Biden DOJ Seeks To Gag Texas Doctor Who Blew Whistle On Child Trans Surgeries

Federal prosecutors seek to silence Eithan Haim and his attorneys after they exposed major problems in the Biden Administration’s criminal targeting of the Dallas surgeon who blew the whistle on the mutilation of minors.

Last week, federal prosecutors filed a Motion to Gag both Dr. Haim and the lawyers defending him against criminal charges the Department of Justice filed against the Texas physician in May 2024. The Biden Administration indicted Dr. Haim on spurious grounds after he leaked evidence a year earlier to journalist Christopher Rufo that the Texas Children’s Hospital was removing the healthy breasts and genitals of children. 

Currently, Dr. Haim faces five criminal counts of violating the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, or HIPAA, brought by a Second Superseding Indictment. Federal prosecutors filed a Second Superseding Indictment after the first two indictments against Haim included glaring mistakes — ones Haim and his counsel pointed out in various X posts.

Those posts caught the ire of the Department of Justice, with the federal prosecutors arguing in their Motion to Gag  that the posts on X “could interfere with a fair trial or otherwise prejudice the Government or the administration of justice because they discuss and characterize the substance of pretrial proceedings that would ordinarily be excluded from consideration by the jury, and disparage the prosecutors and the case in inflammatory language.” 

To support the motion, government lawyers filed two exhibits, including various threads posted on X, but inexplicably filed the materials under seal even though the posts appeared on the social media platform. That prompted the should-be-satirical-but-isn’t news aggregator, Not the Bee, to file a Motion to Intervene and Motion to Unseal. In addition to the two sealed exhibits of X posts, Not the Bee also sought the unsealing of two other court filings, one providing notice of an intent to seek a Second Superseding Indictment and the second related to the withdrawal of an Assistant U.S. Attorney from the case.

Long-time federal judge David Hittner, a Ronald Reagan appointee, denied Not the Bee’s Motion to Intervene, but granted its motion to unseal the filings, revealing the supposedly disparaging and inflammatory language prosecutors claim supports a gag order. 

A review of the various posts, however, shows Dr. Haim and his lawyer merely reiterating the same legal points made in briefing and argument before the court.

Radical Leftist Who Detonated Bomb Outside Republican Alabama AG’s Office Sentenced to Prison – DOJ Resisted Charges Because Bomber is Transgender: Whistleblower

As previously reported, an explosive device was detonated outside of the Alabama Attorney General’s office earlier this year in February.

According to reports, the explosive device was detonated early in the morning on February 24.

The bomber, Kyle Calvert, was arrested on April 10, 2024.

No one was injured in the explosion.

“In the early hours of Saturday, February 24, an explosive device was detonated outside of the Alabama Attorney General’s Office building in Montgomery. Thankfully, no staff or personnel were injured by the explosion. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency will be leading the investigation, and we are urging anyone with information to contact them immediately,” Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall (R) said in a statement.

According to the plea agreement, Kyle Calvert admitted to manufacturing the explosive device and using nails and screws as shrapnel.

Calvert also supported Antifa and placed stickers that read “Support your local Antifa” on downtown buildings. Law enforcement said Calvert claimed he has no affiliation with Antifa.

The FBI/DOJ on Thursday announced Kyle Calvert was sentenced to nine years in federal prison.

“Kyle Benjamin Douglas Calvert, 27, of Irondale, Alabama, was sentenced today to nine years in prison for the malicious use of an explosive device outside of the Alabama Attorney General’s Office in Montgomery,” the Justice Department said in a press release on Thursday.

“Kyle Calvert attacked the Alabama Attorney General’s Office with a shrapnel-filled explosive and then fled the scene, but this sentence ensures he will not escape accountability for his crime,” said US Attorney General Merrick Garland. “Acts of violence like this one against our public institutions endanger public servants and entire communities, and they must not be tolerated. I am grateful to the FBI, ATF, and our state and local law enforcement partners for ensuring accountability for this attack, and for the work they do every day to protect our communities.”

“Today’s sentencing is the final step holding Kyle Calvert accountable for detonating a shrapnel-filled explosive device outside a public office in downtown Montgomery,” said FBI Director Christopher Wray. “This case demonstrates the FBI’s continued commitment to working with our partners to bring to justice anyone who attempts violence to injure or intimidate members of our community.”

What else can one conclude with this kind of news from the New York Times?

A C.I.A. official has been charged with disclosing classified documents that appeared to show Israel’s plans to retaliate against Iran for a missile attack earlier this year, according to court documents and people familiar with the matter.

The official, Asif W. Rahman, was indicted last week in federal court in Virginia with two counts of willful retention and transmission of national defense information. He was arrested by the F.B.I. on Tuesday in Cambodia and brought to federal court in Guam to face charges.

The documents were prepared by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, which analyzes images and information collected by U.S. spy satellites. It conducts work in support of clandestine and military operations.

Mr. Rahman, who worked abroad for the C.I.A., was set to appear in Guam on Thursday.

The information in the documents is highly classified and details interpretations of satellite imagery that shed light on a possible strike by Israel on Iran. They began circulating last month on the Telegram app.

That was quick.

Based on the sparse info in the story, he appears to have been a highly vetted CIA officer with responsibility abroad, and his absence of social media presence suggests a clandestine capacity. He was busted on U.S. Election Day in Cambodia, meaning, the lawmen had been working on the matter before that, probably dating from the leak itself reported on Oct. 19. The Cambodia locale was the kind of place they might lure someone for an arrest, so he could have been based pretty much anywhere within flying distance of Phnom Penh. But betting markets and polls had shown that Trump was the likely next president around the time of the leak, so they may have been motivated to get this guy based on what was coming. He may have been motivated to leak based on the same likelihood. The institution strives to save itself, preserving some kind of appearance of professionalism, which was hardly the case in the recent past.

