ICE Responds to Accusations of Illegal Raid: “WRONG!”

After Democrats accused ICE of raiding the wrong house and terrorizing a U.S. citizen family in Oklahoma, the Department of Homeland Security fired back, beginning their official statement on X with a blunt response: “Wrong.”

What actually happened was that ICE conducted a lawful, court-authorized search targeting a property long tied to a human smuggling network, not specific individuals. Surveillance conducted the day before the raid confirmed that a member of the Lima Lopez Transnational Criminal Organization was still paying utility bills at the home, which remained legally owned by an indicted smuggling suspect. The warrant, based on an 84-page affidavit, authorized the seizure of evidence regardless of who was present. As DHS stated, “This is an ongoing investigation, and we have not ruled out current occupants’ involvement in the smuggling ring.”

Federal agents executed the search warrant on April 24 at a single-family home in northwest Oklahoma City. According to DHS, the property had been used as a stash house for human and drug smuggling involving individuals from Guatemala, Mexico, Colombia, and China. When agents entered the home, they encountered a naturalized U.S. citizen originally from Guatemala and her three daughters, the youngest of whom was 17. Although none of them were detained, DHS emphasized that the investigation is ongoing.

Local news outlet KOCO 5 confirmed that the house remains in the name of Cidia Marleny Lima Lopez, a key suspect in the smuggling ring, and that utility records showed members of the criminal organization were still linked to the property as of the day before the raid, despite the fact that new residents had moved in.” DHS clarified that the warrant legally allowed agents to seize electronic devices and documents found in the home, regardless of the current occupants.

DHS Announces They Will Pay for Flights of Illegals Who Want to Self-Deport and Give Them a Stipend – Here is How Much Money This New Policy Will Save Taxpayers

The Department of Homeland Security has announced a creative way to ensure illegal aliens leave the country while saving taxpayers money.

As Fox News’s Bill Melugin reported this morning, the DHS announced it would start paying for the commercial flights of illegals who self-deport America. In addition, the government will also pay these illegals $1,000 extra once they are confirmed to have left the country.

To qualify, illegal immigrants must register on the CBP border app and file their notice to leave America. Moreover, illegal migrants who self-deport will be able to come back to America in the future, provided they use the legal channels.

Bill Melugin notes that the DHS told Fox News that this would result in tremendous savings for American taxpayers. Right now, it costs over $17,000 to detain, arrest, and deport someone from America.

But if an illegal accepts the offer of self-deportation, the self-removal flights and the stipend will cost only $4,500 per illegal. This is a savings of at least $12,500 for just one invader or 70% savings for the taxpayer alone.

Did You Notice What Was Missing From This NYT Piece About This Illegal Alien’s Heinous Crime?

This story is almost unbelievable. If you haven’t heard it, it’s likely due to the liberal media either ignoring the story or sanitizing it to the point where most would gloss over it. In New York City, an illegal alien was busted for raping a corpse on the subway. I’m not kidding. But, of course, the publication didn’t say the man was her illegally. He’s a ‘Brooklyn man’ in this warped narrative. Trump officials were quick to point out that a key fact was omitted from the piece (via NYT):

A Brooklyn man was arrested on Monday [April 28] after the police said he violated a corpse on an R train in a Manhattan subway station earlier this month.

The man, whom police identified as Felix Rojas, 44, was charged with first-degree rape, more than two weeks after the event. He is expected to be arraigned later on Monday, according to a spokesman for the Manhattan district attorney. It was unclear whether he had a lawyer.

A law enforcement official familiar with the case said a man, later identified by police as Mr. Rojas, entered an R train while it was at the Whitehall Street-South Ferry station in the financial district around 11 p.m. on April 9 and was on the train for about 45 minutes before noticing the unconscious man in the car.

The man who died had boarded the train earlier that evening at about 8 p.m., the official said. A spokeswoman for the Police Department said Monday that he had died of natural causes.

After seeing the man’s immobile body, Mr. Rojas rummaged through the dead man’s pockets and had sex with the body, according to an internal police document. Then, they said, he fled the train.

The entire episode was caught on surveillance cameras in the car. There were no other passengers on board at the time.

WICKED: Far-Left Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs Gaslights Her Constituents as She Vetoes a Commonsense Bill Requiring Her to Follow Federal Immigration Laws

One of the most left-wing and wicked governors in America has decided she wants her state to remain a haven for criminal aliens.

Democrat Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs, who ‘won’ her election under questionable circumstances, yesterday vetoed a commonsense bill passed by the Arizona State Legislature that would have required her to help follow federal immigration laws.

