America’s First Legal Launches “Parents’ Rights Toolkit” To Help Families Protect Children From Woke Educators

America’s First Legal (“AFL”) just launched a “Parents Rights Toolkit” to help parents protect children from woke educators and policies in K-12 schools, colleges and universities.

The AFL toolkit includes template letters and other resources to help parents file civil rights complaints with the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights under:

  • Title IX, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex;
  • Title VI, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin; and
  • The Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (“PPRA”), which protects parents’ rights to know about and opt out of divisive race and gender-related lessons and curricula.

The toolkit additionally includes state-specific Freedom of Information template letters that can be used when making public records requests.

California Judge Strips Father of Parental Rights, Greenlights Ex-Wife to Proceed with Chemical and Surgical Castration of 12-Year-Old Son

A California judge has permanently stripped Texas father Jeffrey Younger of all parental rights to his twin sons, James and Jude, granting Younger’s ex-wife, Anne Georgulas, the authority to chemically and surgically transition their 12-year-old son, James, against his father’s wishes.

Younger, whose ex-wife, a pediatrician, began transitioning their son to a girl at just two and a half years old, has fought tooth and nail to protect his child. Despite video evidence supporting his concerns, courts in Texas and California have systematically stripped him of his parental rights.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that a video of James Younger when he was only 3 years old surfaced, revealing that his mother put dresses on him and painted his fingernails when the child was just an infant!

The abuse from the mother all started because James liked a toy from the movie ‘Frozen’ meant for little girls. It is totally normal for little boys to play with girls’ toys; it does not mean they want to be castrated and ‘transition’ into girls.

When asked if he was a boy or a girl, James, then only three years old, answered, “Girl.” He said his mom told him he was a girl.

Democrat Professors Outnumber Republican Professors by 28 to 1 at U. Arizona

As first reported at The College Fix, Democrat professors at University of Arizona outnumber Republicans by 28-1 in 12 academic departments.

Even worse this, report found that there were zero Republican professors in at least five academic departments.

“The Fix conducted its research using voter registration data and identified 237 party-affiliated professors out of 369 in 12 departments. Of those 237, 222 were Democrats, 7 were Republican, and 8 were registered with third parties. Another 76 were unaffiliated while 56 were unidentified.

This means 3.4 percent of identified professors who are registered to vote are Republicans, while 96.6 percent are Democrats when broken down by the two major parties.

The Fix obtained voter registration lists from Pima County through a public records request and only looked at professors, not lecturers, adjuncts, or emeriti faculty.

Out of the 12 departments, communications, classics, sociology, religious studies, and gender and women’s studies did not appear to have any Republican professors. Of these, the gender and women’s studies department had the greatest disparity, with 37 Democrats and zero Republicans.”

This seems to reflect a general trend in US academia, the dominance of the left.

The school responded with a statement to The College Fix, claiming, “The University of Arizona does not inquire about an applicant’s political affiliation, and it adheres to equal employment opportunity laws and non-discrimination policies.”

The school “values diverse perspectives as they help students strengthen their critical thinking skills and respect for views with which they may disagree.”

Canada’s woke Stasi

Under other circumstances, former school trustee Barry Neufeld may have retired as one of your curmudgeonly, albeit amusing, elderly neighbours, equipped with a brash sense of humour, a glass of wine and a cigarette. Had he not introduced himself at a recent panel event I spoke on in Victoria, British Columbia (BC) about the harms of gender-identity ideology, I would never have pegged him as a supposed hate-monger. He seemed rather jovial, in fact. Yet the Canadian media and some of Canada’s most powerful unions see things differently. They have made Neufeld their nemesis.

Neufeld is now in his seventies. His troubles began in 2017. This was when he discovered a new gender-identity curriculum for kids coming down the pike in his school district of Chilliwack, BC. This was the year that the SOGI (Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity) 123 programme was implemented in public schools across the province, with the aim of making classrooms more ‘inclusive’ for LGBT-identified kids. That same year, Bill C-16 was passed by the national parliament, adding ‘gender identity’ to the list of protected characteristics under the Canadian Human Rights Act. Both pieces of legislation were introduced with little public debate and most Canadians were completely unaware of what was even happening.

