Biden Hangover, Part 1: “Trans Woman” Illegal Alien Charged With Rape Of Teen Boy In Harlem

This is the first of a three-part series demonstrating the awful predictability of leftist policy. Democrats allowed and even encouraged foreigners to cross the border illegally. Conservatives warned that the worst of the worst would flock here.

Even as ICE ramps up operations to remove all the human detritus, they are still committing the most heinous of crimes. Call it the Biden Hangover.

An illegal alien biological male was charged Wednesday with the rape of a teenage boy in East Harlem. The illegal apparently stalked the boy, following him into a public bathroom in Thomas Jefferson Park on Tuesday. After the sexually motivated attack, the boy left the park and found citizens who were able to contact the police.

Colombian Nicol Suarez, 30, was arrested the following day and charged with first degree rape. He was wanted in Massachusetts and New Jersey, and ICE had a issued a detainer for his arrest.

Cash For Migrants: FEMA Isn’t The Only Agency Spending Big

Elon Musk reported that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) spent $59 million last week alone – all on immigrants in New York City. Part of that was for housing, including luxury properties like The Row and The Watson, meant for tourists headed to see the marquees of Broadway. (Later the feds clawed back $80M from the city).

Open the Books previously reported that FEMA had an enormous $8 billion shortfall in its Disaster Relief Fund following the catastrophic damage of Hurricane Helene.

Well, FEMA is not the only agency that’s been spending gobs of taxpayer dollars on the immigration crisis. Programs span various agencies.

Included is the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), housed inside the Department of Health and Human Services subagency called the Administration for Children and Families.

ORR has spent over $22.6 BILLION since 2020 on grants to nonprofits providing everything from help accessing Medicaid to help building credit, help with home and auto loans, and cash assistance. Yes, cold hard cash!

Trump Considering Using Defense Budget to Boost Deportations

The Trump administration is reportedly considering using the defense budget to boost deportations.

The administration is said to be unhappy with the current pace of deportations and believes the Immigration and Customs Enforcement budget may be a limiting factor.

Citing three unnamed sources, NBC News reports, “The Trump administration is considering tapping into Defense Department funding to hire contractors, a move that would vastly expand the scale and scope of immigrant arrests and deportations in the U.S., according to three sources familiar with the matter.”

The report continues:

The defense contracts would allow civilian-run companies to quickly and rapidly expand temporary detention facilities, such as those that house migrants in tents, as well as to staff those facilities and provide transportation between arrest locations and detention areas.

Such a move could also increase the number of airplanes available used to deport immigrants, as well as staff for the flights, the sources said.

Border czar Tom Homan has already tapped agents from the FBI; the Drug Enforcement Administration; the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives; and others to help support Immigrations and Customs Enforcement in making immigrant arrests.

But the pace of arrests and deportations has failed to meet Homan’s expectations, and President Donald Trump’s.

According to a Washington Post report, two Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials have also been demoted due to the pace of deportations under their leadership.

“ICE staff were informed in an email Tuesday that Russell Hott and Peter Berg, the top two officials in the enforcement division of ICE, have been reassigned, according to the three people, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe the internal memo,” the report states.

Homan also expressed frustration with the pace of deportations.

‘The Time Has Come’: Rep. Brandon Gill Wants to Arrest and Deport Ilhan Omar to Somalia For Treason

Republican Congressman Brandon Gill is circulating a petition to arrest and deport Ilhan Omar for treason.

Gill, a first-term Congressman and son-in-law of conservative filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza, asked supporters to sign a petition to deport Omar in a fundraising email obtained by Axios.

The first email states:

Friend, we should have never let Ilhan Omar into our country.

And frankly, America would be a much better place if she were to be sent back to Somalia.

Recently, it came out that Ilhan Omar is hosting free workshops for Somalians, who are in our country illegally, on how to evade ICE and deportation.

It could not be more blatant: Ilhan Omar is more loyal to illegal Somalians than she is to the United States, or the office she was elected to.

It is an absolute disgrace.

In another email, Gill accuses Omar of treason for facilitating the invasion at the southern border of millions of illegal aliens.

