Democratic Party Official Arrested After Allegedly Injuring a Disabled Veteran at a ‘No Kings’ Protest

A Florida Democrat has been arrested after allegedly attacking a man identified as a disabled veteran during a “No Kings” protest on Saturday.

Brian Stewart, chairman of the Hernando County Democratic Party, was arrested, according to WFLA-TV.

An affidavit released by the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office said that a deputy was called to Spring Hill at about 10:31 a.m. Saturday.

A man said that after an argument with Stewart, the Democratic Party operative “struck him against his will.”

The victim “reported pain and had a visible lump on his head, which was consistent with being struck,” the office said.

“Based on the victim’s statement, the witness statement, the video evidence, the visible injury to Thomas Michta, and the defendant’s own admissions, I developed probable cause to believe that the defendant intentionally struck and touched Thomas Michta against his will and caused bodily harm,” the affidavit stated.

The incident kicked off when Stewart intervened as counter-protestors followed a public official.

Stewart reportedly played the siren on his megaphone, even as a counter-protester complained the noise would damage his hearing.

The man poured a liquid into the megaphone. Stewart then allegedly struck him with the megaphone.

Stewart was arrested on a misdemeanor battery charge.

The Hernando County Democratic Party claimed in a statement that Stewart was arrested after “responding to a provocation from a local agitator who threw a drink on him and yelled obscenities at community members during a protest.”

Republicans offered a different perspective.

“Brian Stewart was arrested for violently attacking a disabled veteran at the far-left ‘No Kings’ rally yesterday,” the Florida Republican Part posted on X.

“Radical liberals are spiraling out of control!” the post said, noting that other leading Florida Democrats had not condemned the incident.

When Will This Sh*t Stop?

A career criminal with 23 prior arrests and 70 charges was allowed to roam free until she stabbed a pregnant woman in broad daylight outside a Harris Teeter in Charlotte’s Cotswold Village Shopping Center on March 18. 

The 38-year-old victim was loading her car with her three-year-old child nearby when Marvina Marie Hardy (also known as Marvina Marie Hardy-Butler), 40, of Waxhaw, attacked her with a steak knife, stabbing her in the sternum. 

The victim fought back. Both she and her unborn baby are expected to recover.

Hardy was tracked to Flagler County, Florida, after public tips and surveillance video from inside the store helped identify her. 

She now faces extradition to North Carolina on charges of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill/inflict serious injury and battery of an unborn child. The motive remains unknown.

This preventable horror is the direct result of a revolving-door justice system that treats violent repeat offenders like minor nuisances. 

The same deadly pattern has repeated across blue cities and states. In Chicago, a man fresh out of jail threatened to kill white people with hammers on a CTA train, ranting racial threats just two days after release.

BROADCAST BIAS: Networks downplay illegal immigrant crime, even when women are murdered

On Thursday, March 19, an 18-year-old college student at Loyola University in Chicago named Sheridan Gorman was allegedly shot dead by an illegal alien from Venezuela, Jose Medina. The networks could barely touch the story, or talk about the immigration status of the alleged shooter. CBS only spent two minutes, followed by ABC at 79 seconds and NBC at 23 seconds. Searching for it on PBS or NPR found nothing.

PBS stations did waste 90 minutes on a documentary titled, “White With Fear,” about how Republicans use overtly racist tactics to win elections, and one of those, they claimed, was highlighting violent crimes by illegal immigrants. Their primary example was conservatives reporting on the 2015 killing of Kate Steinle in San Francisco.

The networks hate reporting on crime committed by illegal immigrants. They would insist it’s atypical. They love to proclaim that illegal immigrants commit crimes at a lower rate than native-born Americans – if you’re willing to dismiss the crime of entering the country illegally or overstaying a visa. But this ignores the obvious logic for grieving families like Gorman’s – if the alleged illegal alien killer hadn’t been allowed into the country, their loved one would still be alive.

