The Kenyan High Court has also now suspended Bill Gates immunity from Prosecution

Kenyan High Court Suspends Bill Gates’ Immunity: Globalist Agenda Exposed in Africa?

In a monumental judicial blow sending shockwaves through the global community, the Kenyan High Court has suspended Bill Gates’ legal immunity, paving the way for his potential prosecution. This unprecedented decision stems from a lawsuit filed by Kenyan Senator Mithika Linturi, who accuses the Microsoft founder and his allies of engaging in activities that «consume and destroy the sovereignty of Africa.» The ruling is not just a legal victory; it is a battle cry for sovereign nations awakening to the dangerous overreach of unelected global elites operating under the guise of philanthropy and public health. This case unveils the tip of the iceberg of a dark agenda that conservative voices have denounced for years.

The core of the accusation is one of the most alarming revelations of the modern era: the alleged perversion of vaccination campaigns to carry out covert population control experiments. As detailed in court, the World Health Organization (WHO), an entity heavily funded by Gates, launched a tetanus eradication campaign in Kenya between 2014 and 2015. However, Kenyan doctors and researchers discovered that the vaccine used was radically different. It was reportedly a «fertility-regulating vaccine,» which combined the tetanus toxoid with the hormone Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG), essential for sustaining pregnancy. The insidious consequence, as alleged, is that when injected into a woman, her immune system produces antibodies that attack this hormone, effectively resulting in sterilization.

The devastating repercussions for the Kenyan people are already visible and quantifiable. Local healthcare professionals have reported a chilling and inexplicable rise in infertility cases among young, healthy couples. Furthermore, there is a recurring tragedy of women suffering multiple consecutive miscarriages, unable to carry a pregnancy to term. These are not mere coincidences but a horrifying pattern that aligns with Gates-sponsored campaigns. The brave research and subsequent publication of a scientific paper by Kenyan doctors have corroborated these accusations, providing a factual basis for what many had suspected: that the world’s most vulnerable populations are being used as lab rats for a radical social engineering program.

Democrats Block Legislation To Pay Troops During Shutdown

Democrats blocked the Senate from considering a defense spending bill on Thursday afternoon that would pay military service members during the shutdown.

Senators voted 50 to 44, with just three Democrats breaking with Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer to advance a full-year defense appropriations bill. The failed vote comes as Congress is locked in a stalemate to end the 16-day shutdown with Democrats largely refusing to cross party lines and reopen the government.

The defense appropriations bill would fund the Department of War for the upcoming fiscal year and ensure that active-duty troops do not miss a paycheck during the shutdown. The measure also includes a military pay raise.

Military personnel would have gone without pay for the first time in U.S. history on Wednesday if President Donald Trump had not tapped unused Pentagon funding to temporarily cover troop pay.

However, there is no guarantee of future paychecks for military personnel if the shutdown continues into November.

Democratic Sens. John Fetterman of Pennsylvania, Catherine Cortez Masto of Nevada and Jeanne Shaheen of New Hampshire joined Republicans in advancing the defense spending bill that would fund troop pay for the entire fiscal year. The funding measure notably passed out of the Appropriations Committee with near unanimous support in July.

Senate Majority Leader John Thune blasted Democrats for filibustering the measure during a fiery speech on the Senate floor.

“After voting last week for an authorization bill to increase troop pay, Democrats just voted against the bill that would actually pay the troops,” Thune said.

“They’re happy to sacrifice any American and evidently any principle to their political goals,” Thune continued. “Democrats like to position themselves as the party of the little guy and the defender of hard-working Americans, but as this vote makes clear, who do Democrats really care about?”

Election Denier Kathy Griffin Doesn’t Think Trump Won in 2024, Calls Elon Musk a ‘Professional Nazi’

Kathy Griffin supposedly used to be a comedian. Now she is an election denying conspiracy theorist and smear merchant.

During a recent episode of her podcast, she said that she does not believe Trump won the 2024 election. She has said this before now. Remember when Democrats and the media said such talk was a threat to democracy? Good times.

During this segment, Griffin also claims Elon Musk is not actually smart, but that he is a ‘professional Nazi.’ Wouldn’t it be a shame if Musk sued her into the poorhouse?

NewsBusters reports:

‘Very Suspicious’: Kathy Griffin Goes Full Election Denier

On her Wednesday Talk Your Head Off YouTube show, actress and comedian Kathy Griffin continued the trend of liberal celebrities and talking heads trying to make election denial great again because, according to her, Elon Musk’s support for Donald Trump contained an illegal scheme to bribe voters.

