Nearly 400 Drones Target Moscow Overnight, With Zelensky In Washington Seeking To Sway Trump

Ukraine’s long-range drone attacks on Russian territory have long become a nightly thing (as have Russian drones and missiles on Ukraine territory), but it has become clear that these attack waves have grown in volume and effectiveness.

On Tuesday Russian officials are newly acknowledging another massive attack wave on the Moscow region, describing that nearly 400 drones were inbound on the capital overnight. 

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin indicated that 390 drones had been tracked by anti-air defense systems across the wider Moscow region since Monday night, but said that “most” of them were intercepted – with no forthcoming reports of casualties. 

One regional report cited some damage in residential and business areas, however:

In the village of Vaulovo, a private house caught fire in the “Dubrava” dacha community, and a dacha house was damaged in the “Romashkino” community in the village of Dubna. No one was injured.

A warehouse belonging to the logistics company 3PL caught fire in the village of Koledino in Podolsk, outside Moscow, following the attack, the independent Telegram channel Astra reported, citing photos and video from witnesses. A nearby Wildberries warehouse is operating “as normal,” the company reported.

Drones impacted other regions of Moscow, however, and left at least 19 people in the Belgorod region injured. The high rate of injuries was due to an intercity bus being struck.

Ukraine has continued targeting Wildberries warehouses and logistics hubs (the major Russian online retailer which is comparable to Amazon) – an escalating trend since July 18. So far nearly a dozen facilities have been hit across Moscow and the surrounding region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, Voronezh, Tambov, Krasnodar, Stavropol Krai, and Crimea..

Crimea meanwhile continues to struggle to keep the lights on and gas supplies available for the population. Regional reports say power was knocked out for the city of Feodosia overnight, after an electric substation was struck.

Ukraine’s President Zelensky has been highlighting the ‘success’ of the country’s drone capabilities to Western backers, and is expected to carry the same message to Washington this week.

Gov Beshear Calls on McConnell to “Directly and Verbally Address the People of Kentucky” or RESIGN After Latest ‘Proof of Life’ Photo

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear (D) on Tuesday called on Senator Mitch McConnell to “directly and verbally address the people of Kentucky” – or resign.

Beshear said McConnell must provide proof of his capacity to serve or resign.

“As Governor of the state you serve, I am calling on you to directly and verbally address the people of Kentucky and provide proof of your capacity to serve, or resign,” Beshear wrote in a letter, CNN first reported.

“Per our research, a vacancy in the Senate occurs when a senator dies, resigns, or is expelled by a vote of the Senate itself,” Beshear said.

“If you are unwilling to voluntarily show that you still have the capacity to serve, I will insist Leader Thune fully investigate your condition, report to the American people, and begin the process if warranted,” Beshear wrote.

The Governor’s letter comes after McConnell released his second ‘proof of life’ photo amid a 44-day absence from the Senate.

The latest photo is dated Sunday.

The bone density fraud: How a flawed test and toxic drugs created a multi-billion dollar medical myth

The medical screening that labels healthy aging as disease

A 65-year-old woman learns from a DEXA scan that her T-score is -2.3, labeling her osteopenic. She leaves with a bisphosphonate prescription, told it will strengthen her bones. What she won’t hear: her bone density is normal for her age. The T-score system was never meant for clinical diagnosis. And the drug—originally developed to soften water in orange grove irrigation systems—works by poisoning the cells that keep bones resilient.

How normal aging became a disease

In 1994, a WHO study group proposed diagnosing osteoporosis at 2.5 standard deviations below a healthy 30-year-old’s bone density, calling the cutoffs “somewhat arbitrary.” These criteria were intended only for research. But the meeting was funded by Rorer Foundation, Sandoz and SmithKline Beecham—companies that would profit immensely from turning aging into a treatable condition. Today, 52% of white women over 50 qualify as osteopenic, and 28% as osteoporotic. Only 20% have “normal” bones.

The toxic history of bisphosphonates

Bisphosphonates were first used to prevent calcium scale in irrigation pipes. They work by poisoning osteoclasts, the cells that break down old bone. After three to five years, bone density rises, but the bone is brittle—old, weak tissue accumulates beneath new growth. Fracture rates often increase. Side effects include intestinal perforation, liver and kidney damage, atrial fibrillation, spontaneous fractures and irreversible jawbone degeneration. The FDA warns of severe bone, joint and muscle pain that may never resolve.

