Illegal Alien Gets 3 Years in Prison for Voting in Elections After Falsely Claiming American Citizenship

An illegal alien was sentenced this week after voting in United States elections by falsely claiming naturalized American citizenship, Department of Justice (DOJ) officials said on Friday.

Carlos Felipe Jaramillo-Grajales, a 55-year-old illegal alien from Colombia, was sentenced to three years in federal prison for making false statements in an application for a U.S. passport, aggravated identity theft, falsely claiming that a Social Security number was his, and falsely claiming to be a U.S. citizen to vote in an election.

Likewise, Jaramillo-Grajales was given a deportation order, requiring federal immigration officials to deport him once he has completed his sentence.

“Federal immigration laws serve to safeguard our nation’s borders and protect the integrity of our government,” U.S. Attorney Gregory Kehoe said. “Those who seek to circumvent, exploit, or break these laws will be prosecuted fully.”

According to prosecutors, Jaramillo-Grajales stole the Social Security Number of an American citizen so that he could secure an American passport. The illegal alien used the same Social Security Number to claim American citizenship while obtaining a Florida driver’s license, giving him the ability to register to vote.

Jaramillo-Grajales went on to vote in the 2020 election and several other elections.

“This criminal illegal alien from Colombia has just been sentenced to three years in a federal prison for identity theft and falsely claiming to be a U.S. citizen,” Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Markwayne Mullin said:

Because of his fraud, he was able to obtain a driver’s license and vote in our elections. Thanks to the hard work of the men and women of [Homeland Security Investigations], along with our federal partners, this criminal is out of our communities and, at the end of his sentence, will be removed from our country. DHS will always fight to protect the integrity of our elections, because election security is national security. Only Americans should be electing American leaders.

Prosecutors said that Jaramillo-Grajales, using the stolen Social Security number, married a foreign national who arrived in the U.S. in September 2003 on a B visitor visa. The woman eventually secured naturalized American citizenship in August 2017 before divorcing the illegal alien in January 2020.

Following his divorce, Jaramillo-Grajales left the U.S. for Colombia using his stolen Social Security number while his ex-wife left for Colombia and applied to secure a fiancé visa for him under his real name.

The fiancé visa was approved for Jaramillo-Grajales, allowing him to fly back to the U.S. under his real name, where he remarried his ex-wife in June 2025 before applying for a green card.

Somali Daycare Owner with Long List of State Violations Wins DFL Primary for Minnesota House

Abdi Daisane, a Somali-born daycare operator, has won the DFL primary for Minnesota House District 14A, setting up a November showdown in a seat Republicans have held for years.

Abdi Daisane, a St. Cloud childcare-business owner, won Tuesday’s Democratic-Farmer-Labor primary for Minnesota House District 14A with 2,262 votes—62.52% of the total—defeating Paul R. F. Schumacher, who received 1,356 votes. The figures come directly from the Minnesota Secretary of State’s election results.

Daisane will face Republican Mike Conway in the November 3 general election. Conway won the Republican primary with 62.25% of the vote. The open district covers St. Augusta and portions of St. Cloud, Waite Park, and St. Joseph, according to KNSI’s election-night report.

Daisane, 38, was born in Somalia, spent 18 years in Kenya’s Dadaab refugee camp, and resettled in the United States in 2009.

He later moved to St. Cloud, earned degrees from St. Cloud State University, and opened Blooming Kids Child Care Center (licensed capacity 113). He has made expanding childcare funding and assistance a centerpiece of his campaigns.

The problem? His own daycare has a documented history of state violations.

Daisane is listed by Minnesota’s Secretary of State as the chief executive officer and registered agent of Blooming Kids Child Care Center Inc. The company was formed in 2017 and remains active and in good standing, according to the state’s business filing.

New Jersey’s ‘Software Error’ That Registered 6,600 Noncitizens Is No Accident

he political earthquake from the revelation of New Jersey’s tainted voter lists — with some 6,600 noncitizens registered to vote — have produced another aftershock: Gov. Mikie Sherrill announcing support for some form of voter ID. A chorus of left-wing groups immediately cried foul. And, it’s unlikely that Democrats in the general assembly, who hold a supermajority, would ever pass a voter ID bill. The upshot being that Gov. Sherrill’s comments are merely designed to turn the temperature down on the noncitizen voter scandal.

It was only three weeks ago that Gov. Sherrill blamed a “serious software error” at the state’s Motor Vehicle Commission for improperly registering thousands of noncitizens to vote between June 2023 and June 2024. About 400 of them cast ballots. The affected individuals had answered “no” when asked if they were U.S. citizens while applying for driver’s licenses or IDs. Yet the system enrolled them anyway.

