Another Tim Walz Lie: Claims Being Gay is Illegal in Nebraska 

Democrat VP nominee Tim Walz can’t seem to stop lying when it comes to the state of Nebraska.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Walz, who was born and raised in Nebraska and enlisted in the Nebraska National Guard, falsely claimed he had been named “Outstanding Young Nebraskan” by the Nebraska Chamber of Congress and was forced to walk back the claim.

Now, Walz is bizarrely claiming that it is currently illegal to be gay in the Cornhusker state.

During remarks as the headliner at the national dinner for the Human Rights Campaign, Walz said, “Think about this. When I was a kid growing up in Nebraska, being gay was illegal.”

“It’s still technically illegal.”

Not only is being gay in Nebraska legal, the state has a multitude of protections in place that prohibit discrimination for sexual orientation.

Further, same-sex marriage has been legal in Nebraska since June 26, 2015, following the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in Obergefell v. Hodges.

Michigan judge loses docket after she’s recorded insulting gay people and Black people

A suburban Detroit judge is no longer handling cases after a court official turned over recordings of her making anti-gay insults and referring to Black people as lazy.

Oakland County Probate Judge Kathleen Ryan was removed from her docket on Aug. 27 for unspecified misconduct. Now the court’s administrator has stepped forward to say he blew the whistle on her, secretly recording their phone calls.

“I just want to make it right. … I want to keep my job and do it in peace,” Edward Hutton told WXYZ-TV. “And I want the people in Oakland County that come to court to get a fair shake, to have their day in court, to have an unbiased trier of fact.”

The judge didn’t talk to the TV station, but her attorneys, Gerald Gleeson and Thomas Cranmer, said: “We look forward to vindicating Judge Ryan in the appropriate forum.”

Probate judges in Michigan handle wills and estates, guardianships and cases that involve the state’s mental health laws.

In the phone recordings, Ryan uses a anti-gay slur against David Coulter, the county’s highest elected official, who is gay. She also referred to Blacks in the U.S. as lazy.

“I’m not systemically racist. I’m a new racist,” said Ryan, who was first elected in 2010.

Democrats Resort to Counterfeit Political Ads

A football team has never endorsed a political candidate. Pennsylvania is a battleground state where the Democrats are losing favor, so it was peculiar to see advertisements around the city of Philadelphia stating: “KAMALA: Official candidate of the Philadelphia Eagles.”

The posters featured a cartoon image of Kamala Harris in Eagles attire. The link beneath these advertisements mentioned the Philadelphia Eagles, very convincingly leading one to believe that the football team had put its full support behind Kamala. Again, this is extremely strange, as an NFL team would likely not alienate a portion of its audience by becoming involved in politics.

Kamala’s brother-in-law fleeced BILLIONS from U.S. taxpayers to funnel into left-wing groups, lawyers

Americans, and specifically U.S. taxpayers, are in for more financial raping should Kamala Harris get installed into the White House.

Kamala’s brother-in-law Tony West, who headed up the Department of Justice‘s (DOJ) Civil Division back during the Barack Obama years, is poised to “claim the crooked crown” from Kamala in the event her backers are successful in pulling off another election heist.

West, who is married to Kamala’s sister Maya, invented what the New York Post described as an “Honest Graft” by manipulating the purse strings of the DOJ’s Judgment Fund, which is used to settle civil suits against the federal government.

Until 1977, Congress had to approve any settlement of a civil suit against the federal government over $100,000. That year, Congress removed the cap and basically gave the DOJ a blank check to pay any and all settlements from the Judgment Fund at its own discretion.

“Run by the Treasury Department, the Judgment Fund’s secrecy is so complete that our often-penetrated CIA might study it for lessons,” the Post‘s Daniel Huff and Clark S. Judge write.

“The limited data released omits recipients, the facts underlying the case, and often the lawyers involved. By statute, attorneys’ fees awarded need not be disclosed.”

Detailed information about the flow of money in and out of the Judgment Fund is so secretive, in fact, that a Government Accountability Office (GAO) study found that “no one knows the number of claims processed by the federal government each year.”

Kathy Hochul aide charged with acting as agent for Chinese Communist Party

Federal prosecutors disclosed in a comprehensive indictment on Tuesday that a former deputy chief of staff to New York Governor Kathy Hochul (D) had been allegedly acting as an undisclosed agent of the Chinese government, the United States Attorney’s Office of Eastern District New York said in a press release.

Linda Sun, 41, of Manhasset, New York, and her husband, Chris Hu, 40, were arrested Tuesday morning at their $3.5 million residence on Long Island. Sun held a variety of positions in the New York state government before rising to the position of Gov. Hochul’s deputy chief of staff.

Sun is alleged to have acted on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and the People’s Republic of China (PRC), per the Department of Justice (DOJ). She has been accused of blocking representatives of the Taiwanese government from having access to high-level officials in New York state, altering state governmental messaging on issues related to the Chinese government, and attempting to facilitate a trip to China for a high-level politician in New York, among others.

Sun has been charged with violating and conspiring to violate the Foreign Agents Registration Act, visa fraud, alien smuggling, and money laundering conspiracy. Her co-defendant husband, Christopher Hu, has been charged with money laundering conspiracy, conspiracy to commit bank fraud, and misuse of means of identification, according to federal prosecutors.

“As alleged, while appearing to serve the people of New York as Deputy Chief of Staff within the New York State Executive Chamber, the defendant and her husband actually worked to further the interests of the Chinese government and the CCP, said US Attorney Breon Peace. “The illicit scheme enriched the defendant’s family to the tune of millions of dollars. Our Office will act decisively to prosecute those who serve as undisclosed agents of a foreign government.”