The second email states:

A sitting Member of Congress is facilitating a full-scale invasion of our country…

A normal society would refer to that as treason…

But regardless of labels, one thing is clear: The time has come to arrest and deport Ilhan Omar.

I have had my fill of foreigners storming our border, complaining about and disparaging our country, and then helping more and more of them invade our lands… And I know the American people are too.

If you’re as sick and tired of it as I am, sign my petition and let’s send her back to Somalia where she belongs.

Omar, who is the first ever Somali American in Congress, arrived in the United States in 1995 during the Somali Civil War by claiming refugee status.

She became a citizen five years later aged 17, although there are credible allegations she married her brother in order to obtain a green card.

There are even questions as to whether Ilhan Omar is her real name.

BOOM! Pam Bondi Announces Charges Against Kathy Hochul and Letitia James

On Wednesday, Attorney General Pam Bondi made headlines during her inaugural press briefing, where she delivered a powerful message to New York Democrats protecting illegal immigrants by announcing that charges have been filed against Gov. Kathy Hochul, Attorney General Letitia James, and DMV Commissioner Mark Schroeder.

Bondi made it clear that the Department of Justice is taking aggressive action to enforce immigration laws and hold states accountable.

“This is a new DOJ, and we are taking steps to protect Americans, American citizens, and angel moms like the mom standing right behind me,” Bondi said. “New York has chosen to prioritize illegal aliens over American citizens. It stops. It stops today.”

Bondi pointed to legal action already taken against Illinois, saying, “As you know, we sued Illinois, and New York didn’t listen. So now you’re next.” She warned that the consequences of the state’s policies have been devastating.

“Millions of illegal aliens with violent records have flooded into our communities, bringing violence and deadly drugs with them,” Bondi stated.

She then introduced Tammy Nobles, an angel mom whose daughter, Kayla Hamilton, was murdered by an MS-13 gang member in 2022.

“Tammy is an angel mom. Her beautiful daughter Kayla, Kayla Hamilton, was murdered by an MS-13 member in 2022,” Bondi said. “Kayla had just turned 20 years old—just turned 20 years old—and she was raped and murdered by someone who should not have been in our country. Yet he was released, flown to Maryland, where he committed this violent murder.”

Bondi urged Americans to listen to Nobles’ story. “I just want you to hear from… I want you to hear from Tammy. Tammy represents not only herself and her family, but all of the great angel moms around this country who have suffered because of what the Biden administration did. And it is over.”

Her remarks made it clear that the DOJ is taking a hard stance against states that defy federal immigration law, vowing accountability and action.

After Nobles spoke, Bondi warned states intent on protecting illegals that they will suffer the consequences. “If you don’t comply with federal law, we will hold you accountable,” she said. “We did it to Illinois. Strike one. Strike two is New York. And if you are a state not complying with federal law, you’re next.”

Hypocrite Pope Francis, Living Behind a 39-Ft Wall, Sends Letter to U.S. Bishops Blasting Trump’s Immigration Crackdown — Yet Imposes Harsh Penalties of 1-4 Years in Jail and Fines Up to $25,700 for Illegal Entry into Vatican

Pope Francis, who resides in the Vatican, a city-state surrounded by a formidable 39-foot wall, has penned a letter to U.S. bishops, decrying what he describes as harsh immigration policies of President Donald Trump.

In his sanctimonious letter, Pope Francis calls on the bishops to defend the “infinite and transcendent dignity of every human person” amidst what he terms a “major crisis” with “mass deportations.”

Yet, the pontiff’s selective outrage is glaring when one considers his silence during the Biden administration’s push for radical abortion policies, which directly contradicted Catholic teachings on the sanctity of life.

Read the letter below:

Dear Brothers in the Episcopate,

I am writing today to address a few words to you in these delicate moments that you are living as Pastors of the People of God who walk together in the United States of America.

