OUTRAGEOUS: DOJ Continues to Stall and Prevent Release of Seth Rich Records

What is really going on?  Why is the DOJ still preventing the release of Seth Rich documents requested for nearly a decade?

It is believed that Seth Rich is a pivotal key to the Russia Collusion coup attempt of the first Trump Administration.

The Deep State DOJ and FBI have gone through extreme efforts to cover-up any information they have on Seth Rich.  Rich is who many believe transferred DNC emails to WikiLeaks during the 2016 election.  He was a Bernie fan who worked in the DNC at that time.  He was reportedly upset with what the DNC was doing to Bernie.  On July 10, 2016, Rich was found shot in the back due to what law enforcement labeled a burglary, and yet his wallet, phone, and watch were left on his person.  This is after WikiLeaks began dropping damaging DNC emails that showed the inner-workings of the Hillary campaign.

It is believed that Seth Rich forwarded those Podesta emails to WikiLeaks.  We all know now without a doubt that it is a lie to claim that the Russians were involved in the transfer of these emails.

Hillary wanted to deflect from her email scandal and what was in her emails.  She also wanted to punish whoever sent those emails to WikiLeaks.  This is why many believe Seth Rich was murdered.

Attorney Ty Clevenger for years has doggedly gone after information held by the Deep State FBI and DOJ that they refuse to release related to Seth Rich’s murder.  It is the law that documents related to Seth Rich be released per Clevenger’s requests but the Deep State DOJ keeps hiding these documents from the public.

Clevenger previously shared a potential reason why the Deep State won’t provide requested documents from the Seth Rich case.

Cleaning Up Biden’s Mess: Trump Administration Reviewing 55 Million Visas for Violations

The Biden administration, in addition to allowing at least 10 million illegal aliens into the country according to CBP data, failed to deport at least 3,095,577 who had already been encountered. More than 617,000 of these had criminal convictions or pending charges, and 1,323,264 with final deportation orders were still allowed to remain in the United States.

Since President Trump’s inauguration, the State Department has revoked more than twice as many visas as during the same period last year, including nearly four times as many student visas. Building on this trend, the administration has launched a sweeping review of more than 55 million valid U.S. visas under a system of “continuous vetting.”

The review is intended to determine whether visas that were legally issued should remain valid or be revoked. According to the State Department, all current visa holders are subject to screening for overstays, criminal activity, security threats, terrorist links, and other disqualifying factors. If such evidence is found, visas will be revoked, and those already in the United States may face deportation.

The government is on track to deport 400,000 people in 2025, according to New York Times estimates. This effort accompanies widespread raids on restaurants, construction sites, and farms, as well as courthouse arrests of individuals attending civil appointments meant to help legalize their status.

In short, while these individuals currently appear to have valid visas, the ongoing review aims to identify those who may have violated the terms or become ineligible since the visas were granted.

Mayor Johnson: The People of Chicago Will Rise Up Against Trump’s ‘Tyranny’

Sunday on MSNBC’s “The Weekend,” Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson (D) said that if President Donald Trump sent the National Guard to his city, the people would rise up against “tyranny.”

Co-host Jonathan Capehart said, “I just want to get your reaction to another thing in The Washington Post story I’m reading directly here. It says the use of thousands of active duty troops in Chicago also has been discussed, but is considered less likely at this time. We saw him do that with active duty Marines on the streets of Los Angeles. What would the reaction be in Chicago if the President of the United States does indeed put active duty military on the streets of Chicago?”

Johnson said, “Well, again, you know, the city of Chicago does not need a military occupied state that that is that’s not who we are. I commend the work of Mayor Bass, my colleague, and and, you know, all the folks in Los Angeles who stood up and fought, you know, against this, you know, authoritarianism. Here’s the bottom line. they don’t have police power. There’s nothing they can do. you know, these are federal troops, they do not go through the training that our police officers go through. So they cannot even enact police authority.”

George Washington University Faces Pressure To Become ‘Sanctuary Campus’

According to Campus Reform, “More than 45 student groups at George Washington University (GWU) signed a petition calling on the school administration to declare the school a ‘sanctuary campus’ for illegal immigrants.”

