Biden-Harris Regime Accused of Exploiting $5 Billion Medicare Fund to Manipulate Election Outcomes

In yet another blatant attempt to secure votes ahead of the 2024 election, the Biden-Harris regime has found itself embroiled in a massive $5 billion Medicare scandal.

The administration’s $5 billion Medicare stabilization program, announced by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in July 2024, is part of a three-year demonstration project intended to keep premiums lower for seniors.

Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) has sent an urgent letter to the Department of Justice (DOJ), calling for an investigation into whether the move violates the Hatch Act, which forbids the use of taxpayer funds to influence elections.

“We write to you today seeking additional information on the Biden-Harris Administration’s plan to spend over $5 billion in taxpayer-funded subsidies to insurers to offset Medicare premium increases before the November election,” Sen. Paul wrote to Corey Amundson, the Chief of the Public Integrity Section at the DOJ.

“My colleagues and I are concerned that the Biden-Harris Administration is inappropriately using taxpayer funds to mask the defective Medicare Part D policies enacted as part of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) of 2022. Given the IRA’s central role in the Biden-Harris Administration’s presidential campaign, these concerns warrant additional investigation.”

It’s no secret that Medicare premiums have skyrocketed, thanks in large part to the IRA’s rushed and poorly designed reforms. In fact, Medicare premiums surged by a staggering 21% in 2023 alone, leaving seniors struggling to afford their prescriptions.

Now, with premiums expected to rise even higher in 2024, the Biden administration’s convenient “solution” has arrived just in time for election season—a move that Paul says smacks of political interference.

The Kentucky senator’s letter goes on to highlight the dubious legality of the administration’s actions.

Illegal Aliens Living in Phoenix, Arizona Apartment Complex Admit Being Registered to Vote, Express Interest in Voting for Kamala Harris

Non-citizens and illegal aliens living at the Los Vecinos apartment complex in Phoenix, Arizona admitted to being registered to vote, according to undercover video posted by the Oversight Project.

“Just out of curiosity, are you registered to vote?” a Real Muckraker reporter asked the illegal.

“Yes, we’ve already registered,” the illegal said.

“Are you a citizen?” the reporter asked.

“No,” they responded.

Other illegal aliens in the same apartment complex also admitted to being registered to vote and expressed interest in voting for Kamala Harris.

One of the illegal aliens living at the Los Vecinos apartment complex said that Trump would be better for the economy but he prefers Kamala Harris because she supports the illegal aliens and won’t deport him.

In 2020, Arizona was decided by a margin of less than 11,000 votes.

In Stunning Development Absentee Ballots are Being Mailed to “Inactive” Voters in Wisconsin for Presidential Election

In what can only be described as “unbelievable”, “numbing” or “stunning”, an emergency status complaint has been filed with the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) and their Administrator of Elections, Meagan Wolfe, by the Republican National Committee (RNC) involving “inactive” (ineligible) voters receiving absentee ballots over the last week in Wisconsin.

The RNC is asking for an emergency response from WEC by the close of business on Friday, September 27th, to address this potentially egregious matter before it’s too late to be corrected in time for the Presidential Election on November 5th.

Wisconsin has been the center of multiple questionable election integrity issues over the last 4 years that included this past week where over 2,000 absentee ballots were mailed to “eligible electors” twice in the City of Madison the Mayor of Wausau had to remove an absentee ballot drop box and Wisconsin Congressman Steil has been instrumental in getting to the bottom of what appears to be a “money laundering” campaign finance scheme by democrats.

In the most recent election integrity development, the RNC has uncovered the following of what appears to be a major security breach of the WisVote database involving the mailing of absentee ballots to “inactive” (ineligible) individuals this past week:

  • RNC purchased the current 7.8 +/- names in the WisVote database for $12,500.00.
  • The WisVote database currently has 3.4 +/- million “active/eligible” elector names and 4.4 +/- million “inactive/ineligible” names in the same database that can moved between the two buckets with a click of a keyboard entry if authorized credentials are legally used.
  • Wisconsin’s population is 5.9 million.
  • 4.6 million Wisconsin residents are of voting age population (VAP).
  • 3.4 +/- million Wisconsin residents are currently reported to be registered to vote as an “active/eligible” elector.
  • Wisconsin mails absentee ballots 45-47 days before the Presidential Election.
  • These absentee ballots are automatically mailed to individuals that legally qualify as “indefinitely confined” per state law and don’t require a photo ID or signing of a poll book the day of the election.
  • Approximately 140,000 +/- individuals were mailed an absentee ballot last week that are designated as “indefinitely confined”.
  • A total of 418,786 absentee ballots have been mailed since last week.
  • A total of 27,907 absentee ballots have been returned over the last week through the USPS, drop boxes and or in-person to Clerks across Wisconsin.
  • Wisconsin does not process absentee ballots until election day at the precinct level or at the 38 communities (1,852 communities in total) across Wisconsin through Central Count locations.
  • Wisconsin processed just under 2 million absentee ballots in 2020 out of a total of 3.3 million ballots or 60%.
  • WEC issued very liberal “guidance” to Clerks across Wisconsin in 2020 to process absentee ballots even if those absentee ballot certificates were missing required statutory information.
  • Only 4,270 absentee ballots were rejected in 2020 for missing statutory required information or .002%.
  • Normal absentee ballot rejection rates are in the 2%-3% range.
  • An apparent activist Dane County Circuit Court Judge recently ordered WEC to implement very liberal guidance to Clerks across Wisconsin regarding the processing of absentee ballots missing required statutory information on the absentee ballot certificate (click here – Dane County judge says absentee ballots with incomplete witness address must be counted – WPR).
  • Absentee ballots are collected in Wisconsin through the USPS, drop boxes, long-term facilities, early in-person or dropped off at the Clerk’s Office or Absentee Ballot Central Count location.
  • Early in-person voting, recorded as an absentee ballot, starts on October 22nd in Wisconsin that requires the elector to present a photo ID and sign the poll book.
  • Wisconsin was reported to have been decided by 20,682 votes in 2020.

The RNC data analysts have uncovered, in part, the following information from a very preliminary cursory look at the WisVote database regarding absentee ballots being mailed to “inactive/ineligible” individuals this past week:

  • 1,033 total absentee ballots mailed to “inactive/ineligible” individuals in the WisVote database since last week.
  • 456 absentee ballots mailed to “deceased” inactive individuals.
  • 633 absentee ballots mailed to “merged” inactive individuals with multiple addresses.
  • 86 absentee ballots mailed to “moved” inactive individuals.
  • 15 absentee ballots mailed to an “undeliverable” address for inactive individuals.
  • 10 absentee ballots mailed to an “administrative action” (mentally incompetent) inactive individual.

The RNC, in part, is asking for an emergency response from WEC by the close of business on Friday, September 27th, for the following:

  1. Can “inactive” individuals in the WisVote database legally request and receive an absentee ballot?
  2. How will WEC process these absentee ballots from an “inactive” individual if they are already co-mingled with the thousands of ballots already returned?
  3. How will WEC address the processing of potential multiple absentee ballots being sent to one individual?

What can the public do to immediately protect the integrity of the administration of Wisconsin’s 2024 Presidential Election?

Show this one to the Secretaries of State, like Cord Byrd of FL, Tre Hargett of TN, Frank LaRose of OH, and all the rest who have made weak or NO effort to remove the invaders from our voter rolls.

TN mailed 14,325 letters to already registered voters whom they suspected to have been registered illegally, asking them for proof of citizenship. They now say the recipients won’t be kicked off voting rolls if they don’t respond. Yawn. What a herculean effort!

FL has a different approach. Their SOS, Cord Byrd, says he can’t ascertain citizenship of those registering and already on the rolls. Election experts have provided him with the ability to do so, but have not been acknowledged in four months. Also, FL bought the DHS data base of illegals, available in 2012, but has either forgotten or refused to use it. Motor vehicle offices throughout the state provided voter registration forms to all comers – including non-citizens – by a mandate from Elections Director, Maria Matthews.

OH says they have removed “hundreds”, but Ohio law requires that in order for a person to be removed from voter rolls, they must have confirmed their lack of citizenship to the BMV on two separate occasions, and also have updated their voter registration or voted in between the two occasions. Right.

If even 50% of the invaders vote in this upcoming election, that will be 10+ million votes for KommyKammy. The 2020 “margin of victory” was – even with all the fraud – less than 5 % of this.

These are only three states. Here is a Newsweek article from 8/24/24, showing all states that have made an effort to purge their rolls. There are only five: Virginia, Louisiana, Alabama, Ohio, and Texas.

An election integrity activist from TX, tells me that Jerome Corsi says both TX and OH, are in “big trouble” with way too many ineligible voters on their rolls. Like Georgia, the numbers in both places are rising, not falling. If this is happening in the states that are trying to legitimize their voter rolls, think what’s going down in those who aren’t – OR, in those states that are actively signing them up.