Gorman’s family put out a statement about their loss and the politics of it: “Sheridan’s death cannot be reduced to a general ‘tragedy,’ nor can it be explained away by broad references to failures somewhere else,” the family said. “We are not interested in political arguments or in watching responsibility shift from one place to another. If there were failures—as the Governor [J.B. Pritzker] himself has acknowledged—then every one of them must be identified, examined, and addressed directly.”

Far-Left Mayor Calls for Municipal Police to Be ‘Disarmed’ in Multicultural Paris Suburb

Municipal police should be disarmed in the multicultural Saint-Denis suburb of Paris, the city’s recently elected radical Mayor Bally Bagayoko said this week, despite the history of violence and unrest in the area.

The Malian-heritage mayor, who swept to power on the far-left Jean-Luc Mélenchon La France Insoumise (LFI/France in Rebellion) ticket — with the backing of the French Communist Party — earlier this month, defeating comparatively moderate Socialist Party candidate Mathieu Hanotin during the first round of voting in France’s two-round municipal elections.

True to form, Bagayoko, who campaigned on giving free (taxpayer-funded) bicycles to every ninth-grade student in the city, free “back-to-school” kits to all children, among other handouts, came out swinging for the far-left fences in his first week as mayor, vowing to take away weapons from municipal police in Saint-Denis.

The Rebellious mayor said per Le Figaro: “I recently met with all the municipal police officers to express my gratitude. We are going to begin a disarmament process.”

The politician said he was specifically focused on removing the LBD [less-lethal defence] weapons, such as tasers, from the municipal police, and that “for the time being” the force will be able to keep its firearms.

The move by Bagayoko to take away weapons has sparked pushback from the Professional Union of Municipal Police Officers, who urged their members to seek transfers from municipalities seeking to disarm them. The Municipal Police Defence Union (SDPM) was even more blunt, imploring officers to “flee LFI-controlled municipalities.”

Mocking the chaos sparked by the France Insoumise mayor’s announcement, recently elected Mayor of Nice, Eric Ciotti, quipped: “The Nice municipal police need reinforcements. We will be proud to welcome the Saint-Denis officers threatened by the irresponsible disarmament decision made by the LFI-run town hall.”

9th Circuit Court of Appeals allows feds to use crowd-control munitions on Portland anti-ICE protesters

The US Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has temporarily blocked an order prohibiting federal agents from using crowd control munitions on protesters at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Portland, Oregon.

The 2-1 panel decision, issued on Wednesday, intervenes in two separate federal cases, with two Trump-appointed judges, Kenneth Lee and Eric Tung, granting the Trump administration administrative stays. Judge Ana De Alba dissented.

An administrative stay is intended to “minimize harm while an appellate court deliberates” and lasts “no longer than necessary to make an intelligent decision on the motion for stay pending appeal,” as stated in the order.

The decision comes just days before the nationwide “No Kings” protests, a coordinated left-wing event that led to the siege of the ICE facility twice last year: in June and again in October. Riots were declared at both of those events.

On March 9, US District Court Judge Michael Simon issued a preliminary injunction barring federal law enforcement officers from deploying less-lethal rounds on protesters, unless there is an “imminent threat” to officer safety. This includes chemical or projectile munitions, such as tear gas, pepper balls, flash-bang grenades, rubber bullets, pepper or oleoresin capsicum spray, and other less-lethal weapons. The ruling followed a three-day evidentiary hearing, in which Judge Simon sided with a group of Antifa-affiliated protesters in Dickinson v Trump.

The plaintiffs, led by Jack Dickinson, also known as the “Portland Chicken,” claimed that federal officers were violating their First Amendment rights through the “unlawful” use of crowd control measures, which were meant to have a “chilling” effect on demonstrators to discourage them from returning to the ICE facility to protest, thus violating their rights through “retaliatory animus.”