What the data actually shows

The T-score does not predict fractures. A 2019 study of 3,700 adults found that only 16% of fractures in women and 15% in men were linked to low bone density. Nearly 73% of women and 94% of men who broke a bone had normal scans. In 1996, the Swedish Council on Technology Assessment concluded that bone density cannot identify fracture risk and recommended against screening. Yet 18 million Americans carry an osteopenia diagnosis. A 2014 study found that repeating DEXA scans after the first provided no useful information over eight years.

The real causes of bone loss

Bone health requires more than calcium. Weight-bearing exercise signals the body to maintain bone. Astronauts lose up to 10% of bone density in six months. Acid-blocking drugs (PPIs) increase hip fracture risk by 26%. Fluoride in water produces structurally inferior bone. Environmental toxins like BPA, lead and mercury inhibit bone formation. Even soda consumption raises fracture risk.

The safe path to strong bones

Magnesium activates vitamin D for calcium absorption; deficiency itself is a risk factor. Vitamin D with K2 increases bone strength and reduces fractures. Vitamin C supports bone formation at the genetic level. Strength training produces bone that bends rather than breaks—unlike bisphosphonates, which increase density at the cost of quality.

Reclaiming bone health from the marketing machine

The current osteoporosis approach is a marketing triumph. A drug designed for irrigation pipes became standard treatment. The T-score, known for decades to fail at predicting fractures, still drives overdiagnosis. But patients can reclaim bone health through nutrition and exercise. The question is whether medicine will treat the patient or the arbitrary number on a scan.

Senate Republicans Press New York Governor To Stop Blocking New England’s Natural Gas Supply 

Connecticut Senate Republicans are asking New York Gov. Kathy Hochul to reconsider policies that have limited natural gas pipeline expansion into New England, arguing that decisions made across the state line are contributing to higher energy costs in Connecticut. 

In a July 22 letter, seven Republican senators said Connecticut families and businesses continue to face some of the highest electricity and heating costs in the country while the region remains constrained in its access to natural gas.  

According to  U.S. Energy Information Administration data, Connecticut residential customers paid 27.37 cents per kilowatt-hour in May, nearly 49 percent above the national average.  

The rate fell sharply after a temporary public benefits credit took effect May 1, cutting residential bills by roughly 14 percent, but Eversource is now seeking a separate rate increase that could raise the average residential bill by as much as 18 percent beginning in July 2027 if state regulators approve the full request. 

“While Connecticut must continue to evaluate and improve its own energy policies, we cannot ignore the regional infrastructure constraints that contribute significantly to these costs,” the senators wrote. 

The letter was signed by Sens. Ryan Fazio (Greenwich), Jason Perillo (Shelton), Henri Martin (Bristol), Jeff Gordon (Woodstock), Heather Somers (Groton), Rob Sampson (Wolcott) and Paul Cicarella (North Haven). 

Sampson said the letter is intended to open a broader discussion over regional energy policy. “We are reaching out in good faith to Gov. Hochul to say, ‘Hey, residents and businesses in both our states are being absolutely crushed by electricity costs. So, let’s talk about solutions. Let’s work together to address the crisis and do something about it,’” Sampson said. “We hope Gov. Hochul views this as a respectful request. We look forward to productive dialogue. Without it, the burdens on families and businesses in both our states will only continue to grow.”

Republican Mayor Celebrates African Refugees As The “New Pioneers”

A Republican mayor in Utah is catching heat for turning the state’s traditional Pioneer Day into a celebration of African refugees, dubbing them the modern-day equivalents of the Mormon settlers who founded the Beehive State.

Provo Mayor Marsha Judkins posted an Instagram message this week praising African migrants who have resettled in Utah’s fourth-largest city.

Judkins said that Utahns mark Pioneer Day to “recognize those who journeyed west in search of religious freedom and the opportunity to build a better future free from persecution.”

Judkins’s message then took a woke turn, writing: “We also recognize members of our refugee community who embody that same pioneer spirit, leaving behind familiar homes to begin new lives in a place they had never seen before.”

“We encourage you to watch and learn from the experiences of refugees who now call Provo home and the enduring contributions they make every day, from strengthening local nonprofits to serving in the United States military,” the mayor’s message added. “Their stories inspire all of us to continue fostering a welcoming community where people of every background and experience can experience the promise of Provo.”

