22 More People, Entities Charged in Arizona Medicaid Fraud Scheme

An Arizona grand jury has indicted 22 individuals and entities linked to a massive Medicaid fraud scheme involving sober living homes.

The charges include money laundering, theft, conspiracy, fraudulent schemes, patient referral fraud, and forgery, Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes announced Tuesday.

These indictments are part of an ongoing investigation into a $2.7 billion fraud that exploited Arizona’s health care system, particularly targeting Native Americans seeking treatment for drug and alcohol addiction.

According to the charge document, the 20 individuals indicted are associated with a church and a mental health organization called Happy House Behavioral Health. Prosecutors allege that Happy House was paid over $60 million for services that were either never rendered or only partially completed. Some of the billing, they say, was for clients who were deceased or incarcerated.

Prosecutors also allege that sober living facilities referred clients to Happy House, which in turn received funds from the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), the state’s Medicaid agency. Happy House then allegedly paid the referring sober homes for those client placements, an arrangement at the center of the fraudulent scheme charges.

Trump Derangement Syndrome to be studied under new bill… how to tell if you’ve got symptoms

For years MAGA haters have been erupting in fits of rage when responding to statements made by the president.

Now, his allies in Congress want studies done to see if his left-wing opponents are actually suffering from a condition they have dubbed ‘Trump Derangement Syndrome.’

Symptoms of so-called TDS are said to include an intense, often irrational hostility or obsession with Donald Trump, his actions, or his supporters.

The term is often used pejoratively by Trump fans to dismiss those making criticisms of the president.  

It lacks a formal psychological or medical basis but is based on the extreme political animus toward the 45th and 47th president. 

Trump has been called an enemy of democracy, a fascist and a dictator akin to Hitler by his political opponents, including from some within his own party.

He has been so heavily demonized that his actions – maybe even his mere existence – has sparked nationwide protests, effigy burnings and two assassination attempts.

So to finally get to the bottom of what is fueling the outrage, Rep. Warren Davidson, R-Ohio, introduced the Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) Research Act of 2025 on Thursday to study the phenomenon.

‘TDS has divided families, the country, and led to nationwide violence—including two assassination attempts on President Trump,’ Davidson told the Daily Mail in a statement.

Ric Grenell Uncovers $26 Million in ‘Fake Revenue’ at Kennedy Center — Vows Criminal Charges for Biden Appointees

President Trump’s choice to run the Kennedy Center has said he has found $26 million in fraudulent revenue.

Addressing several board members during a dinner in the White House’s State Dining Room, Grenell stated that a review of the center’s budgets from the past two years had uncovered what he described as “$26 million in phantom revenue—fake revenue.”

“It’s criminal,” Grenell said. “We’re going to refer this to the U.S. attorney’s office here.”

The board’s former chairman, David M. Rubenstein, has denied any wrongdoing.

“With full transparency, the financial reports were reviewed and approved by the Kennedy Center’s audit committee and full board as well as a major accounting firm,” his spokesperson told The New York Times.

Trump, meanwhile, took aim at the center for promoting political propaganda under its previous leaderhsip.

“Instead of putting forward programming that tears our country down and tears our country apart, the Kennedy Center should be the nation’s premier venue for lifting up the best of our country and lifting up the American arts, theater, music and culture,” Trump said.

Michael Goodwin: Dems’ cover-up of Biden’s mental, physical decline is a bombshell of bad news – and it’s going from bad to worse

A favorite Lily Tomlin line was made for this moment: “No matter how cynical you get, it is impossible to keep up.” 

She could have been talking about the Biden White House. 

Those of us who were long convinced that aides were hiding the president’s cognitive decline weren’t cynical enough.

We also needed to believe they were hiding other serious ailments, such as prostate cancer. 

Hmm, what else didn’t we suspect that we should have? 

Whatever it is, the odds are soaring that we are going to find out.

The announcement of his advanced cancer follows the release of the recording of the former president’s interview with special counsel Robert Hur. 

Together, they amount to a bombshell of bad news for Biden and his party. 

The interview, about the stash of classified documents he kept, electrified Washington because it revealed how bumbling and incoherent Biden was back in October 2023, 16 months before he left office, meaning we had a president unfit for duty for at least that long. 

