NYU Prof Wants ‘Nuremberg Trials’ for ICE and Trump Officials When Dems Retake Power

NYU professor Scott Galloway recently appeared on the Pivot podcast with the absolutely miserable leftist Kara Swisher, and said that when Democrats retake power, he wants ‘Nuremberg Trials’ for ICE agents and people in the Trump administration.

Swisher agreed with him as she nodded along.

The Nuremberg Trials took place after World War II, when the Nazis were put on trial for war crimes involving the systematic murder of tens of millions of innocent people.

Galloway, Kara Swisher and other people like them are completely insane, not to mention reckless and dangerous.

Mediaite has details:

The Pivot podcast lambasted President Donald Trump following the shooting death of Alex Pretti last weekend, with co-host Scott Galloway arguing Democrats should put Trump administration officials on trial — just like the ones Nazi war criminals faced after World War II.

“I think there should be something equivalent to the Nuremberg Trials once this is all over,” Galloway said. “And to make it clear: once we’re back in power — which we will be — this is going to happen. And the statute of limitations on murder is never.”

He shared his suggestion on an “emergency” Pivot episode on Sunday, one day after Pretti was shot and killed after a fight with Border Patrol agents in Minneapolis.

Galloway wasn’t the only one who saw parallels between the USA and Nazi Germany following the shooting, either.

His co-host Kara Swisher said Trump gets most of the heat for his administration’s immigration enforcement policies, but she does not want people to give adviser Stephen Miller a pass. She said Miller is like “Heinrich Himmler in the Nazi regime,” referring to the architect of the “Final Solution.”

Inside The Alliance Between American Marxists And Communist China

Arecent investigative report by Newsweek has exposed troubling connections between the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) — America’s largest socialist organization — and officials linked to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). These revelations demand serious scrutiny because the DSA has achieved growing political influence in recent years. This influence reached a new peak with the 2025 election of longtime DSA member Zohran Mamdani as mayor of New York City.

The Newsweek report drew on dozens of internal DSA documents, including meeting minutes and presentation materials dating back to 2021. These records show the DSA’s international committee actively pursuing closer relations with CCP-affiliated entities, often framed as solidarity in the fight against “U.S. imperialism.” In one striking example from a 2025 meeting of the DSA China Working Group, a New York-based member stated: “China wants to interface with the DSA … If we develop a killer two-week itinerary, hire locals, and develop further connections with the CPC [Communist Party of China], then we’re golden.”

Other documents included detailed presentations about at least two trips to China taken by some DSA members in 2023 and 2025. It remains unclear whether these visits were directly sponsored by the Chinese government or by entities tied to the CCP’s United Front Work Department, the party’s propaganda arm, which Chinese leader Xi Jinping describes as a “magic weapon” for global influence operations. The United Front is notorious for recruiting foreign “useful idiots” to aid in its influence operations, often through fully funded, carefully scripted trips to China.

Code Pink Ties

Furthermore, the DSA’s documents demonstrate that the organization actively sought guidance from other radical leftist groups, such as Code Pink, in strengthening ties with China. Jodie Evans, co-founder of Code Pink and a CCP apologist, presented her group’s “China Is Not Our Enemy” (CINOE) campaign at one of the DSA meetings. She encouraged the DSA to promote a positive view of Communist China in the U.S., while deliberately avoiding contentious topics such as China’s potential invasion to Taiwan and the documented genocide against Uyghur Muslims.

Evans is married to Neville Roy Singham, a U.S.-born tech billionaire and open Marxist currently living in Shanghai, China. Together, they play a pivotal role in influencing both the messaging and financial support of Marxist groups in the U.S., such as the New York City-based People’s Forum. These groups aim to promote CCP propaganda and instigate chaos in the U.S., including backing the anti-ICE protests in Minnesota and anti-Israel protests in New York City following the Hamas terrorist attack on Israel on Oct. 7, 2023.

In light of these activities, Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., has called on the U.S. Justice Department to launch a federal investigation into Code Pink, accusing it of providing “material support to foreign terrorist organizations” and serving as an unregistered agent of the Chinese government.

