Democrats Plot to Inflate 2030 Census With Illegal Immigrants to Secure House Seats

In a blatant power grab, New York City’s Democratic leadership is pushing to include illegal immigrants in the 2030 Census. By inflating population counts with non-citizens, Democrats aim to secure more congressional seats, more federal funding, and more influence, all while sidelining the voices of lawful residents.

According to a New York Times report, “a coalition of elected officials, community activists, and labor and civic leaders in New York City” is planning for the 2030 census by including illegal aliens, fearing they will lose at least two of their 26 seats in the House. The 2023 census data analyzed by the Migration Policy Institute found that more than 4.5 million illegal immigrants live in New York State.

There is increasing concern over the Trump administration’s immigration raids and a renewed effort by Republicans to require the census to ask about U.S. citizenship and exclude noncitizens from the population counts used to determine congressional representation. The growing concerns over the next census are happening alongside broader concerns, including budget cuts and a hiring freeze under the Trump administration.

The Director of the Border Security and Immigration Center at the Heritage Foundation, Lora Ries, explained that illegal immigrants are included in the Census count, even though they cannot vote, and those population numbers are then used to determine congressional districts and Electoral College votes.

‘No Kings’ Protests Prove Dems Only Hate ‘Tyranny’ When Not in White House

This past weekend, some 2,000 “No Kings” protests visited American cities in opposition to President Trump’s deportation efforts after violent riots engulfed Los Angeles the week prior.

In addition to signs reading, “Due process is for everyone,” and “Immigrants make America great,” there have been numerous violent encounters between rioters and law enforcement, bystander battery and harassment, and even a shooting in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Meanwhile, Democrat politicians posted an almost verbatim script on social media, espousing America’s greatness in defiance of tyrants. California Lt. Gov. Eleni Kounalakis remarked to MSNBC: “People are very determined to get out there and be seen. This is the United States. We do not want a king.” New York Sen. Chuck Schumer posted, “Millions of Americans are standing up today to say loud and clear: No kings in America.” Sen. Patty Murray of Washington wrote, “There are no kings in America. We need to remind ourselves that our voices are important. … That’s how we change the direction of this country. That’s what democracy is.” Illinois governor and Hyatt hotel billionaire JB Pritzker exclaimed: “Let me remind you: we don’t have kings in America—and I won’t bend the knee to one. … This is what democracy in action looks like.”

While it is a breath of fresh air to see Democrats adopting a new love for liberty, do these “No Kings” protests actually reflect a grassroots effort against “tyranny,” or are they something else entirely?

Top blue city councilor is arrested by FBI over arson and fraud plot

A city councilman in a small northern California community was arrested for allegedly burning down a farmhouse he owned so he and his accomplices could fraudulently collect on the insurance money.

Live Oak Vice Mayor Aaron Pamma, 30, was taken to jail Thursday along with his brother Simren Pamma, 28, who is a Live Oak Unified School District board member.

Also arrested for the alleged scheme was Gurtej Singh, 28, the Butte County District Attorney’s Office said in a statement.

The fire in question happened in February of 2024, authorities say Singh purchased the property in April 2023 under a Department of Agriculture mortgage scheme.

One month after the purchase, Singh transferred half of the ownership of the land to the two brothers, the Butte County DA’s office said.

The office confirmed to CBS Sacramento that the two are brothers and are friends with Singh.

Cal Fire Investigators said they discovered that Singh had purchased insurance for the property three months before the blaze.

After the fire, he then allegedly filed a false insurance claim on the property, officials said.

The property was sold on after the fire and the three collected an insurance payment which gave them a profit of $200,000, the DA’s office said.

The three are facing charges of arson, Aaron Pamma is facing additional charges of fraud, perjury, supporting a false insurance claim and conspiracy to destroy insured property for fraud.

Simren Pamma is facing a charge of conspiracy to destroy insured property for fraud.

Singh meanwhile faces charges of fraud, wire fraud, destroying an insured property for fraud, presenting a false insurance claim and perjury.

