggested they should be investigated for “ELECTION FRAUD.”

Calling out the “FAKE POLLS FROM FAKE NEWS ORGANIZATIONS,” President Trump pointed to polling numbers that dramatically understate his real support among voters.

“The Polls from the Fake News are, like the News itself, FAKE! We are doing GREAT, better than ever before,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

Trump’s tirade was prompted by a string of recent polls from these same fake news outlets that painted a dire and false picture of his standing.

The New York Times/Siena poll, for example, pegged his approval rating at around 42%, and an ABC News/Washington Post survey went even lower at 39% – allegedly the lowest 100-day approval of any president since World War II.

The Fox News survey also noted 44% approval, down from previous months.

Trump pointed to renowned pollster John McLaughlin — “one of the most highly respected in the industry,” according to Trump — who flagged serious red flags in the media polls’ methodology.

“When President Trump received 50 percent of the popular vote, but The New York Times includes only 37 percent of his voters in their poll and ABC/Washington Post has only 34 percent Trump supporters, it seems that they deliberately biased their polls against President Trump,” McLaughlin told Newsweek.

The New York Times Downplays ActBlue’s Suspect Behavior To Run Cover For Democrats

When President Donald Trump directed the DOJ to investigate the Democrat cash machine ActBlue, The New York Times was quick to paint it as partisan — claiming it “steps up Republicans’ effort to cripple their opponents’ political infrastructure.” But Trump’s direction is based on evidence that suggests the platform could be breaking federal law.

Trump directed Attorney General Pam Bondi on April 24 to “investigate and take appropriate action” regarding allegations of “‘straw’ or ‘dummy’ contributions and … foreign contributions” to American elections through ActBlue and similar services. As The Federalist previously reported, concerns about loopholes and potentially illegal activity have led to multiple probes into the platform.

The Times interviewed Scott Walter, president of Capital Research Center, as one of the few voices defending Trump’s call for investigation in the recent article. He “suggested that the memorandum was about compliance with election law, and was not an effort to undermine Democrats’ electoral prospects,” according to the outlet, though it buried his statement near the end of the story and quickly dismissed his points.

Walter also told The Federalist he was “disappointed the New York Times, in … recent stories on ActBlue and other left-wing infrastructure groups, has failed to include crucial facts about ActBlue its own reporting put on the record.”

Judge Claims Trump Deported 2-Year-Old American Citizen with “No Meaningful Process” – Here’s What Really Happened

A federal judge on Friday evening said a 2-year-old American citizen (anchor baby) was deported with her illegal alien mother with “no meaningful process.”

US District Judge Terry Doughty, a Trump appointee in Louisiana, pushed back on DOJ lawyers who argued the child was transported with her mother as a family unit to Honduras.

The mother literally requested that both of her daughters, including the 2-year-old anchor baby referred to as “VML” in court documents, be deported with her, but the judge said there was no meaningful process.

“The Government contends that this is all okay because the mother wishes that the child be deported with her,” Doughty wrote, according to NBC News. “But the Court doesn’t know that.”

Does the judge want families separated?

The illegal alien mother was reportedly checking in with an “Intensive Supervision Appearance Program” after being freed from ICE detention in 2021 when she was taken back into custody.

Attorneys for the illegal alien family argued the 2-year-old cannot be deported.

The Trump DOJ produced a letter, written in Spanish from the child’s mother that read, “I will take my daughter with me to Honduras.”

The Trump Administration did not deport the 2-year-old American citizen. Rather, the government was generous enough to pay for the child’s transportation back to Honduras at the legal custodian/mother’s request.

The American citizen is welcome to return to the US at a future date.

NBC’s Story About ICE’s Detainment of a Russian-Born Harvard Scientist Backfires

One of the most significant benefits of the second Trump Administration is how quickly they have been able to blow up fake news stories pushed by the corporate media. One great example is a sob story about a Russian-born Harvard scientist written today that would have gone unchecked in previous years.