Griffin started with her attacks on Musk, “I’m gonna say something that’s gonna get me in trouble. I don’t think he won in a free and fair election. You heard me. I’m coming out and saying it myself. I don’t care if that means I look crazy because Elon Musk, who’s this other Nazi guy running around town who owns X, and a lot of people think he’s a genius, but he’s not, he’s like a fake genius.”

As for the alleged funny business, Griffin continued, “Anyway, he’s a, but he’s a professional Nazi in my humble opinion, and he’s good friends with Trump, and at one point, I don’t know if you remember, but he was giving out million dollar checks to people if they would vote for Trump. That’s illegal. It’s unconstitutional and illegal, so that was happening, and the fact that Trump won all seven swing states, which has never happened in the history of the U.S., makes it all very suspicious to me.”

2 LA men charged with fraud in misuse of public funds meant for combating homelessness

Two Los Angeles-area men faced federal charges in separate criminal cases as they are both accused of fraudulently acquiring public funds that were allocated to address homelessness and build affordable housing, the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced Thursday.

Cody Holmes of Beverly Hills was in custody as of Thursday after he allegedly used fake bank records to receive nearly $26 million from the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) for Shangri-La Industries LLC, for which he previously served as a CFO.

The money from Project Homekey was supposed to be used to build affordable housing in Thousand Oaks, but instead, Holmes, 31, spent the money to pay credit card bills and purchase good at luxury retailers, the DOJ alleged.

“Even though the developer received all the money from the state, the developer did not complete the construction of the Thousand Oaks project,” Acting U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli said during a news conference Thursday. “Essentially, he stole the money.”

In a separate case, Steven Taylor, a developer and real state agent, of Brentwood was released on a $3.6 million bond, the DOJ said, after he was charged with bank fraud, identity theft and money laundering.

Federal investigators said Taylor also used fake bank records to obtain loans and lines of credit. The 44-year-old is accused of using the fraudulently obtained funds to flip a Cheviot Hills home and selling it to a homeless housing developer for more than double his original purchase.

“Taylor had contracted to sell the property, which he acquired for only $11 million, fraudulently, to Weingart, a homeless housing developer, that purchased the property for a whopping $27 million in a transaction that was hidden from the victim lender and others,” Essayli added.

Akil Davis, FBI’s assistant director in charge of the Los Angeles Field Office. said Taylor also tried to enrich his business in high-end neighborhoods of Los Angeles.

“Taylor’s actions not only misled banks, but also took advantage of the city and state’s efforts to combat the homelessness crisis, Davis said.

“Black” voting districts are unconstitutional, unfair, and condescending

The map shows the contorted Congressional District in Louisiana that is at issue in the Supreme Court case that was argued yesterday.

You won’t see this map in most of the news reports on the case – not because it’s not newsworthy, but because it is. This picture speaks a thousand words about the absurdity at issue.

All parties to the case – and the Supreme Court Justices, as well – agree that this strange amalgamation was created for the express purpose of establishing a district that is supposedly Black* so that Blacks could be assured of electing Black representatives.

(I say “supposedly Black” because most Blacks in Louisiana, as in other American states, are actually of mixed race.)

There are several problems with this notion of Black Congressional Districts. First, it assumes that people identifying as Blacks can be represented in Congress only by other people identifying as Blacks. Why is that the case? I’m white and I’ve voted for Black candidates, and I’m sure many Blacks have voted for white candidates. In fact, Donald Trump got a substantial share of the Black vote last year.

Second, the flip side of concentrating Blacks into Black districts is to concentrate whites into white districts. If we’re to have separate Congressional Districts, should we also have separate schools? Separate drinking fountains?

In a region of the country with a sordid Jim Crow history of “separate but equal,” having separate Congressional Districts strikes me as a vile throwback.

Third, what happens if one of the white districts in Louisiana elects a Black? That would result in Blacks having too many seats, right? Conversely, what happens if a Black district elects a white? Does that mean we need to go back to the racial gerrymandering board to re-draw the districts again?

Fourth, this notion that Blacks are entitled to Congressional representation in exact proportion to their population (or more in the event a Black gets elected in a white district) would seem to apply equally to other races.

