Another Tim Walz Lie: Claims Being Gay is Illegal in Nebraska 

Democrat VP nominee Tim Walz can’t seem to stop lying when it comes to the state of Nebraska.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Walz, who was born and raised in Nebraska and enlisted in the Nebraska National Guard, falsely claimed he had been named “Outstanding Young Nebraskan” by the Nebraska Chamber of Congress and was forced to walk back the claim.

Now, Walz is bizarrely claiming that it is currently illegal to be gay in the Cornhusker state.

During remarks as the headliner at the national dinner for the Human Rights Campaign, Walz said, “Think about this. When I was a kid growing up in Nebraska, being gay was illegal.”

“It’s still technically illegal.”

Not only is being gay in Nebraska legal, the state has a multitude of protections in place that prohibit discrimination for sexual orientation.

Further, same-sex marriage has been legal in Nebraska since June 26, 2015, following the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in Obergefell v. Hodges.

SURPRISE! Tim Walz Championed a Group With Ties to the WUHAN LAB in China

Tim Walz’s weird obsession with communist China is already well documented, but it only gets worse the more that comes to light.

It has now been revealed that as governor of Minnesota, Walz championed a group called the Hormel Institute, which has ties to the Wuhan Lab in China.

That would be the same Wuhan Lab of Covid-19 fame.

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) has championed a group that partnered with China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology — the organization at the center of the coronavirus lab leak theory — even pushing for more federal funding.

Over the years, Walz has promoted a group based in his state — the Hormel Institute — which has a history of teaming up with the Wuhan Institute of Virology. According to the Washington Examiner, “For over a decade, Walz has held meetings with the Hormel Institute and toured the research center, which has thanked Walz for securing it millions of dollars in funding, records show.” Further, he helped the institute accrue millions in funding during his time in Congress, pushing for millions more in federal funding for the organization as far back as 2008, per reports.

According to the Examiner, the organization been involved with the Wuhan Institute of Virology as well:

In recent years, researchers at the Hormel Institute have teamed up with the Wuhan Institute of Virology on a variety of projects, including in 2020 for a COVID-19 study and as recently as this year on structural biology research.

Did anyone in the Democrat party even vet Walz? Every week, we learn something worse about him.

US Elections are all RIGGED: a view from behind the curtain

According the Economist Eric Weinstein, the ENTIRE American election system is setup to “prune” populist candidates through Primary Elections, to make certain both party Candidates are acceptable to the International Rules-Based Order.  Our election system thereby provides only the “illusion” of Democracy, because both party candidates become a “magicians choice” . . . “Pick a card, any card” but the magician always knows what card it is, because the people cannot be trusted to decide.

Eric Weinstein is, by any measure, a “power player” in matters financial and political.  He is presently the Managing Director of Peter Thiel’s “Theil Capital” of San Francisco. You remember Peter Thiel, don’t you?  He was on stage at the 2016 Republican National Convention where he announced he is proud to be a Gay Republican.

Weinstein did his PhD thesis at Harvard University in 1992 and taught at Oxford.  By any measure, this is a very educated man, who is very connected in finance and big money as Managing Director of Thiel Capital.   So when he speaks, he does so from real knowledge; knowledge that only “Insiders” actually possess.   What he said in a recent Podcast, is utterly staggering:

“I don’t know that Donald Trump will be allowed to become President (again).”

Weinstein then goes on to explain the REAL situation behind each and every national American Election: “The illusion of Democracy.”

He makes clear the American people do not have a real choice in elections.  They get a “Magicians Choice” . . . . pick a candidate, any candidate” but the “Magician” (the real powers-that-be of the Rules-Based International Order), know that whichever candidate is chosen, that person will be someone acceptable to the Order, who will not upset the agreements and alliances that are long in-place.  

Weinstein explains that, for decades, there have been agreements and alliances, designed to prevent war, and keep markets functioning.  He says “those agreements and alliances are fragile” and can be upset or overturned by a President who disagrees with them. 

So the powers-that-be cannot allow the public to choose a President that might upset things like NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) or NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization).  In Weinstein’s words, “the public cannot be allowed to decide through a plebiscite every four years.”

Here’s an Incomplete List of Issues Where the Harris Campaign Is Lying About Her Actual Positions

The Harris-Walz campaign is one of the most manufactured and fake political “movements” in a long time. Just a few months ago many Democrats were calling for Joe Biden to dump Harris and replace her on the ticket, but the debate happened, and everything changed. 

The Dems are now stuck with two candidates they’re trying to re-invent via a contrived “joy” campaign and attempts to bury Harris and Walz’s previous positions. 

