FBI Releases Suspiciously Doctored Video of January 6 Pipe Bomber After House Report Reveals Bureau Engaged in Massive Coverup

Four years later…

The FBI on Thursday evening released *new* footage of the January 6 pipe bomber after Rep. Loudermilk released a report revealing the bureau engaged in a massive coverup operation.

For years we’ve been told an unidentified suspect planted pipe bombs at the RNC and DNC headquarters on January 5, the night before the Capitol riot.

The FBI still ‘can’t find’ the person who planted the bombs.

A new report released Thursday morning by the Committee on House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight into the January 6 pipe bomber shows the FBI stopped looking for the suspect in 2021 and covered up evidence.

Later Thursday evening, the FBI released new information on the January 6 pipe bomber and offered a $500,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of the suspect.

The FBI says the January 6 pipe bomber is approximately 5’7″ tall.

House Changes Rules, Makes It Harder to Oust Johnson From Speakership

On Friday, Mike Johnson won the speakership on the first ballot after Reps. Ralph Norman and Keith Self switched their votes following a break.

Johnson almost failed on the first ballot after Reps. Massie, Self and Norman voted for other Congressmen.

After a brief break, Johnson convinced Rep. Self and Norman to switch their votes.

The 119th Congress changed the rules to make it harder to oust a speaker.

It will now take nine GOP lawmakers to force the vote to oust a sitting speaker.

“Now that he is elected, Johnson faces a tough legislating challenge with the narrowest House majority in nearly 100 years,” CNN reported.

“However, in a key victory for Johnson, the House made it harder to oust a speaker. Included as part of the sweeping package was a procedural change that will require a minimum of nine GOP lawmakers to force a vote to oust a speaker. Previously, it only required one member to force a vote,” CNN reported.

Homeland Security Agents Charged With Selling Illegal Drugs Seized As Evidence

A second Homeland Security agent has been charged with selling illegal drugs, taken from seized evidence, for hundreds of thousands of dollars through a confidential informant.

Nicholas Kindle, a special agent in Utah tasked with investigating illegal narcotics trafficking, was arrested three weeks after his alleged co-conspirator, special agent David Cole. Both men face felony drug distribution conspiracy charges. Kindle faces an additional charge of conspiracy to convert U.S. government property for profit.

Kindle was formally charged in an information document filed by the U.S. Attorney’s Office, which does not require grand jury approval to initiate criminal proceedings. Court records indicate that he has not yet been assigned an attorney.

A magistrate judge on Jan. 3 set Kindle’s initial court appearance for Jan. 21 in Salt Lake City. If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 25 years in prison.

Cole was indicted by a grand jury on Dec. 18 and has pleaded not guilty to his drug distribution conspiracy charge. He is due to stand trial the week of Feb. 24 and faces a maximum of 20 years if convicted.

His attorney, Alexander Ramos, previously said that he was still trying to gather information about the case.

The pair’s Homeland Security credentials have been suspended following the indictments but they have not been terminated, according to court documents.

Synthetic bath salts, also known as Alpha-PHP, are controlled substances with effects comparable to methamphetamine and cocaine. Abuse of the drug can result in adverse effects, including vomiting, paranoia, hypertension, seizures, or even death, according to U.S. authorities.

Federal prosecutors stated that Cole and Kindle began acquiring the drugs from HSI evidence in 2021 and sold them to a confidential informant from 2022 to 2024.

Why We Cannot Trust the FBI

It gives me no joy to write this, but it must be said — the FBI is a broken law enforcement institution and should be dismantled. I believe the same about the CIA, but that’s a topic for another day. Based on the FBI’s conduct over the last eight years, I find no reason to trust anything that FBI officials say with respect to the recent attacks in New Orleans and Las Vegas. Yes, I think both acts qualify as terrorism, but I have little confidence that we are getting, or will get, the true story.

I worked closely with the FBI during my time in the Office of the Coordinator for Counter Terrorism at the Department of State (1989 -1993). During my first months on the job, I was one of two State officers writing country clearance cables regarding the investigation of the bombing of Pan Am 103, i.e., a message to one of our embassies requesting permission for FBI agents to conduct an investigation in a particular country. In addition, I worked on exercises and real-world missions with members of the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team who served as members of the Foreign Emergency Support Team (aka FEST). I also had the privilege of coordinating with Floyd Clarke, who was the Deputy Director of the FBI, on implementing an advertising campaign for the Terrorism Rewards Program. The FBI agents I worked with were honorable, professional men. They were apolitical.

That is not the case today. The leadership of the FBI has become a gang of partisan, political hacks. What is the evidence? Let’s start with the Russiagate investigation, which was the first big warning sign for me. The FBI, working with the CIA and the United Kingdom’s MI-6, carried out a deliberate operation to sabotage the campaign and subsequent Presidency of Donald Trump. The FBI knowingly lied on multiple FISA warrants and suffered no consequences.