The bill in question, House Bill 2099, would have mandated the governor, attorney general, and every county, city, and town in Arizona to enforce and cooperate with all immigration orders, actions, and programs from the federal government.

Here is what Hobbs wrote in her veto message:

Today, I vetoed House Bill 2099. When I assumed the role of Governor, I pledged to uphold both the U.S. Constitution and the Arizona Constitution,” she wrote in her veto message.

I have worked productively with the federal government to secure our border, stopping fentanyl at our ports of entry through Task Force SAFE, disrupting cartel operations with Operation Desert Guardian, and working across all levels of government to keep communities safe with the Border Coordination Office.

I will continue to work with the federal government on true border security, but we should not force state officials to take marching orders from Washington, DC. My focus will always be on delivering real results for Arizonans.

We Don’t Need an Executive Order to Bar Illegals from Social Security—We Need a Government That Obeys the Law

In what universe does it make sense that the President of the United States has to sign an executive order to stop illegal aliens from receiving Social Security benefits? That’s not just an absurd headline—it’s a tragic indictment of how far this nation has strayed from the rule of law, common sense, and constitutional integrity.

Let’s get one thing straight: illegal immigrants are already barred from receiving Social Security benefits. Full stop. It’s enshrined in federal law, constitutional precedent, and the very fabric of what it means to be a sovereign nation. Yet here we are, once again watching a president step in with a pen to “reaffirm” what is already carved into stone.

Under Section 1611 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. § 1382c), individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States are categorically ineligible for Supplemental Security Income (SSI). The Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (PRWORA) explicitly excludes most non-citizens from federal means-tested public benefits. And let’s not forget 8 U.S.C. § 1611, which states unequivocally, “Notwithstanding any other provision of law…an alien who is not a qualified alien…is not eligible for any Federal public benefit.”

Translation: They’re already prohibited.

So why does Trump need to sign an executive order? Because we are no longer a nation governed by laws—we are a nation governed by selective enforcement, political cowardice, and bureaucratic betrayal.

While illegals exploit the system through loopholes crafted by activist judges and globalist legislators, hardworking Americans who’ve paid into Social Security their entire lives are being told the well is running dry. They’re mocked with headlines about “entitlement reform” and threatened with benefit cuts, while watching their tax dollars fund services for people who have no legal right to be here.

Let me say this plainly: illegal aliens should not be here. That’s the real issue—not whether they’re tapping into Social Security. The fact that we have to publicly debate whether to let foreign nationals steal from a system built by and for American workers is the very definition of national rot.

Illegal Alien Charged in Rape of Corpse on NYC Subway

An illegal alien has been arrested for raping a corpse in a New York City subway car, authorities say.

On Thursday, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) revealed the immigration history of Felix Rojas, 44, who allegedly performed horrific sexual acts on the body of a man who died inside a Manhattan subway car last month.

Rojas was arrested on Sunday and charged with rape and grand larceny in connection with the attack, which unfolded on April 8.

That night, 37-year-old Jorge Gonzalez boarded an R train and bummed a cigarette off another passenger, surveillance footage shows.

Minutes later, Gonzalez lost consciousness and ultimately died from causes that remain unclear, although his estranged wife has reportedly said he suffered from cirrhosis tied to alcohol abuse.

Rojas approached Gonzalez approximately 30 minutes later and began rifling through his pockets.

The suspected thief then proceeded to methodically penetrate Gonzalez’s mouth and anus, repositioning the victim’s body multiple times and pausing when the car doors opened, prosecutors say.

“To make sure he had not missed anything when he searched the victim before sexually assaulting him, the defendant searched the person of the victim once more after he had penetrated him, going so far as to take off the victim’s shoes,” said Assistant District Attorney Antonio Melchionna during Rojas’ arraignment on Tuesday in Manhattan Criminal Court.

“The defendant was careful enough to stop what he was doing as the train would approach and stop at stations along the line. He even took the time to sit down and act inconspicuous as passengers entered the train car.”

Rojas was arrested after his son alerted authorities upon seeing security footage released by NYPD.

3 Questions Angry Democrats Need To Answer About Illegal Alien Deportations

Democrats and their supporters in the corporate media are still attempting to controversialize the Trump administration’s efforts to remove illegal aliens from the country, as required by federal law. But there are three questions they should all be forced to answer before anyone has to hear more of their whining. Here they are, in no particular order.