Still, internal documents from the DSA reveal that the organization was acting on Evans’ advice and planning events to promote the Chinese government’s poverty alleviation program. Alarmingly, even the United Nations has raised serious concerns about this program, citing allegations of human rights abuses, including forced labor involving Uyghurs, Tibetans, and other vulnerable minorities. The national DSA organization, along with its local Minnesota chapter, also supported the anti-ICE protests, which have created significant divisions among Americans.

The Only Thing That Melted Was Al Gore’s Credibility

…And Maybe His Beach House Value, But Who’s Counting?

You know how every summer a meteorologist screams “Category 5 apocalypse!” and the biggest storm we end up with is a light drizzle that barely ruins a barbecue?

After the tenth or so false alarm, people stop nailing plywood over their windows, keep hamburgers on the grill, and tune out the sirens.

It’s not denial; it’s pattern recognition. Cry wolf too many times, and eventually the villagers go back to binging Stranger Things.

Twenty years ago, Al Gore famously dropped An Inconvenient Truth like it was the final word from on high. The former vice president and Nobel laureate, and the man who invented the internet (or at least the weather forecasts), promised us the complete end-times package: vanishing polar ice caps, cities submerged underwater faster than you can say “evacuate Florida,” and snow becoming a fairy tale for kids.

Dissent? That was simply “denial,” or the moral equivalent of kicking puppies.

Settled science, folks: pay up or shut up.

Fast-forward two decades and ask yourself, how’d that work out?

The Predictions That Missed Harder Than a Drunk Darts Player

Gore shared dramatic graphs.

Polar ice? Gone, any day now.

Sea levels? Twenty feet in the “near future,” which, in political time, means “before the checks clear.”

Arctic summers ice-free by, oh, pick a year, any year; 2013, 2014, five to seven years from whenever he was speaking.

Snows of Kilimanjaro? Vanished within a decade.

Coastal cities? Should be holding snorkel conventions by now.

Reality, being the stubborn jerk that it is, refused to cooperate with Tipper’s husband.

Arctic ice dips and bobs like it’s on a budget seesaw—it never quite disappears.

Sea levels creep up a modest few millimeters each year, and at this rate, your great-great-grandkids might need taller beach chairs.

Snow still falls on Kilimanjaro, while cities keep building condos on the water like it’s prime real estate.

No mass evacuations, no sirens, just… life.

Deadlines came and went quieter than a mime convention. There wasn’t a press conference with Gore saying, “Oops! My bad; turns out the models were a little more enthusiastic than I thought.” Just new deadlines, fresh urgency, yet using the same PowerPoint.

Crying Jimmy Kimmel’s Eyes Are Dry For Victims Of Violent Illegal Aliens

Oh, look out, Martha, Jimmy Kimmel’s crying again.

The effeminate late-night talk show host who, believe it or not, once hosted something called The Man Show, sobbed his way through another monologue Monday night. Kimmel, the Democrat Party’s biggest shill (more on that in a moment), dedicated his monologue to Alex Pretti, the nurse/agitator fatally shot by a Border Patrol agent in a gun incident over the weekend.

Jimmy regurgitated the Dems’ talking points, asserting that Pretti and fellow Marxist martyr Renee Good were “executed” by federal law enforcement officials. There’s no evidence to support that. None needed on a network that paid millions of dollars to settle an anti-defamation suit after falsely accusing President Trump of a crime he did not commit.

“And to the people of Minneapolis, to the Pretti family and the Good family and these people who were looking out for their neighbors” — Kimmel paused and wept like a menopausal woman watching the Hallmark Channel — “we want you to know that we are with you and you are not alone.” The useful idiots serving as his live studio audience vigorously applauded.

“And I’ll tell you another thing,” little Jimmy said as he sniffled, “we also want to see those Epstein files already.” He sounded like a boy who had gotten a swat for telling fibs and then threatened he’d run away from home. That’ll show ’em.

And then he machine-gunned through his latest litany of Trump derangement syndrome charges, accusing the administration of all manner of crimes, including “kill[ing] two U.S. citizens in cold blood.”

“And [Trump] still thinks he got cheated out of a Nobel Peace Prize. I mean, if that delusion doesn’t trigger the 25th Amendment, what possibly will?” said the same whimpering man who constantly covered for a president whose mental acuity was as sharp as a bowl of coleslaw.