Another man, Javier Molina-Bravo, 37, was charged with felony counts of check fraud last March.

Authorities say Molina-Bravo runs Big Dog Handyman and was hired to renovate the farmhouse.

It is alleged that he purchased thousands of dollars’ worth of goods and materials from multiple businesses using checks on a non-existent bank account.

How Democratic Party Leaders Quietly Support Trump’s March to War With Iran

As President Donald Trump barrels toward a direct war with Iran, the most powerful Democrats in Congress are issuing statements that are at best tepid and confusing. At worst, they are cheering escalation.

Even with some Democrats on Capitol Hill pushing for a War Powers Resolution and other legislation to stop Trump from attacking without congressional approval, the Democratic Party’s most powerful politicians refuse to mount any meaningful opposition to a strike. Many outright favor direct U.S. involvement in yet another regime change war.

Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., the most powerful Democrat in the Senate, where he is the minority leader, presents himself as a major opponent of Trump. As recently as June 15, for example, he boasted about his participation in the No Kings Day mass protest against Trump.

Yet when it comes to the prospect of a direct war with Iran, Schumer is not only supporting Trump, but less than three weeks ago was goading the administration to be “tough” on Iran and not make any “side deals” without Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s approval.

Clinton donor and lobbyist’s chilling threats against Minnesota capitol days after Democrat lawmakers were shot

Minnesota lobbyist is facing felony charges after he allegedly threatened to shoot people at the Minnesota State Capitol just days after a lawmaker in the state was assassinated and another critically injured.

Jonathan Michael Bohn – who has made numerous donations to Democratic causes including Hillary Clinton‘s presidential campaign –  was arrested on Wednesday after making the threats via text message.

The 41-year-old Bohn works as the public affairs director of the Inter Faculty Organization (IFO). He made his first appearance in Carver County District Court on Friday.

In court, prosecutors said he had texted someone that he was ‘excited to have his gun at the capitol and blow someone’s effing face off’.

The criminal complaint, seen by KARE11, prosecutors claim he also said that: ‘After January 6, I bought a pistol.

‘Today I bought 500 bullets. I can’t wait to shoot one of you mother******* in the face,’ he wrote.

Officials said that a search of his home uncovered a firearm and he was placed under arrest.

According to the Minnesota House GOP, the text was received by a constituent of Rep. Jim Nash who then reported it to the authorities.

The outlet also reported that Bohn cried throughout his first appearance as Judge Eric Braaten set his bond at $1 million and ordered him to not contact the person he had text.

Bohn was also ordered to stay at least a half a mile radius away from the Capitol complex.

His attorney, John Lesch, said Bohn was engaged in a political argument when he made the comments.

Lesch contended that the remarks were inappropriate but didn’t mean to convey an actual intent to harm anyone.

He told the court that Bohn had been angered by a post that had mocked two of his friends, Rep. Melissa Hortman and Sen. John Hoffman.

Hortman was murdered last week alongside her husband Mark, while the same gunman also attempted to kill Hoffman and his wife.

Authorities say Trump supporter Vance Boelter, 57,  is responsible for the killings, he was arrested late on Sunday night following an extensive manhunt

Boelter was charged with a total of six federal counts – two for stalking, two for murder, and two for shooting and firearms offenses.

Send Me Money! — “Above the Law” Letitia James Fundraises Off Mortgage Fraud Investigation

New York Attorney General Letitia James is using the growing number of legal and ethical allegations against her that resulted in a Department of Justice investigation as a tool to solicit donations from New Yorkers.

Her strategy appears to blend defiance, victimhood, and partisan rhetoric in a calculated appeal for money, as she attempts to transform serious allegations of fraud and misconduct into rallying cries for cash.

A recent Letitia James campaign fundraising appeal texted directly to thousands of New Yorkers illustrates this strategy clearly.

In it, James addresses her supporters with a combative tone, quoting Trump aide Stephen Miller’s recent statement calling her “one of the most corrupt, shameless individuals ever to hold public office.”

