Radical Leftist Who Detonated Bomb Outside Republican Alabama AG’s Office Sentenced to Prison – DOJ Resisted Charges Because Bomber is Transgender: Whistleblower

As previously reported, an explosive device was detonated outside of the Alabama Attorney General’s office earlier this year in February.

According to reports, the explosive device was detonated early in the morning on February 24.

The bomber, Kyle Calvert, was arrested on April 10, 2024.

No one was injured in the explosion.

“In the early hours of Saturday, February 24, an explosive device was detonated outside of the Alabama Attorney General’s Office building in Montgomery. Thankfully, no staff or personnel were injured by the explosion. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency will be leading the investigation, and we are urging anyone with information to contact them immediately,” Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall (R) said in a statement.

According to the plea agreement, Kyle Calvert admitted to manufacturing the explosive device and using nails and screws as shrapnel.

Calvert also supported Antifa and placed stickers that read “Support your local Antifa” on downtown buildings. Law enforcement said Calvert claimed he has no affiliation with Antifa.

The FBI/DOJ on Thursday announced Kyle Calvert was sentenced to nine years in federal prison.

“Kyle Benjamin Douglas Calvert, 27, of Irondale, Alabama, was sentenced today to nine years in prison for the malicious use of an explosive device outside of the Alabama Attorney General’s Office in Montgomery,” the Justice Department said in a press release on Thursday.

“Kyle Calvert attacked the Alabama Attorney General’s Office with a shrapnel-filled explosive and then fled the scene, but this sentence ensures he will not escape accountability for his crime,” said US Attorney General Merrick Garland. “Acts of violence like this one against our public institutions endanger public servants and entire communities, and they must not be tolerated. I am grateful to the FBI, ATF, and our state and local law enforcement partners for ensuring accountability for this attack, and for the work they do every day to protect our communities.”

“Today’s sentencing is the final step holding Kyle Calvert accountable for detonating a shrapnel-filled explosive device outside a public office in downtown Montgomery,” said FBI Director Christopher Wray. “This case demonstrates the FBI’s continued commitment to working with our partners to bring to justice anyone who attempts violence to injure or intimidate members of our community.”

Colorado Agrees to Settlement in First Amendment Case Where Designer Was Coerced into Same-Sex Wedding Website Design

Colorado’s government has consented to a settlement requiring it to disburse more than $1.5 million in attorney fees to Lorie Smith, a graphic designer who won in a First Amendment challenge against the state’s anti-discrimination law.

This legal resolution, announced on Tuesday, follows a definitive Supreme Court verdict that Colorado’s attempt to coerce Smith into designing wedding websites for same-sex couples violated her free speech rights, in conflict with her religious beliefs.

The case, known as 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis, which we first covered back in 2022, was decisively settled earlier this year when a federal district court ruled that Colorado must stop mandating Smith to engage in speech that contradicts her convictions. “After enduring Colorado’s censorship for nearly seven years, I’m incredibly grateful for the work of my attorneys at Alliance Defending Freedom to bring my case to victory,” Smith stated, in a press release sent to Reclaim The Net, appreciating the efforts of her legal team. She added, “As the Supreme Court said, I’m free to create art consistent with my beliefs without fear of Colorado punishing me anymore.”

Trans men and lesbians would get IVF priority two years ahead of heterosexual couples under NHS plan – as campaigners slam proposals as ‘grossly discriminatory’

Family campaigners have criticised as ‘grossly discriminatory’ plans to give trans men and lesbians access to NHS-funded IVF two years ahead of heterosexual couples.

Under the controversial proposals, trans men – those born as women who now identify as men – will be automatically assumed to be unable to conceive, as will lesbians and single women.

This means they will be immediately eligible for IVF on the NHS – costing an estimated £5,000 a cycle – if they meet the other criteria, such as a body mass index between 19 and 30, not smoking, being under 43 and not having a partner with a child from a previous relationship. 

Heterosexual couples, meanwhile, will still have to prove they can’t have a baby naturally within two years.