But Neufeld noticed and spoke out on Facebook, criticising SOGI 123 for instructing ‘children that gender is not biologically determined, but is a social construct’. ‘At the risk of being labelled a bigoted homophobe’, he wrote, ‘I have to say that I support traditional family values and I agree with the [American College of Pediatricians] that allowing little children to choose to change gender is nothing short of child abuse’.

US to Oversee Ukrainian Student Textbooks

History is written by the victor. In the case of Russa and Ukraine, both sides are indoctrinating the next generation to believe in an extremely biased view of past results. The United States is injecting itself into Ukrainian history by overseeing the production of three million educational textbooks.

The US Agency for International Development (USAID) and European Union had begun printing textbooks from Ukraine in 2023 under the “New Ukrainian School” program. US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, a known Neocon, said that the next batch of textbooks will be delivered to over 12,000 schools across Ukraine before the start of the school year.

Russia allegedly attacked printing house Factor-Druk which supplied “a significant percentage of all books in Ukraine, including textbooks for Ukrainian children,” according to Sullivan, Yet, the West had already begun printing textbooks for Ukrainian children before the attack that occurred in May 2024.

“A key change for students concerns approaches to learning and educational content. At the Ministry of Education and Science, we are confident that this is the most important thing because the goal of the New Ukrainian School is to raise an innovator and citizen who is capable of making responsible decisions and respects human rights,” Ukraine’s government stated in regards to the “New Ukrainian School” curriculum that first circulated in 2017. “Instead of memorizing facts and definitions, students will acquire competencies. This is a dynamic combination of knowledge, skills, ways of thinking, opinions, values, and other personal qualities that determine a person’s ability to socialize well and to engage in professional and/or further learning activities. In other words, core knowledge is formed that will be supplemented with the ability to use this knowledge, with values and skills that Ukrainian school leavers will need in their professional and personal life.”

In other words, the school is focusing on shaping the next generation’s morals and values based on the government’s ideals. We see the same thing across the West, with students in the United States learning about non-educational topics such as gender identity at a young age.

Homogenous: The Political Affiliations of Elite Liberal Arts College Faculty

In this article I offer new evidence about something readers of Academic Questions already know: The political registration of full-time, Ph.D.-holding professors in top-tier liberal arts colleges is overwhelmingly Democratic. Indeed, faculty political affiliations at 39 percent of the colleges in my sample are Republican free—having zero Republicans. The political registration in most of the remaining 61 percent, with a few important exceptions, is slightly more than zero percent but nevertheless absurdly skewed against Republican affiliation and in favor of Democratic affiliation. Thus, 78.2 percent of the academic departments in my sample have either zero Republicans, or so few as to make no difference.

My sample of 8,688 tenure track, Ph.D.–holding professors from fifty-one of the sixty-six top ranked liberal arts colleges in the U.S. News 2017 report consists of 5,197, or 59.8 percent, who are registered either Republican or Democrat. The mean Democratic-to-Republican ratio (D:R) across the sample is 10.4:1, but because of an anomaly in the definition of what constitutes a liberal arts college in the U.S. News survey, I include two military colleges, West Point and Annapolis.1 If these are excluded, the D:R ratio is a whopping 12.7:1.

Tax-Funded Group Trains Wisconsin Daycares To Encourage Riots And Abolishing The Police

Atax-funded Wisconsin organization trained daycare workers to teach infants and toddlers to participate in violent partisan protests and support abolishing the police.

Daycare workers who participated in an April training from the tax-funded organization Wisconsin Early Childhood Association (WECA) received “diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging” kits worth $600 each that included board books teaching babies race hatred and gender dysphoria. The kit came to light this week when a daycare owner who received one went public with what she found inside.

In the training, an author of three of the books in the kit, Megan Madison, told daycare workers that “the color-blind approach” to race “is ineffective and potentially harmful.” Madison cohosted the training with WECA’s diversity director, Tanya Johnson.