Rather than addressing or rebutting the substance of his criticisms, James frames them as politically motivated attacks, stating that “Trump is on a revenge tour against me for holding his administration accountable and stopping their MAGA agenda in court.”

She goes on to urge supporters: “If you’re with me, chip in now to help fight back against this smear campaign”.

Happy Holiday! Here Is What They Won’t Tell You About Democrats and Juneteenth…

Happy Juneteenth!

Today is the day the United States celebrates Juneteenth, a little-known date that was recently dug up to divert attention from the real civil rights achievements by brave Republicans who fought to free the slaves.

Here is more background.

When the Civil War ended, and after Republican President Abraham Lincoln liberated the slaves, Democrats initiated Jim Crow laws to punish blacks. Democrats discriminated against blacks. In fact, the KKK was founded as the terrorist wing of the Democratic Party.

The Ku Klux Klan assassinated many Republicans, including Republican Representative James M. Hinds (December 5, 1833—October 22, 1868) of Little Rock. Hinds represented Arkansas in the United States Congress from June 24, 1868, through October 22, 1868, before his violent death.

The Ku Klux Klan was founded as the activist wing of the Democratic Party.

On September 28, 1868, a mob of Democrats massacred nearly 300 African-American Republicans in Opelousas, Louisiana. The savagery began when racist Democrats attacked a newspaper editor, a white Republican and schoolteacher for ex-slaves. Several African-Americans rushed to the assistance of their friend, and in response, Democrats went on a “Negro hunt,” killing every African-American (all of whom were Republicans) in the area they could find. (Via Grand Old Partisan)

Democrats in hoods slaughtered hundreds of Republicans and blacks across the country.
They beat and threatened and murdered Republicans for standing with the black man.

On April 20, 1871 the Republicans passed the anti-Ku Klux Klan Act outlawing Democratic terrorist groups.

The last KKK official to serve in Washington, DC was former Senator Robert Byrd, a KKK kleagle. Byrd was a top Democrat and friend of Joe Biden.

In fact, throughout the Civil Rights era of the 19th and 20th centuries, Democrats fought against freedom and rights for the black man.

California’s Secretary of State Weber Shares Disingenuous, False Narrative Rationalizing State’s Corrupt Elections

California’s Secretary of State Shirley Weber shared a false narrative to cover-up the state’s totally broken and uncertifiable elections.

Democrat California Secretary of State Shirley Weber took to social media Wednesday to say the reason why the state takes weeks to process election votes is due to the fact that it would cost up to an estimated $110,000 in each county per election.

This statement by Weber is totally misleading and false on so many levels.  It is a good example of a limited hangout where she focuses on a small piece of a much greater problem.

But then again, Secretary of State Shirley Weber, PhD, claimed the 2024 Election in California was “safe, free, fair, and accessible to all”.

As noted previously, the only thing accurate in that statement was that the elections were “accessible to all” with an estimated 3.8 million non-citizens on California’s voter rolls, the 2024 election was accessible to non-citizens as well as citizens.

Currently elections in California are a mess under Weber.  Voter rolls are bloated with non-citizens, drop boxes and ballot harvesting are legal.  Electronic voting machines are in use and voter-ID requests at polling places are outlawed.  The state is looking more and more like a communist state due to its bogus elections where corrupt politicians cannot be voted out of office.

‘Trans’ Congressman Says Democrats Went Too Far on ‘Trans’ Rights Push

Facing mounting political backlash and growing public fatigue, a high-profile Democrat is urging his party to reevaluate its aggressive push on “trans” issues.

Rep. Sarah McBride (D-DE), who made history in 2024 as the first openly trans-identifying person elected to Congress, is now calling for a reset, warning that Democrats may have gone too far.

In a recent interview with The New York Times’ Ezra Klein, McBride acknowledged that the progressive movement advanced too far, too fast, without bringing the public along.

