I Filed Criminal Complaints Against Kenosha City Clerks

Wisconsin election fraud investigator and independent journalist Peter Bernegger filed the following:

Wisconsin Election Commission denied my 5.06 civil complaint I filed today. Surprise ending.

See embedded post here for the details, in short the Clerk of the City of Kenosha did not test her voting machines as mandated. She can’t use them in the election tomorrow, per Wis Stats 5.84(1),(2).

Here is the Commission’s reason for denying:

Issue of Form:

The issue regarding form is that a § 5.06 complaint may only be filed by an “elector of a jurisdiction or district served by an election official [who] believes that a decision or action of the official” is contrary to law or an abuse of discretion. Wis. Stat. § 5.06(1).

But this is not accurate, nor legal, nor constitutional. My votes for President and US Senate will drop into the same basket as those cast in the City of Kenosha. I am in the same jurisdiction. #Kenosha

This showcases a huge problem with the Wisconsin Election Commission. Don Millis, Bob Spindell, Bryan Steil Do you see that they could care less that an election official blatantly violated many election laws?  Yet they are happy to look for any procedural issue to toss a valid Complaint.

Kamala Harris Caught Telling Pennsylvania Family to Go Back Inside Their Home So They Can Stage a Door Knock

Kamala Harris spent election eve ‘door knocking’ in Reading, Pennsylvania.

Of course she wasn’t really door knocking.

Everything Kamala Harris does is staged and phony.

Harris knocked on a door and cackled as the couple pretended to be surprised she was standing on their porch.

It got worse as the night went on.

Kamala got caught telling a family in Pittsburgh to go back inside of their home so she could stage a door knock.

“I want to door knock!” Kamala Harris said.

“Oh! You want to do a door knock?” the resident said.

“Yeah! Come on, let’s knock!” Kamala Harris said as she ushered the family back into their home.

Washington Braces for Potential Unrest With New Fences Encircling White House and Harris Residence

Protective structures have been installed around the White House, Vice President Kamala Harris’s residence, and several other institutions, while business owners have started boarding up windows and doors amid potential unrest related to the US presidential election, the Washington Post reports.

“Rings of new security fencing enveloped the White House, US Capitol and Vice President Kamala Harris’s residence on Sunday as federal and District authorities brace for potential unrest in Washington following Tuesday’s presidential election,” the publication writes.

It is noted that the Secret Service erected new high metal barriers around the White House complex, the Department of the Treasury, and adjoining parts of Lafayette Square, as well as outside the Naval Observatory and Harris’s residence.

NBC strategically timed Harris’ promo on ‘SNL’ to get around federal law: FCC commissioner

NBC’s apparent attempt to give Kamala Harris a last-minute boost with a cringey spot on “Saturday Night Live” — which some critics have called an “in-kind donation” — appears to have been strategically timed in order to “evade” Federal Communications Commission rules, FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr said ahead of the Nov. 2 broadcast.

Carr, in the Republican minority on the commission, noted on X ahead of Harris’ appearance, “This is a clear and blatant effort to evade the FCC’s Equal Time rule. The purpose of the rule is to avoid exactly this type of biased and partisan conduct — a licensed broadcaster using the public airwaves to exert its influence for one candidate on the eve of an election.”

While the FCC’s equal opportunities rule established by the Communications Act of 1934 does not require that networks like NBC “provide opposing candidates with programs identical to the initiating candidate,” networks generally must provide “comparable time and placement.”

Carr indicated that in recent elections, NBC at least made an effort to follow the equal time rule.

The Hollywood Reporter noted, for instance, that in 2015, then-candidate Trump appeared on “Saturday Night Live” during the Republican primary for a total of 12 minutes and five seconds. NBC subsequently offered the same amount of airtime to his opponents.

“NBC stations publicly filed Equal Opportunity notices to ensure that all other qualifying candidates could obtain Equal Time if they sought it,” wrote the commissioner. “Stations did the same thing when Clinton appeared on SNL.”

The equal time rule did not require NBC to seek out President Donald Trump and ask him if he similarly wanted to appear on “Saturday Night Live” but requires that the network entertain requests by the Republican president.

Carr suggested that the last-minute nature of Harris’ “Saturday Night Live” spot was ostensibly the liberal outlet’s way of flouting the FCC’s rule.

Trump Pledges to Grant Homeschoolers a $10,000 Per-Child Tax Write-Off

Donald Trump has pledged to expand his former Trump tax cut education savings account plan (which allowed up to $10,000 dollars a year tax-free on tuition for grades K-12) to the homeschooling community.

Trump first outlined his previous tax incentives for school choice.

“When I am reelected I will do everything I can to support parents who make the courageous choice of homeschool. Under the Trump tax cuts, we allowed families to use 529 education savings accounts to spend up to $10,000 a year tax-free on tuition for grades K-12. This was a tremendous win for school choice, very important, school choice. Remember that term? And yet that benefit did not apply to homeschoolers,” Trump said in a recent video.

The GOP candidate then outlined his new initiative, bringing the school choice tax incentives to homeschooling.

