Roman Polanski won’t face LA trial for ‘raping underage girl in 1973

Director Roman Polanski will no longer face trial in the US over the alleged rape of a 13-year-old girl more than 40 years ago.

The case against Polanski, 91, was due to proceed in civil court in Los Angeles next August, but has now been settled. 

The French-Polish director fled the United States decades ago after admitting to the statutory rape of another 13-year-old.

The latest case was ‘settled in the summer to the parties’ mutual satisfaction and has now been formally dismissed,’ Polanski’s attorney Alexander Rufus-Isaacs said.

The suit, filed last year, claimed Polanski took a then-teenager to dinner at a restaurant in Los Angeles in 1973.

He allegedly gave her tequila, and when she began to feel dizzy, drove her to his home, where he forced himself on her.

‘She told him: “Please don’t do this”,’ the plaintiff’s lawyer, Gloria Allred, told reporters in March.

‘She alleges that he ignored her pleas. She also alleges that defendant Polanski removed plaintiff’s clothes and he proceeded to sexually assault her, causing her tremendous physical, emotional pain and suffering.’

The plaintiff, known as Jane Doe, appeared with Allred at a news conference in 2017 in which she said she had been 16 at the time of the alleged assault.

She said she had spoken about what happened to one friend the day after but had not told anyone about it ever since. 

The civil suit, which sought unspecified damages, was filed in June 2023, just before the expiration of a California law that allowed for an extended window for claims against the alleged perpetrators of sexual crimes.

Court papers filed in California in July said a ‘conditional’ accord had been reached.

Macy’s Accused of ‘Destroying’ Records of Man Alleging Diddy ‘Orally Raped’ Him

Macy’s has been named as a defendant in a recently filed lawsuit accusing the department store of “destroying” records about a man being “orally raped” by disgraced music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs in May 2008.

The lawsuit also accuses the music mogul of orally raping a male employee of Ecko — Combs’ rival clothing company — in a Macy’s located in the Herald Square area of Manhattan, according to a report by Business Insider.

Macy’s covered up the 2008 sexual assault in order to protect a multimillion-dollar deal the retail chain had with Combs’ sportswear company Sean John, the lawsuit alleges.

The plaintiff, named in the lawsuit as “John Doe,” alleges that Combs and three of his armed bodyguards entered a Macy’s stockroom, where one or more of the guards struck him “around the base of the neck” with what he believed was a pistol, causing him to fall to his hands and knees.

From there, Combs, who addressed Doe simply as “Ecko,” demanded that the alleged victim perform oral sex on him while one or more of the music mogul’s armed guards threatened to kill the man, the lawsuit claims.

Combs then “orally” raped the plaintiff for around two minutes, he claims.

After the attack, Combs took armfuls of Sean John merchandise from the stockroom and entered the retail floor, where he “began passing out merchandise to an adoring crowd, as if nothing had happened,” the complaint alleges.

The lawsuit goes on to say that Doe reported the incident to Macy’s security on the same day it transpired, but no one in the company took any action.

The plaintiff “believes that the report of the assault was destroyed or otherwise purged from Macy’s records,” the lawsuit states.

“Approximately three weeks later, Terry Lundgren, CEO of Macy’s, pressured Ecko executives to fire plaintiff because Macy’s had just signed a multi-million-dollar deal with Sean John Clothing,” the lawsuit alleges.

The plaintiff was later fired and told by Ecko — which was not named as a defendant in the lawsuit — that he could no longer reside in his company-paid apartment in Manhattan, the complaint claims.

Doe still “fears for his life” to this day, the lawsuit adds.

Pop star Lizzo ripped online after saying ‘the whole country will be like Detroit’ if Kamala wins

Pop star Lizzo was ripped online after she claimed that if VP Kamala Harris is elected president “the whole country will be like Detroit” at a rally for the Dem candidate in her hometown.

Harris appeared with the “Truth Hurts” singer at a rally in the motor city Saturday where the two sang the city’s praises after former president Trump had disparaged it at an appearance at the Detroit Economic Club last week.

“I mean, the whole country is going to be like — you want to know the truth — it’ll be like Detroit… Our whole country will end up being like Detroit.”

The singer echoed the former president’s sentiment but attempted to put a positive spin on it.

“They say if Kamala Harris wins, the whole country will be like Detroit. Proud like Detroit. Resilient like Detroit,” Lizzo said to cheers from the crowd.

