24 States Join Forces to Defend Voter Integrity — Coalition Files Brief Urging Supreme Court to Uphold Arizona’s Proof of Citizenship Law

A coalition of 24 states has joined forces to support Arizona in its battle to uphold proof-of-citizenship requirements for voter registration.

This united front comes in response to a controversial ruling by a three-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit Court on August 1, which struck down Arizona’s law requiring proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections.

On August 1, a three-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit issued a narrow 2-1 decision that struck down Arizona’s requirement for proof of citizenship when registering to vote in federal elections.

The ruling allows individuals to register using a state form without providing documentation of their citizenship status, which could lead to widespread voter fraud.

Arizona’s law, enacted in 2022, was designed specifically to prevent non-citizens from voting by mandating proof of citizenship for state voter registration. The initial emergency stay by a different Ninth Circuit panel had upheld these safeguards, but the recent ruling has been interpreted by many as a significant step backward in election security.

“This is just another example of why the radical Ninth Circuit is the most overturned circuit in the nation,” said Senate President Warren Petersen.

“They routinely engage in judicial warfare to carry out their extremist liberal agenda that’s contrary to the laws our citizens elected us to implement. We will seek assistance from the Supreme Court to ensure only American citizens are voting in our elections. If this principle is not followed, democracy as we know it, and as our Founding Fathers intended, is in jeopardy.”

The Republican National Committee (RNC), joined by Republican lawmakers, has joined the fray, filing a brief with the Supreme Court seeking to revive key provisions of Arizona’s law. They argue that the lower court’s decision undermines the rights of legitimate voters and jeopardizes the integrity of electoral outcomes.

Whistleblowers Reveal Homeland Security’s Sinister Plot to Drive Them to Suicide for Exposing Border Agency’s Federal DNA Collection Failures

In a bombshell revelation, whistleblowers within Homeland Security have accused the agency of actively retaliating against them for exposing a systemic failure to comply with a federal DNA collection law.

The whistleblowers have risked their careers to reveal that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), a division of DHS, has systematically failed to collect the DNA of illegal immigrants as mandated by the DNA Fingerprint Act. This law, passed in 2005 with bipartisan support, mandates the collection of DNA samples from non-U.S. persons detained for immigration violations.

This failure has allowed violent criminals to evade detection and commit further crimes on American soil.

In an exclusive interview with Catherine Herridge, the whistleblowers detailed a chilling campaign of retaliation, including demotions, the stripping of law enforcement credentials, and the creation of a hostile work environment. According to the whistleblowers, the agency’s intent was clear: to silence them at any cost.

The whistleblowers, who collectively have over seven decades of law enforcement experience and held TOP SECRET clearances—Mark Jones (20 years), Fred Wynn (18 years), and Michael Taylor (31 years)—assert that the agency’s non-compliance has directly endangered American lives.

In their letter to the DHS Inspector General, they stated that out of nearly 1.7 million encounters with illegal immigrants in FY 2022, only about 37% resulted in DNA collection. Alarmingly, this figure dropped to just over 31% in Q2 FY23.

Kamala’s Illegals Used Exact Same Answer on 10,000 Parole Applications, Rubber-Stamped Anyway

Fears of fraud have put the brakes on a Biden-Harris administration program that functions as a superhighway bringing immigrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela into America.

A report from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services “to identify patterns, trends, and potential fraud indicators,” led to the program, known as CHNV for the first initials of the nations covered, being put on pause, according to a report on the website of the Federation for American Immigration Reform.

FAIR said that the report showed “the use of fake Social Security Numbers (SSNs), including SSNs of deceased individuals, and the use of false phone numbers.” In fact, it said, “24 of the 1,000 most used sponsor SSNs belong to a deceased individual.”

FAIR wrote that obviously fake Social Security Numbers were often used by sponsors “such as ‘111111111’ or ‘123456789’ or ‘666666666’ — proving that fraudulent data was being brazenly provided to the government.”

The USCIS report also showed that some addresses were used over and over by multiple applicants.

The report said that 100 addresses were listed on more than 19,000 immigration applications.

Many of the immigrants seeking entry applied from locations that included a mobile park home, a warehouse, and a storage unit.

Multiple applications came through the same IP address, the report said, noting that 51,133 applications came from 100 IP addresses.