Even after Trump’s surprising victory, the FBI — conspiring with the Department of Justice — manufactured a crime to destroy Trump’s National Security Advisor, General Michael Flynn. Mike committed no crime, but was saddled with criminal charges that bankrupted him financially and defamed his reputation.

Then there was the Hunter Biden laptop. My friend, JP Mac Isaac, was the unfortunate soul who received two damaged computers from Hunter Biden. Despite repeated attempts to contact Hunter and have him retrieve his property, JP became the rightful owner of the hard drives — by virtue of abandonment — per the work agreement that Hunter signed. JP and his dad, Steve, made repeated attempts to contact the FBI to turn over the hard drives. It was only in December 2017 that the FBI finally showed up and took possession. But, instead of conducting an investigation of the ample evidence of criminal activity present on the hard drive, the FBI buried it.

The FBI turned into an American version of the Stasi in the events leading up to and surrounding January 6. There was a legion of FBI informants in the crowd who had one mission — create a riot and a predicate crime for arresting Trump supporters. The subsequent persecution and prosecution of Trump supporters conjured up images of political purges associated with the reign of Joseph Stalin. The FBI, in my opinion, became adept at creating crimes rather than solving them.

The Lie of the Year Was Joe Biden’s Decline

About last year: PolitiFact, the independent fact-checking website run by the Poynter Institute, bestowed another odious distinction on President-elect Donald Trump. The organization dubbed a statement uttered by Trump and his running mate J.D. Vance the “Lie of the Year.”

PolitiFact has christened a Lie of the Year every year since 2009, and in only two of those years did statements made by Democrats earn the top prize. In 2011, PolitiFact slammed Democrats for claiming that Republicans would vote to end Medicare, and in 2013, the organization concluded that President Barack Obama’s solemn promise—”If you like your health care plan, you can keep your health care plan”—was plainly untrue. But in every other year, PolitiFact has singled out right-leaning purveyors of mistruths.

This year is no different. In 2024, PolitiFact’s Lie of the Year is the claim by Trump that Haitian migrants in an Ohio town were “eating people’s pets.”

“With a brazen disregard for facts, Donald Trump and his running mate repeatedly peddled a created story that in Springfield, Ohio, Haitian immigrants were eating pet dogs and cats,” observes the organization.

The Republican ticket’s disregard for the facts in this case was indeed brazen. It was completely untrue that Haitian migrants in Springfield, Ohio, were eating people’s pet dogs and cats. What happened was that various concerns about migrants supposedly hunting birds in public parks in Springfield, Ohio, got lumped together with an unrelated story of someone killing a pet cat in a completely different town. It’s a textbook example of why you shouldn’t automatically believe everything you see on social media. Trump and Vance did real harm here, and it’s absolutely fair to call them out for smearing the immigrant population of Springfield, Ohio.

But was this really the Lie of the Year?

2012 Whistleblower of the Year Exposed Psycho Pharma Corruption: Continues to Call for Unyielding Accountability

With the recent nomination of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., to lead the Department of Health and Human Services, (HHS) the nation’s premier federal health agency, it’s important to remember Kennedy’s rising star began decades ago by exposing fraudulent medical/corporate research and food safety issues. In a sense, Kennedy is a kind of whistleblower on a national level.

But he’s not the only one and, with Kennedy’s rise to power, AbleChild is reminded of another whistleblower, Allen Jones, whose exposure of dirty dealing between the pharmaceutical industry and state mental health agencies needs to be remembered and recognized.

Afterall, it takes courage to stand up to corruption and Jones, not one to shy away from controversy or be strong-armed into walking away, stood up to the behemoth pharmaceutical industry and ultimately protected children in ways they will never fully understand.

In a nutshell, Jones, as an investigator with the Pennsylvania Office of the Inspector General, was tasked with investigating the State’s chief pharmacist, Steve Fiorello, who was reported to have been receiving payments from drug companies. A clear violation of Pennsylvania law. But Jones uncovered a much deeper financial scheme where the money flowing into Fiorello’s unregistered account was also flowing out of it and into an account belonging to the Director of the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation. Jones had no idea that he was about to run head-first into the then controversial Texas Medication Algorithm Project (TMAP).

Musk Slams British PM Starmer for Failing to Go After Child Grooming Gangs in the UK

Another day, another example of tech billionaire and incoming DOGE director Elon Musk flexing his geopolitical muscles and harshly criticizing failing Globalist governments in Europe.

This time, Musk blasted UK’s Prime Minister Keir Starmer for failing to tackle child grooming gangs when he was Director of Public Prosecutions, and continuing to do so now.

In a post on social platform X, he also called for safeguarding minister Jess Phillips to be jailed for rejecting calls for a public inquiry into historic child abuse in Oldham.

This is the most recent chapter in the war of words between the free-speech advocate and the government, which began during last summer’s riots, when he claimed ‘civil war is inevitable’ in the UK.