None of it was funny. But Kimmel’s dwindling audience has grown accustomed to that. It was more leftist political theater, part of what attorney Daniel Suhr describes as a “propaganda machine for one party.”

“In 2025, not a single Republican politician appeared on late-night television, even as dozens of Democrats were showered with free airtime and softball interviews,” Suhr wrote in a piece this week on the FCC checking equal time abuses.

Proof Positive: CA’s Homeless Industrial Complex Is Just a Giant Money-Laundering Operation

Laura Ingraham and Bill Essayli detailed new developments in California’s Homelessness Fraud and Corruption Task Force during a recent exchange focused on the state’s handling of taxpayer-funded homeless services and a growing number of criminal cases tied to misuse of public money.

Ingraham opened the discussion by pointing to the origins of the task force and its narrow focus on homelessness programs, asking why those services became the priority of the investigation.

“Back in April, you launched this task force to investigate corruption in California. You focused on homeless services. Tell us why. This might be just the tip of the fraud iceberg here,” Ingraham said.

Essayli explained that his background as both a former prosecutor in Los Angeles and a former state legislator shaped his decision to examine homelessness spending, particularly given the scale of public investment and the lack of measurable improvement.

“Yeah, Laura, remember, before I was the prosecutor here in LA, I was in the legislature. Over the last five years, California spent $24 billion on homelessness, and it only got worse. So of course, the question is, where did the money go? What happened to 24 billion?” Essayli said.

He said those questions led directly to the creation of the Homelessness Fraud and Corruption Task Force. Essayli acknowledged that federal investigations require time, even as public frustration grows.

“So I launched this task force, and just quickly, I mean, federal investigations do take time. I know the public wants action. It takes time to put these cases together,” he said.

“We Will Find You”: Democrat Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner Vows to Hunt Down ICE Agents for Decades Like Nazis Were Hunted

Democrat Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner spoke at an anti-ICE rally at City Hall Tuesday where he vowed to hunt down ICE agents “for decades” the way Nazis were after World War II.

Krasner said that he is teaming up with state prosecutors to deliver “accountability” to ICE agents enforcing the federal government’s immigration laws.

Democrats have been fomenting a domestic insurgency against the federal government since President Trump took office a year ago. The violent nationwide protests against Elon Musk and DOGE in the early months of the Trump administration have morphed into violent protests in Blue state cities against the enforcement of immigration laws egged on by Resistance Democrat governors, mayors and prosecutors.

REPORT: $236 Million Gavin Newsom Program to Help the Mentally Ill Has Helped Only 22 People in Four Years

A $236 million program heralded by California Governor Gavin Newsom that was intended to help get mentally ill people off the street has helped a whopping 22 people in four years, according to new reports.

That sounds about right for Newsom. Wouldn’t you like to know how much the people who ran this program were paid?

It’s fascinating how California keeps throwing massive amounts of cash at their homeless problem and the problem just keeps growing, while lots of people get wealthy by running these programs.

The New York Post reports:

Gavin Newsom shoots down claim $236M program for California’s mentally ill has helped just 22 people in four years

California Governor Gavin Newsom’s $236 million program to help those with severe mental illness who bounce between homelessness and jail has helped a measly 22 people since the its launch in 2022, a new report reveals.

Newsom’s CARE Court was billed as a “completely new paradigm” to get the mentally ill off the streets and into treatment, with up to 12,000 people expected to benefit, the Daily Mail reported.

But only 22 people have been sent to treatment over the past four years, after a state analysis found that up to 50,000 could be eligible for the program.

The 22 court-ordered cases were among roughly 3,000 petitions filed statewide as of October. Of those, only 706 were approved, including 684 voluntary agreements that never intended the meet program’s goal, according to the Daily Mail.

Newsom has denied the report.

The Most Socialist System in America Is the One Feeding Us—and It’s Failing

merica loves to debate socialism. We argue about universal healthcare, guaranteed income, student loan forgiveness, and government dependency. We pride ourselves on our rugged independence and belief in free markets. We warn that socialism destroys innovation, freedom, and personal responsibility. But here’s the uncomfortable truth most Americans never stop to consider: the most centrally planned, government-dependent, subsidy-driven system in the United States isn’t medicine, housing, or energy—it’s food.