Climate Doomer Lizzo Rants Before Boarding Private Jet to Kamala Harris Rally: ‘You Hoes Couldn’t Even Spell Democracy’

Pop star Lizzo posted a video of herself over the weekend boarding a private jet on her way to campaign for Kamala Harris — an incongruous and hypocritical image since both Lizzo and Kamala Harris have promoted climate change activism.

As she boarded the aircraft in an ostentatious manner, Lizzo declared: “This is how a bad bitch saves democracy. You hoes couldn’t even spell democracy!”

It remains unclear whom she was referring to with the word “hoes.”

Her invocation of “democracy” neglects the fact that Kamala Harris skipped the entire primary process and was anointed the Democrats’ candidate without receiving a single vote.

Lizzo appeared Saturday at a Kamala Harris rally in Detroit, where she declared to the crowd that if Harris wins the election, “the whole country will be like Detroit.”

Her comment has provoked widespread ridicule given Detroit’s status as a city in severe economic decline where crime runs rampant and urban blight is commonplace.

Lizzo appears to enjoy posing with private jets for social media.

In 2022, the singer posted a now-infamous video of herself in a tiny thong, showing off her massive, bare buttocks while boarding another private jet.

The infamous “Merchant of Death” Viktor Bout, who Joe Biden traded for WNBA pot-smoking star Brittney Griner, is allegedly back in business. Bout reportedly was caught selling $10 million in arms to Houthi rebels in Yemen, according to The Wall Street Journal.

WNBA star Brittney Griner was found guilty of drug smuggling with criminal intent in a Russian court in August 2022.

The 6’9″ basketball star was accused of possession of vape cartridges containing cannabis oil at a Moscow airport in February, during the lead-up to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine later that month. Griner’s defense team said she was prescribed marijuana by a doctor for pain treatment.

Russia released Brittney Griner in exchange for international arms dealer Viktor Bout, the notorious “Merchant of Death.”

Vikor Bout is a former Soviet military officer, who was serving a 25-year prison sentence in the United States on charges of conspiring to kill Americans, acquire and export anti-aircraft missiles, and provide material support to a terrorist organization. Bout has maintained he is innocent – via CNN.

Bout armed terrorist groups in some of the most violent conflicts in the world.

Bout was arrested back in 2008 in Thailand and extradited back to the United States. His arrest was linked at the time to FARC rebels in Colombia.

Diddy’s Lawyer Blames Racism For His Client’s Downfall, Denounces Deliberate ‘Takedown of a Successful Black Man’

A lawyer for Sean ‘Diddy’ Coombs has blamed racism for his client’s downfall as he awaits trial on sex trafficking charges rom a New York prison cell.

Attorney Marc Agnifilo, featured in the documentary TMZ Presents: The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment, claims that the federal government specifically targeted rapper because of his race.

“[The government] is no friend historically of the successful Black man, okay, none,” Agnifilio said. “And they start making this case, in my opinion, as a takedown of a successful Black man.”

“This is the government scrutinizing his business, scrutinizing his taxes, he does everything right,” he continued. ‘What’s the last vestige, we are going to go into his bedroom because maybe we don’t like the way he is having sex.”

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Can’t Wait to Testify in Explosive Federal Sex Trafficking Trial, Says Lawyer

Hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is preparing for a high-stakes gamble, as he faces federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for the purposes of prostitution.

Combs, 54, is ready to take the stand in his own defense, according to his attorney, Marc Agnifilo, in a shocking revelation previewed in the new TMZ documentary, “The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment.“

The documentary, which delves into the damning allegations against the rap icon, claims that Combs is eager to tell his side of the story, despite the enormous legal risks involved.

Agnifilo, while acknowledging the dangerous game his client is playing, insists there’s no one better equipped to defend Combs than Combs himself.

“He’s looking forward to it,” Agnifilo said. “It’s a story of love, hurt, and heartbreak, and Diddy can’t wait to tell it to the jury.”

But this is no ordinary trial. Combs’ decision to testify opens him up to cross-examination by federal prosecutors, who are likely to bring up a long list of salacious and disturbing allegations.

According to the unsealed federal indictment, Combs is accused of leading a decade-plus criminal enterprise that facilitated the exploitation and abuse of women.

Combs is accused of using threats, intimidation, and violence to coerce women into engaging in sexual acts at his infamous “Freak Off” parties.

These events allegedly featured commercial sex workers, and in some cases, women were transported across state lines for the sole purpose of being sexually exploited.

Prosecutors allege that Combs electronically recorded these encounters and used the footage as blackmail to control his victims, threatening to release it if they did not comply with his demands.