The proposed changes will cover a vast swathe of England including Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire.

The plans, explained in a document called ‘The Case For Change’, are out for an eight-week public consultation ending in January, meaning the new policy could come into force next year.

Woman Accused of Murdering Dad With Ice Ax Over Election Married to Transgender Author, MSNBC, CNN, Daily Beast Contributor

New details have emerged concerning a Seattle woman’s suspected murder of her father on Election Night, including a clearer picture of how the killing unfolded and revelations about the woman and her prominent transgender author partner.

According to The Daily Mail, Corey Burke, 33, who police claim killed her 67-year-old father Timothy Burke with an ice ax in their $800,000 home last Tuesday after a disagreement over house lights, was a “power lesbian” who worked as a training program manager for Jeff Bezos’ space exploration company Blue Origin.

The Mail has more grisly details behind the murder, to which Burke reportedly confessed:

After emerging from the house with blood ‘dripping’ down her face, she confessed to police that she ‘freaked out,’ claiming there was ‘something important about Election Day.’ 

Burke reportedly told detectives that ‘she knew that she could not convince her father to keep the lights off’, so went upstairs and retrieved the murder weapon. 

She then tripped her father and strangled him before attacking him with the ice axe. 

Burke then bit him and hit him several times in the head and side with the blunt and sharp ends of the ice axe, cops say.  His body was found in the basement. 

Burke claimed she knew the killing ‘needed to happen today,’ according to a police report.

She allegedly told police she had to bite her father while choking him because ‘he was too strong.’ Burke added that she felt better once her father ‘went limp.’ 

Burke also told police that as her father labored to breathe after the attack, ‘the defendant sat next to him until he stopped breathing.’ 

The Mail reports the day after the murder Burke whispered, “I killed him,” to an officer and that she’d described killing her father “was really hard, really fu****g hard,” adding “there were points where she felt she wasn’t going to be able to.”

She also mentioned something about wanting to help people “change their attachment to their parents.”

From transgenderism to transhumanism, the agenda to redefine reality for mass compliance

Western civilisation, that grand experiment of reason and Enlightenment values, now finds itself grappling with an identity crisis. From the philosophy that brought us democracy, the scientific method, and even good wine pairings, we’ve somehow arrived at a peculiar era where society is encouraged to believe that reality is less a fixed landscape and more of a political Rubik’s cube. Specifically, the landscape of gender has become a battleground of biological, cultural, and political ideals—dominating headlines, monopolising discourse, and, oddly, managing to ignore the statistical insignificance of its demographic audience. Transgender individuals constitute roughly 0.3% of the West population, and yet the world seems to revolve around their pronouns, identities, and access to public bathrooms, all in the name of progress.

Our intellectual elite, decked in designer ideology, assures us that distinguishing between biological sex and gender is sophisticated; it’s the in thing, the thinking person’s new orthodoxy. To question this, to state something as blatantly archaic as “biology is real,” is to expose oneself as backward, uninformed—a blight upon the socially conscious. But it’s hard not to wonder if we’re all just playing a grand game of ideological dress-up, where we pretend we’re making leaps forward in human understanding while, in reality, we’re toeing a line many people can’t quite bring themselves to believe. Accommodating and encouraging children that identify as animals, stigmatising other children as bullies for calling out this absurdity, and giving credence to what was once accepted as make-believe, imagination, and play. Still, most people seem to mumble along with it, lest they be the odd one out, clinging to common sense like a moth to a guttering flame.

Transgender news coverage has increased by over 1600% in the past 10 years, while the tone of these stories has gone from sensationary to militantly positive and supportive, guiding discussions toward an unprecedented level of scrutiny over the nature of identity itself. Our cognitive maps are being redrawn by the universities, media, and big business DEI with all the precision of a drunk darts player, influencing society’s concept of reality. These implications reach far beyond gender identity and into the potential future of humanity—one where human limitations and even natural family structures are increasingly questioned and redefined through technology. It appears to be clearly by design and yet another baby step towards an insidious, transhumanist control agenda.