Our food system is not a free market. It is not capitalism in any recognizable form. It is a government-engineered economy propped up by taxpayer dollars at every stage, directed by regulation, shaped by corporate interests, and leaving both consumers and farmers dependent, unhealthy, and without real alternatives.

Each year, more than $40 billion of taxpayer money is used to subsidize commodity crops like corn, soy, wheat, and cotton. Crop insurance—also paid for largely by the public—is essentially another subsidy, and without it, most large commodity farms wouldn’t survive. But the subsidies don’t stop at growing. Once harvested, those subsidized crops become corn syrup, seed oils, stabilizers, livestock feed, artificial ingredients, ultraprocessed food additives, and ethanol—fuel grown on prime farmland and heavily subsidized again under the banner of environmental benefit.

Then the same Farm Bill that subsidizes growing and processing also subsidizes purchasing those foods through SNAP benefits. And when the predictable metabolic outcomes emerge—obesity, diabetes, fatty liver disease, autoimmune disorders—the government subsidizes the healthcare required to manage the consequences. So the loop looks like this: we subsidize growing the ingredients. We subsidize the industry turning those ingredients into processed food. We subsidize the public buying those products. And then we subsidize the medical care required to treat the disease that food causes. That isn’t a food economy. It is a taxpayer-funded dependency system.

People like to imagine that subsidies make farming cushy. Nothing could be further from reality. Even with subsidies, 85 percent of US farmers work a second job just to stay on their land and feed their families. They are subsidizing the food system with unpaid labor simply to keep feeding the country. I once watched a dairy farmer who had just won the lottery. When asked what he planned to do with the money, he shrugged and said, “I’ll keep farming until it runs out.”

He wasn’t joking—he was describing reality. Ask a farmer where they see themselves in five years and many go silent. Some get emotional. Some laugh because it’s safer than crying. I know that feeling: the pit in your stomach, the exhaustion, the prayer for a path forward.

Two Border Patrol agents opened fire at Alex Pretti in Minneapolis after he was disarmed, government report states

A new Border Patrol report says that two agents fired the ten shots at Alex Pretti that killed him and does not mention the gun owner taking out his gun.

Pretti, 37, was shot dead in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on Saturday during a targeted immigration enforcement operation.

Following the shooting, DHS and Border Patrol officials portrayed Pretti as an instigator who ‘brandished’ a weapon at officers.

However, a new government report that was sent to Congress on Tuesday claims that while an officer shouted that Pretti had a gun, it does not mention Pretti having taken it out.

The law requires the agency to inform relevant congressional committees about deaths in CBP custody within 72 hours.

Investigators from CBP’s Office of Professional Responsibility conducted the analysis based on a review of body-worn camera footage and agency documentation, the notice said.

The agency is required to report in-custody and certain other deaths involving its agents and officers to Congress.

Officials said that at around 9am Saturday, CBP agents were faced with several protesters ‘yelling and blowing whistles’ at the officers, while also blocking the roadway at the intersection of 26th Street and Nicollet Avenue.

After making ‘several verbal requests’ for the protesters to stop, CBP claims two women confronted the agents while blowing whistles. They were ordered to get out of the roadway but refused.

They said that the women were then ‘pushed away’ and one of the ran to Pretti, with both again refusing to leave the roadways.

The officer then deployed pepper spray at both of them, while attempting to arrest Pretti.

‘CBP personnel attempted to take Pretti into custody. Pretti resisted CBP personnel’s efforts and a struggle ensued,’ the report claims.

‘During the struggle, a (Border Patrol agent) yelled, ‘He’s got a gun!’ multiple times.’

The report continues: ‘Approximately five seconds later, a (Border Patrol agent) discharged his CBP-issued Glock 19 and a (Customs and Border Protection officer) also discharged his CBP-issued Glock 47 at Pretti.’

Within five seconds, one agent and one officer discharged the shots, with one using a Glock 19 and the other a Glock 47.

An agent took possession of Pretti’s gun and cleared and secured it shortly after the shooting.