The report also noted that identical answers appeared on multiple applications, noting that the same answer to one question appeared on more than 10,000 applications.

Phone numbers were often repeated, the report said.

“One sponsor phone number was reported on over 2,000 forms submitted by 200 different sponsors,” the USCIS report said, adding, “[o]ne parolee phone number was reported on 626 different forms and was associated with 238 different parolee last names and 142 different parolee addresses.”

The Department of Homeland Security told Fox News, the pause was “out of an abundance of caution.”

RNC Asks Supreme Court to Reinstate Arizona’s Citizenship Check Voting Laws

The Republican National Committee (RNC) is asking on the U.S. Supreme Court to reinstate an Arizona law requiring voters to prove their U.S. citizenship for the upcoming presidential election.

In an application for emergency relief filed on Aug. 8, the RNC asked Justice Elena Kagan to block a previous lower-court ruling that put the state law on hold.

The Committee centered much of its filing around how the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals handled the matter.

The laws at the center of the debate are H.B. 2492 and H.B. 2243—collectively known as the “Voting Laws”—which were passed by the Arizona Legislature in 2022.

Among other things, they require that people who register to vote in Arizona using a state form provide “satisfactory” proof of citizenship or residency, such as a birth certificate, to be eligible to vote.

The laws also require individuals to include their state or country of birth and mandate that counties conduct citizenship checks and remove non-citizens from the rolls.

14% of illegal immigrants in Georgia admit they are registered to vote in America’s elections

The public policy institute The Heritage Foundation recently released a bombshell video exposing information that an alarming 14 percent of non-citizens and illegal immigrants in Georgia admitted to being registered to vote in the upcoming 2024 American elections.

The organization’s Oversight Project shared footage on its account on X, formerly Twitter, on July 31 with footage from investigative journalism outlet Muckraker showing numerous so-called “noncitizens” admitting to being registered voters.

In the video, people in Georgia were asked whether they were registered to vote and whether they were citizens. Some of them confirmed they are registered to vote despite not being citizens of the United States.

“The apartment complex Elliot Norcross in Norcross, Georgia, is occupied primarily by non-citizens,” one journalist in the video stated. “We visited the complex to ask residents two questions: ‘Are you a citizen?’ and ‘Are you registered to vote?’ Shockingly, 14 percent of respondents admitted to being noncitizens registered to vote.”

In the same X thread, The Heritage Foundation reported that the Oversight Project estimates that Georgia has a noncitizen population of around 339,000. This just means that as many as 47,000 noncitizens in the state could be registered to vote. It should be noted that President Joe Biden only won the state by less than 12,000 votes during the 2020 presidential election.

It is unclear what information the illegal immigrants provided when registering to vote. The Oversight Project called on Georgia officials to look deeper into this matter and volunteered to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation.

“One thing is for certain: Systems are being taken advantage of, and the outcome of the 2024 election will be difficult to determine given the near impossibility of auditing in a short period,” it warned.

Since only U.S. citizens are allowed to vote in Georgia, every Georgia voter is supposed to go through a citizenship verification process. In its 2022 audit, the Office of the Georgia Secretary of State reportedly found that 1,634 people attempted to register to vote.

“None of these individuals have cast ballots in Georgia elections,” the office claimed via a statement it released.

People with Temporary Protected Status, visa holders, legal permanent residents and those with work permits in the U.S. are not allowed to vote and will be stopped for trying to register. Attempted registration by noncitizens is a felony and is punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $100,000.

House Report: Biden DHS Released At Least 99 Terror Watchlist Illegals Into U.S.

An interim staff report from the House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement has confirmed that the Department of Homeland Security caught and released around 100 migrants on the federal government’s terrorist watchlist into the country between fiscal years 2021 to 2023.

The report notes that “Under the Biden-Harris administration, of the more than 250 illegal aliens on the terrorist watchlist who were encountered by Border Patrol at the southwest border between fiscal years 2021 and 2023, DHS has released into American communities at least 99, with at least 34 others in DHS custody but not yet removed from the United States.”

It also highlights that the “Border Patrol at the southwest border encountered aliens on the terrorist watchlist from 36 different countries, including places with an active terrorist presence such as Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebanon, Kyrgyzstan, Mauritania, Pakistan, Somalia, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and Yemen.”