A few years ago Harris made her positions very clear, but now that she’s got some swing states to try and win the one-eighties are plentiful, unlike her press conferences and solo sit-down interviews, which so far are nonexistent. 

Axios did a count on the positions the Harris campaign has either reversed or won’t comment on (you need to vote for her to find out what she stands for!).

How They Steal: Democrats are Using an Easy and Almost Undetectable Way to Steal the Election From Trump – UOCAVA Voters – Will Anyone Stop Them?

In the 2000 presidential election, a mere 629 votes separated the race between George W. Bush and Al Gore in Florida. When the absentee overseas votes finally arrived, George W. Bush was able to take the 537-vote lead from Al Gore and win the presidency.

Democrats paid attention.

Are Democrats really interested in attracting more overseas voters, or is it the flawed voter registration system they use that could be a game-changer in our upcoming election if properly utilized by unscrupulous election officials?

On August 12, 2024, the DNC released a memo announcing it would spend six figures to collect up to 9 million Democratic votes from overseas.

The DNC clearly states its goal in their memo:

For the first time ever in a Presidential cycle, the DNC is investing in Democrats Abroad.

The DNC is doing the work to win in battleground states across the country.

With under 100 days until Election Day and ahead of the Democratic National Convention, the DNC announced a significant six-figure investment in Democrats VoteFromAbroad, for the first time ever in a Presidential cycle, helping fund their efforts to win the votes of approximately 9,000,000 Americans– of which only about 8% are registered voters from 2020 – who are living or serving outside of the United States.

Here’s the problem with the DNC’s stated goal:

The DNC’s stated goal of winning the votes of approximately 9 million Americans through its Democrats Abroad website seems impossible, given that according to a recent report by the federal government, only 4.4 million US citizens reside overseas, and only 2.8 million of those are of voting age.

Democrats Resort to Counterfeit Political Ads

A football team has never endorsed a political candidate. Pennsylvania is a battleground state where the Democrats are losing favor, so it was peculiar to see advertisements around the city of Philadelphia stating: “KAMALA: Official candidate of the Philadelphia Eagles.”

The posters featured a cartoon image of Kamala Harris in Eagles attire. The link beneath these advertisements mentioned the Philadelphia Eagles, very convincingly leading one to believe that the football team had put its full support behind Kamala. Again, this is extremely strange, as an NFL team would likely not alienate a portion of its audience by becoming involved in politics.

Why Trump’s NY Judge Is Just Interfering in the Election

In Rippo v Baker 589 US _, 137 S. Ct. 905, 197 L. Ed. 2d 167 (2017), the United States Supreme Court held that the Nevada Supreme Court erred by requiring evidence of actual bias to demand a judge’s recusal. The Court held that evidence of actual bias is not required to demand recusal of a judge. In this case, Rippo was sentenced to death after a Nevada jury convicted him of first-degree murder along with other charges. Upon discovering that his trial judge may have been involved in federal bribes, Rippo suspected that the district attorney’s office was investigating the case. Rippo made a motion to disqualify the judge under the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, stating that it was impossible for a judge to impartially adjudicate a case in which one of the parties was investigating him, but the judge declined to recuse himself. The trial judge was indicted on federal charges, and a new judge denied Rippo’s motion for a new trial.

On appeal, the Nevada Supreme Court affirmed the decision, holding that Rippo did not have evidence that state authorities were involved in the investigation. Pointing to documents from the judge’s own trial that supported his claim that the district attorney’s office had been involved with the investigation, Rippo sought postconviction relief. The court denied relief, and the Nevada State Supreme Court affirmed showing how courts hold that judges are really above the law.

Analysis: In Bracy v. Gramley 520 U.S. 899 (1997), a U.S. Supreme Court case involving a judge who accepted bribes to rule in favor of some defendants and against others who did not bribe him, the Court held that the petitioner was entitled to a discovery hearing. Although the nature of the case was speculative, the petitioner had alleged facts suggesting that his defense counsel may have schemed with the judge to rush the trial. The Nevada Supreme Court held that, unlike Bracy v. Gramley, since Rippo’s allegations did not support the assertion that the trial judge was actually biased, Rippo was not entitled to an evidentiary hearing.

The U.S. Supreme Court held that the Nevada Supreme Court applied the wrong legal standard. They noted that under the Due Process Clause, a judge may sometimes require recusal even when a judge has no actual bias. To determine whether recusal is required, courts look to whether the probability of actual bias on the part of the judge or decisionmaker is too high to be constitutionally tolerable. Because the Nevada Supreme Court did not ask the question of probability but, instead, actual evidence of bias, the U.S. Supreme Court vacated the judgment.