And to think he was then still seeking re-election and was effectively tied with Donald Trump.

Gallup found that 75% of Democrats supported him.

Trump Unveils $175 Billion Plan for ‘Golden Dome’ Missile Defense System

The Department of Defense has selected a design for President Donald Trump’s Golden Dome missile defense initiative, Trump announced on May 20.

“I’m pleased to announce that we have officially selected an architecture for this state-of-the-art system that will deploy next-generation technologies across the land, sea, and space, including space-based sensors and interceptors,” Trump told reporters at the White House.

In his first week in office, Trump signed an executive order directing the Department of Defense to devise a plan to implement his missile defense proposal.

“It should be fully operational before the end of my term. So we’ll have it done in about three years,” the president said.

Trump said the plan that the Department of Defense has selected should cost about $175 billion to complete.

The plan will meld new technologies with existing U.S. missile defense systems.

Joe Biden’s Cabinet Meetings Were Scripted, Used Cameras Creatively to Cover Mistakes

The hits just keep coming for Joe Biden’s presidency and the Democrat party.

One of the details in Jake Tapper’s book, which came out today, is that Biden’s cabinet meetings were scripted, meaning that they were little more than theater. People in these meetings were more like actors than government officials. They also reportedly used cameras to cover any mistakes.

If this is accurate, it basically means that Biden’s presidency was almost completely fake.

Tapper and Thompson also reported Biden increasingly relied on teleprompters and note cards even for private discussions like Cabinet meetings.

“Before these meetings, White House staff called the various departments and agencies to figure out what they were going to ask the president so that answers could be prepared. The conversations were largely scripted, even after the press had left the room,” the authors reported…

When a group would ask Biden to record a five-minute address for keynoting an event, the White House usually responded that the video would be one to two minutes, Tapper and Thompson report. But Biden still struggled with that.

“To compensate for that, aides filmed Biden with two cameras instead of one. If Biden messed up, the edit was less obvious with a jump cut,” they reported. “Other politicians use jump-cuts, but Biden aides noted to themselves how much more often they had to use them for the president.”

Marsha Blackburn Issues Bill to Ban Birth Tourism Loophole Used by Thousands of Foreigners Annually

Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) is issuing a bill that would effectively eliminate the multimillion-dollar birth tourism industry, where foreign nationals secure temporary visas to the United States for the sole purpose of delivering their unborn children who then secure birthright American citizenship.

While President Donald Trump seeks to end birthright citizenship for the U.S.-born children of illegal aliens, Blackburn is looking to ban birth tourism.

Annually, an estimated 33,000 U.S.-born children are rewarded birthright American citizenship solely because their foreign parents arrived in the U.S. on a temporary visa, often a tourist visa.

Decades later, those U.S.-born children can sponsor their parents for green cards.

The birth tourism industry is widespread among Turkish nationals in New York City, Chinese nationals in California, Russian nationals in Florida, and Middle Easterners in Illinois.

Blackburn, Breitbart News has exclusively learned, is introducing the “Ban Birth Tourism Act” to effectively ban the industry within the U.S.

“Foreign nationals have been exploiting our nation’s immigration laws for far too long, taking advantage of the system to come to the United States for the sole purpose of giving birth to obtain U.S. citizenship for their children,” Blackburn said in a statement.

Chicago priest accused of molesting kids makes bombshell claim against Pope Leo

A defrocked priest who was accused of sexually abusing at least 13 children has made a bombshell claim against the new pope. 

Robert Prevost, who was named the new head of the Vatican earlier this month, has been accused of turning a blind eye to the Church’s sexual abuse scandal in Chicago when he served as the head of the Midwest Province of the Catholic Church’s Augustinian order.

Now, former priest James M Ray also claims Prevost signed off on his move to a Hyde Park monastery near a Catholic elementary school – despite the fact that Ray had already been accused of molesting children.

‘He’s the one who gave me permission to stay there,’ Ray recently told the Chicago Sun-Times. 

The priest is included on an Archdiocesan list of accused sexual offenders, which claims he was subject to ‘limited ministry with restrictions’ starting in 1990 following sexual abuse allegations.

