‘Shocking’ study shows link between transgender ideology and left-wing violence

Trump administration-funded researchers and independent collaborators found a startling correlation between proponents of a transgender ideology and left-wing violence, according to a new report obtained by The Post and set to be released Wednesday.

The new study from researchers at Rutgers University, the right-leaning Manhattan Institute and Network Contagion Research Institute found that those normalizing transgender beliefs were more likely to be supportive of political violence.

Respondents were quizzed about six potential targets of political violence for the study: “killing Charlie Kirk, killing Donald Trump, killing Brian Thompson, arson of ICE buildings, damaging wealthy people’s property, and violence against police.”

“These findings suggest that gender ideology is associated with LWA [left-wing authoritarianism] and willingness to justify political violence,” stated the study, which titled “Where the Clinic Meets the Movement: Does Gender Ideology Arm Left-Wing Authoritarian Psychology?”

“Experimental research is needed to determine causality,” according to the researchers.

The study comes amid recent public debates about high-profile shootings involving transgender individuals.

Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, was assassinated by a gunman who allegedly had a trans-roommate lover. The late conservative icon was speaking at a Utah university campus on Sept 10, 2025, when he was shot before a daytime crowd while addressing a question on transgender violence.

“Do you know how many transgender Americans have been mass shooters over the last 10 years?” asked one attendee during a question-and-answer session.

“Too many,” Kirk replied.

The Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) haven’t exactly been shy about their intentions for America should they ever gain majority power. They will destroy America’s founding documents, the Senate, the presidency and the Supreme Court. They want to undo our immigration laws, abolish our borders, end ICE, and put the kibosh on law enforcement.

Of course, they’re also aware that tens of millions of Americans own guns and that many of us will put up a resistance to the commie takeover of the U.S.A. That just means the DSA is promising the revolution will be bloody and violent, as they usually are.

“We have seen that the Democratic Party establishment that we have has to be ripped out,” said Michael Beyer, a DSA activist and streamer. “We can actually start to grab hold of the ship of state and steer it in our direction, but it’s going to be a, you know, violent process.”

Oliver Larkin, who is running for Congress in Florida’s 25th Congressional District, added, “Our country needs to change and this Democratic Party needs to change. I was more than glad to go on Hasan’s stream. This is we need, as Democrats, we need to go into these spaces.”

Man Accused of Threatening Mass Shootings at Five North Carolina Schools Released from Jail Days Before Classes Resume

A Charlotte man charged with making detailed threats to carry out mass shootings at five public schools has been released from jail just three days before students in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools district were scheduled to return to class.

The man’s release has sparked outrage among parents concerned for their children’s safety.

Drew Andres Owens, 33, was released from the Mecklenburg County Jail at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday after posting a reduced bond, according to jail records obtained by the New York Post, with the new school year beginning today.

Owens faces five felony counts of communicating threats of mass violence on educational property and has pleaded not guilty. The case remains pending.

Court documents explain that Owens allegedly sent emails on February 15, 2025, threatening to “slaughter staff and students” at West Charlotte High School, Ardrey Kell High School, Community House Middle School, and Hawk Ridge Elementary School.

A separate indictment involves a mailed threat against Garinger High School.

The affidavit claimed a student armed with two shotguns and an AR-15 would carry out the attack, though school administrators found no such student enrolled.

Owens’ own father, a West Charlotte High School ROTC instructor, confirmed to police that his son was responsible for the threats.

The Post reports:

Darryl Owens allegedly told authorities that his son had harassed relatives, neighbors and family friends after being removed from the family home in 2021, and had sent unsigned emails and letters threatening to kill or shoot people at multiple locations.

The father told police he had previously obtained a restraining order against his son, that Owens had been arrested for violating it and that the order was later dismissed.

He also told police that Owens had recently sat outside neighbors’ homes and photographed his car at West Charlotte High School “to try to lure him outside.”

His original combined bond of roughly $200,000 was later reduced to $60,000 for the primary case.

Owens is reportedly under electronic monitoring and ordered to stay away from school campuses.

Parents don’t think that is enough.

“Is he going to show up at one of the schools? It’s not good,” one parent told local station WSOC. “I’m not going to feel at ease; I’m not going to pretend it’s OK.”

Another parent told the station, “It’s really unnerving for some of us. We live in the area where he knows people, and again it’s not positive; it’s scary.”

“He’s out, and that’s it, and the rest of us have to deal with it, and teachers have to go to school on Tuesday and deal with it,” they added.

Toronto homeowner charged after opening fire during potential car theft

The case has raised the issue of how Canadians can protect themselves, their families and their property when faced with a potential break-in or theft.

Earlier this year in Vaughan, a homeowner got his gun out to protect himself and his family during a home invasion. York Regional Police did not press charges in that case.

The Toronto case has also renewed attention on “Castle Law” protections in Canada. The idea has gained support from some Canadians who believe people should be able to defend themselves and their property when police cannot respond immediately.

Police response times can be 10 to 12 minutes, and an armed attacker can do significant harm during that time.