Such blurring of reality and ideology has an unsettling historical precedent. Where other empires rewrote the annals of history, modern movements seem intent on rewriting the basics of human biology. Consider the USSR, Maoist China, and the Khmer Rouge, all of which did their best to erode the sanctity of the family unit, that most fundamental societal structure. Even the Nazis, despite pushing traditional values, encouraged loyalty not to family but to the state, with children trained to report on their parents’ non-conformist views. Today’s West doesn’t seem far off—except that the disintegration of kinship is wrapped in softer packaging. Tradition and generational wisdom are rebuffed as vestiges of oppression, and the notion of family as a guiding principle of society is branded a relic, an artifact better suited for history museums than modern culture.

Overton Window Shifting? Two Democrat Congressmen Come Out Against Men Playing Women’s Sports

The Overton Window appears to have shifted as two Democrat congressmen have now spoken out against “transgender” biological men playing in women’s sports.

Future Forward, a super PAC supporting Harris, found that a pro-Trump ad featuring the comments by “Breakfast Club” host Charlamagne tha God shifted the race 2.7 percentage points in Trump’s favor.

The ad featured the tagline, “Kamala is for they/them. Trump is for you.”

New York Rep. Tom Suozzi and Massachusetts Rep. Seth Moulton appeared to, at least in part, blame Democrats supporting transgender athletes for Kamala Harris’ election night loss.

“The Democrats have to stop pandering to the far left,” Rep. Suozzi told The New York Times. “I don’t want to discriminate against anybody, but I don’t think biological boys should be playing in girls’ sports.”

Counsellor wins £70,000 after ‘trans heresy hunt’ at rape charity

A trauma specialist has been awarded almost £70,000 and won a public apology from the rape crisis charity who forced her out of her job in a row over women-only spaces.

The payment to Roz Adams was twice the anticipated figure and came after a tribunal found she was the victim of a “heresy hunt” at Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC), where her “sex realist” beliefs were at odds with those of Mridul Wadhwa, the trans activist who was the centre’s chief executive.

Adams suffered harassment after she stood up for a female victim who wanted assurances she would receive counselling from a woman, with Wadhwa identified as the “invisible hand” behind the counsellor’s persecution.

For 16 months under Wadhwa, who identifies as a trans woman but has no gender recognition certificate, the ERCC had no women-only spaces. Referrals to the centre have been paused while its safeguarding procedures are revamped.

In his remedy ruling, Ian McFatridge, the judge, ordered the centre to publish a statement and to refer survivors of sexual assault to Beira’s Place, the women’s refuge established by the author JK Rowling as an alternative source of support for female victims of sexual violence.

The ERCC has been ordered to apologise publicly to Adams for alleging that she was transphobic and acknowledge that there was no evidence to support the allegation and that its disciplinary action against her was wrong.

The centre is also required to acknowledge Adams “was motivated by a wish to act in the best interests of service users when she questioned how to respond to the service user” and that nothing the counsellor did constituted bullying or harassment.

Trans Drugs Bad? Block the Study!

Dr. Johanna Olson-Kennedy, one of the nation’s leading advocates for “gender-affirming care” for kids, refuses to release a ten-million-dollar taxpayer-funded study because the results don’t support continued trans-medical intervention. However, full disclosure is necessary for the trans community to make important life decisions.

The nine-year study, bought and paid for by hardworking Americans, essentially revealed that after receiving puberty-blockers, these young children did not improve in the area of mental health.  This is important information because these children most certainly were diagnosed with some mental illness prior to being seen for gender dysphoria (the belief that one’s body is the wrong sex), another psychiatric diagnosis.

Dr. Olson-Kennedy has refused to release the study because she believes that it could be “weaponized” and used as proof that “we shouldn’t use blockers.”  The puberty-blocker “treatments” supposedly delay physical development, so the body feels more like the gender identified with.