Still, he worked for three parishes – and in 2000, the Archdiocese of Chicago stepped in to help him find a place to live where he would not pose a threat to the public.

However, they ultimately let Ray stay for two years at the St. John Stone Friary – which is less than one block from the St. Thomas the Apostle Elementary School and across the ally from a child care center. 

The school was never notified that Ray – who has never been convicted of any crime and is not included on any government sex offender registries – was moving into the area, and there is no indication that the child care center was notified either.

“Black Fatigue” Goes Viral: Everyone Including Blacks Is Tired Of Ghetto Behavior

The progressive ideal is largely to blame for the monstrous creation that is ghetto culture.  The idea that racial narcissism among blacks should not only be tolerated but celebrated has led to a surge in open animosity for societal rules and standards within the US.  Far more than any other group, the black community makes up the largest share of physical crime according to their percentage of the population. This includes robbery, aggravated assault, and homicides.

For example, black Americans make up only 13% of the population but commit around 52% of all homicides according to FBI statistics.  The recent case of Karmelo Anthony comes to mind, a black teen who admitted to stabbing a white teen and killing him because the white teen allegedly “pushed him” (which he argues was a threat that made deadly force justifiable). 

The concept of “disrespect” as an offense that justifies murder is only one problem.  There is an identifiable trend of theatrical sociopathy within the black community that goes far beyond the norm.  The prevailing theory is that this is predominantly cultural – Black Americans have the highest rate of single parent households in the country (50% of black homes compared to 20% of white homes in 2023). Most of these households are run by single mothers.  Single mother homes are a notorious indicator of future criminality among juveniles. 

Then there is the problem of racial victim culture; the false idea that black Americans are being “oppressed” in the US by a systemic conspiracy of white patriarchs.  In reality, white Americans have been exponentially tolerant and have provided special privileges for blacks (affirmative action and DEI), largely because progressive society demands that reparations be made for slavery 150 years ago and segregation 60 years ago.  The form of those reparations has more or less been white guilt and a quiet passiveness in the face of increasing antagonism.   

Leftists claim white people should take it because historically they deserve it.  Ignore the fact that every culture on Earth had institutional slavery and all the slaves sent to the Americas were purchased from African tribes that enslaved other African tribes. 

However, it appears that the black community’s precious supply of white guilt has finally run out and people are fed up.  The term “Black Fatigue” has gone viral this week on social media, sparking a much needed conversation among not just whites, but also blacks and other minorities.  The catalyst blamed for the trend is the now widely known “Shiloh Hendrix Incident” which has led to public support and an uproar among progressives who demand the woman be prosecuted for dropping an N-bomb.

Dem Wash. Gov. Signs Bill Requiring Permit For Buying Gun

Washington Democrat Gov. Bob Ferguson on Tuesday signed gun control legislation that requires those who want to purchase firearms in the state to pay for a new permit.

The permit system, set to take effect on May 1, 2027, will require those interested in purchasing guns to apply for a five-year permit through the Washington State Patrol. Applicants must pay a fee and have completed a certified firearms safety training program within the past five years, with limited exceptions.

“Gun violence in Washington state breaks apart too many families and kills too many children,” Ferguson said, the Washington State Standard reported. “We must put common sense reforms into place that save lives.”

The legislation goes beyond the state’s existing background checks, which also require proof of completion of a firearm safety course. The state also has a 10-day waiting period after a gun dealer requests a background check before a gun is turned over to the purchaser.

State authorities must approve a new permit as long as the applicant hasn’t been barred from having guns, including having an outstanding arrest warrant or being subject to a no-contact order. The state must issue the permit within 30 days, or 60 days if the applicant doesn’t have a state ID card. If an applicant feels the state wrongly denied them a permit, they can appeal in court.

“Bob Ferguson and Washington Democrats are creating roadblocks for law-abiding Washingtonians to be able to purchase firearms to defend themselves and their loved ones,” said John Commerford, executive director of the National Rifle Association Institute for Legislative Action, in a statement to Newsmax. “This new law also creates a clearly unconstitutional registry that can and will be abused to target lawful gun owners. Criminals in Washington State win again, while vulnerable citizens will be left defenseless.”