1. The journey from slavery to freedom that the People of Israel traveled, as narrated in the Book of Exodus, invites us to look at the reality of our time, so clearly marked by the phenomenon of migration, as a decisive moment in history to reaffirm not only our faith in a God who is always close, incarnate, migrant and refugee, but also the infinite and transcendent dignity of every human person. [1]

2. These words with which I begin are not an artificial construct. Even a cursory examination of the Church’s social doctrine emphatically shows that Jesus Christ is the true Emmanuel (cf. Mt 1:23); he did not live apart from the difficult experience of being expelled from his own land because of an imminent risk to his life, and from the experience of having to take refuge in a society and a culture foreign to his own.

The Son of God, in becoming man, also chose to live the drama of immigration. I like to recall, among other things, the words with which Pope Pius XII began his Apostolic Constitution on the Care of Migrants, which is considered the “Magna Carta” of the Church’s thinking on migration:

“The family of Nazareth in exile, Jesus, Mary and Joseph, emigrants in Egypt and refugees there to escape the wrath of an ungodly king, are the model, the example and the consolation of emigrants and pilgrims of every age and country, of all refugees of every condition who, beset by persecution or necessity, are forced to leave their homeland, beloved family and dear friends for foreign lands.” [2]

3. Likewise, Jesus Christ, loving everyone with a universal love, educates us in the permanent recognition of the dignity of every human being, without exception.

In fact, when we speak of “infinite and transcendent dignity,” we wish to emphasize that the most decisive value possessed by the human person surpasses and sustains every other juridical consideration that can be made to regulate life in society.

Thus, all the Christian faithful and people of good will are called upon to consider the legitimacy of norms and public policies in the light of the dignity of the person and his or her fundamental rights, not vice versa.

4. I have followed closely the major crisis that is taking place in the United States with the initiation of a program of mass deportations. The rightly formed conscience cannot fail to make a critical judgment and express its disagreement with any measure that tacitly or explicitly identifies the illegal status of some migrants with criminality.

At the same time, one must recognize the right of a nation to defend itself and keep communities safe from those who have committed violent or serious crimes while in the country or prior to arrival.

That said, the act of deporting people who in many cases have left their own land for reasons of extreme poverty, insecurity, exploitation, persecution or serious deterioration of the environment, damages the dignity of many men and women, and of entire families, and places them in a state of particular vulnerability and defenselessness.

5. This is not a minor issue: an authentic rule of law is verified precisely in the dignified treatment that all people deserve, especially the poorest and most marginalized.

The true common good is promoted when society and government, with creativity and strict respect for the rights of all — as I have affirmed on numerous occasions — welcomes, protects, promotes and integrates the most fragile, unprotected and vulnerable.

This does not impede the development of a policy that regulates orderly and legal migration. However, this development cannot come about through the privilege of some and the sacrifice of others. What is built on the basis of force, and not on the truth about the equal dignity of every human being, begins badly and will end badly.

6. Christians know very well that it is only by affirming the infinite dignity of all that our own identity as persons and as communities reaches its maturity. Christian love is not a concentric expansion of interests that little by little extend to other persons and groups.

In other words: the human person is not a mere individual, relatively expansive, with some philanthropic feelings! The human person is a subject with dignity who, through the constitutive relationship with all, especially with the poorest, can gradually mature in his identity and vocation.

The true ordo amoris that must be promoted is that which we discover by meditating constantly on the parable of the “Good Samaritan” (cf. Lk 10:25-37), that is, by meditating on the love that builds a fraternity open to all, without exception. [3]

7. But worrying about personal, community or national identity, apart from these considerations, easily introduces an ideological criterion that distorts social life and imposes the will of the strongest as the criterion of truth.

8. I recognize your valuable efforts, dear brother bishops of the United States, as you work closely with migrants and refugees, proclaiming Jesus Christ and promoting fundamental human rights. God will richly reward all that you do for the protection and defense of those who are considered less valuable, less important or less human!

9. I exhort all the faithful of the Catholic Church, and all men and women of good will, not to give in to narratives that discriminate against and cause unnecessary suffering to our migrant and refugee brothers and sisters.

With charity and clarity we are all called to live in solidarity and fraternity, to build bridges that bring us ever closer together, to avoid walls of ignominy and to learn to give our lives as Jesus Christ gave his for the salvation of all.