The broader concern raised was that Canadians defending themselves, their families, homes and businesses can face criminal charges while dealing with people who have entered their property.

Man Reportedly Fires Gunshots at Maine Jewish Summer Camp

A man in Maine allegedly fired several gunshots at a Jewish summer camp earlier this month, forcing the campus into lockdown.

The alleged attack occurred on August 7 at Camp Modin in Belgrade, Maine, when 36-year-old Nathan Hewett launched into a drunken antisemitic attack and fired several shots toward the camp basketball courts, per the New York Post:

Hewett, 36, allegedly fired several rounds from a rifle near camp grounds, triggering a lockdown with children as young as 7, Central Maine reported.

Security guards put on ballistic vests and armed themselves to protect the children.

After the confrontation, the two guards heard the shots being fired from a high-powered rifle, according to the court documents.

Hewett was arrested but later released on bail, with reports indicating that his father has since been harassing employees at the camp. Timothy Black, a security guard for the camp, wrote in a letter to the Capital Judicial Center that the harassment comes “when he is intoxicated.”

“He harasses us by coming to the property line and screaming at us,” said Black.

Hewett has since claimed that his tractor was damaged after hitting something, which he blamed on the camp.

At least 23 firearms were seized from Hewett’s property following the incident. He has been charged with reckless conduct with a firearm, criminal threats with a dangerous weapon, terrorizing with a dangerous weapon, and discharging a firearm near a dwelling.

Left-wing extremists and Antifa militants stormed the Precious Blood Catholic Church in Los Angeles on Saturday, August 23, where right-wing activist and free speech advocate Eoin Richard was hosting a peaceful free speech, anti-Islam rally.

The confrontation unfolded after Connolly, known publicly as Eoin Richard, organized a “Take Back LA” free-speech rally criticizing Islam.

Connolly originally advertised the August 23 demonstration outside the Islamic Center of Southern California on Vermont Avenue.

A pre-event advisory circulated by opponents described the gathering as a “far-right” rally and accused its organizers of targeting the Muslim community.

As counter-protesters gathered outside the Islamic center, Connolly reportedly redirected supporters to the nearby Precious Blood Catholic Church in Koreatown.

But the mob followed him.

According to journalist Andy Ngo, left-wing extremists and Antifa activists stormed the church, disrupted the gathering, and chased Connolly from the property.

Footage from the confrontation shows counter-protesters surrounding Connolly and repeatedly branding him a “Nazi,” the far left’s favorite label for anyone it believes should be silenced, intimidated, or physically attacked.

Connolly eventually sought refuge inside a nearby Starbucks, but the mob followed him into the business and surrounded the table where he and another man were seated.

Video circulating on social media shows blue paint being dumped over Connolly and his companion as counter-protesters crowd around them.

SHOCK: German Leftist Rag TAZ Calls for MURDER to Stop AfD From Winning Free Elections

In a stunning display of radical left extremism, the influential German newspaper taz (Die Tageszeitung) has published a column that openly contemplates “forms of resistance – if necessary of a violent nature” against a potential AfD-led state government.

The piece, written by taz editor Jens Uthoff and published August 21, 2026 under the title “Antifaschismus und Militanz: Weckruf zur Wehrhaftigkeit” (“Antifascism and Militancy: A Wake-Up Call for Defensiveness”), comes as the Alternative for Germany (AfD) surges in polls ahead of the September 6 state election in Saxony-Anhalt.

Uthoff writes that executive power in a German state “could soon fall into the hands of the AfD.” Therefore, he declares, “it is imperative to deal with forms of resistance – if necessary of a violent nature.” He frames this as a defensive reaction to a supposed “right-radical coup attempt” rather than left-wing aggression, while carefully denying any “violence romanticism.”

Let’s be crystal clear: the AfD is currently polling between 40 and 43 percent in Saxony-Anhalt – far ahead of the establishment CDU. If voters hand the party a majority or a governing role in free, secret, and general elections, the left’s answer, according to this national newspaper, is to start discussing physical violence.

As the Ostdeutsche Allgemeine (and similar outlets) correctly noted the next day, this is not some fringe blogger ranting. This is a major left-wing editorial voice treating the possibility of citizens voting the “wrong” way as justification for contemplating violence against an elected government.

SICKENING: Youths Viciously Attack and Rob Single Father as Part of a TikTok Stunt While He Relaxes in His Jacuzzi

Two youths committed a sickening act of violence last week against a hard-working single California father who regularly helped those less fortunate.

As NBC Los Angeles reported, 48-year-old San Bernardino chef Greg Medina was relaxing in his jacuzzi after a long day at work when two teenagers suddenly snuck up behind him and attacked.

One youth kicked the father hard in the back of the head while the other snatched his phone. Both then run away.

KTLA shared footage of the horrific and cruel attack on Friday.

Medina, who works as a chef at the nonprofit Lutheran Social Services, where he has been feeding the homeless for more than a year, suffered a concussion and had to go to the emergency room. He says he still suffers from dizzy spells and headaches.
