Swalwell Threatens Trump Officials After Federal Housing Director Pulte Criminally Refers Him to DOJ For Mortgage Fraud

Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell threatened investigators after NBC News reported that he had been criminally referred to the Justice Department.

Federal Housing regulator Bill Pulte referred Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell to the Justice Department for criminal prosecution over mortgage fraud.

According to NBC News, Pulte is alleging that Swalwell, a Democrat Congressman representing a district in California, took out millions of dollars worth of mortgage loans based on his declaring his primary residence as Washington, DC.

Swalwell’s $1.2 million DC home is now a target of the Justice Department.

As TGP contributor Joel Gilbert recently reported, despite serving as a Congressman from California’s 15th District and claiming Hometown: Livermore on his official House profile, Swalwell has declared his Washington, DC property as his “principal residence.”

A public Deed of Trust for Swalwell’s DC home at 209 S Street NE, dated April 18, 2022, confirms the property is designated as his “principal residence” as a condition of the loan, Joel Gilbert reported.

Pulte is alleging that Swalwell made misleading statements during the purchase and refinance of the DC property.

The FHFA’s Inspector General is also investigating Swalwell’s mortgage fraud.

Swalwell, of Fang Fang fame, lashed out at Trump and threatened investigators during an appearance on MSNBC.

“When we are the majority, we will have subpoena power and accountability will happen. Bill Pulte and any other lawless official who is carrying out these political prosecutions on behalf of Donald Trump, they should familiarize themselves with the Judiciary Committee room because they’re going to be spending a lot of time there answering questions and I sure hope everything they did there was above board,” Swalwell said.

Article III Project founder and attorney Mike Davis said Swalwell’s statements threatening investigators sounds like obstruction of justice.

“Well, I would say this first off with Eric Swalwell, that sounds like obstruction of justice when you are threatening to go after federal investigators for investigating you for federal crimes so maybe that’s another charge that the Justice Department should tack onto this investigation,” Mike Davis said.

True scale of America’s mutant meat scandal sparks alarm in government

Advisers to Robert F Kennedy Jr. fear cloned meat and animal breeding could become a divisive issue inside the Make America Healthy Again movement.

The Daily Mail understands that the use of cloned animals in the US food supply is seen as a ‘complex problem’ among Kennedy allies.

The topic gained renewed attention this week when Canada announced it would allow cloned meat products to be sold in supermarkets without any disclosure – a practice the US has quietly permitted for nearly two decades.

Some close allies of the health secretary worry the issue could spark tensions within the movement, particularly among its tech-forward members who align with Elon Musk and view cloned breeding as a potentially valuable tool for boosting sustainability and environmental outcomes, the Daily Mail understands.

For now, the Trump Administration’s Health Department (HHS) has taken no official stance on cloned-animal products in the food supply.

Sources close to Kennedy say the department is not ruling out weighing in later on what they describe as an ‘interesting issue.’

HHS is currently deferring all policy authority to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which sits under Kennedy’s leadership.

Chatham House hosts notorious Ukrainian neo-Nazi mob leader

London-based think tank Chatham House has hosted notorious Ukrainian neo-Nazi Yevhen Karas as a speaker at an event called ‘War in Ukraine: The battleground for the future of Europe’.

The think tank presented Karas as the commander of the 413th Separate Battalion of Unmanned Systems ‘Raid’ of Ukraine’s armed forces, failing to mention his colorful neo-Nazi background.

Karas is known as the founder of the notorious S14 far-right paramilitary group, created in 2010 as a youth offshoot of the far-right Svoboda party. The name of the group is a stylized form of the Ukrainian word ‘Sich’, referring to an administrative and military center for Cossack proto-states, and contains the number ‘14’, widely used by assorted white supremacist and neo-Nazi organizations worldwide.

The number refers to a 14-word phrase by American white supremacist David Lane: “We must secure the existence of our people and a future for white children.” The S14 itself, however, has insisted its name refers to the date it was created and denies being a neo-Nazi organization, but merely a “Ukrainian nationalist” group.

D.C. Appeals Court STRIKES DOWN Trump DOT’s Safety Rules — Allows Immigrants to Obtain Commercial Licenses Again Despite Fatal Florida Truck Crash

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit blocked the Trump-Vance administration’s emergency safety rule, a rule designed to keep America’s highways safe from unvetted foreign drivers.

The court sided not with public safety, not with the families of crash victims, but with activist groups, blue-city governments, and unions who argued that asylum seekers, refugees, and DACA recipients should continue holding commercial driver’s licenses (CDLs) despite major questions about identity verification, training standards, and foreign driving histories.

The stay halts the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s (FMCSA) new rule limiting CDLs to individuals on verifiable, trackable visa categories, H-2A, H-2B, and E-2.