US government worker charged with leaking classified documents on Israel’s plans to strike Iran

A man who worked for the U.S. government has been charged with leaking classified information assessing Israel’s earlier plans to attack Iran, according to court papers filed Wednesday.

The man, identified as Asif William Rahman, was arrested by the FBI this week in Cambodia and was due to make his first court appearance in Guam.

He was indicted last week in U.S. court in Virginia on two counts of willful transmission of national defense information — felony charges that an carry significant prison sentences.

It was not immediately clear whether Rahman had a lawyer or which federal agency employed him, but officials say he had top secret security clearance.

Pentagon Leaker Who Published Sensitive Information Revealing Ukraine Was Losing War to Russia is Sentenced to 15 Years in Federal Prison

US National Guardsman Jack Teixeira was officially charged in April 2023 with leaking secret Pentagon documents. Teixeira was charged with six counts of willful retention and transmission of classified documents relating to national defense.

Classified documents detailing the Ukraine war, Middle East, China, Africa and Israel ended up on a gaming platform. Senior intelligence officials at the time called the leak “a nightmare for the Five Eyes,” in a reference to the United States, Britain, Australia, New Zealand and Canada, the so-called Five Eyes nations that broadly share intelligence.

What really upset the Biden regime and the military-industrial complex was that Teixeira leaked documents that exposed Biden’s lies about Ukraine.

According to the one Teixeira leak, US and UK special forces are on the ground in Ukraine.

Leaked documents from Germany’s RKI prove that they knew every aspect of the covid pandemic response was NOT SCIENCE, it was POLITICAL

A whistle-blower obtained 10GB of information from the Robert Koch Institute. This so-called RKI Leak reveals that covid was a scam from start to finish. Professor Stefan Homberg presented the evidence on 2 November 2024 in the second largest room of the German Bundestag, which is intended for committees of inquiry.

The Robert Koch Institute (“RKI”) is a German federal government agency and research institute responsible for disease control and prevention. Located in Berlin and Wernigerode, it advises the specialist public and government on preventing and tackling infectious disease outbreaks.

The trove of documents reveals that RKI knew the covid response was not based on science but were political decisions to spread fear, control the population and promote the experimental “vaccines.”

In 2023, documents were obtained through legal action under the Freedom of Information Act. The files show that politicians ordered the experts to make up stories and narratives so as to support the government’s preconceived measures.  These documents are referred to as the RKI Files.  You can find the RKI Files HERE.

“Internally, RKI experts thought FFP2 masks were useless and believed that vaccines would not stop the virus spread. In the public, however, RKI vigorously advocated mask and vaccine mandates and discrimination of the unvaccinated,” Dr. Homberg said in the description of an April 2024 video explaining what the RKI Files revealed.

Earlier this month, Prof. Homberg presented what is being referred to as the RKI Leaks in the Bundestag.  “The RKI Leaks encompasses much more [than the RKI Files], he said. “Namely, all protocols, not just some of them.”

“All of them are completely unredacted.  And we obtained a lot of additional material such as letters, for example, a letter from President Macron to Germany, suggesting both countries conduct lockdowns in a similar fashion.  We also got Excel sheets, emails, PowerPoint presentations and so on,” he said.

IRS whistleblowers knew Hunter Biden laptop scandal “was real,” but prosecutors didn’t want to touch “the big guy”

The Biden Crime Family is back in the news, this time thanks to the consciences of IRS whistleblowers who have come forward to reveal that the Hunter Biden laptop scandal is, in fact, a big deal, but that prosecutors are reluctant to touch it because they fear Hunter’s father Joe, also known as “the big guy.”

Internal Revenue Service whistleblowers involved in the Hunter Biden tax scandal case say that investigators at not just their employer but also at the Department of Justice (DoJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) knew that Hunter Biden’s laptop “was real,” but were quickly silenced by prosecutors who demanded that they keep quiet about it ahead of the 2020 election.

“There were a lot of overt investigative steps that we were not allowed to take because we had an upcoming election,” one of the whistleblowers explains in the video below. “The prosecutors … told us that they didn’t want to ask about ‘the big guy.’ We corroborated that ‘the big guy’ was Joe Biden. Yes.”

FBI Whistleblower Tells Congress Former FBI Director James Comey Inserted Two Female Agent ‘Honeypots’ Inside Trump 2016 Campaign, Separate from Russia Hoax Investigation

According to an FBI whistleblower, former Directed James Comey inserted two female agents inside the Trump campaign in 2016.

The Washington Times reported that the female agents were directed to act as “honeypots” and travel with Trump and his staff.

This was an “off-the-books” operation and was separate from Comey and Obama’s Crossfire Hurricane operation that that targeted Trump based on false Russian collusion lies.

For years now we have not seen ANY high-level whistleblowers from the FBI during the debunked Crossfire Hurricane investigation of President Trump.

The entire FBI and DOJ was in on this assault on candidate and then President Trump for years despite knowing that the entire investigation was based on a lie that Trump was being influenced by Russia and Putin.

It was later well documented that it was Hillary Clinton who had created the lie from whole cloth. Hillary was later fined for funding the fake Russia dossier that was used to spy on Trump, his family, his campaign, and his administration.

The whistleblower told Congress that the investigation was hid from DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz, another lackey for the regime.

The details of this investigation was kept from President Trump’s criminal defense counsels.

This is the latest piece of evidence that details the absolute criminal mindset of the current FBI leadership.