Like much of academia, GWU is a hotbed of open borders liberalism.

In this specific case, the petition was launched by The GW Socialist Action Initiative.

The group, according to Washington Free Beacon, issued demands for the university, “among the demands were banning federal immigration enforcement officials from entering campus and refusing to cooperate with government surveillance or deportation efforts.”

The Socialist radicals also issued a threat that “any deal that GW could reach with the Trump Administration will harm student life and wellbeing.”

These demands were not without precedent at this university. Previously, GWU’s chapter of Students For Justice In Palestine made a similar demand on May 3rd, “calling on the administration to bar Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents and reject compliance with federal deportation orders.”

Students For Justice In Palestine also called President Trump’s policies a “terror campaign” and said the university was taking “blood money” by agreeing to comply with federal immigration law.

In yet another example of irrational intersectionality Students for Justice In Palestine circulated a petition saying the University’s silence in the face of federal intimidation is “violence against its noncitizen community members.”

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott Signs Bill Banning Taxpayer-Funded Abortion Travel

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) signed a bill into law Tuesday banning local governments from using taxpayer dollars to fund abortion travel out of state.

The law, Senate Bill 33, bars cities and counties from paying for hotels, airfare, meals, and other travel expenses for women seeking abortions outside of Texas. Abortion is outlawed in Texas with limited exceptions.

Abbott also signed Senate Bill 31 at a signing ceremony on the same day. That bill, called the Life of the Mother Act, emphasizes that healthcare providers must treat a pregnant woman who has a life-threatening physical or medical emergency that places her at risk of death or serious injury. The law “clarifies and standardizes existing statutes related to medical emergency exceptions to abortion prohibitions, providing healthcare professionals with additional clarity around Texas’ pro-life laws,” according to the governor’s office.

“In Texas, we support mothers and their children,” Abbott said in a statement. “This session, the Texas Legislature worked together to pass the Life of the Mother Act to protect both mothers and babies while giving medical professionals the legal security and clinical clarity they desire. I am also proud to sign a law to ban taxpayer dollars from funding abortions. Texas is a pro-life and pro-family state. With these laws, we will stay that way.”

Abbott signed SB33 into law after the Austin City Council allocated $400,000 in the city’s budget in 2024 to help fund abortion travel. San Antonio considered a similar program this year, but was stymied by a lower court.

Members of the pro-life organization Texas Values were present at the bill signing ceremony, along with state lawmakers, and other pro-life leaders.

Policy Director for Texas Values Jonathan Covey celebrated the passage of the bills in a press release.

Federal Judge Orders Oakland Schools to Allow After-School Christian ‘Good News Clubs’ Equal Access

A federal judge has ordered the Oakland Unified School District to grant Good News Clubs equal access to school facilities as other after-school programs.

U.S. District Judge Haywood S. Gilliam Jr. issued a preliminary injunction, prompted by a lawsuit from Liberty Counsel representing Child Evangelism Fellowship’s (CEF) NorCal East Bay, requiring the district to allow Good News Clubs to meet on the same terms as nonreligious groups.

The suit, filed in December 2024, followed the district’s rejection of club applications at four campuses. Judge Gilliam ruled that the district’s actions violated free speech protections, rejecting claims that allowing the clubs would breach the Establishment Clause.

Decision Magazine reports:

Liberty Counsel, a religious liberty law firm, had filed a brief on behalf of CEF against the Oakland Unified School District (OUSD) and Superintendent Kyla Johnson-Trammell. Liberty Counsel says it will now seek a permanent injunction to guarantee Good News Clubs continue to receive the same access afforded other similar clubs.

According to the lawsuit, CEF applied for access on four different campuses over a two-year period but was denied on “religious grounds, pretextual schemes, and even by silence,” according to a Liberty Counsel news release. The district judge’s written opinion noted that one elementary school principal defended his opposition to CEF by stating, “[As] a public school, we are not in support of evangelism on our campus.”

