Chicago Nurse Fired After His Viral Video Appearing to Call on Fellow Nurses to Target ICE Agents, Let Them ‘Bleed Out’

Yet another nurse has taken to social media to wish harm on those they disagree with.

LibsofTikTok has been chronicling the disturbing trend by those who are supposed to be a source of comfort and care during life’s most vulnerable moments.

In the latest example, a nurse, identified as working in the Chicago area, took to social media to post a vile challenge to his fellow nurses to target ICE agents.  He also suggested that openly MAGA nurses should be fired and have their license revoked.

“Remember how much power nurses have in this country? One of our own was just murdered in the street. So we might be able to stop this somehow. Thoughts?”

He then shared a post of another user who said, “Good morning. Did you know most ICE agents don’t wear their plates properly? I’ve seen it.”

He responded to the comment with, “You know, the type of ICU nurse I was, I was a cardiac ICU nurse. And I did a lot A lot of time, lots of hours, holding on a groin that wouldn’t stop bleeding.”

“Let me tell you what, that femoral artery, those veins in the legs. I can’t remember. It’s late in my shift, okay? I know it. I’m tired. Anyway, the vasculature in the leg, it really bleeds. It bleeds well. Someone could bleed out very quickly from that. Probably a couple of minutes really.”

With absolutely no self-awareness or sense of irony, he then suggested MAGA nurses are unsafe to take care of people.

“I would really suggest to all the health care organizations out there that if you have knowingly MAGA employees, that you terminate them. They’re not safe people to take care of other people. You can’t have people who have open racism in the health care system. I mean, we already know that exists because if you’re a black woman in health care, you know. But if you’re openly MAGA at this point and you’re supporting the murdering of people, you don’t deserve to be in health care.”

“You should have your license removed. That’s so disappointing. I remember working with them. So annoying.”

Of Lies and Surges

Two headlines caught my eye this AM in my email media stream.

From the New York Times: “How the Trump Administration Rushed to Judgment in Minneapolis Shooting”

There was no “judgment” displayed in the execution of Alex Pretti. The Trump administration blatantly, maliciously, and viciously lied about what happened. Video evidence incontrovertibly shows that the Trump administration lied. Period.

Trump officials simply didn’t and don’t care about the truth. About justice. About the life of a U.S. citizen. They only care about their own petty lives and violent narratives. Anyone who gets in their way is a potential “domestic terrorist.” They’re sending a loud message clearly: resist us and you’ll end up bloodied in the streets – and maybe dead.

All governments lie, as I.F. Stone famously reminded us. But rarely can I remember lies of such obvious viciousness about regular people whose only real crime is exercising their right to dissent in democracy.

The other headline was this one from the Boston Globe: “Maine and Minnesota: A tricky tale of ICE surges in two states.”

Miami Democrat Mayor Eileen Higgins Vows to Obstruct ICE and Limit Cooperation With Federal Immigration Enforcement

Miami Mayor Eileen Higgins, the city’s first Democrat mayor in nearly three decades, openly declared her intention to hamstring cooperation with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and severely limit local enforcement of federal immigration laws, a move that will turn Miami into a sanctuary city by stealth.

Higgins, who defeated Trump-endorsed candidate Emilio Gonzalez, is wasting no time pushing a dangerous, open-borders agenda.

Speaking on “Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan” on CBS News Sunday, Higgins acknowledged that Miami is currently complying with Florida’s state-mandated cooperation with ICE, but made clear she intends to furl out that cooperation to the bare minimum.

Margaret Brennan:
Mayor Higgins, nearly 7% of Florida is undocumented, according to you. In Miami, the police cooperate with ICE. But you, during your campaign, were very critical of that decision to cooperate. Can you change the policy without the governor being on board?

Mayor Eileen Higgins:
The governor issued a requirement that local municipalities cooperate with ICE, and many municipalities, including the City of Miami, before I became mayor, signed that agreement. It is very difficult to unwind. It would take a vote of our city commission to do so.

So obviously, as mayor, I intend to comply with the law. And so what we have done in our 1,500-person police department is we have trained three individuals—should ICE call—who are able to answer that call and work with them. Obviously, we’re going to comply with the law, but we are not going to help beyond that.

Because in my community, in South Florida, we are the most affected. ICE and its tactics have been in my community for over a year. They have been causing great fear and terror among our residents. I cannot go anywhere without meeting someone—my brother, my uncle, my sister—“Alligator Alcatraz.” No sabemos dónde está. We don’t know where they have been taken. And that has been going on for months.

It is inhumane. It is cruel. I’m a Catholic. We can barely grapple with the lack of humanity around all this. And then what we have—very differently from any other community in Miami-Dade County, which we are part of—is that approximately 15% of our population has TPS.