Okmulgee city councilor arrested, accused of child abuse

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said an Okmulgee city councilor accused of child abuse was arrested on Tuesday.

On Nov. 24, 2025, the Okmulgee Police Department requested OSBI to investigate a report of child abuse.

OSBI said an Okmulgee Police report stated that 63-year-old Marcus Jeffrey struck several minors with a belt during a youth meeting at a local church.

Jeffrey, who is an Okmulgee city councilor, reportedly started as a teacher for the youth group a few weeks prior to the incident, according to OSBI.

OSBI said that while reviewing video surveillance from inside the church, Jeffrey was reportedly seen swinging a belt toward a group of children, hitting a number of them.

An arrest warrant was issued for Jeffrey on Tuesday, and he turned himself in to the authorities the same day.

Elderly Leftist Couple ARRESTED for Vandalizing Republican Office in Illinois

The “tolerant” left is at it again, and this time, it’s coming from the “Golden Years” crowd.

Two elderly leftists in Arlington Heights, Illinois, have been arrested and charged after a months-long investigation into the disgusting vandalism of the Republicans of Wheeling Township headquarters.

According to the Arlington Heights Police Department, 72-year-old Brock McNerney and 69-year-old Moisette McNerney were taken into custody on Monday in connection with the defacement of the headquarters last January.

The pair now face misdemeanor charges of criminal damage to property and criminal defacement of property under Illinois law. Authorities say the arrests were made without incident, and the suspects were released pending their initial court appearance.

Surveillance video from the late evening hours of Jan. 25 shows a couple, a man in glasses and a woman, both dressed in black, drawing explicit words and what ABC7 Chicago has been told were several Nazi symbols over the face of Charlie Kirk on the windows in Arlington Heights.

“Charlie Kirk was born in Arlington Heights, and he actually had come through our doors; so, he was initially started off with our organization. So, we’re really kind of deeply saddened to see that,” Deputy Committeeman John Saletta said.

The Republicans of Wheeling Township Office said the alleged vandals drew antisemitic symbols on their building.

Saletta said they put up surveillance cameras after their building was previously vandalized in December.

“It’s obviously highly offensive, and we’re better than this,” Saletta said. “I think that as a nation, you know, we can resolve our differences through dialogue. That’s what Charlie was all about.”

“The Radical Left Democrats have hurt so many people with their vicious and uncaring ways. What they have done to the Department of Homeland Security, our fantastic TSA Officers, and, most importantly, the great people of our Country, is an absolute disgrace,” Trump said.

“If the Democrats do not allow for Just and Proper Security at our Airports, and elsewhere throughout our Country, ICE will do the job far better than ever done before! The Fascist Democrats will never protect America, but the Republicans will. Just like the Radical Left allowed millions of Criminals to pour into our Country through their ridiculous and dangerous Open Border Policy, the Republicans closed it all down, and we now have the Strongest Border in American History,” Trump said.

“Likewise, I look forward to moving ICE in on Monday, and have already told them to, “GET READY.” NO MORE WAITING, NO MORE GAMES!” Trump said on Truth Social.

James O’Keefe and OMG Team Violently Assaulted on Skid Row After Catching Petitioners in a Cash For Ballots Scheme

James O’Keefe, members of the O’Keefe Media Group and other journalists were violently attacked on Skid Row on Friday.

O’Keefe and other journalists confronted petitioners who were engaging in a cash for ballots scheme when all hell broke loose.

A cameraman was punched in the face and others were pepper-sprayed.

“My team, myself & @camhigby were just violently assaulted on Skid Row, my camera crew were punched in the neck and face, we were pepper sprayed, but thankfully just escaped. Some members of our team had to run 10 blocks to get out,” James O’Keefe said.

“We were in the heart of Skid Row confronting the petitioners who @Savsays and my team caught on tape illegally offering drugs for ballot signatures,” O’Keefe said.

