Democrat NJ Prosecutor Declines Criminal Charges on Individual Involved in Vile Texting Attack of MAGA Mom

The Gateway Pundit reported on vile texts that emerged during a New Jersey School Board race that targeted a MAGA mom.

Local police were ready to press charges; however, the Democrat county prosecutor declined to take the case.  The left’s “protect all women” once again shows they do not include conservative women in their empty pledge.

The New York Post reports that the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office determined the vile behavior did not “meet the threshold of criminal activity.”

Mom of three Danielle Bellomo was the subject of a disturbing group chat labeled “This Bitch Needs to Die,” and during one public board meeting, a member was caught on camera texting, “Bellomo must be cold — her nips could cut glass right n.”

Photos of texts from Scott Semaya, a New Jersey school board candidate in Marlboro, were leaked on social media.

The texts contained disturbing and sexual content about conservative mom and school board member Bellomo, who is also running for county clerk.

The texts, sent during a July 22nd Marlboro Township Public School Board of Education meeting, were seen by a former BOE member seated behind Semaya.

The former member, concerned by what they saw, took photos of the messages.

Obamacare Is A Disaster, Just As Expected

Just over 15 years ago, when the Democrat-controlled House and the Democrat-controlled Senate were debating the healthcare proposals offered by the Democrat president, nearly everyone on the political right was unified in opposition. It may well have been the last time the right was united on anything, but it was indeed unified and resolute.

Congresswoman Michelle Bachmann (MN) warned that “This monstrosity of a bill will not only destroy the private healthcare market, it will lead to massive increases in premiums and rationed care.” Congressman (and eventual vice-presidential nominee and Speaker of the House) Paul Ryan (WI) complained that “This bill is a fiscal Frankenstein. It’s a government takeover that will explode costs and kill jobs.” Senator (and Republican Leader) Mitch McConnell (KY) insisted that Americans “want reforms that lower costs, not a trillion-dollar government experiment.”

Right-leaning commentators like George Will and Charles Krauthammer agreed, not only with each other but with Republicans in Congress as well. Krauthammer, in particular, argued that President Obama’s promise to “bend the cost curve” down was pure, unadulterated, and extensively documented fantasy. National Review, much maligned among Trump supporters these days, dedicated most of an issue to exposing and forecasting Obamacare’s fiscal absurdities and the likelihood that it would result in lower quality of care, increased taxes, and exploding insurance premiums. Even the Heritage Foundation—in the news lately for purportedly exacerbating rifts in the conservative coalition—likewise agreed with everyone in the movement, insisting that Obamacare was a disaster waiting to happen and would keep none of the promises that it made, all while destroying what was good and valuable in the private insurance market.

More than a decade later, when it was clear that the system was in trouble and that only greater government intervention and spending could save it, Heritage (in the form of Robert Moffit, Edmund Haislmaier, and Nina Owcharenko Schaefer) took something of a victory lap, detailing Obamacare’s manifest failures and arguing that it was long past time to scrap the whole experiment.

A Democratic congressman was caught red-handed looking at inappropriate pictures while on a flight this week, forcing him to do damage control.

On Friday, footage emerged of Rep. Brad Sherman (D-CA) looking at scantily clad women on his iPad while on a plane. The images were first leaked by the account Dear White Staffers.

The account alleged that the images were pornographic.

“Why did California Congressman Brad Sherman feel it was appropriate to look at porn on his iPad during a flight today?” the account asks. “His district deserves better representation than this!!”

Charlotte NAACP President Recycles Long-Debunked Smear of President Trump, Legacy Media Silent 

Rev. Corine Mack serves as President of the Charlotte NAACP chapter. During recent remarks to the press, Mack recycled a long-debunked smear of President Donald Trump, and, unsurprisingly, the legacy media have not held her accountable for the blatant lie.

Speaking to reporters, Mack stated, “We have a little man sitting in 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue who really believes that Hitler was the greatest man ever on Earth, whose whole vision is to be just like Hitler and is trying to create a 1940s Germany right here in the United States.”

“Like then, many people said, Well, it’s them, it’s not me.”

Mack’s smear is parroting a years-old debunked narrative from The Atlantic, a far-left publication.

The smear in question, cooked up by none other than The Atlantic‘s Jeffrey Goldberg—an author infamous for pushing falsehoods like those that led us into the Iraq war—alleges that Trump disrespected Army Specialist Vanessa Guillén, who was tragically murdered at Fort Hood in 2020. But the real kicker was the wild claim that Trump once praised Hitler.

The genesis of the disgusting smear is said to be Trump’s former Chief of Staff, John Kelly,  the same person who Democrats used to push the suckers and losers hoax.