Pioneer Day traditionally honors the Mormon pioneers led by Brigham Young who settled Utah in the 1800s. Judkins’s post ignited a firestorm online as critics accused her of twisting the state’s history to push a progressive immigration message.

‘Lindsey Liked War’: Trump Laughs Off Graham’s Giddiness Over Iran Onslaught

US President Donald Trump on Tuesday recalled Lindsey Graham’s warmongering ways ahead of the late Republican senator’s funeral, while once again threatening to commit more atrocities in Iran if an agreement to stop the war he and Israel started there is not reached soon.

Trump phoned in to Fox News’ “Fox and Friends” morning show to laud his “great friendship” with the senator from South Carolina, who died on July 11 at the age of 71. Previously unreleased video published over the weekend shows Graham jubilant over Trump’s decision to attack Iran in February and saying the president “loves blowing stuff up.”

The president told “Fox and Friends” hosts: “He was very much a hawk, as you would say, on Iran. Lindsey liked war, to be honest with you.”

“I said, you’re a nice guy, how can you like war so much?” the president added. “He was a guy that liked war. I jokingly say – and there’s nothing funny about it – but he’s never seen a war that he didn’t like.”

Graham had pushed for attacking Iran since at least 2010, both for strategic and financial reasons; in March, he boasted that the United States was “gonna make a ton of money” from the war.

While Graham isn’t the only Republican in Congress to make inflammatory comments about Iran – just over the weekend, Sen. John Kennedy of Louisiana opined that “sometimes you have to kill a few chickens to scare the monkeys” – he was the most consistent cheerleader for continuing attacks on the Mideast nation.

Trump also discussed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s visit to Washington, DC to attend Graham’s funeral and make the case for continued war on Iran. Netanyahu is Trump’s partner in the illegal war of choice, and is additionally wanted by the International Criminal Court in The Hague for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.

Graham was accused of incitement to genocide for advocating the total destruction of Gaza.

Moving on during Tuesday’s interview, Trump said that if the Iranian government does not agree to a deal to end the 150-day war, “then I go back and I finish the job.”

Trump and Netanyahu have both been accused of sabotaging negotiations with Iran when agreements seemed nearly at hand.

The president again said he would destroy Iranian bridges and power plants if a deal is not reached soon, his latest in a string of war crime threats that has included an earlier genocidal vow to wipe out the “whole civilization” of Iran.

“I could take out most of their bridges in less than an hour,” Trump claimed on Tuesday. “I could knock out the power plants within one day.”

The War’s Back is Broken

Trump ordered the US military not to carry out new strikes on Iran Friday night, despite approving earlier a “Gates of Hell massive attack” on Iran.

The US has now requested a new temporary ceasefire with Iran and is seeking a return to the collapsed and suspended MoU, with discussions to include Yemen, and with Trump seeking to make AnsarAllah a party to the negotiations.

Clearly Trump is angry, and fears that that the war is consuming his Presidency (and his legacy). Iran comprehensively rejected all negotiations throughout this last week and confirmed it will not start negotiations under any circumstances. Put simply, why would Iran consent to give the US time to regroup and rearm before launching another round of strikes on Iran when it has the US “on the run.”

A return to the MoU whose credibility Trump repeatedly has shredded? Unlikely.

Will Schryver notes that rumours are swirling that the Pentagon is pressuring Trump to call off the war with Iran because the US has nearly exhausted its stockpiles of air-defence interceptors and stand-off strike missiles. The President’s top aides are also uneasy about the prospect of a widening war in the Middle East, the alienation of key Gulf allies vulnerable to further Iranian attack, and the coming energy crunch. “Few if any in Mr. Trump’s inner circle believed the plan to escalate was wise, said the two people briefed,” the New York Times reports.

It seems too that jiggery-pokery over the exact fuel supply situation in the US may have played a part in Trump’s backtrack. Larry Johnson reports that –

A] brief prepared by Karl Miller investigates how the US military’s covert fuel procurement and export operations are depleting the nation’s diesel and jet fuel reserves, particularly during a period when domestic stocks are already critically low.

In gist, Miller says that –

much of this (covert) fuel export is routed through opaque channels, such as the Rotterdam trans-shipment hub, where the final military or foreign allocation is not publicly reconciled, leaving the American economy exposed to shortage risks – whilst military and foreign operations – ‘notably Israel’ – receive priority access.