In Washington State, for example, about 10% of the population is of Asian descent. Many of their ancestors were exploited and discriminated against. Should we gerrymander the Congressional Districts in Washington to ensure that 10% of the representatives are Asian?

What do we do if the Asian voters don’t go along? What do we do if they “wrongly” vote for a white or Black or Hispanic rather than for the Asian candidate that they’re supposed to vote for? What if they vote for politicians on the basis of policy, not race? Or on the basis of the content of their character, not the color of their skin?

Gee, that’d be horrible, huh?

Bondi DOJ Backs Warrantless Invasion Of Gun Owners’ Homes

The Department of Justice under Attorney General Pam Bondi is advancing an argument that threatens to hollow out the Fourth Amendment’s core protection: that Americans may be secure in their homes against warrantless searches.

The lawsuit is Case v. Montana. After a difficult breakup, William Trevor Case was at home alone when police arrived for a so-called “welfare check.” They spent nearly an hour outside his house. Officers walked around the property, shined flashlights through windows, and even discussed calling his relatives or reaching him directly. They never did. Instead, they retrieved rifles and a ballistic shield, broke down his door without a warrant, and shot him.

The Montana Supreme Court upheld the police’s warrantless entry. Apparently, the government’s “reasonable suspicion” that Treavor Case might need “help” was sufficient to justify an armed warrantless intrusion into his home. That standard is alarmingly low. The Fourth Amendment requires probable cause and judicial approval before government agents may enter a home. It does not permit entry based on a hunch.

And it was not as if obtaining a warrant would have been difficult. A recent Harvard Law Review study found that 93 percent of warrants are approved on first submission, often in less than three minutes. With modern technology, police can draft and submit warrant requests directly from their phones. The officers in Montana had nearly an hour to seek judicial approval. They chose not to.

The U.S. Supreme Court addressed a similar issue in Caniglia v. Strom in 2021. In that case, officers entered a man’s home without a warrant after a domestic dispute, claiming they were acting as “community caretakers.” The Court unanimously rejected that argument. Justice Clarence Thomas wrote that the Fourth Amendment’s protections do not vanish just because police say they are trying to help. The Court allowed for true emergencies—cases of imminent harm or death—but drew a clear line against open-ended “caretaking” exceptions.

The facts in Montana look nothing like an emergency. Body camera transcripts reveal that officers themselves doubted that Case required immediate aid. One noted that “chances are pretty slim” he needed urgent medical attention. They discussed staging medical personnel outside but decided against it. After forty minutes of hesitation, they declared the situation an “emergency” and broke in anyway.

In any other context, an armed entry without a warrant would be understood as unlawful. The Constitution does not stop at the property line of a gun owner. If a homeowner responds defensively to armed intruders, the law recognizes the basic right of self-defense. What transforms that same scenario into a police action is supposed to be the warrant requirement. Strip that away, and the police have no more right to enter than anyone else.

Pam Bondi’s Department of Justice, however, has sided with Montana.

Virginia Democrat Voters Side With Assassination Fetishist Jay Jones: ‘Gotta Fight Hardball’

RLINGTON, Va. — Come hell or high water, Democrats in Virginia are standing by their attorney general candidate Jay Jones, who fantasized about annihilating the family of his political opponents in order to get them to “move on policy.”

According to Democrat voters in one of the commonwealth’s bluest districts, “the alternative,” Attorney General Jason Miyares, R-Va. — who is most well known for conducting basic law enforcement duties, working with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to deport illegals, and defending school children from “transgender” ideology — is much more dangerous.

In the final stretch of the Virginia election, with early voting season in full swing, The Federalist interviewed multiple Democrat voters outside Arlington County’s primary early voting location at Courthouse Plaza. None would give their names, but all justified voting for Jones despite his desire to commit gruesome acts of violence over political disagreements.

Each Democrat was very much aware of how abhorrent the comments were, but was committed to sticking by him anyway. The underlying drive for their support seems to be their idea that their cause is existential and the ends justify all behavior, including talking in a very serious way about the murder of political opponents and their families.

“You gotta fight hardball the same way they do,” one middle-aged white male Democrat who had just cast his ballot for Jones told The Federalist. He explained that the text messages did not change his vote, but it “made me hesitant.” He added that if it were a primary, he would not vote for him.

Men charged with sex crimes in three states get in girls’ locker rooms by invoking gender identity

The deep-blue suburbs of Washington, D.C., have surprising company among areas where men charged with sex offenses have been reportedly granted access to government-owned girls’ locker rooms based on gender identity: a Republican-trending Wisconsin metro between Milwaukee and Chicago.