So you’re talking Temporary Protected Status. You’re talking about between 250,000 and 300,000 individuals who have slowly but surely, as they’ve lost status, become overnight “illegals” in the eyes of the federal government.

And this enforcement in our Nicaraguan community, our Hondureño community, our Venezuelan community, has driven many people into hiding. Children are not going to school, and obviously ICE is deporting them.

Tuesday night, we face a very dire situation. Our Haitian community loses its access to TPS at midnight. Twenty percent of TPS recipients with Haitian status are in health care. On Wednesday, we are talking about nursing homes, home health care aides, hospitals, nurses, physician assistants—all of them are going to be out of a job when they wake up on Wednesday morning.

Margaret Brennan:
Because their legal pathway and status are going to be revoked, and suddenly they become…

Mayor Eileen Higgins:
—unnecessarily. Haiti is not safe. Venezuela is not safe. TPS should be extended immediately for Venezuelans. It was erased with a stroke of a pen. It could be put in place with a stroke of a pen.

TPS for Haitian immigrants should absolutely, positively be extended. Our economy is at stake, and our humanity is at stake.

Dem Senator Got Fact-Checked Live Over His Lies About ICE. The Reaction Says It All.

Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) went on Fox News to spew some lies about ICE. He can get embarrassed, fact-checked, and have his script shredded because he hails from a D-plus-6700 state—the man is a senator for life there. Notice his reaction when Fox News Sunday host Shannon Bream fact-checked him live. Murphy said that ICE wasn’t going after criminal aliens anymore. Bream then corrected him, adding that almost 70 percent of their arrests have illegals who have a criminal record.

Yet, he carried on talking about how federal agents are murdering American citizens and disappearing people. Chris, I know your side has no grasp of history, but that’s not what’s happening. This isn’t la ‘Guerra Sucia’ in Argentina, which apparently is the narrative the Left is trying to disseminate. It’s working, but only within their insane circles. It’s not a total meltdown, but the commitment to the fake narrative speaks volumes.

Also, Chris, I know your side was asleep for most of 2024, but we voted for this: all illegals must go. It was never just the criminal ones; that was the class we were going to start with first. It would’ve been safer if your side honored ICE detention facilities, where federal agents picked up these creeps apprehended by local law enforcement. Instead, you forced ICE and CBP to go on a manhunt, mass sweeps through cities where every illegal alien is not subject to deportation.

As Radical Rhetoric by Sanctuary Politicians Leads to Unprecedented 1,300% Increase in Assaults Against ICE Officers, Adam Schiff Deceptively Editing DHS X Post

As the radical rhetoric by sanctuary politicians like Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) has led to an unprecedented 1,300% increase in assaults against ICE officers and a 3,200% increase in vehicular attacks, Schiff is on the hot seat after deceptively editing a Department of Homeland Security X post.

The original DHS post shared, “Want affordable housing? Help report illegal aliens in your area. Call 866-DHS-2-ICE.”

“If you are an illegal alien, you can take control of your departure using http://DHS.GOV/CBPHOME.”

Schiff shared the post, but deceptively edited it while, ironically, referencing Nazi propaganda, while doing a full Goebbels impression.

In his post, Schiff shared, “‘Turn in your neighbors, and life will be better for you.’”

“Logic circa 1930s Germany, now DHS policy.”

Assistant DHS Secretary Tricia McLaughlin slammed Schiff noting, “Wow. A sitting U.S. Senator manipulated and erased half of @DHSgov’s tweet.”

“Why does @AdamSchiff want to hide from the public that DHS is offering those in the country illegally $2,600 and a free flight home to self deport?”

ICE Arrests Illegal Alien Accused of Rape and Strangulation After Sanctuary New York City Set Him Free

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has arrested an illegal alien whose rap sheet includes arrests for rape and strangulation after a Democrat judge in sanctuary New York City set him free on drug charges.

On Monday, ICE officials announced the arrest of illegal alien Gerardo Miguel-Mora of Mexico in New York City. Miguel-Mora had most recently been arrested on larceny and criminal possession of stolen property charges.

Last week, Judge Sheridan Jack-Browne (D) in Brooklyn allowed Miguel-Mora to be released from jail despite ICE lodging a detainer against him so that he would not be released back into the community.

“These are the types of public safety threats New York Governor Hochul and Mayor Mamdani are releasing from their jails onto the streets to perpetrate more crimes and create more victims,” the Department of Homeland Security’s Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement.

Miguel-Mora’s criminal record in the United States dates back over a decade. In 2011, Miguel-Mora was arrested for rape, strangulation, assault, forcible touching, burglary, and disorderly conduct in New York City.

The following year, Miguel-Mora was convicted of burglary by the New York State Supreme Court and sentenced to three and a half years in prison, followed by 10 years of supervised release. Miguel-Mora served just a handful of months in prison before being deported to his native Mexico.