‘He Did Not Complete the Degree Program’: Tim Walz Repeatedly Claimed He Was ‘Nearly Finished’ With PhD Years After He Disappeared from University

As recently as 2011, Tim Walz claimed in official biographies for his campaign and congressional office that he was on the verge of completing a doctorate in education, a decade after he enrolled in a Ph.D. program at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota in the small town of Winona.

The university, however, told the Washington Free Beacon that its last records indicating Walz was an active student are dated to 2004.

“We can confirm that Governor Walz attended Saint Mary’s from 2001-2004 in our doctorate level Ed.D. program,” the school’s communications director, Ashly Bissen, told the Free Beacon. “He did not complete the degree program.”

Walz would nonetheless claim through 2011 that he was an active student “nearly finished with his doctorate at St. Mary’s University in Winona, Minnesota,” as his congressional biography put it, four years after he arrived on Capitol Hill.

That claim, like so many others Walz has made about his biography over his political career, was at best a stretch and at worst a lie, the same sort of résumé padding characteristic of other fibs and misrepresentations Walz has made throughout his political career.

But academic dishonesty stands out, including exaggerations. Rep. Andy Ogles (R., Tenn.) last year apologized for stating he had a degree in economics when he’d only taken one economics class and gotten a “C.” The CEO of Yahoo was forced out in 2012 after it was discovered he lied about majoring in both computer science and accounting in college. He only majored in accounting.

Walz, who’d been teaching high school for over a decade, started a course of study at St. Mary’s in 2001, enrolling in a “cohort doctoral program,” a second spokeswoman told the Free Beacon. He stopped taking classes at St. Mary’s in 2004 and never earned a degree, the spokeswoman said.

“Governor Walz was enrolled as part of a cohort doctoral program from 2001-2004 and has not taken classes at Saint Mary’s since that time,” said Michelle Rovang, the school’s vice president of communications.

Walz earned a master’s degree in “experiential education” (an academic term for hands-on learning, a feature of Walz’s work as a teacher) from Minnesota State University, Mankato, in 2002. St. Mary’s told the Free Beacon that the school accepted Walz into its doctoral program on the condition that he’d earn his master’s at nearby Minnesota State.

Getting a master’s degree is an early step toward earning a Ph.D., which requires years of additional study and research and can also require teaching college-level courses and successfully defending a dissertation.

Nonetheless, when Walz ran for Congress in 2006, roughly two years after his last recorded year in the St. Mary’s doctoral program, he portrayed himself on the campaign trail and in Congress as an active student “nearly finished” with his Ph.D. A 2006 voter guide published by the Minnesota Star Tribune indicated that Walz’s Ph.D. was “in progress.”

That year, Waltz defeated a five-term Republican incumbent, Gil Gutknecht, who recently told the Free Beacon, when asked about Walz, that “all political figures are guilty of a bit of puffery. He frequently went well beyond that into prevarication.”

Indeed, as a sitting member of Congress, Walz continued to claim for years that he was finishing his doctoral degree. His congressional website made those claims through 2011, an archived version shows. But by 2012, Walz had removed all references to his impending doctorate from his congressional biography.

US accuses Russia of using state media to spread disinformation before the November election

The Biden administration announced wide-ranging actions Wednesday meant to call out Russian influence in the upcoming U.S. presidential election, unsealing criminal charges against two employees of a Russian state-run media company and seizing internet domains used by the Kremlin to spread disinformation.

The measures represented a U.S. government effort at disrupting a persistent threat from Russia that American officials have long warned has the potential to sow discord and create confusion among voters. Washington has said that Russia remains the primary threat to elections even as the FBI investigates a hack by Iran of Donald Trump’s campaign and an attempt breach of the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris campaign.

One criminal case accuses two employees of RT, a Russian-state funded media organization that was forced by the Justice Department as a foreign agent, of covertly funding a Tennessee-based content creation company to publish nearly 2,000 videos containing Russian propaganda. The defendants, who remain at large, used fake identities and the company was unaware it was being used by Russia.

The Biden-Harris Regime is launching a “whole government action” to purge so-called ‘Russian propaganda’ and ‘disinformation’ ahead of the 2024 election.

Biden will accuse Russia of a sustained effort to influence the 2024 election, according to CNN and NBC News.

“There are some balancing acts that have to be taken here because we have a First Amendment in this country. Even foreign entities have the right to speak in the United States and engage in discourse,” NBC’s Ken Dilanian said.

“Free speech includes the right to lie, and Americans do that all the time in our political discourse. However, they cannot act as a front for foreign disinformation operations. That’s when laws are violated, and the DOJ takes enforcement action,” Ken Dilanian said.