The rule excluded categories where driving and identity records cannot be confirmed, including asylum seekers, refugees, and DACA recipients.

CEO of Palantir Says He Spends a Large Amount of Time Talking to Nazis

While you were busy wasting your time listening to podcasts and doomscrolling on your phone, one of America’s leading AI overlords was educating himself by talking to Nazis.

This was the startling admission made by Alex Karp, cofounder and CEO of the software company Palantir, a company that’s come under increasingly heavy scrutiny for its growing role as a provider of AI-powered surveillance technology to the military and government.

In an interview with podcaster Molly O’Shea published this week, Karp, who has Jewish heritage, was discussing German culture and his time in the country before going on a tangent about how outrageous it is that people online “laud the Nazis.” Then he fessed up to something even more eyebrow-raising.

“I spend a lot of time talking to Nazis,” Karp said, implying that this is an ongoing pastime of his. “Like, real Nazis,” he emphasized.

Karp explained that it was his way of “understanding what made them tick,” before making an ironic observation.

“Part of the crazy thing about people who laud the Nazis nowadays is there’s not a single Nazi that would ever have included them in their movement and would have shipped them off to the camps quicker maybe than they shipped me off to the camps!” he chuckled.

He then pulled off the smoothest segue of all time.

“Uh, but, um, and uh, and it’s like, it’s uh but” — the interview mercifully jumps cuts —  “the thing that’s crazy unique about America,” Karp began to muse.

Beyond his role as Palantir’s head honcho, Karp is known for his philosophical ramblings, his “eccentric” personality, and his affinity for German culture. He has a PhD in philosophy from Goethe University Frankfurt, and draws on his background to defend Western values — in particular American ones — as especially good for the world.

This year, for instance, he published a book about how the US needed to embrace having the most technologically advanced weapons possible to preserve its dominance. An excerpt of that book was published online as an essay under the headline “We Need a New Manhattan Project.”

A MASSIVE 97% of Listeners Fooled: Can YOU Tell If This Hit Song Is Human… or AI?

In an era where the boundaries between the synthetic and the sentient blur with alarming rapidity, a sobering revelation has emerged from the sonic realm: humanity’s capacity to discern the hand of the artist from the algorithm has all but evaporated.

A recent survey commissioned by the French streaming platform Deezer, polling 9,000 individuals across eight nations, laid bare this disquieting truth.

Respondents were tasked with listening to two clips of music wholly conjured by artificial intelligence and one crafted by human hands; astonishingly, 97 percent failed to differentiate between them.

Deezer’s chief executive, Alexis Lanternier, observed, “The survey results clearly show that people care about music and want to know if they’re listening to AI or human made tracks or not.”

Psychotherapist Confirms TDS is REAL and Exploding — Patients Can’t Sleep, Travel, or Function Normally Because They’re “Triggered” by Trump

A Manhattan psychotherapist is confirming what conservatives have warned about for years: Trump Derangement Syndrome is real, it’s spreading, and it’s shredding the mental health of millions of Americans who can’t emotionally cope with the existence of Donald Trump.

During an interview on “The Faulkner Focus,” Jonathan Alpert, a well-known psychotherapist who practices in New York and Washington and writes for the Wall Street Journal, revealed that three-quarters of his patients are now suffering from what can only be described as a political obsession so unhinged it borders on clinical impairment.

Alpert explained that within five minutes of a session, many patients launch into rants about Trump. Not policy issues. Not debate. Pure emotional meltdown.

Harris Faulkner:
Jonathan is in focus with me now. So, first of all, identify it for us. You’re in a session, and you pick up on what?

Jonathan Alpert:
Well, Harris, it doesn’t take long for me to pick up on this. People are obsessed with Trump. They’re fixated — they’re hyper-fixated on Trump. And they talk about some of the features of this disorder: they can’t sleep, they feel traumatized by Mr. Trump, they feel restless. I had one patient who said she couldn’t enjoy a vacation because any time she saw Trump in the news or on her device, she felt triggered. So this is a profound pathology, and I would even go so far as to call it the defining pathology of our time.

Harris Faulkner:
These people come to you for the things that you described — can’t sleep, traumatized, perhaps depression. I don’t want to put words in your mouth, but at first you are there to treat an illness, a disorder of some kind, and what you figure out is that’s the trigger.

Jonathan Alpert:
Well, and Trump is the trigger for many of these people. To be that fixated on a figure — on a person — it’s simply not healthy. Our country has strayed so far away from where we once were. If you look at the ’80s, when President Reagan was shot, people were united. He famously said to the surgeons, “I hope you’re all Republicans.” The response was, “Today, Mr. President, we’re all Republicans.” But our country has lost that. We’ve strayed so far from that unity.