NBC ‘News’ yesterday published an article attempting to show the ‘consequences’ of President Trump’s no-nonsense illegal immigration policy relating to researchers at our universities. ICE detained 30-year-old scientist Kseniia Petrova back in February, and she is now battling to avoid being deported back to Russia.

Petrova was supposedly on the cusp of potentially unlocking major breakthroughs in cancer research and detection, which could save millions of lives. Moreover, Petrova fears that she will be punished for protesting the Ukraine-Russia war and is trying to claim asylum.

Here is how the Peacock channel ‘reported’ on the situation:

A groundbreaking microscope at Harvard Medical School could lead to breakthroughs in cancer detection and research into longevity. But the scientist who developed computer scripts to read its images and unlock its full potential has been in an immigration detention center for two months — putting crucial scientific advancements at risk.

The scientist, the 30-year-old Russian-born Kseniia Petrova, worked at Harvard’s renowned Kirschner Lab until her arrest at a Boston airport in mid-February. She is now being held at ICE’s Richwood Correctional Center in Monroe, Louisiana, and fighting possible deportation to Russia, where she said she fears persecution and jail time over her protests against the war in Ukraine.

“I would call it a grinding machine,” Petrova, who spoke with NBC News from the Louisiana facility, said about being detained. “We are in this machine, and it doesn’t care if you have a visa, a green card, or any particular story. … It just keeps going.”

The Media Have A New Conspiracy Theory About Trump’s Interior Decorating

Trump critics often engage in what Federalist contributor Inez Stepman calls the “Hitler also ate breakfast” fallacy: pointing out some tertiary or non-evil habit of Adolf Hitler’s like driving in a car or having an affinity for tariffs, and drawing a comparison to Trump, as if any mundane activity in which Hitler ever engaged is necessarily and permanently fascist-coded. In a 1,700-word thinkpiece published Wednesday, Washington Post opinion columnist Carolina Miranda used that blueprint to draw parallels between President Donald Trump and a new historical villain — the famously absolutist King Louis XIV of France — based on similarities in their interior decorating taste.

If you look at the maximalist gold accents with which Trump has appointed the Oval Office, “the sparkle conveys something more insidious about how Trump views himself,” Miranda writes. “Behold the new Sun King, a wannabe emperor who views his powers as absolute.”

Sure, JanTrump’s affinity for flashy, theatrical decor is only breaking news if you’ve been living under a rock since the last century. And he’s hardly the first successful American businessman to develop a taste for extravagant digs.

Thousands of Members of the Amish Community Are Helping to Rebuild Western North Carolina and the National Media is Ignoring the Story

North Carolina is still reeling from the massive damage caused by Hurricane Helene last fall. While the cleanup and rebuilding has been slow and steady, there is still a ton of work to do.

One group that has stepped in to lend their tremendous building skills is the Amish community. There are currently thousands of Amish people, mainly from Pennsylvania, who are helping to rebuild in the western part of the state, where the most damage is.

The national media has completely ignored this amazing contribution from the Amish. These people deserve praise for their help.

Local NBC affiliate WCNC has reported on it:

‘We still see tremendous damage’ | Amish community becomes part of Chimney Rock’s comeback story

It’s been more than six months since Hurricane Helene swept through western North Carolina, leaving behind destruction and hardship. Few places were hit as hard as Chimney Rock Village, but now, signs of progress are everywhere.

The recovery effort has been powered by an outpouring of support, with volunteers and donations helping to restore the beloved mountain town.

“When we look around, we still see tremendous damage and realize it will take a long time to build back,” Mayor Peter O’Leary said. “But at the same time, we have made tremendous progress, and that is very encouraging.”

Chimney Rock Village is not just rebuilding, it is redefining itself. Every business in the village sustained some level of damage. While full recovery will take time, Chimney Rock is finding its footing again through the kindness of others.

