Democrat Congresswomen Tell Social Media Platforms to “Quickly and Decisively” Censor Hurricane “Misinformation”

Despite recent pushback for politicians encouraging social media platforms to increase censorship online, in the wake of Hurricanes Helene and Milton, a cadre of Democratic House representatives from the affected regions have appealed to major social media platforms to intensify their efforts to censor alleged “misinformation” related to the storms.

We obtained a copy of the letter for you here.

“We write to your platforms with an urgent request on behalf of states affected by the devastation of Hurricane Helene and those currently being impacted by Hurricane Milton,” the letter states. “In the aftermath of Helene, we have witnessed a troubling surge in misinformation, disinformation, conspiracy theories, and scams that are hindering recovery efforts and exploiting vulnerable individuals and families.”

The representatives say are concerned about the proliferation of false claims and blame these reportedly false claims for the hindering of recovery efforts. The congresswomen also say that social media posts are undermining public confidence in institutions.

The call for a crackdown on misinformation was articulated in a letter addressed to seven major social media entities, including Meta, X, TikTok, Discord, YouTube, Snap, and Instagram. Authored by Representatives Deborah Ross (D-N.C.), Kathy Castor (D-Fla.), Nikema Williams (D-Ga.), and Wiley Nickel (D-N.C.), the letter alleges that misinformation is having a dire impact.

Indiana Teacher and Democrat County Chair Arrested For Masturbating in Front of His Students

A teacher and Democratic Party official in Indiana has been charged and arrested with masturbating in front of his students.

According to court filings obtained by The Commercial Review, 37-year-old Joel Bowers allegedly masturbated under his desk while teaching in April of this year.

A 14-year-old girl who witnessed the incident told law enforcement Bowers “would not get out of his seat and didn’t tell us to do anything.”

“There was white stuff on his pants and he would not get up for anything. He had his hand down there and was sweating but it was cold in his room,” she explained.

“His hands was down there but when someone went up there he would wipe his hand off with paper towel.”

Students who witnessed Bowers pleasuring himself captured the incident on camera and submitted it to investigators. The footage purportedly shows him looking at his phone while engaging in the act.

Deranged: Dem Strategist Claims Trump Vowed To EXTERMINATE People With Eugenics

A deranged Democrat strategist appeared on CNN and claimed that Donald Trump has promised to “exterminate” people with “bad genes,” suggesting that she is at risk because she is a “black lesbian.”

Yes, it really has gotten that crazy.

Aisha Mills seriously argued that Trump, should he be elected, will engage in a eugenics program to eliminate black people and gay people.

“Listen, this isn’t the first time we heard this kind of talk from Donald Trump, and it reeks of authoritarianism,” Mills stated, adding “It also harkens back to a time of Hitler who used the same exact language that Donald Trump is now quoting to talk about the people who he thinks are poisoning the blood of the nation.”

She continued, “You know, all of this smells like an affinity towards eugenics, which really should give us all pause, because when we remember the last person, the last awful authoritarian dictator who believed in eugenics, it was someone who really wanted to exterminate an entire people because they thought that they didn’t have good genes and because they were trying to create a certain type of race.”

University of Kansas prof placed on leave after telling students men who won’t vote for a woman pres should be ‘lined up’ and ‘shot’

A professor at the University of Kansas has been put on administrative leave after telling students during a recent lecture that men who do not vote for a female president should be lined up and shot. The comments were made by Professor Phil Lowcock, the director of international student-athlete support who works in the university’s Health Sport and Exercise Sciences department, according to KU’s faculty directory.

A video of the incident posted to social media has since gone viral. In the clip, Lowcock can be heard telling his students, “There are going to be some males in our society that will refuse to vote for a potential female president because they don’t think females are smart enough to be president.”

“We can line all those guys up and shoot them,” he continued. “They clearly don’t understand the way the world works.”

He then said in a sarcastic tone, “Did I say that? Scratch that from the recording. I don’t want the deans hearing that I said that.”

Oregon Democratic Congressional Candidate Accused of Not Disclosing Child Sex Abuse Allegations: Report

A Democratic politician and candidate running for the House of Representatives in Oregon is accused of assisting in covering up child sex abuse allegations related to one of her former campaign staff members.

A complaint states that Janelle Bynum is accused of not disclosing allegations that a campaign field organizer reportedly sexually assaulted a volunteer, who was a minor while campaigning in 2022.

Bynum, who is running in Oregon’s most competitive district and is a Democratic representative, dismissed the claims when an unidentified individual informed her of their concerns. She also allegedly threatened them, according to the complaint, which was obtained by Fox News recently.

The new report disclosed that Bynum is not the only politician mentioned in the controversy. Democratic Speaker of the House Julie Fahey and Democratic Attorney General Dan Rayfield were also accused of not reporting the reported abuse to authorities.

It’s less than one month from the 2024 presidential election and it feels like there has been a shift.

The Kamala Harris campaign must be nervous. Democratic polling suggests Trump has made gains – and even leads – key swing states. An internal poll from Democrat Tammy Baldwin’s Senate campaign, for example, shows Trump up by 3% in Wisconsin. It’s getting to the point that Michigan Democrats have begged Kamala to do more events in that state, as she lags with union support and polls poorly with men. Her struggles in Michigan are not unique to that state – she faces the same problems in every other close race she needs to win, particularly Pennsylvania and Nevada.