Harris Faulkner:
What do you see? Because you told me off camera that three-quarters of your patient load right now has what you’re calling this TDS.

Jonathan Alpert:
Well, three-quarters of my patients will present with a lot of these symptoms, and within probably five minutes of seeing me, their hatred for Trump comes up. So if you’re that hyper-focused on Trump, that’s an issue — and it’s worth being treated.

Explosive new documentary probes ’80-year global coverup’ of UFO secrets

For decades, military pilots, radar operators and ordinary citizens have reported strange objects darting through the skies, often dismissed by officials or buried under classification.

Despite congressional hearings and government task forces, little clarity has emerged about what Americans are actually seeing.

Now, the director of a new explosive documentary is pulling back the curtain on that mystery.

Director and producer Dan Farah sat down with Fox News’ Bret Baier Friday to discuss his new documentary, “The Age of Disclosure.”

“For a very long time, the public, Congress and even the president have been kept out of the loop on this subject,” Farah said. “In the last few years, senior members of Congress, senior members of the administration — thanks to whistle-blowers — have found out what’s been going on, and they are now in pursuit of the truth for themselves and for the American people.”

The film explores an alleged “80-year global cover-up” of non-human intelligent life and a secret race among world powers to reverse-engineer advanced technology of non-human origin. It features interviews with 34 senior members of the U.S. government, military and intelligence community, including Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

“Every single person I interviewed made it very clear that it was no longer a question of whether this was a real situation,” he said. “It’s a very real situation.”

Farah, who worked on the film for more than three years, said each person he spoke to had “direct knowledge of this issue” and “extreme credibility.”

“We’ve had repeated instances of something operating in the airspace over restricted nuclear facilities, and it’s not ours,” Rubio said in the trailer.

He said the film reveals how the U.S. government is engaged in a “high-stakes, secret Cold War race with adversarial nations like China and Russia to reverse engineer technology of non-human origin.”

‘Free to express opinions’: Oregon district pays $650,000 to settle with educators who objected to trans lessons

Schools ‘can’t retaliate against speech simply because they disagree with what’s said.’

An Oregon school district has agreed to pay $650,000 to settle with two educators who were punished, then fired, for speaking out against the injurious transgender agenda the district was adopting.

The trans ideology as promoted by Joe Biden and his administration for years includes giving chemicals to children to delay puberty, then doing mutilating body surgeries on the child.

Grants Pass, Ore., educators Katie Medart and Rachel Sager had launched a grassroots movement called “I Resolve” to speak out on a school gender identity education policy, and to offer alternatives that would allow teachers to continue teaching without submitting their religious beliefs to the social agenda.

And one that would respect the rights of parents to know what their children were being given in school.

They posted a video on their own website promoting their beliefs and efforts.

Subsequently, Grants Pass School District 7 officials suspended them, then fired them.

“Educators are free to express opinions on fundamental issues of public concern—like gender identity education policy—that implicate the freedoms of teachers, parents, and students,” said Mathew Hoffman, of the ADF, which represented the teachers along with the Pacific Justice Institute.

“The Grants Pass School District is taking the right step by acknowledging that teachers don’t give up their First Amendment rights when they set foot on school property. Public schools can’t retaliate against speech simply because they disagree with what’s said.”

Sager and Medart have worked in the education field for many years, including at North Middle School in Grants Pass. Sager served as assistant principal, and Medart taught science there, the legal teams explained.

Their legal action charging the school violated their free speech, religious freedom and equal protection rights was settled with the district agreeing to pay $650,000 in damages and attorneys’ fees.

5,000 Dead People Getting SNAP, 500,000 Receiving Benefits Twice: Rollins

The secretary of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) said in a recent interview that the department found that 500,000 people are registered twice for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, while more than 5,000 deceased people have also been receiving the benefits.

In an interview on Nov. 12 with Fox News, USDA Secretary Brooke Rollins said that SNAP is one of the “most corrupt, dysfunctional programs” in U.S. history, adding that 80 percent of people using the program are able to work. After an investigation, the secretary said that 5,000 dead people were getting SNAP, while another 500,000 people were getting SNAP twice under the same name.

“They choose not to work” because taxpayers are footing the bill, she added, saying that “very big announcements” will be coming in the next week.

Her comment was made as SNAP benefits, known as food stamps, saw setbacks and legal wrangling during the government shutdown that was ended on Wednesday evening.

Rollins also suggested that if some SNAP benefits are cut off, more illegal immigrants will self-deport, which she said would change the outcome of the Census.

Earlier in the month, as SNAP benefits were suspended, Rollins described “massive fraud” in the system, noting that the fraud was discovered only in states that had cooperated with a prior investigation. She said that 21 states refused to hand over their SNAP data to the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), which was established by the Trump administration earlier this year.