“We come out here every morning, working mostly in Chimney Rock and in Bat Cave,” Amos Stoltzfus, a volunteer with an Amish community from Pennsylvania called Great Needs Trust, said.

Tulsi Gabbard exposes three ‘deep state criminals’ who have infiltrated America’s intelligence network

Tulsi Gabbard has referred two intelligence officials to the Department of Justice for allegedly leaking classified information – with a third referral on its way.

The unidentified officials allegedly leaked the classified intelligence to the Washington Post and the New York Times, an Office of the Director of National Intelligence official told Fox News Digital.

‘Politicization of our intelligence and leaking classified information puts our nation’s security at risk and must end,’ Gabbard, who serves as the director of national intelligence, said as news of the pending charges broke.

‘Those who leak classified information will be found and held accountable to the fullest extent of the law,’ she vowed.

Gabbard then went on to claim that the ‘deep state criminals leaked classified information for partisan political purposes to undermine President Trump’s agenda.

‘I look forward to working with the Department of Justice and the FBI to investigate, terminate and prosecute these criminals.’

The move to refer the three officials for criminal prosecution comes as Trump officials ramp up their investigations into possible leak, with Gabbard establishing a new task force last month to root out unauthorized disclosures of classified intelligence.

She said at the time that a ‘leaker within the IC sharing information on Israel / Iran with the Washington Post’ was among the ‘unauthorized leaks’ she was looking at, according to Axios.

No proof OB/GYNs left pro-life states, despite what ‘experts’ claimed: study

Most OB/GYNs stayed put and did not move to pro-abortion states in the years following the reversal of Roe v. Wade, according to a new study.

Furthermore, states who moved to protect preborn life actually saw a greater growth in OB/GYNs than those who did not, according to the academic paper published in JAMA Network Open.

“In this cohort study of 60,085 OBGYNs, the number of OBGYNs did not significantly change across policy environments, increasing by 8.3% in states where abortion is banned, 10.5% in states where it is threatened, and 7.7% in states where it is protected after the Dobbs decision,” the academics reported.

“Although the Dobbs decision has increased physicians’ concerns about providing reproductive health care, there were no observed disproportionate changes in OBGYN practice location as of 2024,” the study concluded.

Authors included Becky Staiger of the University of California Berkeley, and other researchers from Stanford University, the University of Pittsburgh, Hunter College, and Middlebury College.

Actor From ‘The Office’ Pushes Back on MSNBC Host When She Blames Trump and Musk for Loss of Trust in Media

Rainn Wilson, the actor best known for appearing in the comedy series ‘The Office’ recently spoke with MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle and pushed back on her when she tried to blame President Trump and Elon Musk for the loss of trust in media.

Wilson is probably not a Trump supporter himself, but he does make an excellent point about the media and their selective concerns about government.

Ruhle talks about her belief that it’s the media’s job to hold the powerful to account, and Wilson reminds her that the media did not think that way at all when Biden was in office. He is exactly right.

FOX News has details:

“President Trump won and tons of people were shocked or angry or frustrated and they’re tuning out, and at the same time, you have the Elon Musk media machine, because they want you to leave traditional media, they want you to go to X, which is a bastion of misinformation,” Ruhle said during an appearance on Wilson’s “Soul Boom” podcast released on April 17.

“What we need to do is just cover what’s happening in America, right? We have to cover Democrats trying to figure out what their lane is and how they’re going to get back on their feet, and we have to simply cover what this White House is doing.”

However, Wilson suggested there was a lack of interest among left-leaning media to aggressively cover problems during the Biden administration.

“This is where I would push back, when I see this kind of insight and passion being directed at the current administration and the lack of this kind of insight and passion being directed at the previous administration, where again, I’m not talking about you, I’m talking about left-leaning news media organizations were kind of like, ‘La la la la, everything’s fine,’” Wilson told Ruhle in a clip flagged by The Daily Caller.