Biden-Harris FCC ‘expedites’ Soros acquisition of 2nd largest radio company in U.S. ahead of November election

The First Amendment is under attack like never before in American history, with government officials and even media personalities demanding censorship of facts and opinions they don’t like by claiming it is “mis-,” “dis-,” or “mal-information.”

“Mal-information,” by the way, is perhaps the most insidious part of the global censorship narrative being laid down by puppet leaders under the spell of the World Economic Forum and United Nations. This includes the reporting of accurate facts that question and disrupt an official government narrative, whether it be about mRNA injections being “safe and effective,” even when they’re not, pointing out fraudulent election practices or advocating for an end to the bloodbath in Ukraine.

It is in this unprecedented environment that the Harris-Biden administration is having their FCC expedite the sale of 220 radio stations to billionaire globalist George Soros.

Soros is buying a 40% stake in Audacy, which is America’s second-largest radio network totaling more than 220 U.S. stations. The Federal Communications Commission has approved the deal and is in collusion with Soros to help him “expedite” the acquisition right before the presidential election.

FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr, appointed by Donald Trump in 2017, recently had this to say about the transaction during a bearing before a House subcommittee:

“The FCC is not following its normal process for reviewing a transaction. We have established, over a number of years, one way in which you can gert approval from the FCC when you have in excess of 25 percent foreign ownership, which this case does, and is poised to create for the first time, an entirely new shortcut. The FCC has never signed off on a shortcut like this before.”

When odious foreign policy elites rally around Harris

Efforts to bolster the candidacy of Vice President Kamala Harris by the D.C. foreign policy establishment kicked into overdrive over the course of the past week with the near simultaneous release of two open letters signed by hundreds of former U.S. national security officials.

It is an accelerated version of previous campaigns in 2016 and 2020, where ex-officials and military officers on both sides of the aisle vocalizing major opposition to Trump offer to give national security cred to the Democratic candidate — in this case Harris. For their part, the candidate virtually ignores that many of these endorsements are in many cases coming from odious individuals, including architects of wars and interventions that Democrats have openly criticized as stains on recent American history.

The first was a letter signed by over 100 former Republican national security officials stating that while they, alumni of every Republican administration from Reagan to Trump, “expect to disagree with Kamala Harris on many domestic and foreign policy issues” they also “firmly oppose the election of Donald Trump.”

According to the former GOP officials, Trump’s “susceptibility to flattery and manipulation by Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping, unusual affinity for other authoritarian leaders, contempt for the norms of decent, ethical and lawful behavior, and chaotic national security decision-making” render him a danger to U.S. national security interests.

Critics of course point out that many of these people are the same Washington creatures who got our country into endless foreign wars and profited from them for 20 years straight — and until this day support cruel, authoritarian dictators when convenient to U.S. policy. They are not wrong.

As a group, the signatories of the first letter are a very mixed bag. The missive does feature a few sensible, responsible pillars of the Washington establishment, including those of former defense secretary (and U.S. senator) Chuck Hagel, and former FBI and CIA director William Webster.

Yet for the most part, the letter carried with it the odor of the consensus minded War Party, if not 9/11-era neoconservatism. In the past this would have been a problem for traditionally liberal and progressive outlets, but Mother Jones and the New Republic were quick to applaud the letter as a “win” for the Harris campaign. Not surprisingly, only The Nation has called out their fellow liberals and progressives for making common cause with the likes of Vice President Dick Cheney and Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, both of whom have also endorsed Harris in recent days (except for columnist Joan Walsh, who found Liz Cheney’s endorsement of Harris “strangely moving,” writing, “Liz, I told you we could find common ground. Let’s have a cup of coffee. Or even a beer?”

This columnist at Al Jazeera, however, offers no stated desire for beers with the Cheneys, particularly father Dick. “What makes Cheney’s endorsement, and the Democratic Party’s embrace of it, particularly galling is the way in which they gloss over these past sins in order to paint him as a guardian of American values,” charged Howard University Law school professor Ziyad Motola.

Just so.

The letter features dozens of embittered Republican hawks who claim to deplore Trump’s “unethical behavior and disregard for our Republic’s time-tested principles of constitutional governance” when they evinced no such concerns when they worked for the likes of George W. Bush, Cheney, former Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld, Gonzales, and old boss John Ashcroft during the Global War on Terror.