FBI Acting Assistant Director Curtis said that while Sun had been acting as an agent for the PRC and CCP, Christopher Hu “facilitated the transfer of millions of dollars in kickbacks for personal gain.”

FBI Arrests Former Deputy Chief of Staff for NY Gov. Kathy Hochul

Linda Sun, a former high-ranking aide to New York Governor Kathy Hochul, was arrested alongside her husband, Christopher Hu, on Tuesday morning following a federal raid on their Long Island home earlier this year.

The couple is scheduled to appear in a Brooklyn court on Tuesday afternoon, per the Daily Mail.

The arrests, confirmed by the FBI, came after a raid on their Long Island home earlier this year.

The FBI conducted a pre-dawn raid on the $3.5 million Long Island home. The lavish five-bedroom home, located in a gated community called Stone Hill in Long Island, was searched thoroughly by agents, though it remains undisclosed whether any items were seized during the operation.

Sources told the New York Post that the search warrant was issued by the US Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, although officials there have remained tight-lipped, declining any comment on the ongoing investigation.

The reason for the raid remains unclear and neither Sun nor her husband, Chris Hu, have been accused of any criminal activity. No arrests were made during the operation.

Sun has had a long career in various government roles across New York State. Her tenure includes working under both Governor Hochul and former Governor Andrew Cuomo.

Why Did Zuckerberg Choose Now To Confess?

Consider Mark Zuckerberg’s revelation and its implications for our understanding of the last four years, and what it means for the future.

On many subjects important to public life today, vast numbers of people know the truth, and yet the official channels of information sharing are reluctant to admit it. The Fed admits no fault in inflation and neither do most members of Congress. The food companies don’t admit the harm of the mainstream American diet. The pharmaceutical companies are loath to admit any injury. Media companies deny any bias. So on it goes. 

And yet everyone else does know, already and more and more so.

This is why the admission of Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg was so startling. It’s not what he admitted. We already knew what he revealed. What’s new is that he admitted it. We are simply used to living in a world swimming in lies. It rattles us when a major figure tells us what is true or even partially or slightly true. We almost cannot believe it, and we wonder what the motivation might be. 

In his letter to Congressional investigators, he flat-out said what everyone else has been saying for years now. 

In 2021, senior officials from the Biden Administration, including the White House, repeatedly pressured our teams for months to censor certain COVID-19 content, including humor and satire, and expressed a lot of frustration with our teams when we didn’t agree….I believe the government pressure was wrong, and I regret that we were not more outspoken about it. I also think we made some choices that, with the benefit of hindsight and new information, we wouldn’t make today. Like I said to our teams at the time, I feel strongly that we should not compromise our content standards due to pressure from any Administration in either direction – and we’re ready to push back if something like this happens again.

A few clarifications. The censorship began much earlier than that, from March 2020 at the very least if not earlier. We all experienced it, almost immediately following lockdowns. 

After a few weeks, using that platform to get the word out proved impossible. Facebook once made a mistake and let my piece on Woodstock and the 1969 flu go through but they would never make that mistake again. For the most part, every single opponent of the terrible policies was deplatformed at all levels. 

The implications are far more significant than the bloodless letter of Zuckerberg suggests. People consistently underestimate the power that Facebook has over the public mind. This was especially true in the 2020 and 2022 election cycles. 

The difference in having an article unthrottled much less amplified by Facebook in these years was in the millionfold. When my article went through, I experienced a level of traffic that I had never seen in my career. It was mind-boggling. When the article was shut down some two weeks later – after focused troll accounts alerted Facebook that the algorithms had made a mistake – traffic fell to the usual trickle.

Federal Government Placing Alien Children in Trafficking Ring

The federal government delivered alien children to a trafficking ring in Florida, according to a bombshell new investigation by journalists from Muckraker.com.

Muckraker journalists conducted a months-long investigation into the Unaccompanied Children Program run by the Department of Health and Human Services, and discovered that children were being placed by the federal government in the hands of a trafficking ring.

Even worse, Muckraker alleges that when the federal government was made aware of the situation, nothing was done to remedy it or locate the alien children who had been placed with the traffickers.

“We have now obtained first-hand testimonies from children who were delivered to a trafficking ring in Florida,” Muckraker tweeted.

According to insiders, the Department of Health and Human Services has known about this trafficking case for 3 years but did nothing to find the trafficked children.

“According to the children we found, they were encouraged to come to the United States after hearing radio advertisements in Guatemala promoting the journey.

“Upon reaching the United States, the ‘sponsor’ who received them held a debt over their head and has been extorting them for years. This same sponsor is linked directly and indirectly to many more children who have been smuggled into the U.S.”

Muckraker will release a full exposé of the Unaccompanied Children program soon, “including confrontations with the CIA contracting group that delivers the children, and testimonies from trafficked children who have been delivered across America and forgotten.”

60% of Infant and Toddler Foods in the US Do Not Meet Nutritional Standards

A significant majority of infant and toddler foods in the US do not meet international nutritional standards, according to a new study.

Researchers from the University of New South Wales, Australia, looked at 651 infant and toddler foods for sale in the top eight US supermarket chains.

Around 60% of the food products studied did not meet nutritional guidelines. 70% did not meet protein guidelines and 44% had more sugar than is recommended. 25% did not meet calorie requirements.

The researchers singled out infant and toddler foods in squeezable pouches, which are designed to allow infants to be fed without the use of a spoon. Just 7% of pouch products tested met sugar recommendations.

In addition, the researchers found almost all of the products were deceptively labelled in some way. 99.4% of the products tested contained at least one false claim on their packaging, and some products had as many as 11.