“So to support the growing homeschool movement, in my next term I will immediately fight to allow homeschool parents the same incredible benefit, $10,000 dollars a year per child, completely tax-free to spend on costs associated with homeschool education. I will also work to ensure that every homeschool family is entitled to full access to the benefits avaliable to non-homeschool students, including participating in athletic programs, clubs, after-school activities, education trips and more,” Trump said in a recent video.

‘Kill Musk’s Twitter’: British Intel Again Targets Donald Trump

On October 22nd, independent journalists Paul D. Thacker and Matt Taibbi published a bombshell investigation, exposing how the intelligence-adjacent Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) hatched a covert plot at the start of 2024 to “kill [Elon] Musk’s Twitter.” This highly politicised attack on ‘X’ is just one component of a wider British invasion of the US political sphere, designed to sabotage Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, guarantee the election of Kamala Harris, and keep Washington embroiled in the Ukraine proxy war quagmire.

CCDH was founded by Morgan McSweeney, a British political svengali widely credited with masterminding Keir Starmer’s landslide July general election win, now closely advising Harris’ presidential campaign. The organisation, which targets both left and right dissident voices for censorship and deplatforming, was spun out of Labour Together, a “think tank” McSweeney led 2017 – 2020. In this position, he drew up Machiavellian plans for Starmer’s seizure of power, and neutralising then-Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn and his party support base, much of which subsequently came to fruition.

CCDH was a key element of McSweeney’s anti-Corbyn crusade. Officially founded in early 2019, its first act was to launch Stop Funding Fake News (SFFN). Initially operating without any clarity on who or what was funding and running the endeavour, it promoted boycotts of independent English-language news outlets. Resultantly, major businesses were pressured into withdrawing their adverts from target websites, to starve them of revenue. The approach was devastatingly effective, shutting down several websites and forcing others, like The Canaryto downsize.

Fast forward to today, and McSweeney is leading a pack of veteran British political strategists Stateside who, in the words of Politicoare teaching Harris and her campaign “how to win.” Multiple mainstream reports indicate this unprecedented support is concerned with maintaining the “Grand Atlantic Alliance” between London and Washington, and ensuring Starmer isn’t left “alone” in backing Kiev. Given the Machiavellian histories of McSweeney and CCDH, it is beyond doubt these efforts are but the visible tip of something far larger, and more destructive.

RNC poll watchers allowed into Georgia county buildings, lawsuit still pending

Republican National Committee poll watchers have now been allowed into the buildings in Georgia counties necessary to observe the election process, according to Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Whatley.

“Following our pressure campaign, our poll watchers have now been let into the building in all four Georgia counties,” Whatley wrote on the social media platform, X on Saturday. “Our lawsuit over the offices remaining open is still pending, but we have eyes in the room as votes are being counted. We will continue our aggressive efforts to enforce Georgia law and protect the vote.”

Whatley announced earlier that the election integrity wing of the RNC had filed a lawsuit against counties in Georgia.

“Fulton, Cobb, DeKalb, and Gwinnett counties decided at the last minute to accept ballots over the weekend — which disregards the law,” Whatley wrote on the social media platform, X.

“They have also failed to let our poll observers in to watch the process,” he added. “The Secretary of State has issued guidance to allow Republican poll watchers in but local officials REFUSE. Our election integrity operation has filed a lawsuit.”

Leaked NBC Election Night Rehearsal Shows Trump Winning Swing States

Footage has leaked online of an NBC News dry run of election night, and interestingly it shows president Trump winning the swing states.

The mock election night scenario is accompanied by a chyron stating “THIS IS A TEST,” and has NBC anchors covering wins for Trump in key states like Michigan and Wisconsin.

“Right now, it looks like there’s a big crack in Michigan,” one of the anchors is heard saying.

“Saginaw, Michigan, this is really big for Donald Trump. Joe Biden won it in 2020, but this time it’s going to Trump. If he does that in Michigan, it’s a good sign for him,” one of them says in the clip.

Pointing to a map showing Trump heading to victory, an anchor comments, “Kamala Harris only has a couple of ways to get there,” pointing particularly to Pennsylvania.

Obama Recycles “Very Fine People” Narrative Despite the Fact That It’s a Proven Hoax

Barack Obama recycled the “very fine people” narrative yet again, despite the fact that it’s a proven hoax.

Obama made the comments during a Kamala Harris campaign rally in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

“Maybe you’re Muslim-American or you’re Jewish-American and you’re furious about the ongoing bloodshed in the Middle East and worried about the rise of anti-semitism,” said Obama.

“Why would you place your faith in someone who instituted a so-called Muslim ban,” he added (another hoax given that it wasn’t a ‘Muslim ban’ – it only covered 8 per cent of the global Muslim population and focused on countries that were a high security risk to the United States).

Obama went on to assert that Trump “said that there were very fine people on both sides of the white supremacist rally.”

The Harris campaign also amplified this narrative back in August with a post on X via her official campaign account.

Democrats have been circulating this talking point for 7 years despite it being a known fabrication which was even acknowledged by left-wing Snopes.

Trump made the comments in response to the Unite the Right rally in August 2017, which was focused around the removal of a Confederate statue.

“Trump did say there were “very fine people on both sides,” referring to the protesters and the counterprotesters,” reported Snopes.