Obama Is Big Mad That ICE Is Enforcing the Same Laws He Bragged About Enforcing

Batya Ungar-Sargon criticized former President Barack Obama for condemning the Trump administration’s deportation agenda following the death of Alex Pretti, arguing that the criticism misplaces responsibility and ignores the role of state and local officials who refused to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement.

In remarks responding to Obama’s statement issued after Pretti was killed during a confrontation involving Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in Minneapolis, Ungar-Sargon said the former president had reversed the facts surrounding the incident.

“Friends, we’ve let President Obama down. The former Democratic President would like you to know that the Trump administration’s deportation agenda is a threat to our nation,” Ungar-Sargon said.

She added that Obama made the claim in a statement published after Pretti “was tragically killed in a scuffle with ICE agents.”

ICE Buys Warehouse Network To Support Ramped Up Deportation Operations

The Trump administration is moving ahead with plans to convert 23 e-commerce warehouses across the country, primarily in the eastern U.S., into a large-scale network of immigration detention centers aimed at expanding capacity to fulfill the mandate the American people gave President Trump to deport more than one million illegal aliens per year and restore national security. This comes after the Biden-Harris globalist regime collapsed borders and allowed a nation-killing invasion of ten million or more third-worlders.

Bloomberg reports that Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s rapid move to build out a network of warehouses is being fueled by $45 billion from the signature “One Big Beautiful Bill Act.” This includes the most recent purchases of a warehouse in Hagerstown, Maryland, and another in Surprise, Arizona, totaling $172 million. A third in El Paso, Texas, will be one of the largest of its kind, with 8,500 beds.

The ICE detention system is only growing larger and larger, with ever-greater numbers of illegals who invaded the nation being deported. The current level of illegals held in detention is at a record of 73,000. To reach a million deportations per year, ICE must have 100,000 detention beds.

Emma Winger, deputy legal director at the American Immigration Council, told the outlet that the Trump administration must expand its deportation infrastructure to meet its goal of 1 million per year.

“To reach these kinds of numbers, they’d need to go out into the communities and find people who’ve been living their lives and been here a long time,” Winger said. “They’d have to dramatically increase their presence in communities across the country.”

Unhinged leftist Maryland Senator Chris Van Hollen called Trump’s deportation operations “one of the most obscene, one of the most inhumane, and one of the most illegal operations being carried out by this Trump administration at the Department of Homeland Security and ICE.”

ICE WARS: Minneapolis Insurgents Set Up Barricades; Block Cars, Run License Plates, Check IDs

Insurgents in Minneapolis barricaded several streets this weekend with “ICE filter” checkpoints, stopping cars to check license plates and IDs to prevent federal immigration enforcement operations.

Minneapolis Crime Watch posted photos from Sunday’s neighborhood ICE Block party with details on the location and a plea for the local government to do something, “Submitted from south Minneapolis – Agitators have set up roadblocks and are checking people’s ID who try to pass through the area from 32nd to 34th and Cedar Ave. This is absurd. Contact @MayorFrey and @MplsPDChief and tell them to shut this down.”

An account called Minneapolis Spring posted video from the insurgent checkpoint, “WATCH: Community defenders stop an out of state vehicle at the filter blockade, run the plate through a database, and confirm whether the vehicle is affiliated with abductors before letting it through.”

Two CBP Agents Identified in Alex Pretti Shooting

The two federal immigration agents who fired on Minneapolis protester Alex Pretti are identified in government records as Border Patrol agent Jesus Ochoa and Customs and Border Protection officer Raymundo Gutierrez.

The records viewed by ProPublica list Ochoa, 43, and Gutierrez, 35, as the shooters during the deadly encounter last weekend that left Pretti dead and ignited massive protests and calls for criminal investigations.

Both men were assigned to Operation Metro Surge, an immigration enforcement dragnet launched in December that sent scores of armed and masked agents across the city.

CBP, which employs both men, has so far refused to release their names and has disclosed few other facts about the deadly incident, which came days after a different immigration agent shot and killed another Minneapolis protester, a 37-year-old mother of three named Renee Good.

Pretti’s killing, and the subsequent secrecy surrounding the agents involved, comes as the country confronts the consequences of President Donald Trump’s aggressive immigration crackdown. The sweeps in cities across the country have been marked by scenes of violence, against immigrants and U.S. citizens, by agents allowed to hide their identities with masks — an almost unheard of practice in law enforcement. As a result, the public has been kept from one of the chief ways it has to hold officers involved in such altercations accountable: their identity.

Both Democratic and Republican lawmakers have called for a transparent investigation into the killing of Pretti, a 37-year-old intensive care unit nurse working at a Department of Veterans Affairs hospital.