“We as a coalition went to Trans 201, Trans 301, when people were still at a very much Trans 101 stage,” he explained.

According to McBride, the party’s absolutist stance on “trans” policies and broader progressive ideals may have alienated key segments of the electorate.

He argued that the movement’s pursuit of “every single perfect policy and cultural norm” failed to account for where the public truly stands.

“It misunderstands the role that politicians and, frankly, social movements have in maintaining proximity to public opinion, of walking people to a place,” McBride said.

He pointed to what he called a sense of “cultural aggression” that developed around “trans” advocacy, suggesting that it allowed Republicans to present themselves as reacting to extremism rather than instigating conflict.

“We’re punishing trans people because of their actions. Rather than: We’re going after innocent bystanders,” McBride said of how GOP messaging has reframed the debate.

The freshman congressman also leveled broader criticism at the progressive movement, saying, “We became absolutist — not just on trans rights but across the progressive movement — and we forgot that in a democracy we have to grapple with where the public authentically is and actually engage with it. Part of this is fostered by social media.”

These comments mark a notable shift from McBride’s previous public stance.

80 Percent Of Anti-Trump Lawsuits Are Filed In Courts Ruled By Democrat Appointees

As the Trump administration faces substantial pushback in the courts, including an unprecedented wave of nationwide injunctions halting its policies, some are claiming that his opponents are tilting the scales of justice by selectively bringing their lawsuits before sympathetic courts in a practice called “forum shopping.” They note that three-quarters of the lower court justices who have blocked Trump policies were appointed by Democrats.

Gaming the federal justice system, however, is harder than it sounds because plaintiffs bring cases before courts rather than judges. Most federal courts have a mix of judges appointed by Democrats and Republicans. The plaintiff’s goal in forum shopping is to launch their suit in a district where they are more likely to draw a sympathetic justice — ideally, this district would also include an appellate court stacked with like-minded judges.

To see whether Trump’s adversaries are engaging in forum shopping, RealClearInvestigations analyzed 350 cases brought against the administration. We found that plaintiffs have brought 80 percent of those cases before just 11 of the nation’s 91 district courts. While Democrat presidents have appointed roughly 60 percent of all active district court judges, each of the 11 district courts where the anti-Trump challenges have been clustered boasts an even higher percentage of Democrat appointees. In several of these venues, the administration’s challengers are almost guaranteed that a judge picked by Joe Biden, Barack Obama, or Bill Clinton will preside over their case.

The analysis of these 350 cases, which covers all those identified in popular litigation trackers and RCI’s independent research as of last week, lends credence to claims that anti-Trump litigants may be strategically filing suit in courts where they are most likely to receive a favorable ruling — a practice that has been both pursued and decried by Democrats and Republicans.

RCI also analyzed three dozen cases in which judges imposed the most extreme restraint on the Trump administration by entering a nationwide or universal injunction — prohibiting the administration from enforcing its policy not only against the party bringing the case, but anyone, everywhere. The analysis shows that these injunctions have disproportionately emerged from Democrat-leaning courts where plaintiffs have brought the lion’s share of suits, and that Democrat-appointed judges are overwhelmingly responsible for ordering them.

This is consistent with other analyses indicating that Democrat-appointed judges have handed down the bulk of all adverse rulings against the Trump administration.

Trump critics note that Republican-appointed judges have also ruled against the administration. They contend that the courts have halted Trump’s policies at an unprecedented scale because of his administration’s unprecedented overreach.

Nevertheless, evidence shows that the anti-Trump cases used to stymie policies in areas ranging from immigration to DEI and the administrative state have overwhelmingly come before courts that, on their face, would appear unfriendly. Plaintiffs have brought roughly 60 percent of all cases against Trump in three district courts with a disproportionate number of active judges appointed by Democratic presidents: the District of Columbia, Massachusetts, and Maryland.

Plaintiffs filed 41 percent of all cases RCI identified — 143 in all — in the D.C. District Court, where Democratic presidents appointed 73 percent of active judges.