1. Can You Identify a Single Alien You Would Deport?

This is the most important question because the answer is no, they can’t, because they don’t want to deport anyone. We know that because they’re on record opposing the most innocuous efforts during President Trump’s first term to remove violent Latin American gang affiliates.

In 2018, Democrats, including Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Sen. Kristen Gillibrand, pushed to “abolish ICE.” That same year, Senate Democrats blocked a vote on a bill that would have withheld federal funds from “sanctuary cities” that refused to comply with federal immigration law enforcement. They shouldn’t get to pretend they’re not opposed to deporting illegal aliens if they can’t answer this simple question.

REPORT: House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries is Privately Telling Democrats to Stop the Trips to El Salvador

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries has apparently figured out how bad it looks for members of his party to travel to El Salvador to advocate for illegals who have been deported by the Trump administration. He is quietly telling other Democrats to knock off the trips.

This week it was revealed that four of the Democrats who traveled to El Salvador stayed at a luxury resort. The optics of that could not be worse.

This entire affair has caused millions of Americans to wonder why Democrats would go to such lengths for people who are not even American citizens.

FOX News reports:

Jeffries distances himself from Democrat trips to El Salvador as border security debate splits party: report

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries is privately signaling to fellow Democrats that it’s time to hit pause on trips to El Salvador aimed at spotlighting the deportation of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a move reflecting growing internal tensions over how the party is handling border security and immigration enforcement optics in the 2026 cycle.

Though Jeffries has publicly said Democrats are committed to securing Abrego Garcia’s return from a notorious Salvadoran prison, sources told The Bulwark that the New York Democrat has discouraged more lawmakers from traveling to the country.

One senior House staffer described the leadership’s position bluntly: “They want to let the El Salvador stuff slow down.”

“This is patently false, and thinly sourced innuendo,” said Jeffries staffer Christie Stephenson. “When Leader Jeffries says ‘more is more’ pushback on this lawless administration, he means it. As Leader Jeffries has repeatedly said, House Democrats will never stop fighting for the release of Mr. Abrego Garcia.”

Court Documents Reveal Further Criminal Activity Of Would-Be Trump Assassin…

Recently unsealed court documents have revealed that Ryan Routh, the guy who tried to assassinate President Trump at his own golf course, was trying to smuggle Afghans into the US over the southern border.

The documents contain texts sent by Routh to a human smuggler known as “Ramiro” in Mexico, with the Department of Justice alleging that the communications reveal Routh’s involvement in efforts to transport an Afghan family from Amecameca, a city south of Mexico City, to Eagle Pass, Texas.

In the WhatsApp messages, Routh wrote “This is a humanitarian mission dude, I can pay 500 or 1000 to drive them to Eagle Pass; this family needs help.”

As reported by Headline USA’s Ken Silva, the trafficker demanded more money to facilitate the crime, reasoning that the family’s complete lack of legal documents would make it much more difficult.

The smuggler also suggested that police bribes would be necessary and quoted a fee of $1,800 per person.

Routh replied, “That is way too expensive just to take them to the border. It is like a one day drive.”

Judge rules Trump use of Alien Enemies Act for gangs is ‘unlawful’

A federal district judge ruled Thursday that the Alien Enemies Act (AEA) does not permit President Trump to swiftly deport alleged Venezuelan gang members to a prison in El Salvador, extending a block on the law being used against migrants detained in South Texas.

U.S. District Judge Fernando Rodriguez Jr., a Trump appointee, said the rarely used law can only be invoked when an “organized, armed force” is entering the United States, rejecting the president’s claims that he can use it against alleged members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua (TdA).

The ruling from Rodriguez offered a historical deep dive into the rarely used statute — used just three times prior in U.S. history, and all during times of war — while parsing terms central to igniting the power.

Rodriguez determined Trump’s efforts to use the law to deport alleged gang members strayed from the strict war powers, writing that Trump’s invocation “exceeds the scope of the statute and, as a result, is unlawful.”

“The Proclamation makes no reference to and in no manner suggests that a threat exists of an organized, armed group of individuals entering the United States at the direction of Venezuela to conquer the country or assume control over a portion of the nation. Thus, the Proclamation’s language cannot be read as describing conduct that falls within the meaning of ‘invasion’ for purposes of the AEA,” he wrote.

“While the Proclamation references that TdA members have harmed lives in the United States and engage in crime, the Proclamation does not suggest that they have done so through an organized armed attack, or that Venezuela has threatened or attempted such an attack through TdA members. As a result, the Proclamation also falls short of describing a ‘predatory incursion.’”