10. Let us ask Our Lady of Guadalupe to protect individuals and families who live in fear or pain due to migration and/or deportation. May the “Virgen morena”, who knew how to reconcile peoples when they were at enmity, grant us all to meet again as brothers and sisters, within her embrace, and thus take a step forward in the construction of a society that is more fraternal, inclusive and respectful of the dignity of all.

Fraternally,
Francis

Border czar Tom Homan Tom Homan responded sharply to the Pope’s criticisms.

“I got harsh words for the Pope. Pope ought to fix the Catholic Church. I’m saying this as a lifelong Catholic. I was baptized Catholic. I was at first Communion as a Catholic, confirmation as a Catholic. He ought to fix the Catholic Church and concentrate on his work and leave border enforcement to us.”

Kamala 2.0? Buttigieg Made Same Pledge To Support Taxpayer-Funded Transgender Surgeries for Criminals That Dogged Harris Campaign.

It wasn’t just Kamala Harris. No, during the 2020 Democratic primary, presidential hopeful Pete Buttigieg also supported taxpayer-funded gender transition surgeries for federal inmates and illegal immigrants.

The former mayor of South Bend, Ind.—now eyeing the 2026 Michigan Senate race—told the American Civil Liberties Union in 2019 that, if elected, he would use executive authority to ensure that federal inmates and illegal immigrants have access to “comprehensive treatment associated with gender transition, including all necessary surgical care.”

“I would direct my HHS Office of Civil Rights and Department of Justice to vigorously enforce all federal laws against discrimination based on gender identity, including ensuring the provision of all medically necessary care for transgender Americans,” Buttigieg wrote in response to the question. “This includes medical care for transgender individuals incarcerated in federal prisons and under immigration detention.”

A spokesman for Buttigieg told the Free Beacon that he “made clear his position that the law must be applied equally and fairly to all people seeking necessary care, and that he would faithfully enforce all federal laws against discrimination.”

Jackson Newspaper Gives Community A Heads-Up During Active ICE Investigation

A local newspaper announced an immigration arrest operation while it was ongoing Friday in Jackson Hole using information from a local sheriff, prompting some to criticize both entities over safety and security concerns.

The Jackson Hole News & Guide reported Friday that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials were active in the area that day, trying to execute 17 warrants on specific people in Teton County.

Spanish-language instructions on how to read the story in Spanish preceded the body of the online story.

The news about ICE was “according to Teton County Sheriff Matt Carr, who spoke with the News&Guide before noon Friday,” the outlet wrote, adding that Carr said ICE was still in the community at that time, but that he did not want to assist or impede it.

Though the story leads with Carr as its primary source, the sheriff told Cowboy State Daily on Monday that the Guide called him, and he merely confirmed to the outlet what others had told its reporters about the operation, which was becoming visible in the community.

Carr said he also wanted to give community members clarity about the “targeted” nature of the operation.

“I just confirmed (the information),” said Carr, adding that he didn’t seek to endanger federal agents by exposing their operation. “I fully support the mission of ICE to remove criminals out of our community.”

But he acknowledged that rumors about the operation can stir fears in Jackson.

“My goal was just to let the public know, ‘Yes, they’re here but they’re here for targeted individuals and it was not any sort of widespread roundup,” said Carr.

The sheriff confirmed that he was the person who told the Guide that ICE was executing 17 warrants, but he said he told the paper that information was “unconfirmed.”

Tom Homan Confirms ICE Operation Leak Points to the FBI — Criminal Investigation Underway: “Not Only Will This Person Lose Their Job and Lose Their Pension, They’re Going to Go to Jail”

Tom Homan confirmed that a series of leaks related to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations may have originated within the FBI.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that a massive Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operation set to take place in Los Angeles, targeting thousands of illegal immigrants with criminal records, was leaked to the far-left press.

According to the leaked documents, the raid—dubbed Operation Compliance—was designed to be one of the largest immigration enforcement efforts in recent years, targeting primarily individuals with outstanding deportation orders, criminal convictions, and known gang affiliations.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem openly criticized the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and appeared to accuse the agency of leaking sensitive information concerning impending “large-scale” immigration raids.