The O’Keefe Media Group on Tuesday released part one of its investigation into a California elections fraud cash for ballots scheme.

James O’Keefe and his team of journalists went undercover on Skid Row in Los Angeles posing as homeless people.

‘Petitioners’ told the undercover journalists that they are paid between $7-$10 per signature. Some of them earn up to $1,000 per day.

“California NGOs Encourage Fake Addresses To Homeless People To Sign Petitions & Register Voters, A State & Federal Felony. Footage Shows 28 Instances Of Cash Changing Hands For Ballot Signatures & Voter Registration Forms,” they said.

Democrats Love Gun Control And Violent Criminals Because Both Can Punish You

While at a gun store recently, I was inundated with warnings against illegally buying a gun for someone else. The counter even had signs threatening up to 15 years in prison. 

They don’t mean it. This was proven a few days beforehand, when a convicted ISIS terrorist opened fire at Old Dominion University, killing an ROTC instructor before the cadets heroically took him out. Not only had this terrorist been set free in the United States after only a brief prison term, but he had bought a stolen gun from a man whom the Biden administration had declined to charge for allegedly repeatedly and illegally buying guns for other people; instead, they had him write an apology letter. So much for 15 years.

Meanwhile, I was at the gun store because Democrats, having taken full control of the state government, are rushing through a radical gun-control agenda, including a ban on so-called “assault weapons,” by which they mean various popular semiautomatic rifles and even handguns. We may hope the courts will do their duty and strike down these blatantly unconstitutional laws, but many Virginians are stocking up in case they don’t. 

A criminal who admitted to illegally buying guns (one of which showed up at a murder scene) got off with a “sorry,” but if a store were to keep selling “assault weapons” after the deadline, Democrats would undoubtedly demand the maximum penalty. Democrats are not actually trying to reduce crime or save lives with their gun-control schemes. If that were what they cared about, they would insist on enforcing the law (including existing gun laws) against actual criminals rather than finding new ways to harass ordinary, law-abiding gun owners. 

Just look around Virginia. The first act of the new Democrat governor was to make the entire state a sanctuary for illegal immigrants. The far-left Fairfax County prosecutor let a particularly dangerous illegal immigrant off the hook again and again, despite police objections, until he allegedly murdered a woman. Also in Fairfax County, public schools allowed an adult illegal immigrant to enroll as a high school student; he then allegedly sexually assaulted girls at least a dozen times — and the county is refusing to hand him over to ICE to be deported.

Part of the left’s obsession with gun control is that actually dealing with crime would mean slaughtering their sacred cows. Hating on some imagined Bubba the southern hick and Chad the suburban gun collector is encouraged, but leftists are not permitted to worry about the crazy homeless guy on the subway, the panhandling junkie outside their door, or thuggish young men loitering around the corner. Expressing those concerns will get Democrats denounced as hateful bigots by their own side.

A recent New York Times piece illustrated how leftists pretend away the obvious about crime. Titled “We Study Mass Shooters. Something Terrifying Is Happening Online,” the column constantly referred to trans-identified killers by their preferred pronouns, and its search for root causes ignored that these murderers were men pretending to be women. This is a perfect example of how left-wing pieties prevent Democrats from actually facing problems and offering real solutions.

This is repeated again and again. Leftists are told not to worry about family breakdown and the evils of fatherlessness, or how mass immigration encourages factionalism and damages social trust and capital. They are not even allowed to notice when massive government spending is an obvious grift (e.g., hundreds of millions spent on homeless programs that don’t fix anything but do keep a lot of NGOs flush with cash). And when welfare money is stolen by the billions, they leap into action to defend the imported criminal gangs systematically defrauding the American government.

But Democrats are allowed to hate guns and gun owners, especially those who are white, male, and Christian. And they are allowed to redirect all their legitimate fears and concerns onto gun owners, who thereby become a scapegoat for all the problems that left-wing ideology prevents leftists from even confronting.