“So far during fiscal year 2024, Border Patrol has encountered tens of thousands of illegal aliens nationwide from countries that could present national security risks, including 2,134 Afghan nationals, 33,347 Chinese nationals, 541 Iranian nationals, 520 Syrian nationals, and 3,104 Uzbek nationals,” the report also warns.

The report details one case in particular, that of 48-year-old Afghan national Mohammad Kharwin, a member of the terrorist group Hezb-e-Islami, whom federal agents arrested in April after he had been twice released into the country by the Border Patrol.

Must Be Election Year: Biden’s DHS Freezes Immigrant Parole Program Due to Fraud

The Biden regime has temporarily frozen the CHNV Parole Program to due concerns of fraud. It’s hard to imagine they would care about a program that has currently flown over 500,000 people into the US when they have let well over 10 to 12 million illegals cross the border in the last few years.

The CHNV Parole Program, permits up to 30,000 people to be flown into the US each month from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela if they meet certain qualifications. It originally started in 2022 with Venezuela, then included Haiti, Cuba and Nicaragua by early 2023.

EXCLUSIVE: The Biden administration has put a controversial program that allows tens of thousands of migrants from four nations to fly or travel directly into the U.S. on hold, after a report circulated internally showing significant amounts of fraud in the program.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) confirmed to Fox News Digital that “out of an abundance of caution,” it has temporarily paused the issuing of advance travel authorizations for the program — which allows up to 30,000 nationals from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela (CHNV) to travel into the U.S. each month and enter legally under the administration’s use of parole if they meet certain conditions.

A congressional source had told Fox News Digital the pause came in mid-July after an internal report unearthed large amounts of fraud in applications for those sponsoring the applicants. DHS said the pause was occurring as it reviewed sponsor applications. The focus is on issues with supporter filings, and not with the filings from the beneficiaries of the program themselves.

“A congressional source tells Fox News Digital that Customs and Border Protection (CBP) stopped issuing travel authorizations to Venezuelans on July 6 and authorizations for the three remaining nationalities on July 18,” Fox News reported.

TRUTH about Kamala Harris: She was, in fact, appointed by Biden to be America’s open borders czar

In case you have not noticed, the media is trying its hardest right now to obscure the fact that Joe Biden appointed Kamala Harris to be his regime’s “border czar” back in 2021, a position she failed at as evidenced by the tens of millions of illegal migrants who have flooded the country in the years since.

Their first reactionary argument was that Kamala was never in charge of the border, which is a lie. Now, they are admitting that Kamala was in charge of the border, but not in the way Republicans are claiming.

The New Yorker ran a piece claiming that Kamala’s job was to address the “root causes” of migration from the so-called Northern Triangle of Central America, which includes Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador.

“At no point in her tenure as Vice-President has she been in charge of managing the border,” declares Jonathan Blitzer about Kamala.

Elise Stefanik, the third-ranking Republican in the House, feels differently. Stefanik just announced plans to file an emergency resolution “condemning Kamala Harris’ role as Joe Biden’s ‘Border czar’ leading to the most catastrophic open border crisis in history.”

According to Stefanik and her colleagues, Kamala “came to be known colloquially as the Biden administration’s ‘border czar'” after Biden himself publicly announced that her job during the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “pandemic” and beyond was to deal with the problems at America’s southern border.

Media rewrites history, claims Kamala was never Biden’s “border czar” in charge of migrant problem

As the powers that be (TPTB) position themselves to install Kamala Harris as the next puppet “president” of the United States, the corporate media is doing its part to rewrite history in Kamala’s favor.

All that talk about Kamala being Joe Biden’s “border czar” is out the window now that most Americans can clearly see that America’s southern border was left wide open so tens of millions of illegals could flood in, allowing Democrats to register many of them to vote for her.

The Associated Press (AP) reported on March 24, 2021, that Biden had “tapped” Kamala to lead his response to the “border challenges.” Around that time, Kamala quickly gained a reputation as Biden’s “border czar,” which was common knowledge.

Fast-forward to July of 2024 and TIME is reporting that Kamala “was never Biden’s ‘border czar.'” They apparently hope Americans will simply forget the past and follow the new narrative that Kamala is the best person to lead the United States.