The sign of Democratic concern has always been whether Kamala and Tim Walz will do interviews. It’s risk reward: Kamala interviews poorly, and people seem to like her less the more they get to know her, but in such a close race where Kamala can’t seem to gain momentum, what are the other options?

Their hand has been forced. The Democrats’ internal polls might not be totally public, save for the occasional leak, but her own people know “they’re not moving the needle.”

Vice President Kamala Harris and her husband are facing more bad news as former colleagues reveal what it was like working with the second gentleman.

Attorneys who worked at Venable with Doug Emhoff said that he would often scream profanities, prohibit women from his office cocktail hour, refuse work perks for women who would not flirt with him and would only travel in a limousine with young and attractive associates when going to a ball.

Under anonymity, a former senior staff member told the Daily Mail that Emhoff once “bragged” about screaming “get the f*ck out of my office” to one of the female partners at the firm and later shared with his top male colleagues that he “put her in her place.”

“She had to ask him something,” the ex-staffer told the outlet. “His office door was closed. She said to his secretary, ‘is he on the phone?’ She said no. She tapped on the door, he didn’t answer, so she slightly opened the door and stuck her head in.”

Kamala Harris’s campaign took a hard hit this week during her highly anticipated 60 Minutes interview with CBS’s Bill Whitaker.

What was meant to be a friendly sit-down to showcase her policies turned into an all-out disaster, as Harris was called out for essentially being “handed” the Democrat nomination without ever going through a primary process.

CBS hit her with hard-hitting facts: no votes, no debates, no campaign battle — just an elitist handoff of power.

After a shaky start discussing her foreign policy approach to Middle East tensions, Harris stumbled through an attempted defense of her economic policies, which Whitaker repeatedly challenged.

Her “word salad” responses about middle-class investment left the host unimpressed, who pressed her again and again on how she would actually pass her proposals through Congress.

The tense exchange grew even more heated as Harris tried to deflect by casting blame on “the rich,” prompting Whitaker to urge her to be “realistic.”

The most damaging part of the interview, however, was when Whitaker zeroed in on the issue of her nomination.

Joe Biden abruptly announced he was dropping out of the 2024 race after Obama and Nancy Pelosi forced him out following the disastrous debate with Trump.

Harris stole all of Biden’s delegates. Although she has never won a primary, she is now the Democrat nominee after a group of elitists ushered her to the top of the ticket.

In a democratic system, the people expect to vote for their leaders, not have them handed to them by a small group of political elites. Harris’s nomination reeks of backroom deals and insider politics, and Whitaker wasn’t afraid to call her out on it.

ELECTION STEAL 2.0? Detroit City Officials Break Election Law, Disenfranchise Republican Poll Workers, Stack Deck with Democrats

With election day less than a month away, election officials in the city of Detroit are stacking the deck against Republicans, engaging in a multitude of dubious tactics designed to create a one-sided atmosphere in the absentee ballot counting board – the place where the battleground state of Michigan’s electoral votes will ultimately be decided.

The absentee ballot counting board was ground zero for the election steal in 2020, with the infamous 3AM Biden ballot dump by the city clerk’s office initiating a string of events that changed the history of the country.

Those suspect ballots were processed as Republican poll challengers were thrown off the floor for asking questions with the scene of the crime being boarded off so the vote heist could be conducted under cover of darkness.

Now, with many Republicans aware of the city of Detroit’s fraud blueprint from 2020, they have taken the initiative to sign up as poll workers to have a better chance of bringing transparency and accountability to the process.

This has prompted the city of Detroit to break election law and commit many deceptive acts in the months headed up to the 2024 election.

“The thugocracy is at it again in Detroit,“ said Shane Trejo, a Michigan-based journalist and political activist who blew the whistle on the Biden Ballot Dump that erased Trump’s victory in Michigan in 2020.

“Crooked Detroit election officials are engaging in similar tactics as 2020 because they want to engineer the same outcome.”

Of the many hundreds of Republicans recruited to work as election inspectors in Detroit, many have still not received call backs from the City of Detroit with less than a month to election day.

These election inspector recruits are being disenfranchised, and individuals who do receive callbacks or email responses are being issued ridiculous demands in the hope that they will disappear.

Different election inspector recruits have been told by Detroit election officials that they had to work all 16 days to be hired to work the polls on election day.

Florida Senator Sues State Over Anti-Marijuana Ad, Alleging Unconstitutional Use Of Taxpayer Dollars Ahead Of Legalization Vote

A Florida Democratic senator is suing the state for using taxpayer dollars to fund a recent ad that he says unconstitutionally attempts to influence voters to oppose a marijuana legalization initiative that will be on the ballot next month.

Sen. Jason Pizzo (D), who is expected to run for governor in 2026, announced on Friday that he would be seeking an injunction against the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) over the ad, which warns against driving under the influence of cannabis and then makes a contested claim that “DUI crashes increase in states with legalized marijuana, putting everyone at risk.”

Making such an assertion in an ad supported by tax dollars amounts to “political messaging” and therefore represents an unconstitutional use of appropriations authority, the senator says. The campaign behind the Florida legalization initiative has also sent cease and desist letters to 54 TV stations that have aired the public service announcement.

“For years, our state has wasted precious time, and many millions, peddling divisive and unproductive nonsense, while flouting practical solutions for critical needs,” Pizzo said.