Huffington Post reported:

“Posting on X on Thursday, Musk said: ‘In the UK, serious crimes such as rape require the Crown Prosecution Service’s approval for the police to charge suspects. Who was the head of the CPS when rape gangs were allowed to exploit young girls without facing justice? Keir Starmer, 2008 -2013’.

‘Who is the boss of Jess Phillips right now? Keir Stamer. The real reason she’s refusing to investigate the rape gangs is that it would obviously lead to the blaming of Keir Stamer (head of the CPS at the time)’.

Musk also called for the release from prison of far-right activist Tommy Robinson, who was jailed for 18 months for contempt of court last October.”

Corrupt Postal Worker Sentenced to Four Years in Prison After Stealing Over $750K in U.S. Treasury Checks, Federal Authorities Reveal

A North Carolina postal worker was sentenced to four years in prison for stealing over $750,000 in U.S. Treasury checks, including tax refunds, Veterans Affairs benefits, and Social Security disability payments.

Zerion Marcos Franklin, once entrusted with handling Americans’ most sensitive documents, was caught red-handed during a routine traffic stop in Fayetteville.

As a U.S. Postal Service employee at the Fayetteville mail processing annex, Franklin systematically intercepted Treasury checks destined for hard-working Americans, including elderly recipients and veterans. His greed extended to altering stolen checks to cash them for personal gain.

According to the news release, in June 2024, Fayetteville police officers stopped Franklin’s vehicle and noticed drug paraphernalia in plain view. A subsequent search revealed not only 47 U.S. Treasury checks but also marijuana packaged for sale, a loaded 9mm handgun, and over $22,000 in cash. These checks represented lifelines for citizens awaiting crucial benefits.

Among the victims was an elderly New Hanover County resident whose tax refund check was stolen, altered to bear Franklin’s name, and cashed at a Fayetteville Walmart.

Top 9/11 Lawyer Michael Barasch Slams Biden Plea Deals: ‘Devastating Betrayal’ of Families

The rejection of Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin’s revocation of 9/11 plea deals represents a “devastating betrayal” of grieving families, according to renowned 9/11 attorney Michael Barasch, a leading advocate for victims of the tragic September 11 attacks, who insisted that Americans “deserve answers, not compromises.”

Prominent 9/11 attorney Michael Barasch slammed the Biden administration’s handling of plea agreements for 9/11 terrorists, calling it a blow to “thousands of families who have endured 23 years of grief, unanswered questions, and hollow promises of justice.”

Barasch, whose firm represents over 40,000 victims of 9/11, voiced outrage over the potential removal of the death penalty for those responsible for the attacks, calling it “clear beyond a reasonable doubt that these terrorists are guilty and deserve execution.”

“As a human being, I understand the unbearable burden placed on families who have waited 23 agonizing years for closure—had this plea not happened, they would face the possibility of another decade of litigation, uncertainty, and delay,” he stated.

Highlighting the ongoing health crises stemming from Ground Zero exposure, Barasch pointed to data from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control showing over 6,900 deaths and 69 types of cancer linked to the toxic aftermath of the attacks.

“The truth is undeniable: 9/11 didn’t end on 9/11. Its deadly aftermath continues to claim lives every single day,” he said.

Portland DA Tries To Reduce Sentences For Convicts Days Before Tough-On-Crime Replacement Takes Over

Portland’s leftist district attorney is trying to reduce the sentences for several violent prisoners, including a convicted murderer just days before his tough-on-crime replacement takes over.

Mike Schmidt, district attorney of Multnomah County, was voted out of office on Election Day last month, but that has not stopped him from petitioning an Oregon judge to reduce or get rid of charges for eight people, some convicted of murder, violent assaults, or robbery, The Oregonian reported.

Schmidt will be replaced by Nathan Vasquez, who has promised a tougher approach to crime in the Portland area.

“These have all the appearance of a last-minute giveaway,” Vasquez said of his predecessor’s petitions for lenience. “They’re extremely violent individuals who have committed horrible crimes, and they’re being given some kind of a break.”

Vasquez starts his term January 6.

Districts attorneys and convicts can petition a judge together to reconsider a conviction and reduce a prison sentence, according to a 2021 state law. This can result in a judge releasing a convict from prison.

One convict petitioning the court is Frank F. Swopes Jr., who was convicted of murder, robbery, burglary, kidnapping, unauthorized use of a vehicle, and eluding police in 1993 when he was 30.

Swopes was convicted of killing a 75-year-old woman by asphyxiation as he and another person robbed her Portland home. She died after his fellow robber pushed her to the ground when Swopes said to “keep her quiet,” the case found. The robbers took her wedding ring and $8.

Swopes then robbed another 76-year-old woman a week later, tying her to a bed frame. He “terrorized” her until she gave him her ATM code, “touched her sexually” and took her robe off, “at which point she believed he either urinated or ejaculated on her,” documents say. Swopes had a cocaine habit, court documents said.