Sherrill, a Democrat who took office after the period in question, blamed the vendor and her predecessor’s administration. She ordered the names removed, promised an investigation, and fretted that these noncitizens might face federal consequences “through no fault of their own.”

But the software company, IDEMIA, pushed back hard: There was no glitch. The system recorded the “no” answers correctly and transmitted the data as the state had designed the process. Officials had citizenship information available the entire time.

This was not a mere coding mishap. It was the predictable outgrowth of a political culture that treats elections not as the exclusive right of citizens but rather as a mere census exercise — a headcount of certain groups who are expected to owe allegiance to the left.

OOPS! Jen Psaki Makes a Horrible Admission About the Democrat Party’s Nominating Process on the Air

Jen Psaki admitted something horrible about the Democrat Party on MSNOW last night, during their coverage of the Wisconsin Democrat primary for governor.

Psaki came right out and admitted that the leaders of the Democrat Party typically choose the party’s nominees, not the voters.

Everyone knows this is true. Obviously, no one voted to make Kamala Harris the 2024 Democrat presidential nominee, but you don’t expect to hear someone like Psaki admit this on the air.

Jen Psaki admits on MSNBC that Democratic Party leadership used to “SELECT” the nominees, and nobody was allowed to say it out loud until now.

PSAKI: “We both remember well when party leadership really selected the nominees.”

“Now, you would never say it that way exactly, but they would. Now we can [say it]. We’re free!”

“They really did, because they would put money behind it. They would endorse. And now it looks very much like party leaders are not picking the nominees.”

“In fact, party leaders pushing nominees is a negative.”

The party that claimed to represent “democracy” never trusted its own voters to pick their nominees.

Trump teases national security emergency for elections: ‘Stranger things have happened’

President Donald Trump is leaving the door open to declaring a national security emergency over the 2026 midterm elections, stating Monday that “stranger things have happened.” 

Conservative commentator and Real America’s Voice host Wayne Allyn Root made the suggestion in an interview, noting that it could be done if the Senate fails to pass the SAVE America Act when it returns from its recess next month.

The host commented that if the president does declare a national security emergency and federalize the elections, then he would get everything he wanted without needing the Senate’s assistance.

“Let me just say that stranger things have happened, okay? I’ll leave it at that,” Trump told the host abruptly. 

The Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act is a nationwide voter ID bill that has strong support from the Trump-aligned conservative voter base. It requires people to present proof of citizenship to register to vote and requires Americans to show ID when voting.

If the president does try to declare a national security emergency and take over the midterms, he could still be blocked by Congress through a joint resolution, according to The Hill. That joint resolution would likely require veto-proof two-thirds majorities in both chambers, according to the outlet.

“Human Error”?? Inside Milwaukee County’s Voting System and Why Milwaukee’s USB Explanation Raises Questions

Last night in the Wisconsin Democrat primary, David Crowley defeated Francesca Hong by a little more than 3,200 votes.  This was after late-night drama unfolded in Milwaukee County just before midnight, as reported by The Gateway Pundit.

According to a post from Urban Milwaukee co-founder, Jeramey Jannene on X:

“5 of 9 USB drives had audit logs, not actual results, copied to them.  Bipartisan commission will go back to election warehouse, redownload, drive back again.  15k ballots believe to be impacted.  One hour delay.  “Human error” says Paulina Guiterrez.

Wisconsin’s WISN 12 covered the press conference and the remarks from Milwaukee Election Commission Executive Director, Paulina Guiterrez.

“As part of the download process, there are two things: there’s the audit log and the results.  What we uncovered was that five of the sticks had the audit log downloaded and not the results.  It’s a human error.  These things can happen.

So basically what we need to do is go back to the operations center and we’re going to download, out of those five machines, the results and make sure that its not the audit log.

We have the reports printed from the first download.  We’re going to reprint and start the process so that we can compare those results.  We invite you to come join us.  Milwaukee Police Department will come with us too.

We’ll re-download those results and then send them back here to be uploaded.

When asked if it was five machines that were an issue, Guiterrez clarified that it was the “sticks” that had the audit logs downloaded, not the results, on 5 out of 9 “sticks.”

Electoral Science Deniers

Scientists are finally starting to figure it out: there is no way to make democracy work.

That is why the Founding Fathers of America didn’t even try to make a democracy but rather a representative republic with serious checks and balances on both the government itself and the power of the people to manipulate said government.