This report by Miller seems to connect to the US authorities’ open manipulation of oil benchmarks designed to convince markets that there is no danger of fuel shortages arising from the ongoing emergency release from the SPR (Strategic Petroleum Reserves) of 172 million barrels that was initiated to counter supply shocks from the conflict with Iran.

Israel’s Ghoulish Settlers Eye Up Gaza, As Netanyahu Kills Trump’s Board of Peace

On Sunday evening (July 19), a group of some of the most repulsive, ghoulish people on the face of the earth marched towards the perimeter fence separating the Gaza Strip from the rest of the world to declare their intention to re-colonize Gaza, to re-establish three Israeli settlements that were dismantled in 2005 when, under Ariel Sharon, 21 settlements in total were abandoned, occupied, at the time, by 8,000 Israeli settlers.

These fanatical Israeli settlers, on what was billed as the “March of Thousands”, although only a few hundred people attended, were led by the two far-right ministers in Benjamin Netanyahu’s coalition government — Itamar Ben Gvir, the Minister for National Security, who is in charge of Israel’s prisons, which, for Palestinians, have become a gulag of torture facilities since October 7, 2023, and Bezalel Smotrich, the Minister of Finance, and also the minister in charge of settlement affairs within the Defense Ministry, who has played a huge role in the ever-growing, and ever more violent expansion of Israel’s illegal settlements in the West Bank.

Speaking at the rally, Ben Gvir said, “If someone had said three years ago that we would control 70% of the Gaza Strip, no one would have believed it. So today I say: there will be Jewish settlement throughout Gaza. We are returning home. Gaza is ours.”

Smotrich, meanwhile, warned that a change of government in the forthcoming elections in October, could “roll back all the Zionist and national settlement revolution” undertaken over the last four years.

The two men were accompanied by more than two dozen ministers and legislators, as well as the 80-year old settler fanatic Daniella Weiss, who told the crowd, “They ask me, ‘What will happen to the Arabs in Gaza?’ There will be no Arabs in Gaza, unequivocally.”

RFK Jr. Reveals the COVID Vaccine Secret That Fauci Hid From Americans

“Yeah, and millions of people injured,” Kennedy said. “So he lied about masks, he lied about social distancing, he lied about the transmission, he lied about natural immunity, he lied about the capacity, as you just said, of the vaccine to prevent infection.”

Then came the bombshell.

“He got vaccinated at a very, very public press conference in January of 2021,” Kennedy said, noting that five months later, the diary reveals, Fauci “had a pulmonary infarction, which is one of the adverse events that NIH, CDC and FDA said are expected from the vaccine.”

“He never told anybody,” Kennedy said. “He got treated for it privately by the best doctors in America at the same time, he was telling everybody that was not an adverse event.”

Think about that for a second. The man who badgered every American into taking the shot, insisting it was perfectly safe, appears to have experienced one of the exact injuries his own agencies flagged, then quietly got elite private care while assuring the public that such reactions weren’t real. Ordinary Americans who reported similar problems got dismissed and mocked. Fauci got the best doctors in America.

Mamdani Election Bombshell: More Fraudulent Votes Cast Than Margin of Mamdani’s ‘Victory,’ Says Election Auditor

A prominent election-integrity activist has uncovered bombshell evidence suggesting that New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s 2025 election victory may not have been legitimate.

Marly Hornik, the founder of RealAmerica.Vote and NY Citizens Audit, has suggested that the 2025 election included large numbers of unqualified or nonexistent voters. But that’s only part of the problem.

“I actually don’t know whether Mamdani won the mayoral race, and I’m not here to say that he didn’t,” Hornik said during a July 22 interview on New York radio station WABC’s “Sid & Friends in the Morning” program.

“The problem we uncovered is that the New York City and the New York State Boards of Elections have no idea if Mamdani won the mayoral election either. And that’s where the rubber meets the road here.”

After examining 1 million of the total 2.2 million voters who participated in the election, her organization discovered that 7  percent were nonexistent in records, 6 percent had fake Social Security numbers, and 10 percent didn’t even live in NYC.

In total, they identified 230,000 illegal votes, which exceeded Mamdani’s 207,000 vote margin of victory over former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who ran as an independent.