The claims, which are merely vague secondhand recollections from Trump haters, are so flimsy that even far-left Snopes listed the claims as “unproven.”

But not only does the media not cover the left’s lies, they also push back and deny that the behavior is even taking place.

MSNBC’s Nicolle Wallace tried to gaslight her viewers and claimed no Democrats have compared Trump to Hitler.

A compilation quickly debunked her.

JFK’s Screwball Grandson and Democrat Candidate for Congress in New York, Jack Schlossberg, Performs Nazi Salute in Now-Deleted Video

Jack Schlossberg, the only grandson of former President John F. ​​Kennedy and a Democrat candidate for Congress in New York’s 12th Congressional District, has become the subject of controversy following the emergence of a now-deleted video in which he performs a Nazi salute.

The footage, originally posted to Schlossberg’s Instagram in January and hastily deleted after going viral, shows the 32-year-old Kennedy scion gleefully mimicking Adolf Hitler’s infamous gesture while mugging for the camera.

“Yo, yo, check this out,” Schlossberg said repeatedly into the camera as he raised his arm in the salute several times.

This incident has surfaced as the unhinged Trump-hating Democrat officially announced his candidacy for the seat being vacated by Representative Jerrold Nadler.

The New York 12th District includes the Upper West Side, the Upper East Side, and Midtown Manhattan. The district’s per capita income is the highest among all districts in the US.

He wrote on Instagram:

Rep. Jamie Raskin Responds After Getting Caught RED-HANDED Leaking Stolen Ghislaine Maxwell Attorney-Client Emails to Media in Effort to Embarrass Trump 

Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) has found himself in hot water after being caught up in a major scandal and is trying to cover up to save himself.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Ghislaine Maxwell’s attorney, Leah Saffian, has confirmed that multiple federal prison staffers have been FIRED for illegally breaking into Maxwell’s privileged attorney-client emails, emails that were then leaked straight to Democrat Congressman Jamie Raskin, who blasted them to the media like political propaganda.

According to Saffian:

• Prison employees at FPC Bryan broke into Maxwell’s email system
• They stole confidential attorney communications
• They passed them to a federal official—Raskin
• Raskin then leaked them to the press under the fake label of ‘whistleblower’

Maxwell’s attorney directly called out Raskin for falsely implying Maxwell was angling for a pardon. That was a lie.

As ABC notes, Raskin previously alleged the Trump administration of allowing “a corrupt misuse of law-enforcement resources.” He demanded that Deputy U.S. Attorney General Todd Blanche testify before the Judiciary Committee to “answer for this corrupt misuse of law enforcement resources and potential exchange of favors for false testimony exonerating you and other Epstein accomplices.”

Saffian said Maxwell has never sought a pardon. She has not asked Trump or anyone else to intervene. Her petition is about exposing misconduct, not seeking clemency.

Raskin responded to the bombshell report in an interview with MSNBC later Friday.

As expected, he played dumb.

DA Alvin Bragg Releases Migrant Taxi Driver Charged for Repeatedly Assaulting Female Passengers

An Algerian national allegedly assaulted two women in the back of his New York taxi in separate incidents but is still snagging fares after getting a sweetheart deal from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, the New York Post reported Saturday.

Records show that Mohammed Bellebia, 34, was allowed to plead guilty to lesser charges in at least one of the incidents, according to the newspaper.

According to the tabloid’s detailed reporting, the cabbie’s first alleged victim was 23-year-old Maile Bartow who entered Bellebia’s yellow cab minivan around 2 a.m. in November of last year after a night on the town with friends.

What should have been an uneventful ten-minute ride to her place on the Lower East turned into a nightmare trip through the darkened streets of the Big Apple.

Bellebia, who reportedly spoke little English, allegedly began touching her leg, according to the Post’s account.

The cabbie not only ignored her pleas to stop, he then groped her genitals, according a lawsuit filed by the woman against the driver and the taxi company — ironically named “Tranquil Taxi.”

During the alleged assault, Bartow snapped a photo of the cabbie’s actions, but he snatched it from her hand and deleted her photos, according to her account. She then began recording her requests for him to stop in a voicemail.

“I started to beg him, ‘Let me out!’” Bartow recalled. “I didn’t want to make him any more mad than he was. I was so scared he was gonna kidnap or kill me.”

The cabbie finally pulled over, she said. She had to call for a ride service to get to her home. The California native had been working in New York as a social media marketing specialist.

She filed a complaint with New York police the next morning.