From an article in Tech Science Daily:

“Denmark’s 2022 national election came down to a single seat, even though its proportional voting system was designed to make party representation closely match the vote. That outcome points to a deeper mathematical problem: no electoral system can always preserve local winners, guarantee proportional national results, and keep parliament at a fixed size.

Researchers from the University of Cambridge and the University of Copenhagen reached that conclusion after analyzing proportional and first-past-the-post systems. Their work shows that every method of electing a national legislature requires compromises, most often among regional representation, proportionality, and the number of parliamentary seats.”

Well duh. It mirrors life, and it is impossible to create a truly just and equitable system in life. The will-o-the-wisp that liberals have pursued for over a hundred years now is a truly fair and equal society, and it is just not mathematically possible.

The best we can do is make rules and stick to them.

Of course, politics is now about so much money, and so much power over people’s lives, that the parties — particularly those on the Left, where they are not constrained by a moral or religious code — will do anything to win, and if that means subverting the rules set in place, so be it. They see them as suggestions made by tired old white men anyway.

With so many trying to subvert the rules, is it any wonder politics is such dirty business?

ANOTHER DEMOCRAT BALLOT SCANDAL: Former NJ Mayor Gina LaPlaca and Husband Hit With New Criminal Charges for Forging Signatures to Fraudulently Get on Democratic Primary Ballot

They can’t win without CHEATING! The modern Democrat Party is completely LAWLESS.

Former Lumberton Township Mayor and current Committeewoman Gina LaPlaca, along with her husband, Democratic operative Jason Carty, are facing a new round of criminal charges after prosecutors say they submitted fraudulent signatures to place LaPlaca on the June Democratic primary ballot for the Lumberton Township Committee.

Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw’s office announced the charges this week. An investigation found that multiple people whose names and purported signatures appeared on LaPlaca’s nominating petition never signed it and never authorized anyone to sign on their behalf. Without those fake signatures, LaPlaca would not have had enough valid signatures to qualify for the ballot at all.

LaPlaca, 47, signed a sworn affidavit claiming she had “personally circulated the petition” and that every signature was in the voter’s own handwriting. Investigators determined her husband Carty, 49, also collected signatures. The petition was submitted to the Lumberton Township Municipal Clerk by Carty.

The charges:

  • LaPlaca faces fourth-degree making a false statement under oath, third-degree knowingly filing a false petition, two counts of third-degree tampering with public records or information, and fourth-degree falsifying or tampering with records.
  • Carty faces third-degree knowingly filing a false petition, two counts of third-degree tampering with public records or information, and fourth-degree falsifying or tampering with records.

Both are scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Mount Holly on September 21.

Official Burlington County results show LaPlaca finishing dead last in the three-candidate race for two committee seats. She received just 323 votes, or 13.03 percent.

HOUSE GOP TURNS UP THE HEAT: Vendor Ordered to Turn Over Records After New Jersey Registered 6,600 Noncitizens — and Hundreds Actually Cast Ballots

House Republicans are demanding answers from the technology contractor at the center of New Jersey’s explosive voter-registration scandal after state officials acknowledged that roughly 6,600 people who identified themselves as noncitizens were nevertheless added to the voter rolls, and approximately 400 of them later cast ballots.

The House Judiciary Committee and the Committee on House Administration sent a formal oversight letter to IDEMIA CEO Matt Cole on Tuesday, seeking documents and communications that could reveal who knew what, when they knew it, and why the problem was not disclosed publicly for two years.

Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH), Administration Chairman Bryan Steil (R-WI), Oversight Subcommittee Chairman Jeff Van Drew (R-NJ), and Elections Subcommittee Chair Laurel Lee (R-FL) signed the three-page demand.

More Democrat Election Tricks: Milwaukee Election Officials Blame “Human Error” After 5 of 9 USB Drives Arrive to Central HQ WITHOUT Election Results

Milwaukee is at it again.

In the early hours of Wednesday morning, as Wisconsin primary results were still coming in, Milwaukee Election Commission Executive Director Paulina Gutierrez admitted that five of the nine USB flash drives delivered from the city’s central count facility to the county contained audit logs instead of the actual election results.

“It’s a human error,” Gutierrez said. When asked by WISN 12 if it was as simple as somebody pressing the wrong button, she replied, “Correct.”

Officials were forced to return to the operations center at Central Count to re-download the correct results from five machines. Those results then had to be transported back to the Milwaukee County Courthouse for re-uploading. Gutierrez said nearly 15,000 ballots were still outstanding at the time of the admission.

Read that again: on five of the nine USB drives used in a critical election-night transfer, officials copied the wrong files.
