Microsoft-owned LinkedIn has censored the profile of Swedish journalist Jojje Olsson in China after he included a single sentence in the “Education” section of his profile that referenced his thesis on the Tiananmen Square massacre and the Cultural Revolution.
LinkedIn is one of the few Western social networks to not be blocked in China because of its willingness to “implement the Chinese government’s restrictions on content” and apply these restrictions to the profiles of non-Chinese users when they’re viewed from China.
By introducing this censored version of LinkedIn in China, the US platform has grown its Chinese user base to 53 million users and China is now its third-largest market.
LinkedIn didn’t specifically mention which part of the Education section in Olsson’s profile had led to the censorship but the sentence on the Tiananmen Square massacre and the Cultural Revolution is the only part of this section that references topics that are often censored by the Chinese state.
“California Democrats have access to a rapid response team at Twitter, which takes down tweets at the request of Democrats,” Mike Cernovich pointed out.
How can Democrats square their support for “democracy” with government and corporations rigging the election process to stifle the dissent of their opponents?
This case is vital for a robust defense of free speech rights in the Information Age on digital platforms that have become the equivalent of the public square. If the California government can get away with working with corporations to censor Rogan Handley, then next it can censor you.
Rep. Carolyn Maloney of New York revealed to the House Oversight Committee and the Reform Committee Tuesday that the conservative social media site Parler sent warnings about its users’ violence to the FBI more than 50 times leading up to the January 6 attacks on the Capitol.
Maloney, the Democratic chairwoman of the House Oversight Committee, presented research into why the response was so slow to requests for aid from the Capitol Police on January 6. “The threats, I would say, were everywhere,” Maloney said. “The system was blinking red.”
Maloney questioned FBI Director Christopher A. Wray about the bureau’s lack of a response to several intelligence alerts pre-riots, particularly dozens of warnings from Parler.
The “Committee has obtained docs showing that…Parler sent the FBI evidence of planned violence in DC on January 6. Parler referred this content to the FBI for investigation over 50 times,” Maloney said. The content allegedly included “specific threats of violence being planned at the Capitol.”
A social media “influencer” hired by the White House has been caught trying to bribe hospital systems into procuring fake positive reviews about Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines” in order to encourage more uptake.
Eben Vorster, a “digital relational organizer” at Main Street One, reportedly sent a private message to one institution offering a “paid Instagram partnership for one post” pushing Chinese Virus injections as the solution to the plandemic.
“I am reaching out to you to share a possible content partnership opportunity!” the message announced.
“For this campaign, we are looking for healthcare professionals who would like to address the topic of vaccine hesitancy with their social media audience. We want to hear from you about what the COVID vaccine means to you and why you’re tackling vaccine misinformation in this crucial vaccine rollout period.”
The message goes on to explain that once the targeted person or organization puts up the desired post, it will “get rewarded for your using your voice!”
Since Wuhan Flu shot uptake is dismally low across the United States, the medical fascists are busying trying to conjure up new ways to trick people into getting jabbed.
In Ohio, Republican Gov. Mike DeWine introduced a vaccine lottery to award five “lucky” winners $1 million each in exchange for reprogramming their DNA with mRNA chemicals.
China Joe and his cabinet are taking the tried-and-true influencer approach manipulating the medical system into pushing the injections in exchange for good ol’ cash.
“After all the recent firings of medical professionals for refusing to get vaccinated from the dangerous COVID-19 vaccine, it appears there is now a push to use communist style fake reviews to push the vaccine even further,” reported Populist.press.
“If the vaccine was so great they wouldn’t have to pay people to rave about it. This is a serious issue and shows how deceitful big pharma and the Biden admin are being.”
Facebook announced it’s partnering with leading health organizations, including the WHO, and experts in other industries, to help solve “vaccine hesitancy.”
The coalition, called the Alliance for Advancing Health Online, was announced via a blog post on Facebook’s Newsroom. The purpose of the alliance is “to advance public understanding of how social media and behavioral sciences can be leveraged to improve the health of communities around the world.”
Facebook’s partners in the initiative include, the WHO, the CDC Foundation, the Bay Area Global Health Alliance, the MIT Initiative on the Digital Economy, Merck, Sabin Vaccine Institute, the Vaccine Confidence Project at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and the World Bank.
The majority of online recruitment in sex trafficking cases last year took place on Facebook, according to a new report.
The Human Trafficking Institute on Tuesday said in its annual report that 59 percent of online recruitment of victims occurred on Facebook, along with 65 percent of child victims.
“The internet has become the dominant tool that traffickers use to recruit victims, and they often recruit them on a number of very common social networking websites,” Victor Boutros, CEO of the Human Trafficking Institute, told CBS News on Wednesday.
“Facebook overwhelmingly is used by traffickers to recruit victims in active sex trafficking cases,” he added.
In a statement to CBS News, Facebook said: “Sex trafficking and child exploitation are abhorrent and we don’t allow them on Facebook. We have policies and technology to prevent these types of abuses and take down any content that violates our rules.”

Shortly after Dr. Anthony Fauci’s emails were published by BuzzFeed and The Washington Post after Freedom of Information Act requests, Facebook and Instagram started to suppress mentions and screenshots of them after they were flagged by its third-party “fact checkers.”
Now, Instagram is using these third-party fact checks to flag satirical posts about these emails and force users to delete them.
Luke Rudkowski, founder of the independent news outlet We Are Change, reported that when he shared a post that jokes about Fauci recommending “face masks over your eyes so you can’t read his leaked emails” on Instagram, he was told it was “missing context” based on a fact check from USA Today.
It has emerged that Facebook’s “independent” fact-checkers used a letter organized by a major Wuhan Institute of Virology backer to “debunk” articles suggesting that COVID-19 leaked from a lab.
Facebook recently announced it would no longer flag posts linking the origins of the pandemic to China and the Wuhan Lab.
Since the start of the pandemic over a year ago, Facebook, and other social media platforms, have been flagging posts suggesting the virus leaked from a lab. The social media giant relies on independent fact-checkers to “debunk” conspiracy theories.
In the case of the lab leak theory, it relied on an article by Science Feedback, which “debunked” an opinion piece by Steven Mosher, published in the New York Post on February 23 2020, titled, “Don’t buy China’s story: The coronavirus may have leaked from a lab.”
The Science Feedback article cited a letter published in leading medical journal The Lancet, signed by “27 eminent public health experts.”