A month later in December, Bellebia allegedly picked up another 2 a.m. fare and touched that woman’s leg throughout the ride and tried to remove the 33-year-old victim’s underwear, a law enforcement source told the Post.

There was reportedly no partition or camera system in his vehicle.

The cabbie was arrested on Dec. 19, 2024 and charged in both cases, according to the Post. Bellebia faced misdemeanor charges of forcible touching and sexual abuse in Bartow’s case. Conviction could have resulted in a sentence ranging from probation to a year in jail.

Instead, Bellebia pled guilty in March to disorderly conduct and received a “conditional discharge,” the Post reported, avoiding jail time as long as he stayed out of legal trouble.

The second charge is under seal, the Post reported, with no further information available.

Bartow, who has since moved from the city, told the Post she had no idea there had been a second assault allegation and had been largely kept in the dark by the district attorney’s office.

“Oh my God,” she told the Post when she learned of the second woman.

Only when she pestered the DA’s office with phone calls did she learn of the cabbie’s plea deal. Bellebia, meanwhile, had his license suspended after the incident, but it was reportedly reinstated in March.

“He’s back on the road driving the exact same taxi cab,” Bartow told the Post. “I wasn’t looped in at all. They didn’t ask me what I was OK with.”

The newspaper contacted the cabbie, who said he was unaware of the lawsuit filed against him and the taxi company, which the paper reported couldn’t be reached for comment.

Newsom Again Avoids Accountability amid Palisades Fire Fallout: ‘We’re on the Tip of the Spear of Climate Change’

Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) is continuing a familiar pattern of shifting attention away from the Pacific Palisades fire, this time focusing on climate change and insurance access instead of addressing his administration’s role in the disaster.

At an event this week, Newsom described California as both “blessed and cursed” in terms of climate risk, claiming the state is “on the tip of the spear of climate change.” He cited “simultaneous droughts and simultaneous floods,” and emphasized that “the hots are getting a lot hotter” and “the dry is drier.” 

In referencing the Palisades fire, Newsom stated: “You saw one of the most devastating wildfires in American history in the middle of winter in Los Angeles in January, 100-mile-an-hour winds attached to fire, and as we rebuild, the number one concern people have: how do I get my home insured?”

Newsom’s remarks arrive as victims and lawmakers continue to question his leadership and accountability in the wake of a fire that destroyed nearly 7,000 structures and killed 12 people in the Pacific Palisades and Malibu areas alone. Newsom has faced scrutiny from federal officials, legal challenges from displaced residents, and intense criticism from those who accuse his administration of negligence, obstruction, and policy exploitation in the aftermath of the blaze.

In the days immediately following the fire, Gov. Newsom deflected responsibility during a visit to the evacuation zone, placing blame on residents who had not yet fled. “The fact that people were still not evacuated, still did not heed the warning, were just coming down the canyon,” he remarked, “is a reminder of how serious this moment is, and how important it is you listen to these evacuation orders.”

Yet reports later revealed that residents had been trapped by gridlock and poor planning. Roads were choked with traffic, and police presence was limited because many officers had been reassigned to protect President Joe Biden during his visit to Los Angeles. Some residents were forced to abandon their vehicles and flee on foot. Fire crews eventually had to clear abandoned cars with bulldozers before engines could reach the flames. Officials also confirmed that fire engines had not been pre-deployed, citing budget restrictions and local leadership decisions.

The governor’s office responded to a lawsuit filed by dozens of residents, arguing that the state was not obligated to monitor the burn scar left by the January 1 Lachman Fire. Although that fire was believed to have been extinguished, it reignited on January 7 under high winds, triggering what became known as the Palisades Fire. 

Through a spokesperson, Newsom dismissed the plaintiffs as “opportunistic” and maintained that “The state didn’t start this fire.” The administration instead pointed to alleged arsonist Jonathan Rinderknecht, whose arrest, according to Newsom, would bring “closure.”

At one point during the interview, Michelle went on a bizarre rant about how black people have to keep their ‘naturally curly’ hair straight for white people.

She then bemoaned how trying to follow white women’s beauty standards makes it so difficult for black people to swim and go to the gym before asking for a law to get white folks out of their hair.

Yes, she really said all of this.

OBAMA: Let me explain something to white people. Our hair comes out of our head naturally in a curly pattern.

When we straighten it to follow your beauty standards, we are trapped by the straightness. That’s why so many of us can’t swim; that’s why we run away from the water.

People won’t go to the gym because we’re trying to keep our hair straight for y’all.

“It’s exhausting, it is expensive, and takes up so much time…Why do we need an act of law to tell White folks to get out of our hair?

Obama got savaged on X after making her remark, with some pointing out that she had her hair straightened.