Any organization that receives federal funds risks violating federal antidiscrimination law by disparaging Americans based on their race, said Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty attorney Dan Lennington. WECA is essentially a clearing house for taxpayer funds, directing it to daycares for food welfare, daycare worker training, and more.

Johnson opened the training by stating her pronouns and giving a “land acknowledgment” that asserted parts of the United States actually belong to tribal peoples whom U.S. armed forces conquered long ago.

“We respectfully acknowledge the land on which we are holding this training, the traditional land of Ho-Chunk Nation,” she claimed. “Today we recognize and honor with gratitude both the land and the indigenous people who live and who continue to live on the land now called the United States.”

Madison, who led the training with Johnson, thanked Johnson for the land acknowledgment and claimed she lives “on Lenape land,” or what everyone knows to be New York City. The Lenape were a barbarous tribe known for attacking unarmed noncombatants, torturing women and children in front of their family members, massacres, and skinning some victims’ heads while they were still alive. They were also known for murdering people solely due to the color of their skin.

Madison and Johnson went on to encourage daycare workers to adopt “race related teaching practices” that elevate “awareness of race-related injustices and the inclination to take action to stop them.” Below are slides presented during their training.

How Does Israel Justify Genocide? It Starts in the Schools

In The Black Image in the White Mind, historian George M. Frederickson writes, “In the years immediately before and after 1800, white Americans often revealed by their words and actions that they viewed [Black people] as a permanently alien and unassimilable element of the population.” Within the context of white American domination, anti-Black racist stereotypes framed Black people as inherently unfit, innately problematic and divorced from the category of the human, a category that is synonymous with whiteness.

The French-Tunisian scholar Albert Memmi, in The Colonizer and the Colonized, understood these racist rationalizations as a series of negations, observing: “The colonized is not this, is not that. [They are] never considered in a positive light; or if [they are], the quality which is conceded is the result of a psychological or ethical failing.” Within these racist binary regimes, it is necessary that a specific group functions as “other.”

Throughout the world, there are groups that are deemed “other,” and their “otherness” is imposed by those who control dominant forms of discourse — those who have the representational power to demean, to marginalize and demonize. Historically, schools and religious institutions have helped to underwrite such dehumanizing discourse.

Switzerland: The End of Free Speech

Most people in the world view Switzerland as a safe, sensible, fair and free nation. The reality is that behind its pristine veneer, it is as corrupt – if not more – than any other nation, and is becoming increasingly repressive at an alarming rate.

As many of you know, I am Swiss (from my mother’s side) and live in my home country. This has given me a certain vantage point to report on globalism, with Switzerland having been selected to host these dark institutions on our soil back in the 19th century.

Today, I wanted to draw your attention to more local news and the bleak state of free speech here.

While all eyes are on the U.K. at the moment due to their Orwellian crack down on freedom of expression — to the point of jailing people for memes and stickers — and on France as we await more information on Pavel Durov’s arrest, free speech is under unprecedented attack in Switzerland as well.

A friend of mine, who goes by the pseudonym “Barbouille” on X, has just been fined the hefty amount of CHF 4’800, approx $ 5’700 — for a tweet.

His crime? Calling out the indoctrination of children being taught what LGBTQI… stands for in a classroom, under a video posted by another account on March 24, 2023.

England’s Cass Review is the most comprehensive published report of systematic reviews of international scientific studies in children with gender dysphoria to date. The recommendations are specific for addressing gender dysphoria in children in the UK, but are applicable to other nations,” states the Gender Toolkit. “There is no expert clinical consensus regarding the treatment of children who meet diagnostic criteria for gender dysphoria.”

“About 1,000 U.S. school districts have policies that allow keeping secrets from parents,” states Dr. Erica Anderson, who is a psychiatrist who has been warning Americans that pushing puberty blockers and transition operations on children is dangerous.

It is time that parents and guardians to get informed about the truth instead accepting the medical mantra that if one is not gender-affirming then a child will commit suicide.