Victims of Combs’ enterprise, prosecutors say, suffered repeated physical abuse. Allegations include instances of Combs striking, punching, dragging, and throwing objects at women.

A search of his Miami mansion uncovered a disturbing cache of weapons, which he is accused of using to “intimidate and threaten victims and witnesses.”

The criminal enterprise Combs allegedly ran extends far beyond just himself. Prosecutors say that Combs relied on employees from his sprawling business empire—including high-ranking executives, security personnel, personal assistants, and household staff—to facilitate his abuses.

These employees reportedly helped arrange travel, stock hotel rooms for sexual encounters, and locate the women targeted for exploitation. They also allegedly helped cover up Combs’ crimes.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

P. Diddy And Jeffrey Epstein Barely Scratch The Surface Of America’s Elite Rot

Last week, Sean “P. Diddy” Combs, the rapper and music producer, was arrested and charged with sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion; racketeering conspiracy; and transportation to engage in prostitution.

As many have pointed out since his homes were raided back in March, the allegations against Combs echo the disturbing pattern of Jeffrey Epstein’s criminal activities. The individuals connected to Combs and Epstein are influential figures in government, media, and entertainment. They shape our culture, and their moral corruption matters because it seeps into the very fabric of our society.

Combs allegedly orchestrated what he called “freak offs” — drug-fueled orgies where he coerced participants through threats of violence and reportedly filmed these encounters to blackmail his victims into silence. The allegations — trafficking, abuse, coercion, drugging, and non-consensual filming — are eerily similar to the Epstein case.

Moreover, like Epstein, It took years of abuse and a mountain of accusations before law enforcement finally stepped in. Combs, who is now on “suicide watch,” is being charged in the notoriously corrupt Southern District of New York, the same jurisdiction that prosecuted Epstein’s case.

Unlike Epstein, Combs is not being charged with child sexual abuse, although he has been accused of raping a minor. However, like with Epstein, Combs is the only person who has been charged so far. But other than his staff who helped facilitate the “freak offs,” it’s highly unlikely Combs is the sole prominent figure involved. 

What other celebrities and music executives were in on it? Certainly many of them must have known what was happening. Beyonce, Jay Z, Jennifer Lopez (Combs’ ex-girlfriend), Leonardo DiCaprio, LeBron James, and the Kardashians, among many others have all attended his parties. Some may have been victims, others complicit. Combs’ close friend Usher suspiciously deleted all his tweets after the indictment was unsealed (although he has since claimed he was “hacked.”) Why? 

Connections between these elites run deep. Not just in entertainment but politics as well. Combs’ former bodyguard Gene Deal reportedly said that Combs kept tapes of politicians taking part in his infamous “freak off” sessions. Deal also claimed Combs’ arrest is tied to the alleged corruption scandal currently gripping New York City politics. Over the last few weeks, a slew of New York City officials, including the NYC police department commissioner and the chief legal counsel to the city, have resigned in the midst of a secretive federal investigation.

Combs certainly had cozy relationships with numerous politicians, such as Barack Obama. Chrissy Teigen’s resurfaced interview, where she admits to public sex with her husband, John Legend, at “the Obama thing,” has only added to the suspicions about these celebrity-political networks.

For decades, sex trafficking among our cultural and political elite has been dismissed as a “conspiracy theory,” and victims have been gaslit, ridiculed, and silenced for speaking out. Those who dares discuss it are smeared as chronically online paranoid freaks. Yet so many of these allegations end up being true.

Former Diddy Bodyguard AGAIN Claims Rapper Has Compromising Tapes of Elites

A former bodyguard of Sean “Diddy” Combs has once again claimed that the rapper, accused of sex trafficking and racketeering, has footage of elite politicians engaging in compromising activities.

The bodyguard, Gene Deal, says the secret footage was captured at Diddy’s various so called “freak off” parties, which are claimed to have involved victims being forced to engage in sex acts while Combs masturbated and recorded the events.

He made the repeat claim during a second appearance on The Art of Dialogue  podcast, suggesting that Diddy’s arrest is connected to corrupt city officials in New York.

“You know who else they were doing an investigation on during that whole time period? It was the mayor and the politicians in New York City,” Deal stated.

He added, “They turned around, gave him the key to the city. All the mayor’s people that he brought in here in New York City are resigning. They all resigned.”

The problem is for those concerned about the legitimacy or security of our elections: the fact that none of the so-called “9 million voters” Democrats claim they are trying to recruit will have to prove their identity or even provide a legitimate address for their past or present residence in the United States, leaving America with another significantly flawed election outcome with no way to prove it once the votes are cast.