Case High School Aquatic Center staff invoked Racine Unified School District’s gender-identity policy to justify letting 64-year-old Rohan de Silva use the girls’ locker room, a pool user allegedly told a local activist with Moms for Liberty, which previously sued the district to block its implementation of the Biden administration’s gender-identity regulations.

RUSD’s Administrative Regulation 5145.4 on its face does not apply to adults, however, only granting opposite-sex locker room access to “students who are transgender and students who do not conform to gender role stereotypes.”

Registered sex offender Richard Kenneth Cox, by contrast, used adult-inclusive policies in Arlington and Fairfax counties in Virginia to enter female facilities and get near children.

Arlington is prosecuting 58-year-old Cox, who identifies as a woman, for exposing himself in high school girls’ locker rooms during community pool hours. A mother testified Cox masturbated in front of her daughter, and a detective said he had children’s swim schedules for Fairfax County Public Schools and child pornography on his phone.

A public records request by Defending Education revealed that Cox, who goes by “Riki,” complained to Arlington School Board member Kathleen Clark in 2024 that pool staff had asked him to use a single-use facility, treating him like “some kind of freak,” in Cox’s words.

“Inconceivably, after these email exchanges, Cox went on to expose himself six more times before his ultimate arrest,” Defending Education said.

‘Two Bullets’ Jay Jones Says He’s Sorry For Vile Texts, Then Blames Trump

It’s a good thing “Two Bullets” Jay Jones isn’t applying for a line prosecutor position in an attorney general’s office. As Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares has said, Jones wouldn’t pass a background check.

But Jones, a former Virginia state delegate, isn’t applying for a line prosecutor position. He’s applying to replace Republican incumbent AG Miyares. The commonwealth’s voters in a couple of weeks, however, will determine if Jones’ vile text messages — in which he fantasized about putting “two bullets” in the head of a Republican politician he loathed — pass their background check.

‘I Am Ashamed,’ but It’s Trump

At a debate Thursday evening between the two candidates, Jones had to again face the violent messages that some of his fellow Democrats have called indefensible and many Virginians have said are disqualifying. Jones gave another political mea culpa, telling the packed house at the University of Richmond who he believes the real culprit is: Donald Trump.

“Let me be very clear: I am ashamed. I am embarrassed. And I am sorry,” the leftist AG candidate said. His apology sounded as sincere as the standard politician who is sorry — for being caught.

Jones quickly pivoted to a long list of complaints about President Donald Trump, attempting to tie Miyares to the hip of the commander-in-chief and his policies. Jones, who is dealing with more unearthed skeletons than his 2022 text fantasies of murdering the children of former Virginia Speaker of the House Todd Gilbert, urged voters to remember that “the stakes of this race are too high” to consider his psychotic messages.

Jones warned that if he is not elected there will be no one in the attorney general’s office to lead an endless lawfare campaign against the left’s Public Enemy No. 1 and his administration.

“When Donald Trump fires [federal] workers, defunds our schools, and levies tariffs that destroy our regional economies, sends armed troops into cities, and defunds law enforcment, he has a willing cheerleader here in Jason Miyares, who will not step up to sue,” Miyares said, promising Virginia and the world that he would be a reliable foot soldier in the Democratic Party’s war on Trump and a political agenda that much of America voted for.

Shocker: ‘No Kings Protest’ in New York City on Saturday Is Sponsored by Several Communist Groups

Democrats and Communists, or Communist Democrats, are holding a “No Kings” rally Saturday in cities around the country.

The New York City No Kings rally is sponsored by several communist groups. The Democratic Socialists of America, New York Working Families Party, CPUSA, and Freedom Socialist Party are all sponsoring this rally against President Donald J. Trump.

Rather than working to end the Schumer government shutdown, Chuck Schumer is out promoting the communist-backed rally.

Senator Rick Scott (R-FL) called out Minority Leader Chuck Schumer for endorsing this disgusting anti-American event. Scott warned Schumer that if he attends this event he will endorse communism in America!

Senator Rick Scott: The “No Kings” protest in NYC this weekend is sponsored by multiple communist groups, including the Communist Party of the USA.

This is who @SenSchumer is cowering to & shutting down your federal government to appease. It’s disgusting & if Chuck Schumer attends this protest, it will be his full endorsement of communism in America.