What the Olson-Kennedy study revealed was that despite being on puberty-blockers, the kids were no better off with their mental health.  In a nutshell, kids thought they’d be happy if they could be the sex they identified with, but in fact, this was not reflected in the study.  After two years, despite the treatment, there was no significant improvement in the kids’ mental health.

For those of us who follow psychiatric drugging, it is of interest that the research data are being withheld because too often these studies fail to consider the psychiatric drugging that occurred prior to the request for “transition” “treatment.”  In other words, how many of these kids were on psychiatric mind-altering drugs prior to feeling the need to transition?  What psychiatric diagnoses were involved, and what drugs were prescribed prior to the child’s belief that becoming another sex would be more in line with what they identify with?  We may never know if the Olson-Kennedy study even considered psychiatric drug use prior to trans-treatments.  It matters.

It’s no secret that psychiatric drugs can elicit strong adverse reactions, especially in children.  For example, let’s consider Nashville school shooter Audrey Hale.  Hale had been receiving psychiatric “treatment” for twenty of her twenty-eight years, and Hale had been prescribed cocktails of psychiatric drugs.  So what role did the psychiatric drugs play in Hale’s desire to “transition”?  Further, did Hale receive puberty-blockers and psychiatric drugs as a cocktail of “treatment?”  It’s anyone’s guess at this point, as Hale’s extensive mental health records have not been made publicly available.  Do we see a pattern of data-withholding among the trans-medical community?

Alberta premier introduces bill BANNING the participation of transgender athletes in women’s sports

In a press release issued on Oct. 31, Alberta’s ruling United Conservative Party (UCP) introduced Bill 29, titled the “Fairness and Safety in Sports Act.” The proposed legislation intends to limit women’s divisions to “biological females” while proposing co-ed divisions for transgender athletes to participate in sports.

“The proposed Fairness and Safety in Sport Act establishes a balanced approach to protect the integrity of female athletic competitions by ensuring women and girls have the opportunity to compete in biological female-only divisions, while also ensuring transgender athletes are able to meaningfully participate in the sports of their choice,” the press release stated.

Once passed, Bill 29 would apply broadly across Alberta and affect the sports organizations and sporting competitions of school boards, universities and local governments. This legislation seeks to safeguard “fairness and safety” in sports, while promising new regulatory guidance on eligibility for female-only divisions. Regulations under the act will also specify criteria to limit participation to athletes born female, while supporting the formation of additional co-ed divisions. “Through our Fairness and Safety in Sport Act, we are ensuring that athletes can rely on that fairness and safety. At the same time, we are committed to working with our partners to ensure that transgender Albertans will also have meaningful opportunities to participate in the sport of their choice,” Smith added.

The UCP government consulted with sports organizations, educational institutions and experts during the drafting process. Although the legislation is still in development, further details and the exact language of the bill are expected in the coming weeks. Additionally, the proposed act would provide legal liability protections for organizations enforcing the new regulations.

‘Transgender’ Biological Man Sues Hooters for Refusing to Hire Him After He Was Banned from Restaurant

A “transgender” biological man who identifies as a woman has filed a lawsuit against Hooters for refusing to hire him — after he was already banned from the restaurant for sexually harassing waitresses.

The allegations in the lawsuit have caused leftist protesters to target the restaurant in Colonie, New York, twice.

“I’m suing Hooters for sex-based discrimination, on the basis of accommodation and on the basis of employment,” said Brandy Livingston, according to a report from News 10. “They would use male pronouns. They would refer to me as ‘he.’”

Livingston claims that the staff was also upset about his use of the women’s restroom.

“I overheard one of the servers after I left the restroom talking to one of the managers and said that, ‘Why are you allowing him in the women’s restroom?’ And the manager said, ‘Oh, I don’t like it any more than you do’,” he told News 10.

Despite repeated clashes with the staff, Livingston applied to work at the Hooters location three times.

“I said, do you want to see my experience or anything? Because I had previous jobs I had written down. And he said, “Oh, we don’t care about experience. We hire on the basis of personality. And there’s an image that needs to be met,” Livingston said.