In his ruling, Judge Gilliam cited a 2001 Supreme Court decision Good News Club v. Milford Central School affirming that schools cannot exclude religious clubs if secular groups have access. The ruling ensures Good News Clubs can hold weekly meetings like other programs.

England Anti-Mass Migration Protests Get Heated as Open Borders Far-Left Clash With Police

Numerous of protests took place on Saturday throughout England against the government scheme of housing alleged asylum seekers in hotels in towns and cities across the country, sparking local concerns over the safety of women and girls.

Up to 30 protests were scheduled to take place over the weekend, the majority of which under the banner of “Abolish Asylum System” and opposing open borders counter-demonstrations also being swiftly organised by heavily funded leftist groups like Stand Up to Racism.

While the protest movement against migrant hotels has in fact, been largely peaceful since it broke out in Epping last month following the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl allegedly at the hands of an illegal from Ethiopia housed in a local hotel, several clashes were seen on Saturday involving police and the far-left counter-demonstrators.

‘Right This Wrong’: GRACE Act Would Strip Federal Funding From Schools That Ban Religious Exemptions

A member of the U.S. Congress has drafted legislation that would strip federal funding from schools that don’t allow parents to apply for religious exemptions from vaccination requirements for their children.

The GRACE Act, or Guaranteeing Religious Accommodation in Childhood Education Act, drafted by Rep. Greg Steube (R-Fla.), would target elementary and secondary schools, as well as local and state educational agencies.

The legislation would not require state authorities or educational institutions to offer religious exemptions, but it would deny federal funds to those entities if they maintain vaccine mandates that don’t include provisions for religious exemptions.

“The denial of religious exemptions to families and children is un-American and unconstitutional,” said Michael Kane, CHD’s director of advocacy and founder of Teachers for Choice. “CHD and I thank Rep. Steube for putting forth this important legislation to right this wrong that is a clear violation of the First Amendment.”

The GRACE Act is a response to the “alarming erosion of civil rights” that occurred under the Biden administration, said Cait Corrigan, a former congressional candidate from New York and an advocate for medical freedom and religious liberty.

“This issue is one of religious freedom, individual liberty and parental rights, which I often describe as part of a broader response to years of increasing concern,” Corrigan said.

Steube’s office did not respond by deadline to The Defender’s request for comment on the legislation.

‘A matter of conscience, faith and the fundamental dignity of every family’

Corrigan said the proposed legislation is “not just an issue of policy” but “a matter of conscience, faith and the fundamental dignity of every family in this country.”

Mapping Poverty Rates Across America

America’s economic landscape looks very different depending on where you live.

This map of U.S. poverty rates by state, via Visual Capitalist’s Pallavi Rao, makes that disparity clearer.

Each shade represents the share of residents living below the poverty line, inviting quick comparisons across the country.

The U.S. Census Bureau calculates poverty lines using pretax household income against a threshold at three times the cost of a minimum food diet from 1963, adjusted for family size and inflation.

For reference, this is a quick guide on how much a household needs to be earning to be considered below the poverty line in 2023.

  • One person: ≤$15,480
  • Two people: ≤$19,680
  • Three people: ≤$24,230
  • Four people: ≤$31,200

USDA Ends Solar Subsidies On American Farmland

Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins announced Monday that the Department of Agriculture will no longer use taxpayer dollars to fund large-scale solar or wind projects on productive farmland, nor allow solar panels made by foreign adversaries in USDA programs.

The department cited farmland loss as a driving concern. Tennessee has lost more than 1.2 million acres in the past 30 years and could lose 2 million by 2027. Nationally, solar installations on farmland have risen nearly 50% since 2012.

“Our prime farmland should not be wasted and replaced with green new deal subsidized solar panels,” Rollins said. “One of the largest barriers of entry for new and young farmers is access to land. Subsidized solar farms have made it more difficult for farmers to access farmland by making it more expensive and less available.”

On X, she added: “This destruction of our farms and prime soil is taking away the futures of the next generation of farmers and the future of our country. Starting today, [USDA] will no longer deploy programs to fund solar or wind projects on productive farmland, ending massive taxpayer handouts. Also ENDING the use of panels made by foreign adversaries like China.”
